I wanted to create a cool map for the anime, so here you go. I love fantasy maps, lol. The data is from an anime panel the developers showed at SakuraCon 2023. The location of Hopeland is my guess, as it wasn’t specified. And some intel on the City’s from their Twitter.

Their journey trough the fist season of TriStamp in episode numbers for reference.

I have some yapping to do so bare with me.

(This was all written because of one edit I saw on TikTok of S5 EP12 where Mickey & Ian 'Break up')

He was in pure shock because he believed that Ian loved him back (Which Ian did he just didn't want to bother Mickey with his crazy shit anymore as he said there.) it just felt unreal 'cause this was the firts time he loved someone. Actual love not just bangin' and shit. Also his first time experiencing being loved since he grew up in an abusive household. It was very hard for him to accept his feelings towards Ian, as we see it takes him almost 3 years. I said almost because I'm fully convinced that Mickey knew what he felt towards Ian in S3, he just didn't let himself actualy accept it, because if he did Terry might have found out and killed Mickey, since he was very capable of and almost did twice in S10. Now, a slightly different topic. Mickey would do anything for Ian or the Gallaghers. It's an act of love from his side. For example, he wanted to kill Sammi because of what she did to Ian (I hate her so much for that.) It was also an act of revenge. But anyway I went off topic. In S4 EP11 Ian asks if they're a couple or not. Mickey says that ofcourse they are. But Ian is unhappy because he is tired of always hiding their relationship around others. It bothers Mickey, he wants to deal with it, but he couldn't deal with it then 'cause Yevgeny had the baptism or whatever you call it. Later that day, it's an after party or whatever at the Alibi where Svetlana threatens to tell Mickey's father about him and Ian. He insults her. He's scared of his father because he knows that he's capable of killing him. Ian is there (respect for Ian for even being brave enough to be in the same room as the person that beat the shit out of you and your 'boyfriend' back in the time.) Mickey tells Ian it's propably the best if he leaves, Ian doesn't want to leave. He wants to spend time with Mickey. He's still unhappy because Mickey's so afraid of his father (WHICH IS FUCKING REASONABLE!!!) He wants to be free, "Ian, what you and I have makes me free. Not what these assholes know." I see that as an I love you. Ian threatens to leave. Or more like 'break up' with Mickey. So basically Ian pushes him into coming out. He didn't believe Mickey would actualy do it so he grabbed his stuff and walked to the door. But then Mickey came out. AND THIS MOMENT LADIES AND GENTLEMAN MEANS.... That Mickey would do anything for Ian whenever, wherever. He would take a bullet for him (he basically did twice). Thick and thin, good times-bad times, sickness-health. All that shit.

Ranks and more

Note: This is a very big WIP since July 30rd, so there's things that can be changed in the future, and aslo, propably have a lot of grammar errors.

And also, i forgot that i didn't add the crafters in the first time i posted this, so i will be editing this now, to fix this.

Of course, the ranks is a very important part of the clans, so i wanted to add more options for the ranks, and i wanted to add more "senior" important ranks, since if a cat want a carrer goal in clan life, the cat only would have two options, deputy or leader, you can try to be a senior warrior or a healer senior, but outside that there's not very much to do.

Some changes, additions and descriptions that i made:

Ranks:

Leader - Obviously, the leader gives the orders, cares for the clan, makes the big decisions, still, the leader's word is law, leaders can have kits and family, since i never understand this in canon, but okay, they have the their 9 lives, and have the Star before the name;

Deputy - The second in command, they organize patrols, resolve matters in the clan when the leader is not present, they take care most of the clans affairs, before passing it to the leader, if you are a queen or king to be, they can suspend your rank duties, so you have a better care for the kits, without consulting the leader, they are refered as Ms., Mr. and Mx. in formal situations, examples: Ms. Bluefur and Mr. Redtail; Any rank except apprentices, kits and the leader can become the deputy;

Healer - It's basically the Med. Cat in the books, they cure people, and talk to dead people, but they can still hunt to the clan if wanted, learning some battle moves for self-defense if necessary, also healers can have mates and kits now, since the rule that they can't is stupid, but there's a small requirement before having kits, that's that the healers should have an apprentice before having any kits, if they don't, it's considered a taboo thing;

>Lead healer - Basically if there's more than one healer, there will be one that will be considered the lead healer, they will be the one that will always be called and cosulted by the leader, usually since the lead healer would be the one with the most experience, and resolve herb trading and conflits between healers of the other clan with their clan;

