Chemistry -ish?

The lesson to be learned is that sometimes the universe is merciful. That day Kuroo learned that lesson and promised that he will treat Lev better for as long as he can.

The reason for this is because during the lunch break on Tuesday y/n came up to Kuroo’s desk, sat down, gave him her chemistry test with the score of 84 and declared that she needs help.

“You do know that this is a good score?” Kuroo asked. Despite that he wanted to hang out with y/n and to get to know her better, there really was no need for it if she had good grades.

“Considering that almost all of your grades are in high 80s and 90s you should know that good does not cut it for same people. I do get good grades in chemistry, but I cannot do better because I do not understand it whatsoever. Mika said that you are really good at it and the grades show that too. So if you got the time and want to I am asking for your help. If you say no, no hard feelings. Think about it.”

By the end of the day Kuroo said yes and they agreed to study Thursdays after his practice and Saturdays midday. They exchanged their numbers and agreed that they’ll figure out the time and other stuff later.

Y/N 17:49 Hey, it’s y/n. Are you good to study this Thursday cause I don’t mind.

Kuroo 17:51 Hey, yeah Thursday is good.

Y/N 17:52 Um, so do you want to come over mine or should I come to yours? Cause I thought maybe it would be easier if I come to yours on Thursday so you just have to travel home and can get some rest or something?

Crap, Kuroo was actually unsure. He did not want to make y/n uncomfortable as his dad would always be home late. But with volleyball and being a captain its quite time consuming to travel. Little did he know y/n was also freaking out similarly. She’s not used to ask for help and she did not want burden Kuroo with her nonsense. Plus he must be busy. Maybe this wasn’t such a good idea.

Kuroo 18:04 I think Thursday would be easier at mine and then Saturday at yours?

Y/N 18:05 Yeah sure. Thanks again.

Kuroo 18:06 No problem.

Both of them thought how awkwardly they ended this conversation.

But awkwardness didn’t end there. It was very much present during the first session. It took them a while to decide where to start cause y/n truly did not understand chemistry despite her good grades. He was also surprised to see that the calm collected girl had a morbid sense of humour and kept making remarks of throwing herself of a building and just wanting to cry.

“Think like a proton and stay positive.” Kuroo said encouragingly.

By the third session Kuroo wanted to give up with y/n. They almost got in a full blow argument somehow.

“How do you not understand this y/n. This is basic chemical bonds.”

“I just don’t understand bonding!”

“Yeah… clearly.” Kuroo replied with his hands on his face. He knew he shouldn’t have said that. This one was a different type of frustration. A type where she just wouldn’t open up to him not even a little.

“What does that mean?”

“…it’s nothing…”

“ohhh no, please elaborate cause apparently we have a problem.”

“…”

“Okay then.” Y/n stood up and started to pack. Before she left his room, he attempted at something.

“Listen.” She turned around and look straight at him.

“I am listening.” When he didn’t make another sentence, she added before leaving “Thanks for the help. See you at school.”

Friday didn’t go well, neither one talked that day much. The whole classroom felt the chill from both, but no gossip emerged as there was no basis for it. Y/n looked genuinely pissed the whole day and scared few first years who were blocking the stairs while chatting. Kuroo took his feelings out during practice on poor Lev. His appreciation to the universe was over. Yaku and even Kenma told him to go home and relax. Later in the evening Mika texted him on what happened cause apparently y/n went back to isolation. About an hour later he explained what happened and all Mika replied with was that he should NOT have kept his mouth shut. What did that even mean? The rest of the night Kuroo laid in bed and sulked. Not really understanding the girl. He started to think that maybe he did not really like her.

On Saturday he went to Kenma’s not much in a better mood. And Kenma didn’t want to get involved in this for two reasons. 1. The new video game. 2. He didn’t know how to help. So an hour later Bokuto and Akaashi also appeared in Kenma’s room.

“So she just left?” Bokuto asked dumb folded after hearing the story.

“Yeah. She said thanks and see you at school. That’s all I got.” Kuroo answered while throwing volleyball up in the air.

“Maybe she didn’t want to argue?” Akaashi offered.

“It wasn’t an argument. She just picked something up from me.” When Bokuto and even Akaashi looked at him confused he attempted to further explain “It’s been awkward between us and she just comes in, I teach her, she says her thanks and leaves. Like there is no room for additional chats. It just made me think this is futile and I should give up on pursuing her… and then Mika said I should not have kept quiet.”

“Ehh this sounds confusing to me. Y/n is really straightforward when we text, she apologises for her bluntness, but she also said she feels uncomfortable in just being nice for the sake of it.” Bokuto said while laying back on the floor.

But this actually almost clicked with Kuroo. Maybe she did pick something from him, but maybe the bigger issue was that he did not say what it was. Maybe she wanted to clear out the air or something?

“I think I got it.”

“You do?” Akaashi inquired.

“Yeah. I think… I should just tell her.”

“You’re going to confess?!” Bokuto exclaimed.

“I’m gonna tell her what was my problem with her.”

“You wanna fight with her more?”

“Trust me, this will work. I think.”

“I guess we’ll wait and see.” Akaashi said.

On Sunday Kuroo was outside y/n house. He didn’t think much beyond packing chemistry books, even if he was not supposed to be teaching, and just getting there. Now he almost wanted to leave if not for a male voice scaring him behind.

“Can I help you?”

When Kuroo turned around he was met with an older male guy who was just a bit shorter than him. He was a bit bigger in build, dark hair and appeared to be in his early twenty’s. Overall, intimidating but not scary.

“I um I’m here to see y/n. My name is Kuroo. We’re classmates at Nekoma.”

“I know where my sister studies.” Sister? Wait. Y/n had a brother. She never mentioned him. Kuroo never saw him or her parents.

“Right…”

“You’re the chemistry guy.” Came the conclusion. So she did mention him to her brothers. “Don’t you usually teach on Saturday’s?”

How does he explain this one when he’s not quite sure what’s gonna happen. Before replying her brother muttered a ‘whatever’ and passed him then added for him to follow in.

Unlike last time, this time the house seemed more lively. There was music on and he could smell someone was cooking pancakes. Kuroo assumed she was awake until he followed er brother into the kitchen and was met with another guy.

“Kisho, you can wake her up. She kicked me and went back to sleep. I give up.” Then he turned around, noticed Kuroo and yelled. “Oi, there is a difference between picking up stay cats and humans you moron!”

“It’s not like that Norio! This is the chemistry guy.”

Kuroo was in a bit of shock. So she had two brothers who seemed to love to bicker. He also felt awkward in this situation. He would almost prefer to go argue with y/n or something.

Also did one of them say she was asleep? It’s 1pm.

“You, sit down. Want coffee?” Said Norio. Kuroo immediately complied and nodded. He was used to living almost alone. His dad was working late, mom was not around and he had no siblings. Just lovely grandparents. So this was a weird authority figure. He noticed that the other brother seemed to go upstairs to wake y/n up. And apparently Norio noticed him thinking.

“Sorry, she does not have a sleeping pattern. A horrible insomniac. I’m Norio by the way. The less attractive brother is Kisho.” The guy stated as he put down a mug for Kuroo who accepted the drink. It was strong. Apparently strong coffee love runs in this family.

“I’m Kuroo, third year and y/n classmate.” Panic. What else is he supposed to say.

“You’re pretty tall! Almost as tall as me. What club are you in?”

“I’m the captain of the volleyball team.”

“Hey, I was one too in the third year! What a cool coincidence. Is Nekomata sensei still around teaching?” Norio smiled brightly.

“Yeah, he’s doing great.”

“That’s good. You’re not far off competition season are you?”

“Yeah, we had a practice match last week. Y/n and Mika went.”

“Ehhh why would you do that? Girls don’t like waiting for so long. Just invite them to proper matches.”

“Yeah, I think I learned that one last week.”

“Don’t mind, both of them get over stuff quickly. So how come you’re here on a Sunday?”

“Ahh… we didn’t study yesterday.”

“I see. So she overslept.”

“Not exactly.”

“I did not.”

Oh. She was here. Kuroo turned around and saw y/n in a purple nightgown, but under it he could see her pink and violet vertical stripped pyjamas. Her hair was completely down, she had her glasses on. If not for the very tired expression, he would have said that she was looking absolutely lovely. Before Kuroo could say a proper hi, she grabbed her brother’s coffee and told Kuroo to follow her upstairs.

Obviously they were going to her room. And he was never there, they only studied in the living room. But to be honest he would rather go to y/n’s room than have the conversation next to her brothers. He wasn’t sure what he expected, but it looked neat. She had a collection of books and cd’s, her bed was made and she had a lot of pillows. Her table was clean, but he could see that the chemistry book was on there.

“Why are you standing, go sit on the bed. If I’ll sit there I’ll fall right back asleep.” While Kuroo took his seat, y/n also sat down on the chair. After a minute she asked. “Why are you here?”

“I came to apologise about Thursday.”

“You have nothing to apologise for.”

“Well I still wanna explain.” After a minute Kuroo continued. “You’re a hard person to teach chemistry.”

“True.”

“And. Look. It has just been awkward and you don’t really talk to me besides chemistry so it shard to be friends with you.”

“That’s because I don’t want to bother you more than already am.”

“What?”

