Note 1: Founded Association of Galician Postal Clerks, since at that time only unmarried women were accepted to work in post offices, the association served as a labour union and community that provided the workers with a sense of group belonging, financial aid, and support. The group's postulates emphasized the importance women's emancipation, which would allow them workers rights; including overtime pay, holidays, sick pay and a better retirement pension. They also demanded equal treatment in employment for positions and departments previously restricted to men.

Note 2: In recognition of her achievement, Habicht received the Silesian Plebiscite Badge, the Silver Cross of Merit and the Golden Cooperative Badge. At the end of her life, she was looked after by the members of the Society she ran.

In the article that came out this morning about Andrew Cushin's album, Pete Doherty was quoted being defensive about his decision to collaborate with Louis, saying, “Look at some of the great labels, look at The Sex Pistols with Malcolm McLaren getting together with Richard Branson. Over the years, labels’ main aim was to be a springboard for their artists to get as many people to hear the music they believe in. Whatever that takes ��� if that means having a major label take you up the alley for five minutes I will do that for my artists any day of the week.” Initially this just pissed me off (and it still does) but the more I thought about the more fascinating it is actually. There's never been any question that 78 Productions' role in co-releasing Andrew Cushin's album is primarily financial, and I'd say this confirms that, but he's saying more than that; he's saying that Louis and his label, that has never had a single release before now, offer more than just cash, that it is on par with Virgin Records in its infancy because of the position and reach Louis has in the industry... and he can be as sour as he wants about it, that's a hell of an admission and not a position you just automatically hold by being a former boyband member. We already know this but that doesn't mean I don't love it when people say it out loud!

a while ago I was like 'hmm i'm sick of trying to call out the church using words and sentences surely it would be more fun if i made a pop punk album to send the message instead'

then i told a couple people who do music i know basically begging for help, they were all busy but wished me luck (one offered to record the drums for me once i'd written the rest)

then today i dug out some old ideas i wrote down and ??? this could go somewhere? with the music knowledge I have now?? but i kind of need someone to excitedly infodump to to help this happen. i will give you songwriting credits if it goes anywhere if it could be you
