I'm sorry for the sudden change of language, when they are long texts I am unable to write them in English.

to sum up:

1) Shamura remembers the extinction of the sheep, but prefers to avoid going into details so as not to hurt the Lamb

2) In addition to what was previously mentioned, Shamura also remembers festivals and customs of the sheep that from time to time (on a good day) they tells the Lamb who simply does not remember them or did not have the opposition to experience.

3) Obviously she is going to tell this to Narinder

4) One of the commitment customs of the sheep is to exchange family symbols, and she talk about this with Narinder

I think all the bishops' cults are kind of in shambles for various reasons (leshy keeps killing followers because 'it's funny', heket is always being stretched too thin, shamura is bedbound) but the pestilence cult can be run into the ground and still retain their faith because of the HUGE anchordeep polycule I refuse to believe isn't canon. As long as kall's followers aren't immune to being hit with the :3< then they're not gonna dissent lmaooo

Since you said you're in the mood to talk about your writing: do you always make a hard choice about which POV a chapter or section will be from (Lamb or Nari) or do you ever keep it fluid/omniscient?

Also, you said you've had "the dream talk" drafted for a while. Are there any other scenes you've had drafted for a long time and are just itching to get to in the actual story?

Sometimes! It depends on what the scene is going to entail or any consequences that may come from it, or if I want the readers to know information that only the following-POV knows that they wouldn't have gotten from the other

Example: Following Lamb at the start of Drunken Gods means readers know that they have black out drunk memory, the mushroom issue in the cult is intensifying, and Narinder is pointidly missing and readers lack info of where he is, leaving readers to speculate until he's later revealed. If we were following Narinder, then yeah readers would know how he felt immediately and what he's been doing, but the discovery of the Lamb's lack of memory and the mushroom progression would have just been told to him by the Lamb instead of experienced with the readers.

A LOT of decision between following Lamb or Narinder lays in what information I want the readers to know at that point in time. There are things Narinder has been doing that are unbeknownst to the Lamb that the readers don't know about, and vice versa.

Also with drafted scenes: pretty much all art and comics I've drawn, including comics I've drawn on art stream but haven't posted yet (at least, not on tumblr, but they're on twitch and on the timeline in brief parts) I am so so so so excited to get the ball rolling on them.

One example is that I've had the Kallamar's fight and the aftermath written for months, and I first drafted it when I was finishing up chapter 8 I think.

Thorar, who is a disciple of the Lamb, is also the Missionary Master. He sends people out on missions to gather resources, recruit new members and the like. And he also happends to be Leshy's lover.

Idk, everytime when someone is starting to date any of the bishops I just get super giddy and take a screenshot of when it happend.

Fun Fact: The Bishops that currently have lovers are Leshy, Heket and Narinder. Shamura and Kallamar have not settled with anyone yet but they make friends which is adorable!

So I completely missed your drawing of white lion narinder and the goat (shits majestic excellent work) and I was wondering what your thoughts on their relationship would be vis a vis the lamb and the one who waits/narinder’s relationship shifted slightly to the left? I imagine the lion to be more magnanimous and performatively regal than standard narinder. There’s also the shift in the goat’s idiosyncrasies in comparison to the lamb (limited for us to interpret given player character positioning).

You always have really fun characterization and relationship thoughts so genuinely interested to hear your thoughts if you have any.

Last fun thing, yknow how the one who waits has blackened skeletal hands? What if the white lion has golden skeletal hands/claws? The aesthetics…Pluto/Hades as the god of Wealth, jewels and gold, and the god of Death.

damn im eating this analysis up btw, I at least imagine the white lion, like you said, to be more showy in their benevolence, to counter Narinder in his more arrogant and caculated show of power.

at first I'd like to believe the Goat, upon revival (if it mirrors the lambs beheading at the beginning), to be entirely enraptured by them. quickly as they get to know eachother, the goat realizes the lion is lowkey an idiot in their neediness for attention lmfao (they were worshipped as a god I cant blame em). with his attendants long past being impressed with him and finally having a new target, I think the lion would grow more liberal with the theatrics of trying to wow the very increasingly unimpressed goat. the veil of awe for goatbert would be quickly shaken.

(from the silly pov) Im imagining the lion getting frantic with their displays of power as the plot of the game moves on and we visit him more, to the point its no longer majestic and just gaudy.

like "yes worship me and be wowed, I am your all powerful god."

In love with the way you cooked on the gold aesthetic aspect. Narinder overall is pretty aescetic imo, the most showy part of him is his veil, meanwhile his siblings have drip (tragic) whether thats because he's a prisoner or not. the Lion would absolutley double down on displays of grandeur with fineries and jewels. somewhat content with being imprisioned if he continues to be given gifts, I think the goat would take advantage of his craving for worship and convince him to join his revenge plot to escape.

I want to humble him. im going to make the goat and lion kith.
