Ya know what always gets under my skin? People who think poledancing isn't actual dancing. I get why they say that but I gaurntee that if they say a break dancer? They'd say the same. Hell, you need the core strength and flexiblity of a gymnist to pull off some of the moves you see. To anyone who dose that for a living? Mad respect.

seriously though it was probably the best concert i've ever been to it was AMAZING it was in this huge football stadium & there were soooooooooooooo many people there & everyone was so hyped up & excited it was definitely the biggest concert i've ever been to

i made a friend on the walk from the parking garage who was a momo bias & she was so cute & sweet we exchanged instagrams & then when i got to my seat it was all girls in my row & we were just all chatting & so excited. everyone i was with was jeongyeon biases so i was surrounded by good taste 😹 & one of the girls was giving out these little charm bracelets she made with the member's name's on them. i got one that said chae

the girl sitting right next to me also was soooooooooo pretty & nice we were dancing the whole concert & she kept looking over at me & smiling & i wanted to be like ma'am STOP or i'm gonna fall in love with you 😭😭😭 (i got her instagram too) 😹

& THE SLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the performances were soooooooo good the talent in twice is insane!!!!! every girl got a solo stage & they were insane....... momo poledanced, jeeongyeon played the recorder, chae & dahyun played instruments too it was so good 10/10 one of the best nights of my life

considering today's episode is not necessarily a thrill-seeking one, she's a little bit nervous about it. also, she's the most undressed she's ever been on camera.

part of her wonders what her parents would think about this, but she decides not to open that can of worms today and just focus on enjoying filming. it's something she's always wanted to try after all, and she thinks it's kind of fun that she's getting to bring alize along with her for the ride.

she greets the camera happily as she always does, looking pleased as she waves at everyone. "hello alize and regular viewers of the show," she says happily, waving both hands before she backs up a little bit to show where she is. it's a bit obvious, considering that there's a literal pole behind her to indicate what she's doing today.

"today is an exciting day!" she says as an introduction, very hyped for this if she's honest. "i've wanted to do this for a really long time and this was just the perfect opportunity to," she says, clapping her hands together.

"as you can probably tell, i'm going to be learning the basics of poledancing today!" she says, moving out of the way so the camera could pan over the classroom she's in. she's talked a bit to ichika about this, and had decided she definitely wanted to take a lesson before deciding if she wanted to do it long-term but she's very excited either way.

"after the aerial yoga turned out so successful, i realized that my core strength is not too bad," she says, looking a little embarrassed at having self-praised herself like that. "so i thought it would be a good time to try this!"

as always, she gives a short introduction to the instructor and allows her to introduce herself before they start the class.

and then? the class begins.

going through the basics is a bit more difficult than she had expected, though she had come in with slightly low expectations—which was probably her fault. she should've gone in with high expectations so she wouldn't think it was hard.

oh well.

she asks the instructor, as always, to teach her one cool trick and once they've finished going over that and somin's managed to (somehow) recreate it in a way that was passable (by the instructor's standards) the class was over.

"i hope everyone enjoyed their episode of some ssom today!" she says, flower posing to do her signature ending and winking this time. "thanks for tuning in, please anticipate the next episode!"
