so i had Some Thoughts like... a month or go at this point, i think, it's just taken time to work on Other Things and also sit down to do this
but i think it'd be fun if there was like. a pirate special costume event. specifically with day one characters that haven't gotten any additional sync partners yet because they deserve it.
obviously roark was going to be here because i am Predictable, so... pirate roark and his partner archeops! everyone thinks he's partnered with chatot since that's the perfect companion for a pirate, but Tot is more of a pet than a battle buddy (i can and will elaborate if asked). Puppy on the other hand is very much a dino who likes to battle when given the chance.
i have no idea what his EX colors would be considering he's already running with a shiny and chatot's colors also really aren't all that different. maybe moving closer to the actual shiny coloration??? i just didn't want them to blend together too much in the dino hug :/

Ch!Emmet July Challenge: Week 2
Here u have a second week's compilation of my ch!Emmet! Are you rrrrready?
Aaaaaall aboard!
Tumblr media
[DAY 8: Festival]
In the moment when I discovered that Cilan met Submas at SUBCON (officialy they have Train Convent in Pokemon??) - I had only one vision in my mind: Emmet in train cosplay.
You know I had to draw it.
Tumblr media
[DAY 9: Storm]
Storm outside your house when you are sitting inside with good book and blanket (and your electric puppy is outside, happily dancing in the thunderstorm) - what's the better way to spend an evening time?
Tumblr media
[DAY 10: Monster/Fusion]
Archeops is verrrry suspicious about that new smol ArchEmmet.
Don't worry, that new chEmmet is too cute to be a danger <3
Tumblr media
[DAY 11: Visiting another region]
Galar is my favorite region, so of course I had to send ch!Emmet there! Also - Woolos are cuties, I would stea-BORROW them too if I saw them 💖💖💖
Tumblr media
[DAY 12: Office]
Me and my friend have HC that Emmet actually enjoys working in Excel. All of the pokemon datas to analyse! All of the graphs and diagrams! He probably enjoys it much more than other people.
Tumblr media
[DAY 13: Favorite ship]
I don't have any fav ship - ch!Emmet loves everyone and he would feel very flustered if he was overflooded by other people's love 💖💖💖
Tumblr media
[DAY 14: Music]
[Cha Cha Cha by Käärijä]
Potential sequel of @/choochooboss comics, where Ingo takes a sweet revenge on ch!Emmet and makes him singing and dancing to this song too 💖

Here we go with Ingo's Pokémon reunions, This time it's Galvantula and Crustle,
Little reminder that Emmett and Ingo co-raise/ share their Pokémon teams with each other so while Emmett carefully picked out and breed joltiks for his Ideal Galvantula, Ingo played a major part in training, raising and spoiling this Joltik/ galvantula from its egg into a powerful member of the Battle Subway
Tumblr media
[ image description]
[ Ingo sits on Crustle, a crab Pokémon underneath a block of stratified/layered earth that looks a little like a tiramisu cake, Ingo is leaning back and laughing with his hand to prop him up as in his lap is Galvantula who is climbing up to snuggle Ingo. Crustle and Galvantula are verrrrry happy to see Ingo ]
More headcanons and details below the readmore
- Galvantula's name is Catanary, which is the overhead wires that power subway cars or trams! Her name was picked out long before she was hatched while Ingo and Emmett where figuring out their idea for the perfect Subway boss team they drew up during their Pokémon journey so they didn't exactly stick to it but it shows how dedicated the Boy were to their dream of combining their two favourite things, Battling and Trains!