“We’re both third years, and we have the college prep classes. But you also have volleyball and you’re the captain so you must be busy. So I thought that I shouldn’t bother you with anything extra. And we can be friends. I mean you’re already friends with Mika so honestly it would be hard to avoid you even if I did my best. Now your turn. Do you wanna stop teaching me chemistry”

“I don’t. It would be nice if we can just chat once in a while not about it.”

“Yeah we can do that.”

“So we’re good?”

“Yeah.”

…

“Can I ask another thing?”

“Go on. ”

“Why did you leave like that?”

“… I didn’t know what was happening. I though you might explain but you didn’t so I decided to take myself out of the situation. For stuff like that I prefer to know what’s happening so I know how to react.”

“So if something happens again I should tell you?”

“Not unless you want to. That’s your choice. Just like its mine to leave the situation.”

“Seems fair. You seem pretty calm about this whole thing.”

“Not Friday. Almost killed two first years.”

“Yeah some of the classmates saw that one.” Kuroo chuckled.

And that was that. After resolving the situation Kuroo went home. And Monday was back to normal. Even better, cause now they would say hi in corridors and occasionally y/n and Mika would come by to chat or even eat together.

Kuroo again thanked the universe.

IT’S VETERAN MONTH Y’ALL.

1. Lucky Dog 1 + bad egg - Burrow Digger Dogs Bakshi x Gian - 🤷

Release Date: 2019/08/06

Cast: Masuda Toshiki x Nakazawa Masatamo

Synopsis: I don’t even want to know.

Comment: This is such a mismatch. Doesn’t help that Tattsun has a work also to be released this month. 😩 I may not know much about Kawano Taketoshi, but I will never ever forget how his Bakshi sounds like. He was Hirakawa Daisuke’s Ivan Fiore on steroids - effortlessly gritty; loud and powerful; and deep, but light at the same time. A tone like that is so hard to do and so far, I’ve only heard VAs like Hirarin, Kishow, Masakazu Morita, Okamoto Nobuhiko, and Kawano Taketoshi nail it perfectly. And considering all the performances of Masuda Toshiki I’ve heard, him emulating the sheer roughness of Kawano’s Bakshi is going to be a long shot and lest he try, he’s going to end up having throat cancer. Masuda Toshiki is a nasal talker while Kawano’s every word comes from his throat. I’m really disappointed. I hope that Masuda doesn’t forget that he is and will always be a bottom. 😂

2. Omae wa Histuji Qpa Edition ✘ *I might reconsider for Kishow

Release Date: 2019/08/09

Cast: Taniyama Kisho x Nogami Sho *the devil works hard

Synopsis: University student Sahara, with his horrible luck, loses his home when his entire apartment goes up in flames. Luckily, he is able to stay at a friend's place. But he is suddenly mistaken as a suspicious person by his friend's older brother, Masaki. They manage to dispel the misunderstanding, but he is pressured into doing an unimaginable job... (Yaoi Desire Revolution)

Comment: Jesus Christ. I’m already dumb as I am, I didn’t need to waste both my time and brain cells over this. 😂 As I was curious why a lot of Takasaki Bosco’s works were being adapted into BLCDs, I decided to reread this one. I’ve since avoided reading their works after reading one of their works for a reason I’ve lost to the winds of time. Anyway, I start reading this one and we’re just on the first page when it all just came back to me like a punch to the gut. This was it. This was that manga that I was talking about. This was honestly, at its time, the very definition of beautiful art with bullshit and cliché plot. Unsurprisingly enough, all of Bosco’s works, including the recent ones, are like this. Just when you think that there’s no space for any more of this stereotypical bullshit in this day and age, Marine Ent. just decides to adapt this into a BLCD. I really don’t get Marine Ent.. They’re the ones coming out with these bomb ass titles like Hinadori, Zariya’s Holy Trinity, Kitahala Lyee’s Desserts, and Yuutsu no Asa while also dishing out dreadful titles like Bosco’s works, Sei to Bullshit, and Shuchuu ni Otoshite Ii desu ka?. What a waste of cast. I was excited when I saw Kishow’s name up there too. 😩

3. Dirty Darling ✘

Synopsis: Masanori is a young gay man in a long-distance relationship who works part time at a liquor store. Hama, a homeless man who frequents the neighborhood, at first terrifies him, but his opinion changes after a certain incident.

Comment: I wonder if this’ll stand out or just be another poor man’s Koi ga Ochitara

EDIT: Did I just make an insensitive pun? Oh my God.

Comment: I JUST CAME FROM LISTENING TO THE TRAILERS AND THIS GON BE LIT, BOYS. Okitsu’s going to be doing another Shiina here and Nakajima Yoshiki’s also using his Akai Ito Keiji-san tone! I’m so pumped! I hope this gets turned into a manga! 🙇

8. Tokoro de Ima wa Nanbanme desu ka? ✘

Release Date: 2019/08/28

Cast: Yamashita Seiichirou x Nogami Sho *but Nogami Sho works harder

Synopsis: Renge calls out to Shiro, the infamous campus play boy who rarely comes to class. All is well, but it’s evident that the pure-hearted Renge has much to learn about the party scene which is Shiro’s world. Everything Shiro does numbers on Renge and he can’t help but worry about the growing feelings he has for his only friend.

Comment: THIS IS IT, BOISSS!!! I mean, it’s not like it’s going to blow Kashikomarimashita, Destiny out of the water, but HEY HEY HEY WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING UP ON THE CAST LIST, MIYAUCHI OKITSU!? I’m not sure about Itou Kento doing Shin because I imagine the role going to Okitsu someone with much more experience in the field. All of Sachimo’s adapted work had experienced to veteran cast, so I think they’re really taking a risk with Itou Kento here. This is honestly going to be a tall order for him because he is going up against THE Hirakawa Daisuke. I didn’t have any doubts of Shimono Hiro handling Hirarin in Secret XXX because hello? He’s a veteran himself, but I fear that if you give Hirarin even an inch of weakness, he’s going to swallow your performance whole. I wish Itou Kentou all the best and I hope this becomes his breakthrough role. If he makes it through this BLCD alive, then I’m going to canonize him. 😂

10. Paradise - KIWAME - Drama CD Vol. 1 Mitsugi Hen & Vol. 2 Nanjou Hen ✘

I’m literally cryin rn. It’s so weird seeing how Lucky Dog 1 is a part of this list, but Tattsun and Hirarin aren’t part of the cast. 😢

Man, we’ve got Kishow, Morimori AND Takkun, Okitsu, Hirarin, Tori-chan, Sasanuma Austria, Tattsun, and Daisaku???!!! Is it Christmas???!!! Am I dying???!!! Just throw in a couple more names and we’ve got all the UtaPri boys! 😂 I really don’t expect them to come back as they’re all successful outside of the BL industry, but they’re literally the people I grew up with. They made me the person you see today in a way esp you Tattsun. They’re my first Japanese teachers, too! 😂 Believe it or not, I learned how to read because of Lucky Dog 1 (besides other otome and BL games).

I know that them leaving would open doors to more opportunities for new talents to enter the market, but hearing them again once in a while shouldn’t be so bad, right? 😭😭😭 I just miss them all so much!

yeah, I love that gif of Kisho whipping poor Shimono 😂😂😂. The funniest (but disturbing) thing I heard/saw as a UtaPri fan was Maeno (Camus/Kino) imitating Tatsu's voice on his part of Poison Kiss. I died, but that was far disturbing to forget easily 😂😂😂

“Tsukauchi…All Might…” – Come to think of it, what is Tsukauchi doing at this moment in time, anyway?

“…the ones who are smiling are the strongest.” – This reminds me of what Atro Spyker said in Rokka no Yuusha…“If you want to be strong, smile! He who can smile, even when he's so sad that he wants to die, when it's so painful that he wants to give it all up and run away, is the one who becomes strong.”

Why is there a person wearing a LLENN cap in the crowd, anyway? Is that intentional?

“What is with that pitiful back?!” – You can really see parallels between Bakugo and Izuku now between Endeavour and All Might…hmm.

Gran Torino in his prime…looks like Knuckleduster from Vigilantes somewhat.

Interestingly, the word daikokubashira (central pillar) comes to mind with all this talk about pillars. Normally I’d use that word in conjunction with a nuclear family and apparently the word can be used in a more literal sense with a house. However, in both cases, All Might is the pillar to the structure he made with society itself. Now that he’s pretty much done for, it’s like a Jenga game’s end. Everything falls apart. (Hey, I have a post on this topic in progress! Probably shouldn’t have mentioned all this…)

Hypertrophy.

All for One looks…normal when he’s dead. I thought he was creepy when he was still up and about, but now I’m no longer afraid. Ha…haha…

One more episode until we have to say goodbye to this show…I really liked it while it was around.

Wait, so Nitta’s sister knows karate?! What?! Why didn’t anyone mention that earlier?!

This scene with the ashtray reminds me of Nitta’s senpai, although I forgot what the senpai’s name is…wasn’t he in the previous episode though? I really do have a terrible memory sometimes, huh?

“Is he really just a regular nice guy?”

It’s basically the Ember Island Players all over again! Hahaha…

Hina’s shirt says doutoku. The only kanji combo I could get for that means “morals” or “morality”.

What’s up with the line about yaks, anyway?

