Eraser head babies are too damn expensive to buy so I made my own. Just gotta throw it into the pits of hell and find some cloth for the swaddle

I think I shat this out in around three hours, praying it won’t blow up the house

I’m thinking about selling some sculptures or something on Etsy. Would you guys buy affordable eraser head babies or is that considered child trafficking?

My Bebe Nephew is obsessed with the Puffin Rock cartoon and you would not believe how hard it is to find little puffin figurine toys, so for his bday I made him a custom set out of sturdy poly clay. (Fudged the baby puffling's colors a bit to match his fav character in the show shhh don't take my Bird Nerd license from me :P)

I made buttons out of polymerclay! I'm sewing a dress shirt and I don't want it to look store-bought, so I didn't want plain plastic buttons. I wondered if I could make buttons myself instead and found a bunch of tutorials online.

I don't have any fancy sculpting tools, but toothpicks, pen caps, crocheting hooks and some big blunt needles worked well.

I added a bit of eyeshadow for shine! I'm not sure how well it's attatched though, I might coat them with clear nailpolish. The big ones were pressed and rolled against wrinkled foil/fabric for texture.

The clay was ten years old, I had it wrapped in plastic wrap, and it still worked! It took some time to knead, but it did eventually stop crumbling and became soft.

And then there was a new raven-ish head cause I make far to few bird creatures 😁 I still needs some more adjustments but Im getting there.

Congratulations chucky

He's made from sculpty, doll eyes and has a copper wire and tinfoil base. My mom helped me with the swaddle. He's around 11 - 10 inches long and is quite light since his armature isn't heavy.

I'm thinking about possibly selling these in the future for 80 or 85 dollars on etsy (the swaddle would be higher quality). This isn't meant to be an advertisement but more of a general question of what do you guys think and would you guys be interested?