- While Catanary was breed from a egg, it wasn't only Emmett with 5 million joltiks. Costum IV or egg move type Pokémon can be gotten from breeder who specializes in the Pokémon you are looking for, but are rare and need to put in a lot of work and need to be a little lucky with. How it worked out is that Emmett and Ingo's put their Pokémon journey on hold for a few years working at a joltik breeder, (who both studies the Pokémon, does conservation work and does adoption and training for trainer who want a joltik or want to take care of their Joltik properly) After hatching and breeding a lot of Joltik, Emmett eventually found a Joltik that had the right IV's and egg moves, and then he and his brother started on the matchmaking system. Since Pokémon are intelligent creatures with personalities and preferences, Emmett not only had to find a joltik with his proper stat set up but also one whom the Joltik found that He measured up in turn, Catanary was not the first Joltik Emmett hatched with the proper egg move and such but the one who wanted to grow up to be a fighter and wanted Emmett as his permanent trainer in return.
- Due to this, Emmett considers Galvantula lucky, and along with Archeopes, has spoiled her a bit (a lot) Thankfully since she is one of the older Pokémon in Emmett's team, due to her being caught during their childhood/ Pokémon journey days, she has matured to be more responsible in front of other Pokémon, such as the subway Joltik infestation, or Pokémon from her trainers coworkers
- she has not however grown out of using her puppy dog eyes to get extra treats or try to convince both her trainers that the other one has Not feed her thus getting feed twice, So she's very overweight for her species, which would be a bigger consern if she also wasn't a part of the top 10 professional fighter teams
- She is also overly friendly with people, often climbing into people's lap for pets, and walking up to children for attention and Skritches. While this behaviour means that she could never be a wild Pokémon, it has also means that she is one of Emmett and Ingo's go to Pokémon for calming down lost children, to the point that she does this by herself. First by watching subway traffic from the ceiling, them approaching them to calm them down and then leading them to their parents by having them hold the other end of her spider silk, while she leads them though the crowd. Of course she does this is in part to to get extra Treats from her trainers but she also likes helping people like Emmett and Ingo helped her when she was small and cried a lot
- Crustles name is Tiramisu! Which I think is the cutest thing I could think up, I also made sure that the rock she carries looks like her cake namesake. She was actually caught by another trainer, and traded with Ingo, since she loves fighting much more than her old trainer did. I imagine that her old trainer was a Station Master who predated Ingo and Emmett joining subway. She was in charge of the care of a single line, with Tira helping out with tunnel maintenance. Tira meet Ingo and Emmett when they started out as grunts for the Subway system, but didn't really get to know them until they had moved up the ranks and got started with Battle Subway project. Due to Tira's knowledge of her trainer's tunnel line, she guided the diggers and at that time learned what kind of person the twins are and what kind of life their Pokémon live, I think she actually told her trainer that she wants to live with them instead, not that she didn't love her old trainer but sometimes you need to make a change if you want to pursue your dreams, (which included fighting, not just running the subway) Her old trainer understood (but put Ingo and Emmett though some trials to prove to her that they would be worthy of the trainer's trust and be responsible enough for Tira's welfare)
- Tira still carries/ wears the collar her old trainer gave her, and gets to see her often when Ingo and Emmett does their inspection rounds on her trainers (passenger only) line, in addition to non-work visits. The collar is also has tags with both the Old subway logo and the new Battle Subway logo, symbolising both the passing of the torch, and her loyalty to all of her beloved trainers past and present.
- Speaking of 'carrying' due to crustle's whole gimmick being carrying the earth on their back, To carry something has a very important place in their Culture. 'to carry' means 'this is my shell, my home, whose worth is so much more than its weight that I shall bring it with me everywhere' this not always a meaningful thing but in the case of this picture Tiramisu picking up and carrying Ingo on her back symbolises that She considers him family, an ireplaceable part of her home, that she so very happy to have him back in her life
- sappy stuff aside, like most Pokémon there is a element of them having goblin animal behaviour, and carrying thing such, as the fridge (where all her snacks are), when she's mad at Emmett or Ingo for something (like washing her bed without permission, No she doesn't care how dirty it is and weather it's tracking mud on the carpet, she just got it to smell right) is the equivalent of her Pick up a rucksack and saying she only cares about Food Now She is Running Away!
