Kouyou and Hirotsu are each other’s support crutches because out of everyone, they were there with the Old Boss and it sucked for both of them. Yeah they both support Mori but they trust and understand and just like each other in a way Mori doesn’t exactly fit into because he wasn’t there.

i'm so sad because i want / need to draw for presents (which is why i've essentially been on hiatus here for a hot minute) but i'm now on forced drawing hiatus to give my wrist some rest since it's been feeling very strained lately and i don't want to push it aaaaaaaaa

Seeing how many eyes Ludwig has in his beastly form, I really like the headcanon that he was one of the few Hunters who reached a high insight without going insane. Like, on top of trying not to be overtaken by the cursed blood, he also at some point began to see things which shouldn't exist, horrible creatures that would shatter any sane mind.

And yet, through all of this, he clung to his tiny ray of light, stayed strong for his fellow Hunters, fighting alongside them for the sake of his people. Of course, we all know how his story eventually ended, but I find it lovely that even in his final moments, Ludwig remembered fellow Hunters, and hoped their fates to be far kinder than his.

On the Goddess of Shadows;;

While Hylia exists as the bright and blinding phoenix of light, there exists Sheik as the teneberous raven of shadow. She is the patron goddess of the Sheikah, and revered as the Goddess of Death, Shadows and Illusions.

Sheik was not originally divinity. She was one of Demise's underlings. A demon born of Demise's own draconic scales in the time before corruption took the Lord of Shadows and felled him. It was said that Sheik was the one who told Sheik and assisted with Demise's initial sealing after she became aware of Demise's traitorous intentions. Together the two sealed the corrupt god and his minions deep within the earth before the written records of men.

For her aid, Sheik was granted divinity to restore the balance between light and shadow. She and the people that remained were said to have an unusually close relationship with the Goddess of Light. Sheik was never more loyal to anyone than Hylia.

Despite her intense loyalty and affection to Hylia, the Goddess of Death is not known as a particularly kind Goddess, nor is she particularly cruel. The Sheikah are not known to pray to Sheik. She is simply a force that is. However, their reverence for the Goddess of Shadows informs some of the Sheikah's unique views on death and dying.

After Hylia shed her divinity, Sheik retreated to the depths of her realm where she quietly rules from the land of the dead. Grief having caused her mind to slip, but still bound by an oath she swore to the Goddess more than ten millenia ago she dutifully performs her duties and guards the gates of hell. It is customary when Sheikah come of age to journey down through the shadow temple to receive their oath from the Matron of Shadows. This oath allows them greater ability to manipulate shadows and illusions, and for some reanimate the dead. Her powers came at a price which was an oath to the Royal Family of Hyrule. One that was almost impossible to break without the use of dark magics.

So I had an epiphany the other day when I’m drunk off my ass and re-reading my bookmarks from AO3, so bear with me when I say Mori wants someone from ADA to join PM, right? The Muse has barreled back into my head with a scene from an AU where Kuzon of Shijuichi ends up with Zuko on the Wanyi and during the scene where Zhao is like "I'm placing your troops under my command" Kuzon is like "I'm afraid that won't be possible, Admiral." And Zhao does his patented Leer and says "And what could you possibly mean by that?" and Kuzon does his patented Rock Spike Through The Throat and says "I imagine you'll find it quite difficult to take command of his Highness' crew once there's no longer a 'you' who can take command".
