Monday is the day I take massive leap and give 30 days of ISA a red hot go!!! It's taken my trainer weeks and lots of stupid questions ( from me) to get me to embrace this challenge. Yes I've tried other diets and clean eating 30 day challenges since I started this journey but this one is the most daunting. I've never been one for shakes instead of meals or for lots of supplements so it could be interesting.