- She and Ingo has on multiple occasions pranked Emmett, (who is a early riser but gets sleepy early) who accidently feel asleep in a nice recliner in the work room, by picking up his chair and walking away with it, With Ingo trying to see if he could get his silly little brother all the way back home without waking him up. It never works, (dispite Ingo's effort of figuring which way home will have the least noise and rough terrain) but pictures on Ingo trying to get his sleeping brother past the subway turn styles on moving recliner with a lease, have become a permanent meme on Poke-Internet for obvious reasons

I thought it'd be a fun idea to combine two of my favorite things! So, I put together a Pokémon team for Dino-Sour Cookie. Feel free to ask about it if you'd like.
Serperior: He's from the Unova Region! So, his starting Pokémon was Snivy. He's his emotional support. They are glued the hip, which makes it impossible to separate them. Serperior has the personality of a "Large dog who still thinks it's an itty-bitty puppy and can fit in your lap." He's supposed to represent Jellysaur
Espeon: Found as an Eevee while exploring Castelia Sewers. Very cuddly, loves attention but will bite you unprovoked. Because of being raised around reptilian-like Pokémon? He's grown larger and has become more aggressive than your typical small but meek Espeon
Archeops: Discovered as a fossil while exploring the Desert Resort. Considered timid for his species and because of this? Archeops was doted on as an Archen but Dino-Sour Cookie doesn't mind! He was one of the few people in the Unova Region to discover a Plume Fossil. Which lead to his love and interest for "reptilian" and "dragon" Pokémon, with the exception of his Espeon and Lycanroc
Flygon: Flygon was the last Pokémon Dino-Sour Cookie had caught in Unova before moving. Wanting to pursue a career in archeology! He was found as a wild Vibrava by attempting to steal Dino-Sour Cookie's rucksack (which was full of food.) He's a troublemaker but the best way to get into his heart is by offering him treats and food.
Lycanroc: Dino-Sour Cookie moved to Galar. Learning the way that they research fossils is... Very unique and vastly different from how other regions do it. Which interested him greatly, and not just that but Galar is the only recorded region where Pokémon once thought to be extinct? Can be seen roaming freely and coexisting alongside modern-day species. Which lead him to coming across a Rockruff that had a penchant for discovering and digging up rare treasures and ancient artifacts. Lycanroc acts differently than others of his species however, he's very social and enjoys nothing more than playing as if he were still a puppy again.
Runerigus: Stumbled across a Raid Den while looking into digging sites. Runerigus comes off as mysterious, aloof and like he's hiding a secret... Dino-Sour Cookie's other Pokémon admire him for his seemingly cool demeanor!
Dragapult: Hatched from an egg gifted to him by one of his fellow researchers. He has evolved into quite the fierce fighter, he doesn't like to refuse a challenge! Even if his opponent is seemingly stronger or has an advantage over him. Has a bit of a stubborn nature.

The many faces of a birb .
——-
I’ve been working on a lot of Pokémon doodles, but these two are my favorite for some reasons. I’d like to think Archeops is a bit like feathered puppy, it’s such an underrated Pokémon.

Submas Pokemon team headcanons (Chandelure and Elektross)
All of the twins' Pokemon were trained to perform duties in the subway aside from being component battlers.
The depot agents consider them their mini bosses, particularly Chandelure and Elektross.
Chandelure is the most experienced of the group and acts as the responsible, older sibling like her trainer.
She knows the fundamentals of operating a train (breaks, steering, etc) in an emergency event.
I know she doesn't have psychic in her moveset but it's nice to think about her carrying coffee, paperwork, uniform and various materials for Ingo.
Alot of artwork and fanfic depicts her as being able to imitate a train whistle which I'll add in.
She enjoys the other pokemon's company but prioritises any tasks on hand over chatting with the others.
Gets along the most with Haxarous, both having know the twins for longer and taking maternal roles.
