I have been meaning to make one of these for probably a decade, but here we are. I'm Grace, I'm 28, and I'm a purveyor of weird fics and zero-note personal posts. I write exclusively for the Tolkienverse (with heavy emphasis on The Hobbit and heavier emphasis on Barduil) and for My Hero Academia (Erasermic, Shigaraki x reader, and probably other stuff if I stay in the fandom long enough). My askbox is always open! I'm basically always accepting prompts, but I'm bad about doing them with any consistency, so there's usually a backlog. That being said, when I do answer prompts, I answer them in the form of full one-shots (which for me are almost always 3k+), and if you're on Ao3 I'll gift them to you! I don't really do commissions, but I do have a Ko-fi.

seeking a friend - the Barduil zombie apocalypse AU you were probably not warned about. This is a series - the main fic, seeking a friend for the end of the world, is complete, and there's also a lot of bonus content, including an AU of the AU where there are no zombies. (280k+ words)

bring on your wrecking ball - the Bagginshield and Barduil band au nobody asked for. Come for the thought of Thorin singing lead in a country band, stay for the ridiculous bedtime stories, homemade song lyrics, and very slow burn. This is a series, involving the same events told from three different perspectives -- Thorin's, Bilbo's, and Bard's. (650k+ words and counting)

Kairos - a Barduil fic set in 1977, wherein Thranduil and his children move into an enormous house on a sprawling estate and Thranduil falls in love with the caretaker. This fic is a monster. I finished writing it in 2021, and it's 565k words long, so it'll be posting for a while. (243k+ words and counting)

soon you'll get better - a collection of thirty whump prompts featuring Bard and Thranduil, all written during February 2022. (90k+ words)

A. I wasn't going to post but sometimes an opportunity for a teachable moment presents itself and it would be a shame to ignore it.

That's not the same hanger they've been using. Most of us expect him to show up at some point early in the season, at least for a bit. And that is not at all how a mic drop moment works, anon. But thank you for the visual evidence proving your complete lack of understanding of the concept.

I don't understand these people's fascination with that hanger picture. A hanger can be used for many things. It doesn't even have to have anything to do with Tommy.

I mean, look...

This picture was made by a crew member last week:

It's a picture of an airplane set and it has Kenny and Ryan's seats in front of it. For all we know there is an airplane emergency while the plane is still on the ground, in a hanger. The interior shots can be made in the set-up seen in the picture above and the exterior shots can be made in that hanger from the other picture.

I want to be clear here: I am not saying that the above scenario is true. The point is that we don't know what that hanger is for. It could be for Tommy, sure. But it could just as well be for something else, like the example above.

Don't get me wrong. I still fully expect Tommy to show up in some capacity in season 8, but he won't be there for his own plot or anything ridiculous like that. He'll most likely be there to close the BT arc, so Buck can move on. Will they really need a shiny bright new hanger for that? When they already have a hanger they used in season 7?

Yeah, I don't see it. Sorry.

Im still pretty new to mcsr in general, but i actually followed an unusual pipeline into it: unlike most people being introduced via couri or feinberg, i actually entered via 21mustard.... more specufically the vid about his online friend trying to find him again. i like 21mustard and zylenox :3 and emerald (ithink), fein, mr lewis fulham, poundcake, fyroah and ofc mr mime. im still exploring though. im charmed by k4's mic peaks. it took me ages to strart putting names to faces and then voices...

SCENARIO REQUEST: ❝mirio’s scare.❞

「The third-year students who rank among the top of all U.A. students known as The Big 3. Mirio decided to challenge Class 1-A because having them witness their experiences personally would be better than a simple explanation.」

TOGATA MIRIO

It was exciting to see the Big Three of UA. The three third years at UA who stand at the top of all current UA students You were a bit surprised to be given the privilege to see them in person. Just as you expected, they have a completely different aura than most people. They're far more experienced and had mastered their own quirks to the extent that it could match Pro Heroes.

"Why don't you all fight me?!"

Honestly, you were a bit surprised when he suddenly said that out loud. Mirio mentioned something about having you all experience what they have experienced firsthand, seeing that this will get through you faster than by explaining it with words. Now standing in the gymnasium donning your gym uniforms, you gulped nervously. It was maybe out of excitement to see how you would pair up against one of the top students. Some were still in disbelief.

"Um.....Is this for real?" Sero asked. 

He did mention about taking all of you at once but was it really okay? Judging from the way he was warming up, you could assume that he was ready for this. You got yourself ready for any attacks and waited for your friends to make the first move. There was this feeling in your veins akin to nervousness. You wonder what kind of quirk he has and how strong he was. He seemed very confident in his abilities, seen from how he challenged to take everyone on. He was stretching when he assured that it was for real. The blonde seemed a bit enthusiastic while his other friend still held doubt in all this. At least you had experience with real villains, maybe you could face the senior head on.

