Continuing to think about Dany's connection to her dragons. How she literally draws strength from them and how they are exactly what she wished them to be when she named them.
Viserion and Rhaegal do not reflect Viserys and Rhaegar. Viserion is what Dany needed from Viserys, loving and affectionate. He is the least aggressive of the three dragons. Dany had such a clear idea of what she needed from Viserion - to do what Viserys could not.
Rhaegal is what Dany envisioned Rhaegar (her valiant brother who died fighting) was. Viserys probably told her Rhaegar was a great warrior. Maybe Viserys also didn't know the true Rhaegar that we are introduced to by Barristan Selmy. Instead of reflecting the somber and reflective Rhaegar, Rhaegal grows to be the aggressive and willful warrior Dany imagined her brother was. He is the most aggressive of the three.

wonder if tealor briefly had a sense of deja vu when looking at the prophet for the first time. like they were strangely familiar. through the fog of his memories, he sees a flash of 3 years before, when he was approached by a shadow figure who emanated the same otherworldly aura. the prophet is naive and untrained. but the shadow god, despite still being early on in their quest, was already ready and waiting to take on fate

Quietly thinking about how Wizarding Britain is a straight-up dystopia tn. Like, even in the "good" years prior to Voldemort's resurrection, it would be such a nightmarish and fucked-up place to actually live that I feel like every time I read a fanfic where the characters conclude "hey, maybe we should just move back to the Muggle world which has neat things like rule of law and sexual consent" I feel like I want to applaud.

Burning Quran is Human Rights and freedom to express, said USA & EU. Then what about the Rights of those who admire it.
Nothing can make someone so lowly until his heart and brain are stuffed with severe kinds of HATRED against Islam, the Quran, the Prophet, Muslims and their culture, which makes them mentally fit with the burning of the Quran as a matter of freedom of Expression and is legal under Human Rights.
Disagreement with some of its verses doesn't provide rights and authorize to burn a Book. Does any country hereby authorize to burn its constitution because some of its citizens disagree with some of its articles.
Let those who have accepted Islam as their faith and follow Quran, should not be told that burning their belief is freedom of speech and their Rights. Nay it's not speech but it's hatred through the insane hands of mentally deranged humans, to be honest.
Such a shame USA & EU

Nearly forgot to post this drawing I made of the Black Prophet in a priest outfit. I know he's more puritan than catholic (he literally lives in a place called Puritan Street) but like. I dunno, the catholic priest outfits look dope.

A reminder if it’s been a while since you saw Sacrifice of Angels:
The Dominion & Cardassians are occupying ds9. A battle involving the Klingons, Cardassians, Federation, and Dominion rages near the station. Rom had mined the entrance to the wormhole to prevent further Dominion Gamma quadrant reinforcements, but Damar has just removed the mines. The defiant punches through the battle only to watch the minefield detonate.
They detect a huge fleet of Dominion reinforcements coming through the wormhole. Sisko orders the Defiant into the wormhole to face them. The Prophets tell him to turn back and save his life, but he counters & convinces them to stop the fleet. They agree in exchange for a penance, and the approaching ships vanished on screen. Sisko says he doesn’t think they’ll be coming back.