Guides lost ghosts that come around late hours of the subway.
Likes the aesthetic of steam engines.
Actually a bit smaller than the rest of her species but is more agile as a result.
Helps keeps Emmet out of trouble, especially during Ingo's disappearance.
Was there when Ingo fell in the space-time rift feels guilty for not being able to save him.
Post-PLA is rather clingy with Ingo. Respects Gliscor for keeping her trainer company in Hisui but can't help but feel envious.
Makes sure the baby Hisuian Sneasel doesn't wander off or fall of Ingo's head/shoulder.
Battle subway air conditioning has been put on maximum due to strong-style overheat.
Elektross is rather quiet but gets excited easily like puppy. Is less experienced than Chandelure as Emmet caught them a bit later but still really reliable.
Verrry bouncy!
The two work close and work extremely well together being the ones usually outside of their pokeball.
Gets along well with Elesa's Emolgas.
Him and Ingo have less time alone time together than Emmet and Chandelure (PLA + Double battles) but an activity they both enjoy is watching Pokemon musicals.
Kind of intimidated by Haxarous due to mold breaker-earthquake trauma.
Archeops always eat some of his portions which led to a rivalry between the two.
Keeps the Joltik in line alongside Galvantula, at least to the best of their ability.
Likes magnet trains!
Extremely expressive with their eyes.
Both try to comfort Emmet as much as possible when Ingo disappeared.
Generates electricity in an event of emergency with all of Emmet's other electric Pokemon.
Emmet loves to lift his goofy Eel in the air over his head.
Him and Emmet high five each other after winning!

Alright, now you HAVE to tell how the two met each pokemon
Pff, alright, sure! I’m putting it under a read more, because it’s way too long as a dash post!
Matt’s Pokémon:
First was Absol, Matt was around 8 years old when he wandered out on a rainy night to get some air and space. He pretty much watched some grown ups hiss at the shivering Absol puppy to get lost and he rushed in to pick it up and get away before they could hurt it. He tried to make Absol go home afterwards, but the small thing followed him anywhere he went, hiding in the bushes whenever Matt went back inside, only to come jumping out and try to engage with him as soon as it saw his face. Only after trials and tribulations and Matt being around 15 he realised: “Oh yeah. You are only officially my Pokémon when I caught you in a Pokéball, right?”, which he promptly did. So far Absol had always walked beside him, loyal and well behaved, so even if it was caught way later, it is still the very first.
Noctowl came second, which back then was still a Hoothoot when he caught it. Absol and Matt pretty much were on their way to the next bigger city, but being a 10 year old, alone without a map and not with a real clue where he actually wanted to go, they kind of got lost. The two weren’t too upset, but the Hoothoot watching them pass by its tree for the fourth time got a bit curious. Especially because the night was getting colder and both, trainer and pet were shivering to the bone. So Hoothoot decided to land on Matt’s head and direct him to a safe spot, where they could rest. And it never left again, that hair nest is pretty great!
(Fun-fact: It didn’t evolve out of training or battling other Pokémon, it simply did because Matt has a hard time sleeping, so much so that he was getting sick and was constantly out of breath. Noctowl can use Hypnosis to put him to sleep and also fly him around when walking becomes too much.)
Archeops was next and it was a curious finding, mostly because Matt found the Plume Fossile on pure accident. He tumbled over it while sleeping in an abondened mansion, as a rest stop. It was probably used as a door stopper back in the days, but he had already gained a lot of knowledge while traveling different regions and went “Oh damn, that’s a Pokémon!” He pretty much ran to the closest laboratory there was and got an Archen back, to which he was already aware that it was his now. It also evolved out of need really, it was a dangerous situation and Noctowl was knocked out cold in it’s ball, so it had to turn into Archeops so they could glide to safety.