Caretaker - Obvisouly, this will be the cats who will take care of and teachinh the kits, but also the elders and the sick, if there's not any kits, elders or sick cats, they will be taking care of the camp, and helping assist other ranks, they would be also seen colecting material with the crafters of the clan;

>Lead caretaker - Like the lead healer, this one will be when there's more than two caretakers this time, they would be in charge of supervising the work of the other caretakers, helping choose the mentors of the future apprentices, and knowing more about the leader's and deputy's future plans than the others;

Crafter - The ones that creates the tools, build the dens, make the clothing, and alot more of other things, crafters are very important to a clan's survival, since they are the ones that can make the things for them to survive;

>Lead crafter - He organizes the work, surpervising the others, see what they need to do before leafbare, and other things, they are very respected in the clan, and a clan can have at 2 or 3 lead crafters if they are lucky;

Guard - As it says, theses will be the guards of the camp, this rank is quite rare to see since warriors already makes most of the guards duties, but they basically guard the camp all night, and all day(taking shifts between guards), they are the only cats that can escort healers to the moonstone(later moonpool), and often, when leaders, deputies, healers and any leads wants to have a private discussion, theses guys will be guarding where they are discussing, if the guards are not necessary in a certain type, they can hunt or help other roles;

>Senior guard - They are basically the bodyguards of the high ranks, when there is 2 or more guards and a guard is old enough, they becomes the personal guard of a specific high rank, can be the leader, deputy, healer or any lead, they also can be giving a specific place to protect(ex. Nursery or the Elders den), it's very rare to see a senior guard, so if a clan have one or multiple senior guards, the clan can be seen as very flourishing;

Warrior - Same as canon, they hunt, patrol amd defend the borders, fight in the wars when it happens, but they instead of being encouraged of attacking and even killing outsiders(looking at you Tigerpaw and Thistleclaw), they are encouraged to try to recruit new cats to the clan, or to try to have new blood in the clan, so then the Clans can avoid incest;

>Senior warrior - They do the same things Warriors do, but they are more respected and trusted by the leader, deputy, healer and the leads, if possible, they can have a personal guard, they generally are the first cats that a clan thinks are deputy material, since the seniors are very trusted, they are usually send as messengers for the other clans, to give a message and to rely the message to the high ranks of the clan, they also can help the deputy to organize patrols, and usually helping in driving away dangerous threats;

Hunter - Basically a warrior, but they solely hunt, unlike the Warriors, they have a big pressure to always catch and bring fresh kill, but since they are not expect to fight and do border patrol, they can more easily focus on hunting, and having more success, the hunter role is generally recommended to cats that are afraid or can't fight, so there's this thing in the clans, that if you are a hunter instead of a warrior, you're either weakling or a scaredy cat;

>Lead hunter - They act as a second "deputy" in some way, since they have the liberty to organize some hunting patrol with the "lead" title, a lead hunter is chosen when there's 3 or more hunters in a clan, and if there's more hunters than commonly, a second lead hunter can be chosen, but excluiding this, they are basically a normal hunter yet, the title doesn't give beneficy as the others;

>Assistant - So this is a interesting one, they are a kinda of a second role, so if a cat is Warrior they can also have a minor role of a caretaker, so they would be a caretaker's assistant, this also can be aplied to elders who still wants to help the clan, while in camp;

Apprentice - Same as canon, -paw at the end of the name, till 12 moons to graduate if possible, graduating early is a achievement and graduating later can be seen as bad thing, they are still doing the thing of helping and caring for the camp, but are very minor, since there is ranks for it, but an extra thing that i added, i will be explaining in the kits rank;

Queen/King/Lord - The queens in canon, the perma queen are the caretakers now, so theses titles are temporary only, to a cat that is currently caring for their kits, and that's not exclusively to she-cats now;

Kits - Still are forbidden to go out of the camp, and are expected to be apprentices when the 6 moons marks hit, but before that, when they complete 5 moons, a caretaker or multiple caretakers do a tour with them around the camp, and sometimes even in the forest, but still close to the camp, so they can know the roles more clearly, see what they do, how their routines go and more, this can be done one time or multiple times in the moon, so when they turn in apprentices, they will be training in what they want in a more clear view of what will be their future;

Elders - Basically any cat that retires, leaders and healers can retire too, with leaders losting their nine lives after retiring, elders bury the cats that died, and tell stories to younger generations.

I have a lot of unfinished clothing conversion and this one was one of the 1st one that I started, propably around a year ago. I’m still making baby steps when it comes to converting clothes, especially when it comes to skirts/pants so sorry for it not being perfect, but I tried to make bones assignments as smooth as possible. The boots are ‘Joona Boots’ by serenity. The tights/stockings textures I used are either from ts4 or from ‘Accessory Stockings’ by @themeasureofasim & @itsdiamondeyesuniverse. I’ll edit the post later to add the creator of the gloves textures.