Hina’s shirt says sugosugi = “too awesome”. Then it said “haha”, which could mean her mother…but I think it’s more the English meaning, out of context.

I’d read in an interview on Seiyuu+ that “Anzu is an angel” and that Nitta wanted to keep Anzu instead of Hina, but I never thought it meant either so literally…

“Reality (Hina) is coming home.” – LOL!

What…? Hina’s gone missing, in the mountains? What if Ikaruga took her??? Oh dear…

Well, there ain’t nothing more manly than sleeping in nothing but your birthday suit on a futon…right? (kidding)

I laughed so hard at Kyoutarou sneezing. The “person’s drowning” trope for fanservice at least goes back to 2004 or so – DN Angel (the anime, I believe) did it, I definitely remember that.

Poor Kyoutarou is being used as a demo dummy in this set of illustrations, LOL.

Everyone’s using the phrase nechatta, which holds some interesting implications. You see, the meaning of chatta means either completion…or the fact the action being done has negative implications. In this case, it’s both.

I think Kyoutarou called Karurusu “Karuru” or “Karu” or something.

Turtle-kun is so smol, I wanna cuddle him!

Hey, even the subs use “Martha” now…I’m so confused, still.

The word the old men want is “monster” (kaijin), but then the other word they thought of was katsukare- (pork cutlet curry), so I can see why the word was bent out of shape like that now. Notably, Karurusu didn’t age at all…

Taishi’s using the word yancha (naughty), which basically confirms he was a delinquent when he was younger. Just in a very roundabout way.

Notably, Nanao hasn’t stopped drinking tea after all those years, and Karurusu seems to have a very very long lifespan if he comments on it like that…

Inago = locust. Ichigo = strawberry. The former is correct (it’s in katakana, so there’s one stroke’s difference between na and chi).

Wow…spoilers told me I should’ve seen that coming, but watching old men transform is not my gig, so thank goodness I was spared from that ordeal…

Hey, we’re back to our old tradition of dark skies for the finale…although we didn’t have that in s2, eh?

They don’t even have voice roles for smol!Ata, Ryoma and Kyoutarou! That’s unfair!

The reason we all call the show “Boueibu” is because the staff did it first…so here’s (the next ep preview) just some extra proof of that.

To think that Michiru’s male form is voiced by Kisho Taniyama – the guy who voiced Chuuya (Bungou Stray Dogs) – though…I still don’t match those voices with each other in my head, y’know.

…and somehow they were in Tokyo Tower. Of course, because Tokyo is the centre of the universe (sarcastic).

The thing about this show is that it’s so off-the-wall it doesn’t quite make emotional moments work, even ones like Yamo’s final handshake…sure, it kind of hit me in the feels because I’ve known this series for longer than some people, but not really…if you get what I mean.

I think Astral was thinking about this during one of the other episodes, but…they’re only bringing the topic of who Ore is to Michiru now??? Wuh???

The experience of this show wasn’t as bad as I was making it out to be in the beginning, but it wasn’t the most perfect thing either. I would rather they have done more filler with Saki and Sakuyo instead of coming up with anime-original characters to fill the gaps, but I’m also fine with what we got in the end...it’s a complex set of feelings that I don’t think I’ll ever get over. Anyways, that’s another show over and done. See you next time!

This isn’t a particularly standout OP, but I might miss it for a week or two after this show’s end…I don’t want this show to end, actually. But as they say, be careful what you wish for.

(I still have no idea why they say “girls be ambitious” in the OP when the main stars are dudes…)

You might’ve noticed the one I like best from Rokuhoudou is Tokitaka. His voice, his hair, his caring nature (as demonstrated here with the old people), his ability to cook great food…*sighs dreamily* what a man he is!

You might not know this is you haven’t read the character pages for the show, but Tokitaka runs a pottery class. That’s why Osada and co. call him “Sensei”.

“Nagae”? I’ve never seen Sui refer to Tokitaka by his last name before! This is really something!

Oh dear, more Hotel East Side…notably, Osada is using very polite words (keigo) since she’s not really familiar with Sui.

There’s a shot where the light from the window streams on to Sui and you can’t tell if he’s wearing a kimono or a business suit…ooh, that must be symbolic in some way, y’know?

Rokuhoudou keeps surprising its customers…I wonder if I, as a blogger, can keep surprising people that way too…then I’d be set for life.

Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle – 08 – The Nightmare Continues!

Hero Akatsuki’s comrade Kisho is able to open a mini-wormhole using the gem in the princess’ tiara, but it’s only big enough for Akatsuki to pass his hand through and tap Syalis’ head. This apparently causes her to have “nightmares”, so she crashes a Big Ten meeting to tell everyone about it so she’ll feel better. At no point is anyone able to stop her from doing this, once again demonstrating the true Master of the Demon Castle.

I put “nightmare” in quotes, because what she really has is a dream about Akatsuki when they were kids. Of course, he’s so forgettable she refers to him as “A-whatsisname”. Though he’s just presenting her with a bouquet, when he trips on a rock it ends up in her face, complete with thorns and a bee. She also details a “race” they had that ended in his apparent death, only for her to forget him when he returned alive.

The kicker is that she describes this forgettable person as her fiancee, which leads the Demon Cleric (and no one else) to assume she’s talking about Akatsuki. Due to talking about her “nightmare” Syalis is able to go back to sleep, while the Fire Venom Dragon must head into battle with the heroes without a sendoff party, the poor guy!

In the next segment, Syalis writes a death letter to her mother, even though she’s merely suffering from a bad cavity. We quickly learn that she’s overdramatic when it comes to any malady that befalls her, as well as perhaps the worst patient a doctor (or in this case dentist) could have.

Her big hang-up is an absolute refusal to show anyone (aside from her loyal Teddy Demons) the inside of her mouth, for a reason she keeps secret until the very end: her tongue is apparently a little shorter than average. Due to her histrionics the entire Demon Castle gathers in the operating theater, and we get a cameo from Cubey, another member of the female demons.

In the final segment (there are notably no sleeping quests this week, even though she’s asleep at the end of each segment), Fire Venom Dragon returns to the castle, utterly defeated after a three-day, three-night battle against Akatsuki. When he tells them his bag of items meant to help him in his battle had been replaced by…other things, they all assume it’s more Princess mischief.

However, as he further details the items he found in the bag, one by one his allies remember having placed those items there for various reasons and forgot to replace them with the proper weapons. Of course, each person, including Twilight, is so embarrassed, they take the easy out and falsely accuse the Princess of doing what they did.

This whips the dragon into a rage, but they all hold him back, knowing full well Syalis doesn’t deserve to be chewed out, at least this time. As for Syalis, she’s reading a difficult grimoire, eating avocado, and drinking a potion like a sports drink. Looks like a pretty good night!

"Uhhh Kisho? Did you know that Gojo sensei got Miko a doll? Uhhh..when she was sad and all but..he got her one from that place again?" Nobara sweatdrops looking at him. "I think he got her the dogday doll?" she said showing the picture.

"Yes, Nobara!" Kisho is all smiles as he has a good day with hanging out with Miko today. When he heard that Gojo-sensei got her a doll. At first, he doesn't think too much until Nobara goes to explain further. Kisho turns at Nobara and looks at the picture shown to him.

Still smiling, Kisho slowly blinks at the picture. The dog day doll in question smiles widely with his big beady eyes as it has brown and dark gold fur. His left eye begins to twitch behind his rounded glasses.

"Thank you, Nobara." He slowly stands up as Taz and Kinie Ger can already tell. "I will talk with Gojo-sensei about this. Thank you for informing me."

"Here it comes...." Kinie Ger said in Taz's head, counting down to Kisho's inevitable freakout.

While Megumi's anger involves maniacal laughter and emitting dangerous cursed energy while chasing someone down in a horror movie, Kisho's anger is like keeping it in and bursting out. He goes to leave the class, closes the sliding door slowly behind him, and then... "GOJO-SENSEI!" He shouted.

"Oh no! NO! NO! NO! JUST WHHHHHHY?!"

"ARGGGGH.....WHY?!" Kisho said. "JUST WHY?! ARGGGH!"

As two cursed dolls from the same company aren't enough, Gojo-sensei had to buy another one!? For Miko!?

NO! HE WON'T ALLOW IT!

Kisho marched himself to the teachers' lounge and demanded what in the world is Gojo thinking?! Too bad, that Miko already has the doll in her hands.

||The useless laptop updates: A jujutsu kaisen parody||

Hi dears, Peahen mom here and me and a friend got this idea for a funny drabble involving a silly video on youtube she showed me. I can't stop laughing from watching it. But if you wanna know what, keep reading to find out. Now to let you know, this is part one so hope you like.

||Drabble summary||

Lets say thanks to some help, everything was calm and it seems Yuji and friends were getting used to showing the king of curses things. Even when it's showing Sukuna new things. So what would happen when Taz comes to ask for some help involving a angry king? Read to find out?

The curse vixens, Mouse belong to me. Sukuna Ryomen, yuji itadori, nobara kugisaki, megumi fushiguro come from the anime jujutsu kaisen but their also muses I rp with.

((Note: This drabble will have heavy grammar mistakes and errors but this was written for fun. I hope you understand but also enjoy please.))