(Another fun-fact: Both, Noctowl and Archeops gift Matthew their feathers as pens whenever his old ones break, and they sometimes fight over who can carry him for a flight. After they meet Lukas, they regularly trade places)
Then came Combee, another forest, Matt and his team pretty tired and down with their energy. The little bug took pity on them, shared its honey, led them to the next Pokécentre and decided that it would be best to stay. It felt really appreciated.
Ekans is a funny and short story. It actually was trying to get a rattata as its lunch and was hanging onto a branch, suspended over a cliff. Matt grabbed it before it could fall and in the same second he went: “Man, you are adorable.” Pretty much love at first sight, he’s a gigantic snake lover.
And last we got Klefki, which Matt got as a present basically. When he started off working at the library with 18, he kept asking for Klefki so he could open up at the weekend. It didn’t help that Klefki itself loved to hover around him and jingle it’s keys in rythm to his Pop music, so the school board went: “Look, whatever we do, you come each day and ask every single day for the thing. Just keep it, it likes you, so please just take it and do whatever, we can’t hear it anymore.”
Lukas’ Pokémon:
Pumpkaboo was Lukas very first encounter with a wild Pokémon in general. He was 9 when he was trying to scope out the haunted mansion at the border of Pappelcreek, and was incredibly spooked. He tried to get in, and he did made it over the fence, before an orange light and a high shriek made him jump and scramble home. His curiosity was bigger than his fear however and he came back again and again, finally realising that the light hid under a bush as soon as it scared the everliving heck out of him. He had scooped all his bravery together and had parted the leaves, only to widen his eyes at the tiny pumpkin laying there. Immediately he cooed at it, whispering how cute it was and that he was so sorry that he had scared it with coming to its home every night. Pumpkaboo had been just as scared as Lukas had been, but warmed up to him just as fast. A few months later Lukas turned 10, got a Pokéball and asked it if it wanted to be his partner. The answer was an obvious yes.
Second was Chimecho, which Lukas had thought of as a ghost haunting the church. He had heard bells late at night for years and with Pumpkaboos help and his boost in courage he finally found the source. Chimecho was pretty surprised to be found in the middle of the night, but soon they bonded over music and sang together a few songs. Since then it’s following him everywhere.
Noibat came next, it was another one of Lukas tries to find a ghost and trying to figure out if the school attic was infested. But nah, it was just a swarm of Noibat that live there, Lukas being sorry for spooking them more than they had him. One of the Noibat was especially intrigued, had poked him in the sides and made him jump in fright. It was a cheeky monkey honestly, pulling at Lukas hair and making fun of him, relentless until Lukas figured out it wasn’t a ghost bullying him. Noibat had so much fun, that it stayed with him, still playing tiny jokes on him whenever it’s bored.
Fletchling didn’t have a fun start however, it had been caught by a Purrloin and got hurt. Lukas had been walking by and seen it being attacked, to which he shooed the cat Pokémon away. Then he had taken the poor thing in and brought it home to his mother, who is just as much a Pokémon nurse, as she is a human one. Together they brought it back to perfect health and it stayed out of gratitude.
(Fletchling and Noibat constantly bicker because while Noibat wants to play pranks on his trainer, Fletchling is in dept to him and wants to respect him in the best possible way. So it’s constantly them glaring at each other and waiting for the other to make a move.)
On another haunted house quest, Lukas tumbled over Mimikyu. He had mistaken it for an old plush and both, the Pokémon and the little trainer screamed in terror. Then Lukas had tried to coax it back from under the couch, apologizing furiously and trying to explain that he’d never seen anything like it before. When it finally calmed down he decided to ask his uncle what it even is. Finding out later and it’s story about being unloved, he promptly told it that he would love Mimi to the end of the world and back.
And last was Emolga, who pretty much fell into his lap. His dad works as a technician in a factory and is around computers and generally technology a lot. Emolga made it in to feed off the elictricity in there, so he had caught it and brought it home to train it. However it took a liking to Lukas, and his father decided it would be a nice match.
And there you go! All the meetings!

