Another disappointing run. I knew I was under prepared, but I didn’t realise how much! I finished so there is one small positive. I walked more than I wanted. The hills where massive though and muddy & slippery in places. The two quick miles where on a big descent we did twice. I can still ru down hill okay, but everything needed to be better. I’ll write a full race report once I’ve relaxed and I might have a bit more perspective. Flat lay for tomorrow’s race; Lulworth Castle 10km. Not decided which trainers yet. Not really going to a superhero pants on the outside look. Second race in a month and really looking forward to it. Heard a lot about this race over the past couple of years but not managed too run it. Good to be back on the trails too. Could be a long one as a little hilly and forecast to be hot. Just going to enjoy running with no time goal.
