As if Gabriel didn’t arrest us on sight and try to auction us off. As if he didn’t (kinda) kill us in the last chapter (not intentionally, but still). I get not liking M&M, but don’t prop up other characters just to tear down others. All the romance options are morally gray, complex people, it’s what makes them compelling.

Also I love how anon conveniently forgot to mention the girlies, because they truly are the only decent love interest imo. They’re the only ones who haven’t totally fucked over MC in some major way.

Belladonna, Hazel and MC are all going to go off together and live without all this nonsense.

I'm kidding! Don't you all come at me in the ask box.

But, in all seriousness, I kind of just shrug at the rants now. Because I have a backlog of messages in my inbox stating how much they love what I'm doing. Can't please everyone and trying to will just make me not write anymore. I know that road. If I have to do that, then the Night Market would be a dropped project for sure.

i think others have def already said most of this - but i felt the urge to type it out here. i'm not exaggerating on this, when i say this - i think so often about how different s2 and s3 could've been

s2, i can see miriam in charlotte's place as the antagonist. the girls' skepticism would've been more understandable, with their complicated history with miriam predating s1. and i can actually see miriam in those scenes instead of charlotte, the comparisons with her and charlotte make so much sense

and there was definitely supposed to be more to the spellbook. but they just threw that away for a one-off ?? like what was that

(although given the shenanigans they were already having without it.. but still, to throw it away entirely?)

and then there's s3. sophie's actress def was supposed to play julia, but for whatever reason that storyline didn't happen. (i like the idea that julia was the tentacle though, esp with that scene rikki had with the tentacle)

the thing i really think about the most though is rikki's cafe being emma's cafe. i can totally see emma running the whole place. and for rikki, i want so badly to see her as part of the band, tbh. i think that might be my roman empire

(emma's cafe and rikki 'n the band. imagine rikki as the guitarist/bassist, with bella as the lead singer, and lewis as the drummer. what we could've had)

ash was definitely supposed to be in zane's place. i can see it. he's literally a business major. he def would've bought the juicenet cafe for emma. he also would've held the secret over her head because he's a little b-

so i was wondering how the ROs after a long day of work would react to an mc wanting to give them a massage (poly also if you’re willing), nothing sexual just…a massage with music lit candles and a dark room with oils and scents.

Bella might actually enjoy being pampered like that. She never has been.

Gabriel would be uncertain. Not quite sure what it is that MC was wanting to do. It would take a couple attempts for him to relax.

Bella/Gabriel: It would be pretty similar to the reactions above but when Gabriel was not getting entirely into it, Bella would make him watch.

Hazel would feel so loved and taken care of. And then she would insist on making muffins for MC after.

Milo would be a little nervous with that much attention on him and would start goofing around and maybe trying to sing opera.

Malcolm would try to flip it around so it was a mutual pampering session.

Milo and Mal: Mal would flip it around and take care of both MC and Milo. MC and Milo would have to force him to also relax.