It was another calm day for everyone here. The sun was shining, the birds were singing. It seems like it was going to be a nice day for once. That was till hearing a explosion and an angry yell from a certain king.

Nobara heard the angry shout but pokes her head out in the hallway. "What the hell was that!?" she saw Taz peek her head out as well wondering what that was.

"I would like to know where that explosion came from!" Kinie said sitting on Taz's head while being curious too. Both girls look to one another but as they step out to look outside the main window, another explosion went off causing Nobara and Taz to yelp and fall feeling the building shaking.

"Eek!"

"WHAT IS THAT!?" Nobara said sweating in a slight panic only to see the smoke coming from the other side. It seems to be coming from where the guys were.

"SUKUNA, STOP TRYING TO BLOW UP THE SCHOOL! IF YOU JUST LISTEN-" Kisho was shouting but he was there.

"YOU KNOW WHAT FUCK YOU! I AM GOING TO DESTROY THIS PIECE OF SHIT OF A LAPTOP! I HATE WHEN IT DOES THIS!" That sounded like Sukuna was angry about something. The two girls blink when hearing Megumi who was trying to calm a Sukuna down.

"BUT YOUR GOING TO KILL EVERYONE IF YOU DON'T CALM DOWN!!"

"NO I WILL NOT CALM DOWN!! NOT TILL YOU FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT STOP! I FUCKING HATE WHEN THIS PIECE OF SHIT DOES THIS SO FIX IT!!" the king roars sending another explosion that shook the school hearing the guys screaming again.

"O.O;"

"Well...seems my poor king is very furious about something...." Kinie mutters but the two girls wonder the same. Just what is going on?

~~~~Later that Afternoon in New York~~~~

Fosh was drinking some hot cocoa with Mouse who the two hackers working on a new web site for hackers only. With this, they were able to get into it with no other trying to spy on them.

"You know, I think this works. Maybe if we add some more ram it could work a bit faster?" Mouse mutters tapping on her halo tablet with Fosh checking the main frame.

"That could work pretty well. Maybe if we do we can try getting something of a good theme for it." he said with Mouse nodding to agree. As the hackers worked, the others were hanging out again with no problem what so ever.

That changed when he noticed a video call coming to him. "Hmm?"

"What's wrong Fosh?" Mouse looks seeing a video call.

"I got a incoming video call..ah, it's Taz!" he said happy but taps accept to answer the call. He saw Taz there while she was waving to him.

"Umm Hi Fosh. Oh and Hi mouse!" she said as Mouse smiled waving to her.

"Hi Taz! It's so good to see you!" she said.

"Yeah, same to you too!" she said but their was Nobara beside her as well. She looked happy to see her friends in New York but the hackers blinks noticing something.

"Ummm is something wrong?" Mouse asked.

"Ummmm well, we were hoping Fosh can help us with something..if it's not too much trouble?" Taz mutters poking her fingers together. Fosh blinks to look at her.

"Of course I can help Taz. Why what's the problem?"

Before Taz could explain-

"SUKUNA, STOP BURNING THE DAMN ROOM! PLEASE WILL YOU JUST-KISHO GET THE WATER!!"

"AAAHHHHH!! I'M TRYING BUT HE WON'T LET ME GO!"

"ANGRY SQUAKING IN THE BACKGROUND*

"I'LL KILL THIS DAMN THING IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DO! I HATE IT! I HATE IT ALL!! I WILL DESTORY-WILL YOU STOP PECKING ME YOU FUCKING DAMN TURKEY!?!"

"THEN LET KISHO GO!!"

"NEVER!!!"

Fosh's eyes widen hearing the familiar angry voice and Mouse blinks sweatdropping to hear it. Taz sweatdrops to laugh nervously.

"Ummm, Taz?"

"Yeah..that's the problem. Ummmm, we were hoping you can help us out with this. So can you?" Nobara said but Fosh was nervous to know very well who's voice that was.

"...........I..."

"Please Fosh! We will make it up to you if you can help us! Please!!" Nobara said having her hands together and head down bowing on the laptop screen. He blinks to see this sweatdropping but Mouse blinks to look at him.

"....."

Now it came to Fosh's answer; will he help or not? His answer......

~~~~Minutes later~~~~~

"I can't believe I'm doing this. T_T" Fosh shudders but Mouse was rubbing his back seeing him nervous.

"There there. I'm sure you can help but I'm here to help too." she said but Fosh looks to her but nods taking a slow breath and exhales.

"O..Okay....right. Ummm, so they said they were going to take us to Sukuna or call us back after Sukuna broke the connection so we hope to hear from them.." he said as he waits with the DBT and Cursed Vixens wondering what the heck was going on.

~~~In the living room~~~

"Do you think we should ask?" Shdwkyz said with the others looking at him then at him.

"Honestly, I'm not sure if we should know." Breezy mutters sitting by Rust as he was thinking.

"Who knows? Maybe it's nothing.." Rust said with Navarro eating some food and Echo sitting by him.

"We don't know but..from the shouting it had to be something but I'm sure it will be fine." she said.

~~~~With Fosh and Mouse~~~~

The hackers were waiting before the call came once more. Fosh was nervous knowing he and Mouse would be speaking to Sukuna. Sukuna of all people or maybe Yuji got control again? Even so, he stilled his nerves to answer it.

He saw the screen again showing Megumi, Kisho, Nobara, and Taz with Kinie on her head once more. Megumi and Kisho had smoke coming off from them putting out the fire Sukuna let loose.

"Uhhhh hi-"

"Oh thank god you answered! Fosh! Maybe you can help with whatever Sukuna is angry about! Please!!" Kisho was looking to the screen but Nobara sighed to move him.

"To say in short. We didn't know what was going on till Megumi explained it but...maybe you can talk to Sukuna about it." Nobara looks to Yuji who indeed was back but he was seeing a laptop that was showing something on the screen to say:

"Restarting in 12 minutes and 45 seconds"

Your PC needs to restart to finish installing important updates. If you already saved everything, you can restart now. Otherwise, you should take a moment to save your work.

((Restart)) ((Close))

"Uhhhhh....."

"Okay, it's just saying that the laptop is needing to restart..what's the problem?" Fosh asked.

"That's the thing, Sukuna well.." Taz was trying to explain but Sukuna shows a month on Yuji's cheek to say:

"The damn thing is annoying! Why do I have to have this damn thing showing on my laptop when I only want to watch videos!!!"

Fosh and Mouse jump from the angry voice to show it was indeed Sukuna.

"Ummm Sukuna? I think that is just telling you to restart the laptop. It's not that hard. If you just let it do that-"

"BULLSHIT!! This shit comes up on that damn computer every. single. DAY! Automatically! You have to restart your computer to install important updates every single day!!"

"O..Okay? But what's the-"

"But every single day, I just hit later! You wanna know why I hate later!?"

"Well-"

"Because their is no option to pick Never! I like to click never! I NEVER WANT TO INSTALL THIS USLESS STUPID UPDATES!? WHY THE HELL DO THIS SHIT HAVE TO INSTALL THINGS THAT DON'T MAKE SENSE!?" Sukuna was about to take over to blow it up!

"Sukuna don't! Stop and calm down!" Yuji said trying to stop Sukuna using his hand to burn the laptop into molten goo.

"I HATE EM!! I HATE THESE STUPID UPDATES!! WHY THE FUCK DO WE NEED THEM!? I JUST WANT TO WATCH VIDEOS WITHOUT SEEING THIS SHIT POP UP ON MY SCREEN EVERY FUCKING DAY!"

"...Jesus christ.." Mouse mutters in shock hearing the event unfold.

"....." Fosh was speechless.

"M..Mister sukuna please calm down!" Taz said trying to help with Kinie looking at the laptop with a hiss. "SO IT'S THIS THINGS FAULT FOR UPSETTING MY KING! HOW DARE YOU VILE MACHINE!"

"Not helping Kinie!" Nobara said.

"THAT'S IT! I'M BURNING THIS DAMN THING!"

"SUKUNA NOT AGAIN! STOP TRYING TO BURN EVERYTHING!" Megumi and Kisho was trying to stop him but now the boys were in a fight cloud with Yuji yelping.

"WHY AM I GETTING BEAT UP!?! IT'S SUKUNA'S FAULT NOT MINE!"

"FUCK YOU IDIOTS!! I BLAME THE MACHINE!! I BLAME IT!!"

~~~~In the living room again~~~~

The fractions heard the shouting from the room Fosh and Mouse was in with eyes wide.

"The heck is that!?" Breezy said.

"I don't know but geez they sound pissed." Rust said with a sweatdrop.

".....I..I think I know who but..I don't think I wanna know.." Melinda said with a sweatdrop with Jaron having the same feeling. Just what the heck is going on in there? Even Ink and Jinx blinks wondering that too.

"I'm sure it's nothing..you all know how things go from time to time." Vivi said to the group but they look at one another then at the door. Just what the heck is going on.

~~~~~Back with Fosh and Mouse~~~~~~~

".....GUYS ENOUGH!!" The group stops to see Mouse shout for them to stop as she sighed to pinch the bridge of her nose.

"I don't understand why your so upset about it. Just let the computer do the installments. Besides, it will help keep the laptop running smoothly with no problem." Fosh said or tried to explain.

