Lynn doesn't smoke or drink but I don't think she'd be entirely against trying it once. Idk if you need help with gourmand's red centipede but my solution was to bring 3 spore puffs from farm arrays to where one spawns in subterranean. The spores deal damage despite their armor, more damage if they hit more parts of the bod. Two can kill, but three guarantees it in my experience. After that, you just need an escape plan for other angry centipedes.
