“I have always been nosy so I have always looked at royals' olympic passes. This year, some of the passes of young royals confused me. First, the Spaniards used their official titles "SAR La Princesa de Asturias" and "SAR La Infanta Sofia" and under Sofia's it said "Accompanying Guest" while Leonor's was "Sovereign" and Leonor's threw me off cause she's heir to the throne, is Asturias technically a principality or am I the only one who did not know that heirs are considered sovereigns, what am I missing? I was trying to see Amalia, Elisabeth, and Guillame's to see if theirs also said sovereign but I couldn't find clear pictures. I looked up pictures from previous Olympics and the Dutch princesses all had "Amalia/Alexia/Arian Princess of Orange-Nassau" and they all had "Accompanying Guest" under, including Amalia. Then there's the Belgians (except Elisabeth, did not see hers), Eleonore's is "Princess Eleonore of BELGIUM" and "Accompanying Guest" under, while her brothers has "Gabriel/Emmanuel DE SAXE COBOURG" with "Guest" under. I wonder if it was a case of them having to fill up forms on their own and they put in different names or something or if they were asked what they would like their passes to say.” - Submitted by Anonymous