"Clearly you don't get what I'm saying!!!! I HATE the damn updates! I never want to install them!" Sukuna said again.

"Then just look at something else while it's installing. I mean, you said you do this every day by hitting later? So that means it might take longer for it to download what you missed." he said.

".........."

"*Sighs* Just..hold on, maybe I can check. Do you have connection access?" Fosh asked.

"The fuck is that!?" Sukuna said but Fosh felt his eye twitching with Mouse rolling her eyes.

"It's an app on the laptop that will let us take control of it. So Fosh can take control of your computer and see what the problem is." Mouse explains.

"..........."

"Oh yeah, their is that." Kisho said but Sukuna bonks him on the head. "OW!"

"Get on with it then girly! You too hacker!" he said but Fosh tenses and started on that.

"Can one of you find this app and we can start?" Fosh asked seeing Nobara doing it since Sukuna was going to destroy the laptop if he got near it. She looks for the app that Fosh speaks about and clicked on it. Right away, she saw it and Fosh walked her through the steps so he can get access to it.

"Alright, and you just hit this number in 420284 and hit enter. It will show you right after "give this user premission for access" when you do hit yes." Fosh explains with Nobara doing as he said.

"Okay 420284 and hit enter." she said seeing it working then shows another screen that said what Fosh said. "And hit yes?" she said.

"Yes."

Nobara did that as the screen said 'One moment' the group looks to see the screen had a jellyfish icon to show Fosh had control of the laptop.

"Alright I got control. Now, lets see how bad this is." he said working to check the computer. The others watch with Sukuna grumbling annoyed. He didn't want to wait.

"Hurry up!"

"Will you give him a minute!? He's working on it." Mouse said.

"I watch your tone, girly!" Sukuna warns.

"It's mouse to you!" she said.

"Guys..please don't." Yuji said even if he was doing his best to keep Sukuna from cursing others. In a moment, Fosh checked the files on the laptop but he found what he was looking for.

"Ah, here we go. Updates. Now, lets click this and see what-" As he did, his eyes widen seeing a very very VERY long list of updates that needed to be installed. Some were back a few months ago!

"...THE HECK DID YOU DO!? You had this many updates that was not installed! Your crazy!"

"I said I didn't want to fucking update useless updates damn it! So I kept hitting later and ignored it!" Sukuna said.

"B..b..but you have so many updates you need to install. Without them, I'm shocked the laptop still is working!" Fosh said.

"Look, just tell me how long is it going to take for you to install those damn updates!?" Sukuna demands but Fosh checks again but he was nervous to give the answer.

"W..well, judging from the ones you ignored, some that was out of date, udated versions and so on ummm....I say it will take.."

The others were watching a movie until...

"5 DAYS!!! ARE YOU SHITTING ME YOU LITTLE FUCKING PUNK!? IT'S GOING TO TAKE FIVE FUCKING DAYS FOR ALL THAT WORTHLESS SHIT TO INSTALL!?"

A very loud shout was heard making the DBT jump in fright and the cursed vixens jump looking scared.

"The fuck was that!?" Echo and Navarro said at the same time.

"..I don't know..but it sounds like someone is not happy.." Hellmare said wondering the same.

"Also, watch your language you two." Vivi said seeing the bombers grumbling sorry.

"Yeah, it indeed sounded like someone is pissed." Rust sweatdrops with Breezy agreeing.

Now both fractions were slowly looking at the door where Fosh and Mouse were.

Fosh was scared but he can see the anger coming off that Sukuna took over Yuji as the others were nervous.

"Oh damn it!" Megumi said.

"YOU MEAN TO FUCKING TELL ME...IT'S GOING TO TAKE FIVE DAYS FOR THAT DAMN LAPTOP TO UPDATE! I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG!!"

"Y..Y..You have to! Because you didn't udpate it as you were suppose to, it's going to take a while for it to be up to speed. That's why they said you have to keep it up to date or this happens." Fosh said trying to explain.

"GRRRRRRRRAAAAHHHHH!! WHAT FUCKING USELESS PIECE OF SHIT! I'LL NEVER WANT TO WAIT JUST FOR THIS TO UDPATE! THAT'S IT! I'M BLOWING IT UP RIGHT NOW!"

"Sukuna NO!" Fosh and Mouse saw Megumi and Kisho trying to calm Sukuna down but noticed the fire balls going all over that Nobara ducked Taz's head and Kinie hissing at the laptop.

"That's it! I'll destroy you for upsetting my king!"

"..What the heck is going on..." Mouse mutters.

"I..I don't know.." Fosh said too as both hackers sees the chaos right now, Taz heard something explode as the connection was lost from the computer he was controlling.

"Uhhhh, give us a moment Fosh! We need to calm Sukuna down! I'll call you back in a second!" Taz said worried but stood up. "Mister Sukuna please calm down! Your going to-" That's when the screen cuts off to show:

"........."

"........"

"Okkkaaayyy..that was...disturbing."

"......."

Though, you okay Fosh?" she asked looking at him but Fosh didn't say a word.

"Uhhhh Fosh?" Mouse asked touching his shoulder that he falls back passing out to crash on the ground. "Fosh!?"

"@-@;" He had swirls in his eyes twitching, with a small soul like version of Fosh showing from him as he was twitching.

".........." Mouse sweatdrops to help him. Yeah, that didn't help. Though, she saw the door open showing Vivi and Shdwkyz come in to see.

"Mouse? What the heck happened!? Why is Fosh knocked out!?" Rust said seeing the others looking inside but Mouse sweatdrops to sigh.

"Lets just say....we...had a little issue but...we'll explain when Fosh wakes up." she said now fanning him to help him wake up. The DBT and cursed vixens blink with sweat drops showing on the side of their heads to wonder what the heck just happened.

However, they will after a while. And when Fosh wakes up.

Originally issued in 1962, the book was one of the earliest public acknowledgments of the genius of architect Louis Kahn (1901–74) and the first book to present Kahn’s work in his own hand.

Childhood Louis Isadore Kahn was born into a very poor family in tsarist Russia, now Estonia, and emigrated to Philadelphia as a young boy. He excelled at art and music as a young student, and was the art editor of Central High School magazines Mirror and Record. At the age of 19 he won a scholarship to study at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with numerous awards and a Bachelor of Architecture in 1924.

His early years Kahn worked for a few architectural practices in Philadelphia before establishing his own in 1935. In the post-war prosperity, he became involved in the urban regeneration of the city, perceiving it as an ‘urban laboratory’ from which to explore the relationship between architecture and city planning.

Teaching Kahn was a highly respected professor. Across his life, he taught at the Yale School of Architecture, won a fellowship to the American Academy in Rome, was a visiting lecturer at Princeton University, and was a professor at the School of Design, University of Pennsylvania, where he taught until his death in 1974.

Distinctive style The International Style – which emerged during the first decades of modern architecture in the 1920s and 30s – was lightweight and open. Kahn eschewed this, pioneering his own, new style of modern architecture. He valued mass and weight and wanted to bring back the presence of the symbolic and monumental into architecture.

‘In many ways, Kahn was the ultimate iconoclast. His buildings look markedly different to that of his Modernist contemporaries. Kahn showed us that there was another way to be modern,’ says Alex Newson. ‘His buildings are undeniably modern, but they are also elemental, archaic and spiritual.’

Yale University Art Gallery, Connecticut, 1951-1953 This was Kahn’s first significant commission. The facade is brick and glass, designed to evoke different responses with the changing light of day. The contrast between the solid brick walls at the side of the buildings and the steel-lined glass front is characteristic of Kahn’s use of both void and mass in creating structure.

Salk Institute, California, 1959-65 Jonas Salk (1914-95) discovered the first polio vaccine, and Kahn was recommended to him as the best architect to build his laboratory in La Jolla. The brief was to design somewhere Picasso could be invited. Kahn created an inspiring and functional space for research that would go on to become an architectural masterpiece.

Kimbell Art Museum, Texas, 1967-1972 Natural light was a key factor in the museum’s construction. The building is a compilation of barrel-like structures – Kahn is pictured standing inside one of them here. The skylights at the top of each structure let in plenty of light, which is diffused by aluminium reflectors to protect from direct sunlight. The arches and vaults hint at Roman architecture, perhaps inspired by Kahn’s European travels.

Kahn’s houses Kahn also completed nine houses, all in and around Philadelphia. Here, he’s pictured working on the Fisher House design in 1961. Some of the houses are still owned by the original families, others have been on the market, and others are preserved. Kahn’s work considered the shape, format and use of a room carefully – each element was meticulously thought out to facilitate the life and interaction of each individual family.

Korman House, Fort Washington, 1971-73 Clients were required to describe in writing the way in which they wanted to live their life – the Korman House was designed so the family would be able to play football in every room.

Although a father to three children himself, all were from separate women, and Kahn never experienced the close family life he so diligently laboured to create in his nine houses.

Jatiyo Sangshad Bhaban, Bangladesh, 1961-1983 The National Assembly Building in Dhaka, Bangladesh, has been described as Kahn’s magnum opus, and was completed posthumously in 1983.

The structure, although modernist, is rooted in the culture and architectural style of its surroundings. It used local materials that would withstand the desert climate – poured in place concrete laced with white marble – and has become a symbol of Bangladeshi pride and culture. Alex adds that since Bangladesh declared independence ‘the building has taken on additional significance, elevating it beyond just architecture and becoming an icon for a fledgling democracy.’