Character Origins: Rose Milliner
Rose is oh so very complicated, and yet she has had a very straightforward trajectory and is mainly unchanged from her earlier incarnations save for a couple of key alterations.
She is something of an amalgamation of two characters. The first was a vampire Archeops from a short-lived Pokémon RP named Veronica (I thought I was so funny naming it that, since the Pokémon has Archie in its name). She didn’t do much, but she was rebooted into Rose for the Pokemon RP my wife started.
Tumblr media
The other character is from the Six Shots AU outline Genesis, which I didn’t talk about as much but had a lot of early versions of major characters like David Pains, Rex Hart, and of course Rose. Here is where her psychic powers and fashion sense came in, as well as her quirkiness. An interesting note is that I was planning on having her get into a relationship with the early version of Allen Lecarde, with drama stemming from how he treated her with kid gloves due to her mental illness and trauma, which would lead to her becoming frustrated that she was being infantilized and not treated like the woman she was. Remember that now.
She eventually came to my wife’s Pokemon RP, and this is where much of her backstory came to be, namely the puppy story. She was also played as a very lonely, sympathetic character and other characters tended to be annoyed by of looked down on her at first, especially Roarke and Victoria. This carried into the alpha draft.
What also happened in the alpha draft is that Rose was insanely woobified. She was a shrinking violet whose trauma caused her to be much more meek and timid, to the point she was TERRIFIED when she heard Jack was in town. This even carried into book 2, where she meets her love interest. Her love of magic, stage performers, the Misfits, and her friendship with Orlok were all downplayed heavily or absent.
Essentially, I played out her original intended character arc in a meta sense, with her screaming at me to give her some semblance of agency and personality. So in the beta draft, I overhauled her entirely. I made it clearer that, yes, she is autistic, I gave her her hyperfixations, I polished her powers, and I made her as horny as her brother. She went from a sad sack morality pet for Roarke to something of a manic pixie dream girl best friend, and both I and Rose are much happier with this.
I did say Rose is complicated, and that’s not because of any of the above; no, it’s because she is an absolute hodgepodge of elements I like from other characters. Her name alone is stuffed with references; her last name, “Milliner,” is pulling double duty as it is the profession of hatmaking, and as Rose is a psychic vampire that essentially makes her Rose the Hat(maker). Due to her “quirkiness” (autism) and love of top hats, she’s also a Mad Hatter, or that was the initial idea; I don’t think I’d call her “mad” now that she’s blatantly neurodivergent. Her middle name, Lavender, came from a Rosemary Lavender scented candle I saw while my wife was shopping for candles online. Finally, despite her past relationship with Jack, her name is NOT a reference to Titanic, nor is it one to Metal Gear, though the latter case is extra funny since that Jack is also The Ripper.
Tumblr media
Appearance-wise, I’ve always sort of imagined her as looking similar to Alice Cullen as played by Ashley Greene; being sent to an asylum due to her powers in her backstory is a reference to that, though Rose never made it to the asylum. Her mechanical anisocoria is inspired by David Bowie, who had that very condition. Robin Newman from the Ace Attorney series was the inspiration for her habit of spelling out words. And while totally unintentional feel it would be remiss to not mention Ace Attorney’s Tracy Wright and DC’s Zatanna as subconscious influences on making Rose a magician, to the point that Rose is the inspiration for the latter in-universe.
Tumblr media
In terms of her telekinesis and psychic abilities, Lucy from Elfen Lied and Jean Grey of X-Men fame are the big ones. Lucy informed the telekinesis and is homaged via Rose’s story about her puppy. Jean, meanwhile, informed Rose’s difficulty controlling her powers and her telepathy. As of writing this, she hasn’t used her vampire power yet, which allows her to enter her or another’s mindscape (potentially with one other person), is obviously inspired by Psychonauts.