Hey hey! Hope you are all doing well in these times :) I've been pretty offline due to finishing my project deadline and THEN I was (and still am) absorbed in this little project that might interest you :D I uh might have decided to turn bkdk Juggling AU into a Comic

( I call this image “proof image” in the folder) 

It's got 4 1/2 chapters, and I'm pretty near the end with the storyboard, might finish till thursday...resulting in prop 100+ page comic (oh dear). Originally I just had those scenes and interactions that I wanted to loosely sketch to show you, but then I thought about a proper format to collect those drawings, and then I just threw  all fucks over board and started with a whole comic storyboard.  (I really missed doing this, drawing a comic just for the own fun ) But, I will of course not fully clean up the pages. They'll propably be scribbly with some quick colour, to keep it as simple and fast to draw as possible :) But I'm so so looking forward to showing you!  I don't know yet how fast I will be with drawing once I've finished the storyboard? It should not take tooo long. But let's see :) I also don't know if I should post this on webtoons then...will think about this later this week. Fyi: it'll be SFW!

For a little sneak peak: here's some storyboard Izukus, Kacchans and Ochakos and some Mina and Kirishima! I wanted to add lots of other characters, the more, the merrier.

That's it for now :) I'll try to keep you updated over the week how it's going. Now that the question is not if I'm gonna draw this but just how long it will take it felt ok to announce this (I want to post it chapterwise so you don't have to wait till all is finished^^)

Class Feature Friday: Chaos Domain & Blessing (Cleric Domain & Warpriest Blessing)

 We’re finally back to first edition domains again, and this time we’re looking at the first of the alignment domains!

As one might imagine, the four alignment domains are some of the most common domains out there, each deity and demideity that isn’t true neutral has at least one of them. However, since every deity has their own philosophy, what exactly these domains and their associated blessings mean varies from religion to religion.

On a philosophy note, chaos is all about doing what you want when you want, not shackled by the laws, personal code, or other trappings of civilization getting in the way. Of course, what chaotic beings want varies by the other part of their alignment. Chaotic good wants themselves and others to flourish, using order when it is a useful tool to do so, but discarding it when it gets in the way. Chaotic neutral is a bit more selfish, willing to do all sorts of things to remain free and able to experience the world as they see fit. Finally, chaotic evil is sadism incarnate seeking fully selfish goals and more than willing, and even taking pleasure in causing suffering to achieve those goals.

None of this implies that those who are chaotic are incapable of planning, only that they dislike structure that would limit their flexibility.

Of course, chaos is more than just a philosophy, but it also covers cosmic forces as we interpret them. The tendency for new and wondrous things to arise without a guiding hand, as well as the nature of entropy to break down even the most solid things, be they living things, civilization, or simple matter. Chaotic beings learn to accept that these changes are inevitable and worth celebrating, some simply accepting what is to come or shaping them according to their desires, while others reveling in new developments and bidding them a fond farewell as they leave.

To choose an alignment domain is to draw power from something inherently subjective, wielding the powers associated with the concept. Clerics and inquisitors that choose such a domain believe in their faith’s interpretation so greatly that they wield it against their detractors in a very literal way.

The same also goes for warpriests, but in a much more literal and violent way. Such warpriests may lead armies that lash out at established civilizations that impose what they believe to be too much order or control over the world around them, or crusade against tyrants as heroes of freedom.

Again, the exact reasons vary from faith to faith, and person to person, so the exact why they choose this power and how they wield it is diverse and unique to all practitioners.

 For clerics and inquisitors, the power of chaos allows them to inflict unfavorable propability upon their foes, making them momentarily less likely to succeed.

Later on, they can briefly empower a weapon with the power of chaos, making it a deadly tool against lawful foes.

Clerics also gain access to various domain spells, namely those that protect against law or provide other forms of chaotic protection, chaotic blessings for their weaponry, powerful invocations of chaotic energy through blasts and cosmic words, the ability to bring objects to life, and even summoning the servants of chaos to fight for them.

While the touch is a useful if risky maneuver, the second ability and spells of this domain truly gear it towards both defense and combat, harming and debuffing foes, or providing various self-buffs. Naturally, this makes it a good pick when facing organized foes that might be lawful, but might not see as much use against more wild foes. Inquisitors, however, will find it quite useful for the extra damage and debuff they can utilize.