Franklin D Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park, New York, 1972-2012 New York City’s Four Freedoms Park opened to the public in 2012, almost 40 years after it was designed by Kahn, as a memorial to President Franklin D Roosevelt.

The park sits at the southern-most tip of Roosevelt Island. It was Kahn’s last work – he was carrying the finished designs with him at the time of his death in 1974 – and now stands as a monument to both architect and president.

"Alright soo...for a wrestling match, what should I wear?" He asked her. "Should I wear something casual or fit for a wrestling match? I don't mean like wearing tights and not naked, you know?"

"Like something normal? What is normal?!" Kisho tussled his own hair, trying to figure it out.

"Kisho...look at me here.." he said as Yuji looks at him. "Just wear normal wear. It don't have to be fancy or anything. Besides, you two are hanging out so just wear something casual or something comfy." Yuji told him.

"You don't need to freak out about it.." he was worried about his friend but.....it was something new for Kisho. Now he wonders how Miko felt about this herself?

"yeah, I didn't. I mean, things have to start somehow. I was nervous myself asking Jinx out...though, our first kiss was due to some..help. But even so!" he blinks to remember. "And yeah. I kissed her because it felt right for her and me. She was shocked when I did but...she was so adorable when she blushes." he smiled.

"I mean…I got the tickets and-and…I'm scared of messing it up?" Kisho said. "I-I really love Miko and I don't want to let her down." He said, pressing his thumbs against each other in worry.

"Okay we really have to help you not be so worried. It's not healthy for you." Yuji said looking at him. "Trust me, you won't let her down and you never did. She cares and I know you will be fine.."

The Abandoned - Part 3, The Report || What If AU

Hi everyone! This is Part 3 of The Abandoned, a What If AU. This is a bit of drama, angst, and dark theme drabble. This is for my partner, @the-silver-peahen-residence

After meeting Taiwa Ueno aka Taz and finding out what happened. A report is now made and the students are trying to figure out on how to help Taz and how to find her older brother.

In the teachers' lounge, Gojo Saturo reads over the report made by Megumi and Kisho ( who is other alias is known as Daichi) . The two students are standing next to each other. Megumi had a blank look while Daichi had a concerned look, which wasn't every day to see.

"So that's what happened?" Said the teacher.

"Yes, sensei. The Shrine had little cursed activity when we got there despite the earlier report that there is a large amount." Daichi stated.

"And the girl? How is she?"

"She's fine. She just woken up and told us how she got there." Daichi said taking a pause.

"Taiwa Ueno." Gojo said her name. Maybe they should run through a directory to find her family including that brother of hers. Tidam Ueno "And on her mother's side is Australian?"

"Yes," Megumi said.

"And she has two yellow-orange marks on the right side of her cheek?" Gojo asked.

"She said it's a birthmark," Megumi said.

"And where is her brother?"

"We don't know where he went. But what we know is that her brother came with friends intending to use Sukuna Shrine as a hangout." Megumi said. "He vandalized-"

Gojo sighs. "Oh boy! And he got killed?"

"No." Megumi answered.

"Tiawa...Taz tries to stop him from vanadizaling it further. Her brother stopped, but there was a fight between them. The brother stormed off. She tried to fix it, and then her brother locked her inside the shrine as relitation." Megumi tries his best not to show emotion.

"I see." Gojo's lips became thin, "How long has she been there?"

"Since...Thursday...." Daichi frowned. "Almost the weekend."

Gojo pauses for a moment hearing that. It's like he stood still. Daichi never seen Gojo-sensei this serious. He is usually laid-back and always goofing off. Right now, he is quiet. He wonders what he is thinking right now. It makes Daichi nervous for the first time. The first time he was nervous when he first met him and was told to take responsibility for his actions before coming here with a smile. He remembers his cursed energy and how it felt. But...there is something else. Or rather it should be something. Is Gojo mad? If he is, he is good at hiding it.

"Is that so? Then she can stay with us for a few days." He said it. There is no jolly in his voice or rather no emotion in it at all. In a way, it unnerved the flame sorcerer. Megumi just like Daichi sweatdropped a little.

"Got it. I guess we need to give her a room and board just in case." Said Daichi. "I mean, she can't stay in infirmary too long. How about Taz rooms with Nobara or a room right next to her?"

"Good idea, Daichi!" Gojo's smile returns. "Since there is a lot of open space. I think it's a good idea." His carefree happy attitude has return.

This guy makes it hard to tell what he's thinking.

"Also....Taz?" Gojo asked.

"Huh?" Daichi blinked.

"As in Taz...like the cartoon character? A Tasmanian devil who turns himself into a twister?" He asked.

"It's a nickname given her background from her friends." Megumi answered.

Gojo nods, acknowledging that. " She sounds like a handful." He added with a chuckle. Both boys nodded. Megumi then adds, "There is also another thing. She can see Eito." He said.

"As in..oh...oh..." Gojo said, realizing. "Poor thing must be scared to death when she sees the curses at that shrine especially Sukuna's."

"Well... that's the thing. She wasn't. She thinks today is Friday. She told us she was sleeping when we got there." Daichi said, frowns.

"So either the curse that manipulates time inside the shrine. It's not the first time." It reminds him of when Uthahime and Mei-Mei went on a mission where they would be gone for a few days while the two girls thought it had been a few hours.

Still, the fact that she survived there for a few hours or three days while sleeping is amazing. Or rather a miracle that doesn't happen every day. The girl is lucky indeed.

"In the meantime, we are going to check the shrine one more for clues. Ichiji and Nitta can handle that. In the meantime, make the girl feel right at home." He said.

"Understood." Daichi and Megumi said unison.

After leaving the teachers' lounge, Daichi had to ask.

"Hey.....Fushiguro...." He begins. Megumi lets out, "Hm?"

"Is Gojo-sensei mad?"

"What makes you think he isn't?" Megumi asked. Daichi bit his bottom lips and responded, "Well...the way he reacted when Taz was stuck there for almost three days. It's like he's hiding it."

"He is," Megumi replied. "If I were him, I probably hunt down the brother and tear him a new one." He said. "Right now, he is considering calling the children's services after hearing that but..."

"But?" He asked.

"We need to keep Taz under observation. We need to figure out where the cursed energy went or the curses went" He said. "We need to make sure Taz isn't cursed." Megumi gave his thoughts.

"Right." Daichi nods as he follows Megumi.

In the meantime, Yuuji is looking after the girl. She is asleep. She must be sleeping a lot. Nobara said that she was going to find clothes for her in her room. So he and Eito are looking after him while Kisho ( Daichi ) and Megumi are giving their report to Gojo-sensei.

Yuji sighs.

You know....she is very lucky that she is alive much less sleeping like nothing has happened. Sukuna begins. 'She is like what? What do you brats call that brief time? The weekend? She slept there for three nights when the curse could of ripped her to shreds and eaten her insides..during that time.

Yuji frowns upon hearing Sukuna's voice. You bet you would like that.

Not all the time. Usually, I get offerings in exchange for favors back at my lovely adobe and when I get displeased, I rip them to shreds." Sukuna chuckles. Yuji frowns but he can sense Sukuna now scowling.

But I do not like to be someone's amusement or be used as an OBJECT as some discipline over some petty sibling argument. Especially my own shrine.

You call that discipline?! Yuji said angrily in his head.

'What else to call punishing your younger sibling for chiding an older sibling? That usually happens back in my time. Although I do not appreciate the fact that they made a mess there that is made for me. The girl had more sense than that idiotic brother of hers to fix it before locking her inside.

That much is true but he didn't like the fact her brother left her alone during the weekend. And that is the fact, Taz is....okay with it. It wasn't right! Or maybe she's saying that because of some reason.

'Anyway...it matters not. I do wonder what are you lot going to do with her. I assume you keep her under surveillance? After she's fine, she will be given back to her family."

Yuji frowns.

'I suspect you don't like that. I mean the girl can see that turkey. You should ask her if she sees anything out of ordinary?'

No way! I will traumatize her more! I mean....who knows what she saw!

'From the looks of it, she probably slept there not realizing the days past. Probably a curse manipulating with time inside the shrine. It's rare but not that uncommon.

"But why?" Itadori asked. Sukuna arches a brow, "Hm?"

"Like you said, it kept her for three days and it did nothing so what's up with that? You said curses would of.... done something to her but didn't." Itadori doesn't want to say that the curses would eat her but it doesn't seem the case. Sukuna thought. That's a good question, why didn't the curse do something to her. But there is a feeling that Sukuna couldn't describe it.

but he doesn't tell his vessel that he doesn't know.

"Who knows? It's your job to figure it out, brat." Sukuna huffed. Itadori grumbled at that part before Sukuna went back to sleep. Then the teen blinks to hear Taz yawn.

"Hmmm?" Taz blinks, "B..."

"Hey..Taz. How are you feeling?"

"Better. I think I ate a lot. Thanks to the lunch you guys got me" Taz said. It made sense because she had been there for three days. "To be honest..I don't feel it has been over the weekend..." Taz said. "Is it really true?"

"Uh..." Yuji doesn't know what to say but he has to say the truth. Because he wouldn't lie to her, "Yeah. You did."

