I believe that 2p nyo northern italy - Turin(the capital of the Piemont region). Therefore, his coat of arms is on the cutie mark. And the name Alessa - derived from the name of Alexander - means "defender". Bravery, perseverance, determination, in fact - everything that can have the embodiment of a strong and cool Piemont region ;)
