What I feel about firefly since the first day I saw her

No one fucks with Luke, not with MC around.

So I'm the second eldest (eldest girl) out of all the kids in my family. And I grew up being taught that you gotta protect the younger kids at all cost, whether they are related to you or not (Im from the deep south so thats also part of it). So I know that if it were me in the Devildom, I would end up super protective of Luke. My brain would automatically associate him as being sorta like my younger brother. That kid would kick my maternal instincts into high gear.

The classroom buzzed with the usual chatter as demons and angels alike milled about before the lecture. MC walked in, their bag slung over one shoulder, scanning the room for a seat. They hadn’t expected anything out of the ordinary today—just another class in the Devildom’s peculiar take on higher education. But then they heard it: a sharp, angry voice that cut through the noise, followed by the unmistakable sound of a chair scraping against the floor.

MC’s gaze snapped to the source of the commotion. Their eyes widened as they saw a demon towering over Luke, his fist raised, his face twisted in anger. Luke, ever the brave little angel, stood his ground, but it was clear he was outmatched. The demon snarled, “You think you can mouth off to me, you little brat? I’ll teach you some respect!”

Time seemed to slow as a surge of protective fury flooded through MC. Without thinking, they dropped their bag and stormed across the room, already summoning the power within them. They didn’t even bother to conceal the venom in their voice as they yelled, “Oh, please do it! Please hit him! I want to see you do it!” Their words were sharp, challenging, daring the demon to make a move.

The classroom fell silent as everyone turned to watch, eyes wide with shock and fear. The demon hesitated, his raised fist wavering as he realized that this wasn’t just some ordinary human standing before him. MC’s eyes blazed with a dangerous light, their hand already glowing with the beginnings of a spell. The air crackled with energy as they prepared to summon one of the brothers, anyone who could deal with this threat.

“What the hell is wrong with you?!” MC continued, their voice rising with each word. “Hit him, you bastard. Put your hands on him, I dare you!”

The demon’s friend, who had been watching from the sidelines, suddenly shot to his feet, panic written all over his face. He had seen MC’s power before—had heard the stories of what they could do when pushed too far. “Wait, don’t! Don’t hurt him!” he pleaded, his voice trembling with fear. “We didn’t mean it! He didn’t mean it!”

MC’s gaze snapped to the other demon, their eyes cold as ice. “Oh, I’m not gonna hurt him,” they snarled, their voice low and dangerous. “I’m gonna kill him for putting his hands on Luke.”

The words sent a shiver through the room. The demon who had raised his fist paled, realizing far too late that he had seriously miscalculated. He quickly lowered his hand, stepping back as if to distance himself from the threat he had foolishly provoked. But it was too late. MC’s fury was a storm, and it wasn’t easily quelled.

Luke, still standing his ground, looked up at MC with wide eyes. He had never seen them like this—so fierce, so ready to protect him at any cost. “MC…” he whispered, his voice barely audible over the tension in the room.

MC didn’t take their eyes off the demon. “You don’t ever lay a hand on him, do you hear me?” They took a step forward, and the demon stumbled back, nearly tripping over his own feet in his haste to put distance between himself and MC. “If you so much as think about hurting him again, I swear by everything holy and unholy in all three realms, you’ll regret it.”

The demon’s friend tried to intervene, his hands raised in a placating gesture. “We’re sorry! He didn’t know who he was messing with! Just—please, let him go. We won’t bother Luke again, I swear!”

MC held their glare for a long, tense moment before finally allowing the energy to dissipate, the spell fading from their hand. The air in the room seemed to release a collective breath, the tension easing slightly as MC took a step back. The demon, pale and shaken, quickly ducked his head and muttered an apology before scrambling out of the classroom, his friend hot on his heels.

MC watched them go, their expression hard and unyielding until the door slammed shut behind them. Only then did they turn to Luke, their fierce demeanor softening into one of concern. “You okay, Luke?” they asked, their voice gentle now, a stark contrast to the wrath they had just unleashed.

Luke nodded, though he looked a bit shaken. “Yeah… thanks, MC. I didn’t think he’d actually… you know.”

MC smiled, ruffling his hair affectionately. “No one’s gonna mess with you while I’m around, got it?”

Luke smiled back, relief washing over him. “Got it.”

As they walked together to find a seat, the classroom slowly returned to its usual noise, though there was an undeniable tension in the air. The other students whispered among themselves, stealing glances at MC. The story of what had just happened would spread quickly, adding to MC’s growing reputation in the Devildom as someone not to be trifled with.

But for MC, it was simple. No one messed with Luke—not on their watch.

AVENTURINE:

Aventurine is known for his eccentric personality for sure. He’s done well when asking others to join him but when it comes to actually connecting with others it falls flat due to his personality. You were an exception though! His beautiful lover.