Meanwhile, the warpriest blessing allows them to imbue their weapons with a lesser form of chaotic blessing to harm lawful foes.

Later on, the greater blessing allows them to call upon chaotic outsiders or anarchic creatures to aid them in battle, granting them a variety of special allies.

For warpriests, the chaotic damage enhancement will be situation depending on the foes you face, but summoning, even limited summoning, will always prove useful. I would recommend taking expanded summoning feats to add more chaotic options to your summoning lists, specifically proteans, to further develop this, and probably use your other blessing choice to get something a bit more general purpose unless you have something specific in mind already.

 Freedom means different things to different people, so these holy figures are as varied as there are chaotic deities that make use of the domain in the first place. All value autonomy and the desire to preserve at least their own freedom, if not that of others.

  The faith of the Song of the River maintains many shrines along the Heart River, which is sacred to the goddess. These simple riverbank shrines are maintained by Felami, a naiad priestess who travels up and down the river, maintaining them and tending to the communities that depend upon the river for their livelihoods, as well as travellers seeking freedom and new wonders.

 The icy tundra of the far north are considered a death sentence to many local cultures, with only devotees of the Ice Walker daring to travel far away from settlements to keep different villages connected. Some priests even train as warriors to hunt the icy predators like the insectile ursikka to help make the journeys safer.

 The priesthood of the Rebel’s Heart are exactly what one would expect, being revolutionaries. They practice in secret and work to guide and protect those that would stand up to tyranny. However, even goodly civilizations consider them an ill omen, assuming that they support rebels and insurrectionists regardless of the justness of their cause.

Tape to tape - Chap. 2

All credits for the world & the characters for @lumosinlove. I’m kind of sad that SW is ending but luckily there’s still Coast to coast left and 12 days of ficmas isn’t far away.

I wrote this fic(of a fic) before the last chapter was out. In case someone hasn’t read it yet, I won’t tell any details but I have to admit that the ending was far better than I could have hoped for. I was literally jumping up and down after reading that❤️

In the three months that Sirius had known Remus they had gotten pretty close. Sirius had to admit that he enjoyed being with Remus but he was rather surprised that Remus seemed to also like his company. You see, Remus was one of those people who was rather popular with his peers. Remus had adjusted to the team quickly and found his place easily. Of course there were some people who didn’t like him but he didn’t care about them. Luckily Remus had found his place within the better people in Sirius’s opinion.

Sirius on the other hand couldn’t usually come along with people like him. Or rather people like him didn’t like Sirius’s closed off nature. Remus seemed to be an exception. They had spent a lot of time with each other in practice and school as they shared the same French class and usually paired together in training and he hadn’t (yet) gotten sick of him.

Autumn was finally starting to blend into winter with temperatures dropping and sun rising later each day. This also meant Sirius’s birthday was getting closer. He didn’t really enjoy his birthday as it didn’t come with any special occasion in his family. Somehow his parents seemed to be even more annoyed by him around his birthday which resulted in Sirius getting a few punches more than usually. Especially his father seemed to consume rather impressive amounts of alcohol around this time as well.

Previous years he hadn’t had anyone who genuinly wanted to wish him happy birthday and pay attention towards him. Of course his teammates wished him happy birthday but they didn’t really notice his sullen mood and certainly didn’t bug him about it.

”Sirius, are you sure you are okay? It’s just that you seem a little quieter today than you usually are.” Sirius was stretching in the gym with Remus. They had already figured this routine that worked well for them. They both liked to stay and stretch well before showering so why not do it together?

”Yes. I’m fine.” Sirius answer came out maybe a little harsh but on his defence he was tired and just wanted to get to his bed and sleep. This wasn’t the first time Remus had asked the question and somehow it was getting harder and harder not to lose his temper.

”Okay, I believe you. I was thinking, we could maybe do the run together that we are supposed to do over the weekend. Since your birthday is on Sunday maybe tomorrow?” Remus asked.

”I think you should go alone this weekend. I’m going to be pretty busy.” Sirius said while l lying on his back and stretching his thigh.

”Oh. That’s alright.” Remus sounded a little upset and they sat in silence for a few moments.

”Are you really fine Sirius? I mean you just seem-”

”YES! I am fine, Remus! Just stop asking. Please.” Sirius let out a shout. He closed his eyes and sighed little. What are you doing? He is just worried. Sirius rose from the ground and walked to the locker room for the showers. He hoped Remus would say something but the silence wasn’t broken.