"Whenever you're ready then. Come at me. Who's gonna be first?!" Mirio grinned, looking at the ground. Surprisingly, Midoriya was the first one to step forward, beating Kirishima who seemed to have wanted to go first earlier. After being suspended from school for a while, the viridian haired male had mentioned about how he promised to make an effort to catch up with everyone else. You watched as Midoriya stretch a bit before taking a low stance, green sparks of lightning littering his whole body.

"I guess the close combat squad will be charging first.....!" you mumbled mostly to yourself. The rest of your classmates took in open themselves and readied themselves for the impending fight. Charging at full speed at the senior with electric current running through his body, Midoriya closed the distance within an instant. What you didn't expect was to see the sudden exposure of skin. Mirio's clothes began to fall before the battle even properly started. The girls instantly shielded their eyes, clearly surprised. Some even let out a scream as Mirio chuckled while he pulled up his pants. 

This gave Midoriya an opportunity to strike. He leaped at the blonde and swung his leg, aiming for the side of Mirio's pace. Judging by the force, he was putting, he could be sent a few meters away if not defended properly. However, his leg phased through his face. Midoriya skidded on his feet and landed, narrowing his eyes at his senior as he tried to process the quirk he possessed. A torrent of attacks from those who had long-ranged quirk, phased through his body. You already had an idea of how his quirk works at this point.  Using a combination of his Quirk and technique, Mirio has defeated half of Class 1-A within a few minutes. In the blink of an eye, the long-distance fighters were all taken out, leaving those who excelled in close combat left. You stared at your friends in worry, most were groaning in pain from being hit full force.

It didn't take long for him to defeat half of those who remained standing. Midoriya seemed to have realized how Mirio's quirk worked and predict his movements but even so, that wasn't enough to take him down. You had managed to evade his attack by pinpointing his location but it didn't go so well for the rest. It felt a little bit awkward to be standing in the battlefield along with a half-naked man as your opponent.

"Oh, so there is one person left! So, I guess, it's a one-on-one fight." Mirio beamed at you. Instead of giving him the opportunity to take you by surprise, you dashed forward and aimed for his face with a raised fist. As you predicted, he phased through you and stood behind you. Thanks to your naturally gifted senses, you were able to block his attack but the amount of power he put into it. You tried being fast and instinctive instead of hesitating. At once instance, you had managed to predict where he was going to pop up and got behind him. You tried to move in fast to land a hit before he could activate his quirk but he seemed to have sensed you somehow.

Pulling the same trick with Midoriya, he moved to poke you in the eye. You felt your heart leap out of your chest, he had moved too fast for you to react and your body broke out into cold sweat. You lost your balance, knowing that it was impossible for you to avoid this attack. Knowing his quirk beforehand still didn't prepare you for what's to come. You tripped on your foot, narrowly dodging his attack and falling onto the ground before Mirio could land a hit. He took a step back and readied himself again.

You find it hard to breathe and collapsed on your knees, one hand on the ground while the other was clutching your chest, trying to steady your breathing. 

Mirio was in shock, he didn't expect anyone to react to his attacks like that. Then again, he had changed his movement at the very last minute and you must've thought that he was going to gouge out your eyeballs. He rubbed your back, crouching next to you while telling you to take a few deep breaths. Your entire body felt numb and it was as if you had disconnected from reality. All you knew that your ankle was throbbing and that you were struggling to breathe.

It was just embarrassing.

"Is she gonna be alright?" Mirio nervously fidgeted as he watched the old woman fix up your ankle.

"Calm down, will you? It's not like she was hit by a bus or anything like that. She just twisted her ankle, it will take some time for it to heal too." Recovery Girl told Mirio.

"I'm fine, senpai. Please don't worry too much." you smiled gently at the blonde.

"Now hurry up and leave, gotta change her clothes and send her off to her next class." the woman pushed Mirio out of the room. 

"Get better soon!"

You were brought to Recovery Girl's office to receive treatment for your twisted ankle. The entire time you stayed inside, pressing an ice pack against your ankle to prevent swelling. Lucky for you, it wasn't a serious injury and healed after a few days. For the entire week, you couldn't help but sigh at how weak you were. Everyone was supportive though, stating that it was natural for you to react like that. But you were beating yourself up constantly for being so mentally weak. You gathered everyone's notebooks and headed out the classroom to hand them over to Present Mic. Along the way, you spotted a familiar blonde walking down the same hallway as you.

"Ah, Mirio-senpai.....Good morning." you flashed him a sheepish smile, bowing your head. Mirio did the same, giving you a smile and saying good morning.

