About a month ago I managed to capture a quiet bark from Parker and over the last weeks I've been rewarding him when he barks quietly rather than loudly. Barking quietly, or silently, is currently his favourite way to earn second breakfast in the morning and it's very adorable.

Im definetly getting better because I'm sleeping deep enough to vividly dream again and I'm at that stage where I'm still sick but I want to go on nature walks

constantly gaslighting myself into believing that my chronic migraines aren't even that bad. until i get one again and it's actively the worst experience of my life.