One shower later Sirius packed up his gear and headed outside. After a quiet drive Sirius opened stepped inside his home. He tried to be as quiet as possible getting to his room but apparently he wasn’t quiet enough. He heard his father calling for him from his office. Sirius knew he had no choice as he slowly turned and headed for the office.

When Sirius gained his consciousness the first thing he registered was how much his head was pounding. The second thing was how his back ached. The third thing he registered was the bunch of little sniffs he was hearing. He felt how something tickled his nose.

Sirius opened his eyes to see a tiny black puppy with wet eyes on his bed with him. It was sniffing at him before it curled up next to his head. They looked at each other for a while before Sirius properly processed what he was seeing. He slowly raised his hand to pet the little ones head. The puppy let out a tiny whine and pushed against his hand.

After a few pets Sirius started to wonder how the puppy had gotten there. That startled him awake. He was sure that he had locked his door before he had passed out here.

He rushed to turn around to see the whole room and search for any danger. When he looked at the door it was still closed and locked. Wait. Can this puppy teleport or something?

In the soft glow of the desk lamp Sirius’s eyes landed on the boy sitting on his desk looking at him. He frowned. How did Remus get in here?

”If you are wondering how I got here, I climbed through your window. And no, no one saw me. It is already dark outside.” Remus said quietly.

Sirius coughed before answering. ”I see.”

Remus looked at Sirius face. Sirius knew that he propably looked bad. He could tell that he had at least a black eye and his lip was split. There might be other bruises but he wasn’t sure.

Remus got up from his place on the table and walked into Sirius’s bathroom. Sirius could hear the sink being turned on and a while later Remus emerged with a wet cloth in his hand. He sat next to Sirius, scooped up the puppy from his side and dumped it onto Sirius’s lap.

”It wants attention. Can you pet her?” Remus asked as he raised the cloth to wipe at Sirius’s lip. Sirius’s breath hitched at the contact but he still started to pet the little puppy on his lap.

They stayed quiet while Remus cleaned his face from blood. After he was done he got up to take the cloth back to the bathroom. Sirius concentrated on the puppy and holding it close.

”You don’t have to talk about it. You don’t have to lie to me, but remember that I am here.” Remus said quietly when he came back. Sirius lifted his gaze from the floor to see Remus looking at him.

”I- umm…” Sirius hadn’t talked about this before with anyone. He trusted Remus with his whole heart but he wasn’t sure if he wanted to bear Remus with the knowledge of it.

”I’m not sure if I can.” Sirius’s voice was shaky when he spoke.

Remus nodded understanding. ”You don’t have to. But if you change your mind I’ll be here. Always.”

”Thank you Remus.” Sirius scooted to lay against the wall with the puppy on his lap. It had gotten comfortable to Sirius’s presence by now so it was play-attacking his hand and whipping its tale around uncontrollably. He felt the bed dip with Remus weight as he got up to retrieve something from his jacket’s pocket.

While Remus wasn’t looking at him, Sirius let himself tear up a bit. He finally felt like the universe was paying back for all the shit it had given him over the years. He had finally found someone who cared about him, and who Sirius cared for as well. He hadn’t known this was something he needed but now that he had it he didn’t know how he had survived without it. Now he couldn’t help but dream about more.

Sirius quickly wiped his eyes as Remus sat next to him. He took the puppy from him but exchanged it with a little present.

Sirius’s eyes shot up. ”Happy birthday Sirius.” Remus said with a small smile.

”Oh, you didn’t have to get me anything.” Sirius answered little unsure of how to handle this situation. He hadn’t received gifts in years.

”I know but I wanted to. Now, go on. Open it.” Remus assured Sirius while holding eye contact.

Sirius whispered an okay and proceeded to carefully unwrap the present. He let out a wet laugh when he saw that the wrapping paper was hockey themed.

Inside the wrapping paper Sirius discovered three chocolate bars. One was regular, other one was dark chocolate and the third one was filled with mint chips. Sirius was tearing up again.

”I wasn’t sure what you liked but I thought, how wrong can I go with chocolate?” Remus laughed a little worried as Sirius didn’t say anything. ”These are from my favourite brand. If you like these, we’ll have to try their special winter edition. They change the formula every year, you know. I heard rumours that this year they’d do one with gingerbread.” Remus started rambling as Sirius still just stared at the chocolates.

”I- Thank you, Remus. This is the best present I have ever gotten.” Sirius glanced at Remus.

Remus flushed a little. ”Oh. Well good. Though I doubt this is the best one you’ve got-”

”Trust me. It is.” Sirius said and opened the regular chocolate bar. He broke off two pieces and handed one to Remus.