So finding out you were hurt was not the best. It was a bruise you had gotten on your arm from somebody bumping into you by ‘accident.’ Well no not an accident but you weren’t going to tell Aventurine you had gotten into a fight! You know that would drive him into insanity.

“Oh dear? What's that on your arm?” He asked with his usual sardonic smile faltering at the sight of his beloved hurt. He took his hand out rubbing the bruise in delicate circles.

“Somebody bumped into me by accident.” You said averting your gaze as guilt filled you. 

Aventurine didn’t buy it and you knew as soon as his gaze darkened and his smile became more pointed and defined.

“Lies darling.” He said chuckling and kissed your bruise leaving the house.

All we know is that guy who hurt you was never seen again.

SCAR:

Scar is a manipulative asshole and sometimes you wonder how two different individuals like you two ended up dating. Hell, you loved the guy but sometimes you had to take double takes on his decisions. You loved him and he was obsessed. You could tell by the far lengths he went for you. Even if they weren’t good things.

You had gotten hit badly in a fight. A gash was literally bleeding through the stomach of your shirt. It reminded you of all the scars Scar had. Funny and ironic. Though you knew you had to patch yourself up and cover it before your boyfriend saw or who knows what would happen to the guy who hurt you?

Sadly you didn’t know Scar was home early and found you bleeding. He halted in his steps, eyes widened and staring blankly.

“Scar.?” You murmured out a reply PRAYING that he wouldn’t do anything over the top.

“Who hurt you?” His cunning smile returned as he stroked your scar sending small shockwaves of pain throughout you but you mumbled out an excuse.

“Nobody. Some..vines! Yeah vines. Pointy and thorny stuff.” Bullshit. As if he’d believe that.

“As if darling. Can you pleeeease tell me the guy I need to kill? Ooh! No, no wait! Torture and then kill! Ohhh wait wait. Burn him alive.” He smiled after his words, making you pale.

“No no no! That’s not needed!” You frantically said but Scar was already out the door hunting for the person.

DION AGRICHE:

Dion’s a sociopath. Nicest way to put it! Doesn’t show emotion at all and kills without a second thought. The Agriches were known for their ruthless nature so you should’ve been aware of that. But no one could get used to the sight of bloody bodies as a regular person. It was definitely not on your bucket list to date him but it happened! Right after you caught him smelling flowers. Now that tugged on your heart strings.

Would that excuse his actions? Fuck no. But did you love him? Yes. And so did he surprisingly.

Blood was on your palm after getting slashed by one of those who tried to assassinate the Agriche’s. After they found out your connection to him of course people would try and kill you. You managed to run out of there and make it back to the estate with soft pants.

You didn’t expect to find Dion staring dead in the eye at you, his red pupils dilating as he saw you bleed. You wondered if it reminded him of all the bloodshed he went through.

“You're bleeding.” He stated with a monotone voice.

“A bit yeah.” You forced a smile. “Just those regular guys who keep wanting to assassinate the Agriches..” A soft chuckle left your lips.

“Go to the healer.” He said with the same tone before leaving in the same direction where you got slashed at.

KISHIBE:

Kishibe is a on sight man to put it in simple words. Straightforward and hella strong. It was a surprise you ended up dating him since he was hung up on some lady that rejected him several times because she liked women. Were you just a rebound? You thought at times but those thoughts always vanished when Kishibe brought you little things. Like food, bracelets, and soft kisses. 

He had a tough guy look and definitely was one on the inside after seeing him fight but he did hold affection for you. 

Deeply.

A devil had managed to hit a bad hit on your back making you have to clutch the wall for support and limp back to base trying not to collapse in pain.

As you reached the base you found your lover staring at you with dead eyes. 

You know what those meant.

“Just..a devil.” You murmured out embarrassed since Kishibe was beyond strong and could beat a devil in a blink of an eye. Yet here you are bleeding out. “Sorry.”

Kishibe walked over to you and stared at your wound handing you bandages.

“I’ll be back. I need to release some stress.”

“Wait..” You know what that meant.

“Soon.” He left through the door dragging a huge weapon with him.

The Alderaanian Royal Guard gets really protective of the Coruscant Guard. Like. Really protective. At some point the people start treating the Corries better if only because they know that there is always an Alderaanian somewhere in the vicinity. Sometimes it's the Senator himself. Once or twice it was the Queen. But there is always at least one member of the Royal Guard there. Somewhere. For people who say they are pacifists, they seem really bloodthirsty.

After a while, people are starting to figure out that they might've been just supressing any murderous intents up until now, and it's better if you don't tempt them too much.

(The word got out at some point that Fox was dating the Queen and the Senator and that it was serious. The Royal Guard immediately turned on the Prince treatment. Fox bluescreened the first time one of them opened a door for him.)