"Sorry.....I didn't mean to freak you out last time." Mirio rubbed the back of his head sheepishly, a small smile on his face. You instantly shook your head, clutching the stack of homework in your hands tightly.

"No! It's not your fault senpai! In fact, this just shows that I need more training. I don't deserve to be a hero if such things manage to trigger me." you mumbled the last part mostly to yourself but with the distance between the two of you wasn't so far that he was able to hear most of it. The conversation died just like that and you weren't sure how to continue. Just as it was starting to get a bit too awkward, Mirio spoke before you could.

"Well, with lots of training, you'll get stronger!" he said, giving you a toothy grin. Your mood instantly brightened up, influenced by his own cheery behavior towards the awkwardness between the two of you.

"Yes!"

Askbox open, right? Can I request headcanons for Aizawa, All Might and Present Mic "haven't told anyone else about their s/o and they're caught kissing by one or multiple others. How they react/explain their situation with or without embarrassing their already flustered s/o further". I saw headcanons with this ask for the others boys and I was so happy!

Aizawa Shota:

He had started to get antsy about the short amount of timehe got to spend with his S/o

He barely had any time what with all the villain activityand supervising the kids

But no matter how little time they spent together he neverthought his S/o would actually sneak into school to spend time with him

But he wasn’t going to complain…a lot

After some weak protest about it being too risky, he gave in,pulling his S/o onto his lap and burying his hands in their hair as he kissedthem fiercely

Neither of them noticed the classroom door opening andMidoriya coming in

They did notice the tiny squeak however and his S/o jumpedoff his lap, scurrying behind his chair

“Make it quick, what do you want Midoriya?”

“N-n-nothing sir!”

“Good get out and if you say so much as one word.”The look on his face was enough for Midoriya to know exactly what was on theline and he hurried out his eyes squeezed shut, trying to forget; fast

It was awkward after that for both of them but after he suggestedto go home and continue what they started seemed to brighten up his S/o

It didn’t do anything to lessen their jumpiness however

Yagi Toshinori:

There were some perks to having an S/o who worked with you

He could see them at any point in the day, have lunch withthem but most importantly…

He could sneak off with them to the break room to spend timewith them in a more private setting

It was mostly his S/o that dragged him away under thepretense of him needing rest

No one knew that they didn’t do much resting however; welluntil now

There they lay cuddled up on the sofa, S/o feeding Toshinorisome chocolates in a rather…intimate way

When the door slid open and Principal Nedzu walked in with ajolly “Hello”

Toshinori was petrified, his arms wrapped around his S/o ina tight vice and their faces covered in chocolate, only a hairsbreadth awayfrom each other

It didn’t take a genius to know what was happening

“Ah…well…I guess I’ll see you later Toshinori, S/o.”

The usually unflappable principal seemed at a loss for wordsfor once

After he left Toshinori buried his face in his S/o’s chestand sobbed theatrically, how he would never be able to look him in the eyesever again after this

S/o forgot their embarrassment seeing Toshinori’s antics andcomforted him

”Hey, I’m pretty sure now no one will ever come in hereif it’s us.”

“S/O!!!”

Yamada Hizashi:

S/o knew that Hizashi had the craziest of whims at the mostrandom times

They didn’t suspect anything when he called to tell them heforgot lunch and asked to bring it

But when he had them backed up against the wall of the emptystaff room, one hand on their hip while the other was braced on the wall, theyknew exactly what was up

“Really? Here?”

“Yup.”

He looked down at them with a smug grin and they justsmirked back shrugging, there was no stopping him once he made up his mind likethis

So they humored him, wrapping their arms around his neckpulling him close enough that their breath fanned across his lips

Their lips barely brushed against each other when the wholeatmosphere was ruined by the sound of laughter

Hizashi whirled around, shielding his S/o behind him to seeMidnight and All Might, their hands pressed to their faces, trying to keepquiet as they laughed

He felt his S/o clutch his jacket from behind and he knewthey must be embarrassed but probably not as much as he was

His face felt as if it was burning

“O-oi! The hell are you laughing at!?” Dammit hisvoice was a few octaves higher than normal and he knew they noticed by the wayMidnight’s eyes glittered

“Nothing at all, we’ll leave you lovebirds be. Have fun~”She smiled and left looping her arm through All Might’s as they walked out,their muffled laughter still echoing in the empty staff room

After they left Hizashi slumped against the wall, his S/opatting his back sympathetically, their lips pursed as they tried not to laugh

Hizashi’s voice was so high it was quite a feat that theydid manage to keep their laughter under the wraps

Although it helped that their boyfriend wasn’t looking atthem, he had his face hidden against the wall as he wallowed in his shame, hishair drooping to the side and punching the wall gently, muttering soft cursessulkily

Oh no, they were going to laugh again; he always did lookadorable when he gets embarrassed