After they had eaten a couple pieces in silence Sirius opened his mouth looking at the puppy now asleep on Remus’s chest. ”So. I didn’t know you had gotten a puppy.”

Remus petted the puppy and smiled. ”This one actually isn’t our own. You know my parents are vets, right?” Sirius nodded. ”Well, now that we have fully adjusted to life here they have gotten back to their usual antics. They had to take a brake from that hobby for a while but yesterday they brought this little guy home. He was found on the side of a highway abandoned.” At that Sirius frowned worriedly and Remus grabbed the puppy gently and laid it on Sirius chest. The puppy nuzzled contedly and fell back asleep.

”After I couldn’t reach you all day I decided to come check on you. When I got up to leave she woke up as well and wanted to come outside with me. I didn’t want her to wake the whole house up with her small barks so I just scooped her up and put her in my pocket for the walk.” Remus told him.

”My phone must have died. I’m sorry I didn’t contact you. I didn’t know you even wanted to reach me.” Sirius muttered.

Remus shook his head. ”If you think I the little argument we had after practice is enough to scare me away, you are very wrong. And stop apologizing. It’s not your fault.”

”I’m sorry, I’ll stop-” Sirius was quick to apologize.

”Sirius!”

”I’m sorry- NO, I mean okay. I’ll stop.” Sirius stammered.

Remus laughed a little. ”Okay. Good.”  

They continued talking for about half an hour after that. They talked mostly about puppies to avoid any uncomfortable subjects. The clock was nearing 3 a.m.

Sirius yawned loudly.

”I think I should go. We should both propably get some sleep.” Remus yawned as well.

Sirius stretched under the covers. ”We propably should.” And threw his hand over his eyes.

Remus rose from his place where he was sitting on top of the covers. Sirius watched him walk over to his desk and put his jacket on. After that he reached inside his pocket where he pulled a dark brown beanie that he put on his head.

Remus turned around eyeing Sirius suspiciously. ”Where is the puppy?”

Sirius cracked a smile at that. ”I don’t know what you are talking about. I haven’t seen any puppies lately.”

Remus walked over to him and suspected his form beneath the covers. Sirius knew what he was looking for but he still blushed a little. Remus grabbed one corner of the blanket covering Sirius and yanked it off of him. Sirius quickly turned to cover the puppy sleeping near his side. Sirius started to laugh as Remus tried to reach the puppy but ended up tickling him. Remus smiled brightly at the sound but despite that he dove on top of Sirius to reach the puppy. He managed to grab her and turned with a wolfy grin towards Sirius. They both froze at that since their noses were almost touching each other.

”You found the puppy.” Sirius breathed out.

”That I did.” Remus said as he rose from the bed. He composed himself quickly before turning back towards Sirius who was pulling the covers back on. Remus held the puppy in front of Sirius’s face and smiled a little. ”Say bye. Now you’ll at least have a reason to start visiting.”

The corners of Sirius’s mouth lifted as he looked at the puppy. ”True. I’ll have to come see this little one.”

Remus slid the puppy into one of his coat’s inside pockets and walked up to the window. On the way he shut off the lamp leaving the room to be lighted up by the moon. He opened the window and raised one of his legs onto the other side.

Sirius took a breath in. ”Remus, thank you. For the chocolate. And for bringing the puppy.”

”It’s alright. I hoped you’d like them.” Remus said quietly. ”Good night. Text me when you wake up.” ”Good night.” Sirius whispered as Remus climbed out the window and slid it shut. Sirius burrowed deeper underneath the covers and let his eyes close. In the quiet darkness Sirius noticed how he could still smell the puppy and a slight tint of chocolate.

That night Sirius didn’t dream of pain and flying punches but of brown curls peaking out beneath a beanie and small puppies. When he woke up he wasn’t sure if last night was real but at the sight of chocolate on his desk he let out a relieved sigh.

Chocolate really is good no matter what time you are eating it. He thought as he munched on a piece while texting Remus.

finished 5 productive days of work.

Animated in Flash CS5.5. Old version, but for what I was doing it’s plenty. the compositing with the background elements just made it start to chug, so I rendered it all out as a image sequence, just to make sure I dont get corrupted video files.

Background made in Krita, trying the program out for a week now and like it for painting. I just need to get better at painting in general.

Slight camera move via Davinci Resolve, as I couldnt figure out how to render out the virtual camera in flash. Propably because my version is outdated, so I wont attempt that any more, in case I do a project like this again.

This happened because I was looking at my old files and found this little thing back from 2007

Execution is bad, but I liked the idea behind it and thought it be a nice scene to revisit, as a practice, And after all the years, I picked up a few animation tricks via osmosis. 

