Holy poopcakes! Bing Maps’s directions are much more helpful than Google Maps. It even points out all the transit stops you’ll pass on the map and clearly specifies which bus/metro stop comes before the one where you have to get off, which is especially a godsend when it comes to taking the bus. No more having to waste my time pulling up the complete list of bus stops to figure it out.

Le gâteau caca boudin - à réaliser avec les enfants 
Depuis bien longtemps, à la maison, on lit presque tous les soirs l’histoire de La petite taupe qui voulait savoir qui lui avait fait sur la tête. Ça a tendance à attirer les “caca boudin” mais au moins, l’histoire est drôle et ça marche à tous les coups! C’est un livre que je recommande d’ailleurs pour les enfants de 2 à 5 ans au moins… 
 
Inspirés par cette belle couverture de livre, nous avons réalisé en famille des jolis cupcakes tout mimis en forme de caca boudin! C’est très ressemblant, à les voir, on a envie de dire “sans aucun doute, c’est un chien ma chère” pour ceux qui connaissent l’histoire. 
La recette est simple, elle se fait très facilement avec des enfants, à condition de ne pas avoir peur de mettre sa cuisine en dessus dessous. 
Pour 12 petits cupcakes 
Je vous recommande cette recette marmiton .
125 g de sucre 
125 g de farine 
100 g de beurre 
2 œufs 
1 cuillère à café de levure chimique 
4 cl de lait 
4 cl d'arôme de vanille liquide Commencer par crémer le beurre et le sucre, avant d’ajouter l’arôme de vanille, les œufs et la farine tamisée en 3 fois. Finir par le lait.
Enfourner 15 à 20 min à 180°. 
Pour la ganache montée au chocolat noir 
La ganache montée c’est comme une mousse au chocolat (en meilleur), il y a juste 2 ingrédients, de la crème et du chocolat, mais il faut prévoir un tout petit peu de temps de repose. Ça monte comme de la chantilly : les règles de base sont donc les mêmes que pour la chantilly, un récipient bien frais, une crème à 30% de matières grasses minimum. 
200 g de chocolat noir 20 cl de crème liquide entière (30% de MG minimum) Concasser le chocolat très fin. Faire chauffer les 2/3 de la crème dans une casserole jusqu’au frémissement. Verser la crème chauffée sur le récipient contenant le chocolat, couvrir, laisser le chocolat fondre pendant 2 minutes. Mélanger à la Maryse et ajouter la crème restante (froide). Filmer au contact et mettre au frais. Après 4 h minimum de réfrigérateur, monter au batteur comme une chantilly. 
Montage 
Une fois les cupcakes bien refroidis, mettre dans une poche à douille la ganache montée (avec une douille lisse de gros diamètre - 10 à 12) et laisser les enfants décorer. Chez nous, ce mercredi après midi “caca boudin” est un très bon souvenir avec beaucoup de fous rires, on en rit encore et les enfants étaient très fiers d’eux et ils réclament très souvent des cupcakes caca boudin! En refaisant la recette, on a fini par ajouter des yeux en pâte d’amande (2 ronds pour les 👀 et un demi cercle pour la bouche et le tour est joué!)