"Oh." Taz said. "I guess....brother forgot about me."

Itadori bit his bottom lip. Taz smiles, "That's okay! My brother has been working hard. He has been working a lot so it happens." Taz said.

"What?" Itadori blinked, confused by this. Taz nods, "He doesn't come home often...only on the weekeds."

"Wait...why is he working?" Yuji can't help but ask. Taz looks sad before answered, "Welll...we..."

"She lost her parents in a car crash?" Nanami read the report, frowning at this. Gojo sighs, "Yeah. Happened on their way to Okinawa for vacation."

"It's not uncommon but it made sense." He said, leaning back in his chair. "It sound like the eldest must of have pressure to look after his little sister but I guess he wouldn't take it and take it out on her."

"Not only that, the brother refuses any help from the mother's side of the family and the dad's side is way out in Wakayama." He sighs. "It's like the older brother doesn't want to do anything with the family or have trust issues." He reads. "Not only that, his brother got problems in school and is mixed up in a bad crowd."

"Not working?"

"Not working. Although...he must be in something shady sooo...I need you to go down to the Uneo residence." Gojo said to which Nanami sighed.

"Look..I know but there is something I need check on Taz."

"Taz?" Nanami questioned. Gojo shrugs, "That's what her friends call her." Nanami Kento looks down at the address, "Fine. I will check the residence and see what's going on. Don't do anything stupid."

"Don't worry! I won't!" Gojo smiles. Nanami doesn't believe it but he needs to visit the Ueno residence first. ---- Ueno Residence ----

Ichiji Kiyotaka, the manager drove Nanami to the address that is Uneo residence. It's out on the outskirts of Tokoy. This seems like the place. It's ordinary modern home within the neighborhood. He hears the cicadas and the crows chirping. He enters through the gate and goes to knock to see if anyone is home. As he did, nobody is there. Nothing. Kento sighs and goes to turn the knock again, to his surpise, the door creaks opens. Frowning, he takes a step inside and sees trash bags that fill one side of the hallway. There is stairs at the front the hall next to it is a the kitchen that leads to another room like the washing machine. He is thinking of placing his shoes down at the entrance since he doesn't know if Taz's older brother is here or not. But something tells him it's not a good idea. A gut feeling. The older brother must be nearby if the house is opened. He steps in to which he passes a room, he sees that is connected to the kitchen but this room had a home shrine known as the butsudan. He takes a step inside and sees a picture of a couple. A happy Japanese man in glasses and another who is a foreigner with caramel skin, she has waving hair as she also looks like the girl that the school is looking after. They look like they were celebrating with paint on their faces. There were objects on there. Some of them are mementos from both of their backgrounds. Nanami did take a closer look but didn't want to disturb any of the items placed there. He did see handprints on the piece of paper. But around the hands, there were dots and swirls of natural colors. Most likely from the mother's culture. While there is a box of Japanese characters that is written in ink by the father. A memoir for both of their parents. Nanamin wonders if the passing of their parents made life difficult for the siblings. Maybe causing a rift between them. Continuing on further, he passes the kitchen and sees piles of dishes in the sink, unwashed and neglected. He also sees trash bags. He sees a few papers on the table. Will. Inheritance. Family contacts. He goes to pick them up as there were a few copies of them. He will take them for notes. He hears a noise from the living room. Nanami goes to investigate it. He sees empty cans of soda on the low table. He sees a game controller and stacks of video games along with some papers on the floor in front of flat screen tv. He sees a cushion where someone sat in where an opened soft beverage can is there. If he had to guess, it must be the brother from what he assessed. He went upstairs to check out the rooms. The one with the kings bed is mostly likely the parents' room. Then the rooms down the hallway. On the right side with the window, there are a bunch of plushies along with a few flowers. This must be Taz's room. On the left side, there are wallpapers of video games and a computer with a server, it's a bit messy. Though there is something concerning, both of these rooms have average amount of energy in it. Outside the brother's window, he sees a small backyard with a small garden, but some of the flowers are wilting as there are a few flies. He went back downstairs to check the living room and the backyard. He sees there is stairs but he came across a open door that leads to the basement. He senses there's cursed energy down there. There is something down there. He needs to see what it is down there but something tells him that something is dangerous down there. REeardless, he must come down there and.... "Grrrr..." A growl is heard behind him as something is shadowing him. Claws and teeth. "!!!" Nanami quickly reacts the moment the creature attacks.

----- Jujutsu Tech - Nurse's office ----

Taz is asleep as she is resting easy. Yuji and the others were at their classes. Although it is weird. They refer to one of their classes as a mission. Still, she never thought that she would be so hungry. She never thought that she stayed at that shrine like the rest of the weekend.

Does....her older brother not want her anymore? Or did he just forgot? Such questions made her wonder almost giving her anxiety at the thought of it. She closes her eyes for a brief moment, trying to calm herself. No, no, no. He just a had bad day. It didn't mean to take it out on her. It must be work and his boss is being hard on him. Slowly opening her eyes, Taz looks up to see a glowing blue eye staring down at her. She freezes in place with her eyes widen. The blue eye belongs to a very tall man with white hair in black clothes. Taz seeing him, his blue is glowing in the dark. It's like looking up at the clear skies.

"Huh?" "Hmmmmm...." He smiles. "Hi there! My name is...huh?" "Eeeek..." Taz sniffles making the other blink as there are tears swelling in her eyes. "Uhh-" Taz let out a cry of terror that it got some of the students barging inside. Miko and Yuria were the first ones to hear the cries and call for other students to arrive.

---- 30 seconds later ---- "What is wrong with you?!" Megumi scowled at Gojo after dragging him outside of the nurse's room. Taz is being consoled by Yuji and Miko as she is crying and sniffling. Both were calming her down. Daichi and Yuria were judging Gojo-sensei in the background. "She has been in that shrine for the entire weekend and you pulled this?! Do you want to give her more trauma?!" Nobara yelled angrily. The duo is chiding a poor Gojo who is pouting. "I said I'm sorry! I didn't know she would wake up!"

"Okay but why are you hanging over her like some boogeyman?!" Daichi ( Kisho) asked incredulously.

"I-I mean...I just need to get a better look at her." Gojo asked with a chuckle, holding his arms up.

"That's so creepy!" Yuria cried, rubbing her own arms in disgust.

"Okay, okay, okay! Would it help my case that I was going to bring her sweets so I can talk to her?" Gojo holding up a bag of sweets. The four are scowling at him. "You should of done that instead of scaring her, you idiot." Megumi growled.

"Umm..." The four look towards Taz after wiping her eyes, looking at Gojo with concern.

"Oh! Taz, don't worry about him!" Nobara assured her, "Our dumb sensei won't be bothering you anymore..." "Oh um...thank you. I just want to say sorry to him. Yuji told me that he's your sensei and I was kinda rude and-"

"You weren't....he's an idiot and he has no respect for personal space," Megumi said.

"Hey!" Gojo pouted. "And he's acting a creep!" Yuria yelled. "HEEY!" Taz looks nervous but then says, "Still....if he's your teacher, I wanted to say sorry to him because I kinda overreact and-"

"Oh you're fine! I'm happy you forgive me, little Tazzy." Gojo said.

"Little Tazzy??" Megumi stared at Gojo with a frown while Daichi, Yuria and Nobara are side-eyeing him. Gojo chuckles as Taz doesn't notice this, "Yep! Just came up with it!" Then he presents the sweets to Taz, "Do you like dorayokai, Taz?" Taz's eyes lit up. "Yes! I love them! Especially when you put maple syrup on them." Gojo grins, liking what he hears, "Riiiight?! They taste so good if you do! Finally, someone who gets it!" Gojo laughs. "Anyway...you kids got to give your report to the Principal Yaga about your mission?" Taz blinks. Daichi quickly says, "It's an assignment! We call it missions because it sounds cool!" Daichi explains to Taz. "Oh okay." Taz quickly accepts it. Nobara and Yuria nods at what Daichi. Good one, Daichi.

"Now, now! I need to talk to Taz alone." "You better not do anything weird!" Nobara told him with the two girls; Yuria and Miko nodding in agreement. "I will stay with him. You guys go and Daichi, you better not leave anything out!"

"I won't! Let's go Yuji!" Daichi said.

"Okay! See ya, Taz." Yuji waved at her with a wave.

"See ya!" Taz waves at them. ------ 2 minutes later ---- "So Tazzy. Do you remember your time at the shrine?" Gojo asked as he shared his sweets with her. Taz took a bite as she thought, "I told Megumi and his friends what I know." She said to which Megumi nodded. "Yes. My students informed me of what happened. Is there anything else? Is there anything that is out of the ordinary?" "Out of the ordinary?" Taz looks confused. "Anything that stands out?" "Welll...I do hear sounds but it's normal..." "Normal as in?" "Like crickets and boars but sometimes there's weird sounds. Like uh..hssing and a bit of laughing. I see shadows." Taz said.

Okay so that confirms it.

