#grateful For the supper provided by #homelessshelter : 2 cupsWheat pasta with 1/4 cup vegetable sauce containing,broccoli, onions,celery,tomato sauce; Very yeasty weight roll, 500 mL Kirkland signature natural spring water, cutlery packet containing Two knives, fork, serviette, iodized Salt, black pepper buy table accents. Unfortunately, on a hypothyroid diet wheat causes problems for people and vegetables in the Cruciferous family such as broccoli,are definitely not good. Yeah, that happened! How crazy is that? I didn't get kicked, I didn't fall down...it's the results of a ridiculous series of muscle cramps I had the other night. Why did this happen? #poornutrition Not exactly. I have been changing my diet bc my stomach hurts, I'm bloated, I'm retaining water, I felt yucky too often! I've begun to focus on overall gut health. Im trying to figure out what foods cause my gut issues.🍫πŸͺ🍩🍟 I get bloated, have acid reflux & other yucky issues. So I decided the attacks were caused by sugar πŸ§πŸ•πŸž (mostly Processed sugar), dairy & some fruits 🍌 πŸ“πŸbc of the high sugar content. Well...I was doing such a good job of this extreme focus. But Nothing in extreme is good. And my body let me know. By cutting out most fruits & dairy...I was no longer consuming enough potassium, calcium or magnesium. But I was continuing to lift weights & attempting to build musclesπŸ’ͺ🏻. Well this combination doesn't work! 😜😩 Which brings me to a few excruciating muscle cramps in my leg the other night.
