Bandai Japan Announces Chara Keitai Tamagotchi Timers

It’s that time again! See what we did there? Bandai Japan has announced two new Chara timers to add to the collection. This time, to help commemorate the announcement of the Tamagotchi Connection 20th Anniversary, the two new timers are modeled after the Keitai Kaitsuu Tamagotchi Plus better wise known as the Keitai from 2004!

Available in two shells, the first is a blue shell similar to the Space shell released back in 2004 but with white buttons, and the second is a pink shelled modeled after the Pink Keitai from 2004! They both feature the iconic strap on their keychains.

These timers will allow you to set a timer using the minutes and seconds buttons, and feature Keitai sounds! The back is magnetic like the other Chara Timers so you can put them right on your fridge. How cute are these?

They even come in Keitai packaging, we love that!

Available for preorder on Premium Bandai Japan starting on Friday, May 17th, 2024!

Premium Bandai exclusive Sui-chan Senyou Microphone

I'm a Premium Bandai member and a Sui-chan fan, so I immediately pre-ordered and bought it.

It makes sound and lights up.

It's a word of luxury.

Got caught up on King-Ohger today with the Kyoryuger crossover and we were struck by the production values compared to most of the show:

Multiple shooting locations, even if they were Toei regular spots

Two new monster suits, reused parts sure, but the first one must have been a ton of work

Lots of extras, just a ton of people on camera

Pyro! Two big uses of pyro, with both colored smoke and regular explosions one time

A unique ending song and dance that mashes up the sequences of the two shows

Then it hit me that they've already done preorders for both the Memorial Gaburevolver and Prince's special boy sword. This is the salvaged remnants of a Kyoryuger 10th movie.

Not only that, but so much of this was done, enough of the cast was already on board to come back (and P-Bandai was locked an loaded on merch), they thought they *were* going to get a 10th anniversary movie. Then Daigo's actor said "nah, but I can do you a 5 minute phone call for a cameo."

I think it really gives us a peek behind the curtain.

Bandai Gashapon Japan Announces Gashapon Machine Tri

Wish you had a Gashapon machine at home? Well your dreams have now come true. Bandai Gashapon Japan has announced a Bandai Official Gashapon Machine Tri, which is a Gashapon machine that is approximately half the size of the ones you see out in stores. It comes with nine capsules (3 red, 3 yellow, and 3 blue). These are being sold on Premium Bandai Japan and Amazon for ¥9,900!