From the last practice I liked the idea of only focusing on the Keyframes, instead of trying to make it all smooth, so I went ahead and started the new interpretation from scratch. (keeping the ground plane, because that’s still solid, and I couldn’t be bothered doing a new one)

Both, the old and the new animation start, and end at exactly the same position and size. I changed the number of frames, the overall time, and the pacing. The background elements I added later after the animation was set, which allowed me to think of the scenario before making up my mind..

each stage pretty much took me a day, the sketch animation, the lineart, doing the background itself, and combining it all together. adding in time for sleep and food, that makes it 5 days. I do not remember how long the original took, but I do remember me anguishing way more trying to get smooth inbetweens, over anything else. Past me wished he had the patience.

This however was a blast and I’d like to do more animations like this in the future.

This took way too long cause my niece has been a wiggleworm all morning and I’m up and down chasing her ever 5 mins lol.

1. Favorite place to write.There is a park about an hour away from me that I go to, if able, when I’ve got writer’s block. I’ll walk about a mile into the forest and sit by a creek that runs into the river. It’s a trip but is worth the effort when I just really need an isolated place to think.

2. Favorite part of writing.Character creation. Even in fanfiction, I always change up the background/personalities a little to add my own touch and present them in a new light. I also love learning and researching so I’ll just look up random things and see if I can’t design something or someone around an idea or belief.

3. Least favorite part of writing.Editing… moving on. I guess I should say editing my own work. Sometimes because I wasn’t the happiest with how a chapter turned out and sometimes because I really don’t feel like re-reading what I just wrote 3 times over only to read it again later and still find typos and parts that just don’t flow quite right.

4. Do you have writing habits or rituals?I have to be listening to something. Music, tv, the ambiance of a coffeeshop, etc. Unless I’m at my favorite place I can’t write in silence, but even there it isn’t quiet.

5. Books or authors that influenced your style the most.Toni Morrison morrison is the first name that pops into my head just because I re-read at least one of her books each month.

6. Favorite character you ever created.Childlike Evergreen for an idea that I’ve been playing with. She’s so cute and nothing like her character as an adult lol

That’s actually how I do it. I will plot out and idea with rough imcomplete details. If something need dialogue to get it moving a have a seperate journal that I write nothing but raw dialogue in. I color code everything so that it’s easy to reference back to and see what goes with what. Then I literally just splice the two parts together including every possible word before editing and cutting most of it out.

12. How do you deal with self-doubts? I’ll go through some of my older pieces that I’ve never published/shared and compare it to my current work. Idk, seeing how far i’ve improved always give me a boost in confidence.

13. How do you deal with writers block?First, I walk away from a project because trying to force something out can ruin a piece and just spend a little time each day writing something, anything, just so that I’m always keeping up with my practice. I’ll also read a bit more and get out of the house more often cause my writer’s block stems from cabin fever most of the time.

14. What’s the most research you ever put into a book?With my current piece that I’m writing. I took the idea of herbal medicine and looked up different plants what were used as medicines/ healing aids. Example: Belladonna, deadly nightshade, tincture was used to help aleviate thing like motionsickness, nausea, and even menstrual cramps. I thought it was interesting and since I was writng about dragon slayers and their perpetual uneasiness with transportaion, added into the story. In general though I always do a fair amount of research because I’ve not experienced all there is in the world and want to be able to make a connection with readers by presenting believable and accurate ideas.

15. Where does your inspiration come from?I’ve always felt more comfortable expressing myself through the written word and grew to love books and storytelling when I was little.

16. Where do you take your motivation from?Same as question 15?

17. On avarage, how much writing do you get done in a day?If I’m doing computer work, anywhere from 1500 to 2000 words. I could easily do more if I let myself, and I sometimes do, but I always walk away from it at some point during the day so as to not overexhert my hands since they already hurt my after a while of handwriting or typing.

18. What’s your revision or rewriting process like?For revisions, I can just cut and add in the document. If i doing a rewrite I will create a new document and write it side by side. I feel like i make more changes that way which is the point of rewrites.

19. First line of a WIP you’re working on.He wiped the sweat from his brow as he came upon her silhouetted form on the forest floor.

23. Single or multi POV, and why?No preference. Both come fairly easy to me but I think that if done well, single POV provides the most entertainment.

24. Poetry or prose, and why?Prose. I’ve taken poetry classes and had to read said poetry in front of 100+ people in college. I still cringe when I tell that story…

Nah, I write because my head is full of all sorts of ideas and I just have to get them on paper so to speak. Sharing my creative writing is something new for me but so far, I’m not regretting that choice.

