Alchemist Prime, as the name "Alchemist" implies, has experimented with anything? Has he ever created a Cybertronian from scratch?

Sometimes, but for reasons usually alien to many other beings' understanding, and it certainly took me by surprise when he explained why.

Thanks in part to his Lenses, Alchemist saw the raw materials of the cosmos, the divine energy, the prima materia from which everything was made. What's more, his attunement to the world allowed him to see how these base elements interacted, and then how those interactions would cause further interactions… while I am the Guardian of Time and Space, my brother understood causality in a way entirely different to my own experience. From a simple word or action, he could observe the chain reaction aeons into the future. This may in part be why he enjoyed the company of Alpha Trion the most—our sage brother also had knowledge of the future, though his came in the form of divine revelation.

As to whether Alchemist created a Cybertronian from scratch… he once invited me to watch him create a new Cybertronian, and then moved an energon cube six microhics to the left. I still keep an optic on Ironclad's incarnations throughout the multiverse!

New friends. Gecko G35 Vintage ‘66 prime lenses. Nice modern build with pretty natural flaring, lovely bokeh wide open, good focus roll off. Pairs nicely with an Alexa MiniLF.

Could I have made my life easier and decided to just shoot motorsports on a digital camera like a normal person? Of course. But my brain will not let me do that

I’m going to document just how deep of a hole I am getting myself into with this

So off I go to try and fit as many local races into my calendar between now and Spa (which is the end goal for this endeavour) to get a handle on shooting fast zoom zoom cars on 35mm. Indy is already booked and ready to go, but going from photographing ROC straight to Indy feels like a big jump in my skills… so added a NASCAR pinty’s, and a “vintage” Grand Prix (whatever that means) between now and then
