Monday is the day I take massive leap and give 30 days of ISA a red hot go!!! It's taken my trainer weeks and lots of stupid questions ( from me) to get me to embrace this challenge. Yes I've tried other diets and clean eating 30 day challenges since I started this journey but this one is the most daunting. I've never been one for shakes instead of meals or for lots of supplements so it could be interesting. It's not very often I'm proud of myself after a workout ( and some days I really should be) but today I am proud of myself. When I saw this wod I was straight away looking for the scaling options because there was no way I could do muscle ups!! Turns out I can do a box muscle up and I smashed them out. I also had an awesome partner who dug deep like me and we got it done!!
