once the tense atmosphere died down, thana found @luredeep seated at the base of a tree some distance away from the campfire. the firelight only served to intensify the shadows on alucard's face as they remained turned away from it, even as thana approached, so they forced their eyes to focus in the darkness—they knew a real vampire would have no trouble. “ there you are. was wondering where you went after... ” storming off in the wake of an argument with the other two, who wanted to leave thana behind. but alucard stood their ground. “ ah, anyway. they're sleeping, if you want to come back and sit by the fire. ” saying a simple thank you is harder than they expected.