"Did you see anything that creeps you out at the shrine?" "Inside? No. I feel safe there." Taz asked. Gojo hums while Megumi raises a brow. Someone who feels safe at the Sukuna Shrine? Most of the time, it gives sorcerers the heebie-jeebies so to hear someone that they felt safe it is strange. Gojo chuckles, "Why? Does the statute not scare you?" "No. I mean it does but I don't feel scared by it. It's a shrine after all. Ryomen Sukuna's Shrine.,..." "The King of Curses." Gojo added. "Yes. I thought the name sounded scary but I think he knows curses so he keeps them away since he knows so much about curses. That's what I think. And I don't want to get in trouble so I want to apologize to him so I offer my dark chocolate bar and some onigiri on the offering along with some coins." He said. Then Gojo laughs out loud, which startles Taz, "Oh sorry! I didn't mean to laugh at you. The way you thought about him is pretty funny.." The idea of Sukuna getting an offering like that. He might not like that. He doesn't think a chocolate bar and onigiri would appease him but who knows! Maybe he should tell them. "I mean...I don't want him to curse me, my brother and his friends because of the mess we did."

"Don't you mean your brother? I don't think you should apologize for what your brother. That wasn't nice of him." Gojo asked. "Still...." Taz said, looking sad a bit.

"It's okay. Your brother won't get in trouble." Yet. "Right now, we're tracking him down."

"Ah I see..." Taz looks sad for a moment. Megumi clears his throat, "Taz...sorry. You said you feel safe inside? But what about outside?" "Outside....is...creepy. Not safe. I....I can't explain it."

"Because you see them, right?" Gojo helps to answer this, "Tell me, Taz. Do you see things that most people can't see? Something that you can only see but you can't tell anyone?"

"I'm not sure." Taz looks hesitant on saying. Megumi sees this all the time with people who are unfamiliar with jujutsu and cursed spirits in general. There are two kinds. People who are born sorcerers and people who aren't sorcerers but can see spirits. There is little chance that people can control their own cursed energy.

"You saw Eito and most people don't see him."

Taz froze. "I-I..."

"It's okay, Taz. You're not in trouble. I'm here to help and I know you see things. We're similar."

Taz's mouth moves but no words but then, "So you can see them too? The flying green things?"

She must be talking about the Flyheads. Megumi thought. Taz continues, "They weren't fairies so I call them flying globins or imps."

"Hahahaha! That's the right word for them!" Gojo smiles, "We can call them Flyheads and what you saw are cursed spirits."

"Cursed spirits?"

"Gojo..." Megumi warns, not wanting to reveal too much information to Taz since it can be overwhelming for her. "It's fine," Gojo assures him. "Taz, yes. What you saw are cursed spirits." "It's because they became cursed? Are they like spirits who are sick from being cursed?" Taz asked. What a nice kid. Gojo chuckles, "Not exactly. They are born from human emotions. Negative emotions. So they are aggressive towards humans and they can hurt people or rather inflict curses on them."

"So we! Sorcerers; people who deal with curses and cursed spirits. We exorcise them and help protect mankind!!" Gojo smiles brightly. Megumi shakes his head, wondering if it's a good idea. Taz is in awe at this.

"So...like...Ghostbusters?" Taz whispered. "Yes! Exactly!" Gojo laughed, clasping his hands together while Megumi couldn't help roll his eyes. Taz smiles brightly but then she thinks. "So...are there different kinds of spirits?"

Different kinds? Megumi thought, "What do you mean?" Megumi asked.

"Like....if those imp or Flyheads are cursed spirits. What about the ones that are pretty big that look greenish-gray and sometimes scary looking? Are those cursed spirits too? The ones that look creepy." Taz asked.

So she's like Miko. Megumi thought. "Yes. They are cursed spirits."

"Oh okay!" Taz nods, "Are there...any good spirits?"

"Good spirits?" Megumi questioned.

"Like ones that protect you from the bad ones? The cursed spirits?"

"Uhhh..well.." Megumi needs to think on how to answer that. But Gojo answers that, "Oh I know that one! What are you thinking, shikigami, Taz!" He smiles.

"Shikigami?" Taz repeated. "Like....grim reapers?"

"Not exactly!" Gojo chuckles, "They are considered familiars of sorcerers. Think of witches with black cats and wizards with owls. But they help protect you from cursed spirits by fighting them." Gojo said this, breaking this down for her. Taz nods with eyes of understanding this. "Oh okay!" Taz smiles. Looks like she's getting it. "They help their masters against cursed spirits by aiding them or fighting for them in battle," Gojo explains this to them. Taz nods, understanding this. "I see." However... "Ueno. What would you ask that question? If there are good spirits?" Megumi asked her gently. Taz then dwindles her thumbs, "Well...uh....I have a spirit at the house but he protects me from the bad spirits all the time. It's scary and looks like uh...a big black werewolf. Sometimes...he eats them and my brother doesn't see it." "You have a spirit....at your house?" Megumi slowly repeated. Taz nods. Gojo had that realization look on his face, "Oh. Well...guess I need to tell Nanam-kun about it." "What?" "I send him to her house." "Wait you did what?!" Megumi exclaimed. "My house?!" Taz cried, now looking worried. ------ The Ueno Residence ------ "Tch?! What is this spirit?" Nanami is defending himself as he is tackled onto the floor with the cursed spirit on top of him. A humanoid beast. If Nanami had to describe it, it's a black-ashen werewolf with a long snout with eye whites and white pearly fangs. It series to snap its jaws at Nanami but he kicks it away, sending it crashing against the wall. Nanami fixes his tie as he gets up. He never thought a cursed spirit like this in the house. Is the brother a curse user?

The beast is growling as it is now on fours with its fur bristled. He had never seen a cursed spirit like this before. This one is strong as a Grade 2 or 1. But that's nothing that Nanami can handle. The curse charges at him to which Nanami sidesteps not before slashing a piece of the curse with his cursed tool. The beast hits the wall and slides down as it is howling in pain, holding its side. It growls and decides to take something out of the box and it takes out a baseball bat. The beast grips in its hands. Nanami is taken aback by its intelligence. It is using something as a weapon. So it has to be a Grade 2 or 1 given its ambush and the way it tries to push him down the stairs before closing the door behind it.

No doubt, this curse is a difficult one.

"Very well. I must say I never faced a curse like you." The curse is growling as it lowers its body almost into a lunging position.

"However....you are no match for my cursed technique; Ratio," Nanami said, with the use of the binding vow; Revealing One's Hand. Explaining his technique to the target while increasing the output of his cursed technique; Ratio. "It divides the target with ten lines and forcibly creates a weak spot at the ratio point of seven to three. It doesn't matter regardless of the wingspan or length even if it doesn't match. I can choose which part that is your weakness." Nanami explains. This got the curse baring its fangs at him and snarling, widening its bare teeth. The curse lunges and just as quickly, the curse is cut down as it passes Nanami, crashing into the boxes. The curse is coughing as it thrashes around before collapsing due to the blood pooling under its body.

That was that. The curse must be coming from the creature. Nanami sighs. This house... "I need to report this to Gojo." Nanami said, walking back up the stairs. After walking out of the house and closing the gate behind him. "HEY!" Hm? Nanami turns to see a boy no older than 17. He has a sienna skin tone as he has an orange mark under his left eye. He has black medium-length spiky hair and wears a purple jeresy with yellow highlights with his white school uniform underneath. He is carrying a black bag. However, he looks disheveled as if he got roughed up due to the dirt on his jeans and sneakers. He takes note of the slight bags under his eyes. "Are you Ueno Tidam?" Nanami asked him. "Who wants to know?" The older teen scowls at him while shifting the strap of his bookbag. Nanami answers, "Are you aware that your little sister, Tiawa Ueno is at the shrine that you and your friends went there." "Yeah, She was at the shrine." Tidam shrugs, "I know she got back here no problem, right?" Tidam asked. Nanami scowls. Seems like the boy doesn't know. "Actually...she has been found since yesterday." He sees the slight widening of his eyes before frowning, "And!? She's fine! Nothing happens there. She probably got found, hasn't she?"

Nanami makes sure not to let this affect him but the boy is really ignorant and is completely irresponsible.

"Yes. She's fine. Or rather she's lucky to be alive. Are you her legal guardian?" Nanami asked firmly. Tidam huffs, "Yeah. If you read our file, our parents are dead." He crossed her arms.

"How old are you?"

"17." Tidam answered. "Old enough to know better that you can't leave your sister who is younger unattended at a place that is private property and-"

"Hey! It's punishment! She didn't listen to me so she got just punished. I was trying to scare her. It's discipline. She is fine, right? The monks at that shrine found her, didn't they? What's the big deal-""

"She has been at that shrine over the weekend or are you not aware of this?" Nanami cuts him sternly, making the boy quiet at his words. "I-I mean..I was working over the weekend, okay, so I thought she was here or at her friends' house." Tidam quickly said. Working, right? Does working include drinking and playing video games? Nanami thought while frowning mentally. "Look, tell the monks at the shrine I'm sorry about that. We didn't mean to cause trouble or anything. She didn't say anything stupid, did she?"

Nanami became silent. Tidam narrows his eyes, "Look! If you want to keep her at the Child Services, fine! The door is always open if she wants to come back! If she doesn't want to, then it's whatever." Tidam said angrily before going to his house and slamming the door close. Nanami sighs as he looks back at the house but then he sees the same spirit in one of the windows, watching him from there inside Taz's room. Nanami doesn't know what to think. How long has this spirit been there? He needs to go back and report this.
