Very warm Tuesday morning 5km. Time not too bad considering pre-breakfast & the heat. Everything still a little tight and didn’t leave as early I I wanted as I was mobilising knees, hips and ankles before I went out. Up early and running before breakfast. Getting hot out there, not looking forward to the sauna which is the office. Felt surprisingly good, my thighs had gone to come concrete last night. Considering the gym tonight, however really not sure I should be over doing it.
