A very Happy Spooky Birthday to our crowd-funded puppy Bisuke.

I've had a number of requests for an update on our puppy and here she is!! She's happy, healthy, and has Opinions. It's also her birthday!

A very important pupdate. Meet Kili. Pictures are of a tiny red foxy Pembroke Welsh Corgi. She's staring at the camera, playing with a neon green toy bigger than she is, trying to sleep on the bottom of a bookshelf, and conked out on her back, curled in a soft fuzzy "c" . She is a princess and a monster and bitey mcbite face.

We’re waiting on bloodwork but the vet ruled out neurological problems or cancer so I’m very relieved. He has a bit of a fever but otherwise seems very healthy, he most likely was bothered by the heat. It’s been very hot here like 95 degrees hot and he’s a very furry long haired dog so it’s hard on him. He’s a little overweight so we need to cut back on the pup cups and biscuits, he should lose 5-10 lbs but the vet said it could be over a few months so she wasn’t very concerned about his weight. He’s been acting normal now that the weather is back in the 80s so maybe it was just the heat. Either way I’m just so grateful he got to come home with us and the vet doesn’t think anything is seriously wrong with him. Thanks to everyone who sent vibes and prayers for him, he’s very tired now after his eventful morning.

Pupdate! Our puppy, Bisuke the Bold, is doing good. She's all cleaned up, healthy as a ninja dog can be, and bossy.

I feel like I need to apologize for going quiet all of a sudden. I'm kind of going through a training arc right now, and everything that I've ever been working on has been shoved aside while I continue to train. I hit kind of a wall a while back and things have been slowly shaking loose once again (drawing wise anyway). Writing is also one of those things that has had to suffer on the side as well. My notebook is about halfway full and the third part is in progress. I just have to find time to do that all and continue the training arc somehow. (I'm not good juggling multiple interests/things at once.) I don't know maybe I didn't need to type this all out. I would come back eventually lol. SO that's what it's been like for me anyway. I have 6 more weeks to the training arc so we'll see where that goes. As I do it though I'm getting more spicy and confident. Hopefully that'll mean more stuff here in due time. I can't just study forever after all.

EMERGENCY FLASH COMMISSIONS!!

So I got hit with a $1,500 mechanic bill to replace my brakes and caliper. The shop had originally quoted $2,000 but I was able to lower it.

I don’t get paid for another week and I have to start credit card payments and rent too.
