Most Hits/Kudos/Comments/Bookmarks: Most hits, kudos, and comments—by a landslide—goes to Indefinite Lines. This is my post s4 mega-fuck-off of a fic that endeavored to take everything we were given in canon and turn it into something beautiful. Epic villains. BAMF!Rosie. Love for days.

To Stand Before the Storm still holds the title for most bookmarks, I assume because sheep. 🐑

Fourth Most Kudos: This is You Might Just as Well Be Blind, a fun-as-hell, fake-relationship-for-a-case, only-one-bed fic I managed to churn out at record speed for a fic exchange that somehow managed to turn out not that bad. Bonus BAMF!Hudders.

Most Words: Once again, Indefinite Lines by a landslide! This fic technically takes place over the course of 4,650 days. There was a lot to say.

Least Words: Excluding the Pridelocked poetry I wrote, that would be Origin of a New Species, the first fic I ever posted! This is a bit of an odd one, told from the perspective of a Sherlock who is so bored that he (metaphorically) devolves into a single-celled organism...until John helps, of course. This fic is a perfect example of why fanfic is so fucking awesome, because nowhere else would I be able to write that bullshit and have anyone else be willing to read it 😆

At the wedding, Janine's says to Sherlock: 'Oh, I wish you weren't... Whatever it is you are.' I guess one could interpret this as a compliment or just a selfish joke, though I found it was an odd and not very supportive thing to say. But that is probably because I heard too often that someone wished I was different.

Happy pridemonth everybody! This artwork is my contribution to @ohlooktheresabee Pridelocked event, and I am very glad that I was able to participate because both Johnlock and pride are an important part of my life. The main post is here.

I put much thought and work into this artwork, choosing each flower for their meaning: 

John’s flower crown, the bisexual flag, consists of:

blue gladiolus (faithfulness, strength, bravery)

violets (loyalty, devotion, also a sign of Sappho and bisexuality) 

pink rhododendron ponticum (danger, also mentioned in the episode “The reichenbachfall”)·      

Sherlock’s flower crown, the rainbow pride flag, consists of:

red amaryllis (pride)

orange chrysanthemums (love)

yellow lily (devotion)

green carnation (a gay symbol in the Victorian era, part of the wedding flowers in “The sign of three”)

blue iris (passion, wisdom) 

violet papaver somniferum (opium poppy, because of Sherlock’s addiction). 

I also plan on doing another version with the asexual/demisexual pride colours on Sherlocks flower crown. Thank you so much that I was able to participate, and go check out the Pridelocked event, it’s still going for all of june, every day another artist and fanfictions!

For this one, I’m going with a sort of high-school AU because I like Irene, just- more of her ACD version. Also high school sherlock and Irene remind me of when someone I vibe with and I are talking incessantly and just ideas flowing across the table and everyone else is just looking at us like “woah what is going on these two just GET each other.” Also I recently made a lesbian pride moodboard which is basically pretty sunsets and nothing too obvious because ppl who are not out yet need something nice for pride without hurting their safety and so I'm attaching that thing here too! If y'all wanna use it you can, just gimme credit like warriorbooworm made this. Also asks and requests for moodboards are open.

So highschool sherlock and Irene, right? They have that kinda vibe. U can see they’re different, and while they don’t sit together all the time, but whenever they do talk, they work so well together and they are ready to defend their friends from homophobes. Irene carries weird stuff in her bag to beat them up with, Sherlock deduces them and exposes their greatest secrets.

One time, they are camping, the conversation is just zipzapping and Irene is like “I’m cold” Sherlock just hands her his coat and steals John's sweater.

Yeah. So Sherlock and Irene being platonic soulmates for the win!

PRIDELOCKED: JUNE 26TH

Description:

1. 4 panel comic: Sherlock is watching John who is wearing a snuggly jumper. John takes the jumper off, grabs his jacket and leaves the flat. Sherlock picks up the jumper and presses it to his face, cuddling it.

2. 5 panel comic: Irene is leaving the room. Sherlock sees her perfume bottle, considers it for a moment, then sprays himself with it. Later, he is walking next to John and there is a suggestion of a cloud of perfume around him. John looks like he likes it!
