I’m sure some of you long-time followers are familiar with my boy, Colt.
He’s... getting up there.
He’s fifteen and a half years old and hard times are catching up with him.
Almost completely blind and deaf.
Docs say his lungs, heart, and kidneys aren’t looking too good.
His previous owners in the first half of his life weren’t very health-conscious folk and it’s starting to show.
He was at least ten pounds heavier when I met him.
I really, really don’t wanna say goodbye to this lil’ guy. He’s my best friend in the whole world and it’s fucking killing me inside to see him like this.
He’s not in any pain. He’s still his regular ol’ goofy self. Sweet as can be and loves everyone. Greets everyone with a smile and gentle tail wags.
I’ll keep y’all updated.
Until then…
Hug your babies. Give them kisses.