This girl and I met a week before classes began and she really like how my name was spelled. We hit it off from there. I’ve actually written a story based off of that first interaction between us. She’s a family woman and has such a passion for teaching english. She’s got an attitude and does what she wants, but she was the mom friend that i needed because I usually play mom for my other friends lol

40. Original Fiction or Fanfiction, and why?Both. All of my original works are based off of real stories from real people that I know. My fanfiction is where my creativity shines though especially when working with a universe like Fairy Tail.

41. How many stories do you work on at one time?However many that suits me. My exception to this rule is only 1 multichapter fic at a time due to how much time and research I invest into the piece. I’m also far more critical about editing chapter versus oneshots.

42. How do you figure out your characters looks, personality, etc.

43. Are you an avid reader?Yes. Reading is what makes the writer.

44. Best piece of feedback you’ve ever gotten.One semester I took a research class and had to design and conduct my methods and gather data. There was one part where we had to develop how we were to gather the data we sought and my instructor told me that it was hard for him to critique my methods because I had already done so in the proposal. I figure leaving a guy who writes for a living unable to write anything is a good thing lol

45. Worst piece of feedback you’ve ever gotten.Taking a creative writng class with people who don’t love writing as much as I do. To elaborate, we would be required to write something of our own creation and you could tell who loved writing based on the feedback they gave. I can’t begin to say how many people took to giving me grammar advice because they couldn’t think of anything to say about the content…

I got tagged by @holo-trash & @episims, thank you : D! 1. During my high school/college days I used to make & upload GMV’s (Game Music Videos) on YT. I enjoyed it so damn much since it combined my 2 favourite things - video games & music. I started making them after I was inspired by some Tekken edit that I saw, and even though I mostly made multifandom edits, I think Resident Evil & Tekken (especially in my early days) were the ones I’ve edited the most with : D. I also joined some of the group projects - collabs/MEP’s because the community was really lovely. I mostly made my edits in Sony Vegas Pro, but later I also picked up After Effects for a moment. 2. I used to draw, but I was never really consistent with this hobby, I had breaks that lasted a couple of years, and when I picked drawing again, I struggled a lot to just finish my illustrations. I never got to the skill level that I wanted to have, and I wish that I wouldn’t be so self-conscious about making fanart :’). I haven’t made anything new for over a year. 3. Guinea pigs are my favourite animals, when I see one I just turn into a puddle, they’re just so round, fluffy and too cute! Seriously I’m so late with this one so propably everyone who wanted to do it has already done that, but still I’m tagging everyone that maybe would like to join but were never tagged :)?

Dragula s3 e1 and yes i know i’m late

Nice start to the season! Good challenge however my heart for comics wanted a liiiitle bit more classic camp (i guess?) than what they brought. I would’ve considered throwing Maddelyn in the bottom too actually (in stead of Louisianna (i’ll never learn to spell her name. accept it.)) But otherwise i’m happy with the judging. Also Phi PHi?!?!?!?!?! I loved it. Anyways my lazy predictions havn’t really changed so let’s get to my thoughts on the queens.

Dollya: She reminded me a lot of Abhorra and werk for that i guess. I do find her slightly annoying but i can’t put my finger on why yet so i’m just gonna shut up (also werk neon mullet).

She was kinda giving me monster look from this season of drag race (i guess horns are just ruined for me now :/), but i agree she should’ve won.

Evah: ...i did not know she was white and maybe this is the reason i shouldn’t review dragula... anyways! Loved her! Also cute!

Giving me Acid Betty and tree (acid BeTree)and i loved it. 

Hollow: I liked them (is that the pronouns? I’m sorry if not plz correct me). She was a bit preachy tho but hey let’s just keep on watching.

I wrote Ew but dissapointed and i don’t remember it today, a week later,  sooooo safe. Oh right it was the strings look! Yeah... Safe.

Landon: He was nice! Didn’t mind him however i still worry that he’ll be carried to the crown/finale.

I just wrote Spikes? And i truly don’t remember it today so safe.

Louisianna: I still like her however i don’t think she’ll make it much further. 

Conceptually i loved her look but agree on it’s bottom placement (but, as stated, if you switched her with Maddelynn i wouldn’t be mad :///)

Maddelynn: She’ll propably be a big presence this season and ok for that but she comes off as very jaded and “better than thou”- ly but i’m gonna keep watching before hating her comepletely.

I wasn’t impressed with her look.

Maxi: Liked her! Hope she will step it up next week (or last tuesday...)
