I keep seeing people in my notes on the new collab post asking why its always the same 12 characters from all three games that get the fancy collabs, which is surprising to me because I feel like the reason is pretty obvious? Those are the 4 most popular characters from each game in Japan. When they do fancy collabs like this, picking any characters other than the ones that sell the most just doesn't make sense from a marketing perspective, even if it does from a character perspective. When they make collabs, theyre almost always gonna include those 4 from each game and then the others in descending list of popularity if and until all are included.

I really do hope the banned episode causes Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur to grow a larger fan base, the show is just an amazing work of art and deserves to be further appreciated than it is.

(Although it does have a lot of bright colors and flashing lights during the fight/music scenes, so do proceed with caution if that's an issue for you)

going through my shop and going through items that haven't gotten a sale in a month or any at all like: this was not a smart financial decision--- it happens. there are items that just won't get any interest whatsoever.

sometimes the items I make end up appealing more for me and maybe 4 other people. but that's how I end up finding my niche. so just a little advice for those who want to start a shop: not every merch item you put up will be an immediate/constant success. it sucks not knowing why it did not gain much interest, speculation won't do much good, but eventually you'll have as shop item that will still have orders even a year later.