Tumblr media
Finally, there’s perhaps her most important inspiration: Me. My decision to make her canonically autistic after revamping her boiled down to my frustration at autistic characters in media either being the comic relief or the stars of glurgey Oscar bait dramas, and you can bet your ass none of them are regarded as sexy. Like, who is the most recognizable autistic character in pop culture? Bazinga Boy from the Bing Bong Theory? He’s one of the least sexy characters ever! So yeah, if anything this just bolstered my resolve to make a character who was sexually active, proud of it, and autistic.
Because of all that, Rose is a very special and personal character to me. I’ve always been a bit worried about how people would react to her, but I think that’s just because of how I’ve always been afraid of how people would react to me. I definitely think coming to an understanding with Rose before the beta draft definitely helped me understand myself a little better, at any rate.
God, now I sound like glurgey Oscar bait

All my previous Pokemon game teams (that I can remember)
Sapphire: The first game I ever beat -Sceptile (I like dinosaurs, my favorite color is green, so it became my favorite Pokemon) -Pelipper- (I really liked Wingull’s design!) -Ninjask (What can I say, I love how gimmicky the whole Nincada line is, and Ninjask was really fun to use!) -Aggron (It looked cool when I saw it in guidebooks, plus Aron looks really cute too!) -Camerupt (I guess I just wanted a fire type on the team and I didn’t like torkoal as much) -Huntail (Just like with Nincada, I really like gimmicky evolution lines, and I preferred the orange and blue of Huntail compared to the pink and purple of Gorebyss) Pearl: My brother’s copy, but I had a big say in recommending -Empoleon (Piplup is my brother’s favorite starter and overall Pokemon) - Staraptor, Kricketune, Luxray (All early game and Kricketune was the only one we wound up regretting) -Abomasnow (We had to use HM slaves for a lot of the game, so Abomasnow was a quick and easy late game catch) -Palkia (We decided to us the version mascot)
White: I decided to find parallels to my Platinum comp team! -Serperior (Parallel to Sceptile) -Archeops (Parallel to Rampardos, Gigalith was used prior) -Mienshao (Parallel to Gallade, Conkeldurr was used prior) -Eelektross (Parallel to Electivire, Zebstrika was used prior) -Chandelure (Parallel to Porygon Z) -Hydreigon (Parallel to Salamence) X: A parallel to my B2W2 comp team! -Chesnaught (Because I’ve chosen grass starters in all prior main games I got for myself) - Mega Charizard Y (I guess a parallel to Chandelure, but really, who could pass up a free Kanto starter?) - Malamar (Parallel to Gallade) - Heliolisk (Parallel to Electivire) - Tyrantrum (Parallel Rampardos) - Goodra (Parallel to Hydreigon) Sun: Decided to do a Bionicle theme team! -Decidueye (I liked it the most, plus grass/flying Rowlet is so Lewa) - Midday Lycanroc (The only really speedy brown rock type in the game- and a happy puppy no less! Pohatu!) - Wishiwashi (Water and unity- definitely Gali) - Mudbray (Partially black and really tough ground type for Onua) - Turtonator (I wanted a red fire type introduced in these games that wasn’t Oricorio, so the volcanic Turtonator was my best option) - Alolan Ninetales (A mysterious white, ice type loner fits Kopaka very well!)
Let’s Go Pikachu: Not a main game I know, but I’m planning to just do Manga Red’s team of Pikachu, Venusaur, Gyarados, Snorlax, Poliwrath and Aerodactyl!
Gen 8 and potential Sinnoh remakes: A little early, but I’ve been wondering what I should do this time! I no longer have a set comp team of 6 since Gen 6 to copy. I was thinking that sans starter, I might use a team of Pokemon whose bst are all lower than 480 for kicks. Or I would immediately start off with a nuzlocke, maybe one where I can only use found revives to revive any casualties to be a bit more merciful. I tried a mono dark team in Ultra Sun, but that wasn’t too fun. What do you think? Any more suggestions?
