Monster Safari EX| Pokemon pocket game

Monster Safari EX is a Pokemon Pocket game that is pvp and allows you to have Pokemon battles. I found this looking for Web3 games and it was in there. It is only on Android though.

It is server based also so if you have friends playing it be sure to line up on the right server or you cannot play with them. There are ranked modes and union in this game so it is nice. Rank unlocks at level 18 while union unlocks at 20. There is also Arena, stage, adventure and hard level you can do so there are options you can pick. Arena allows you to battle with friends and other players so be sure if you want to battle friends they have arena unlocked.

When you start up after you make your account, you get to see a battle of Ash and another person and then it will send you to professor oak and from there you will then get to pick your character as Ash or Misty. After you select your character you then get to pick a Pokemon.

I am not sure if they are all the same but the three I got to choose from were Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur and the one I went with was Charmander.

When you battle, you will have more than one Pokemon to use and fight.

You will have up to 6 but when you start it will be 3 and if you have Pokemon of the same kind, you cannot send them out they each have to be different but you can use the same type Pokemon to enhance and level up your other which is nice.

The tutorial is kind of long but it walks you through how to battle and how to level up your Pokemon so I do not mind it. Once you get to level 6 and the last battle then you are on your own until you level up more to unlock things.

If you are like me and dislike the red dots on things, there are free stuff there and instead of saying something like free it says get so you can click the get button and get your supplies and stuff.

I actually like this game it is simple to play with no issues, so if you are a pokemon fan, be sure to check this game out!

you know someday i'm gonna feel so good when i have my student loans paid off

that ain't gonna be soon, trust me, but i think about it

#i've been saving so much for it that i paid off over like $2k in the last 2 or 3 months #it's just thinking about how the amount of interest goes off that drives me literally crazy #and my monthly amount i owe is like just under $120 #which to some people as a regular bill is more manageable than others. but as i have an irregular income #as a substitute teacher it's something that gives me a LOT of stress.#which is another reason i've been overpaying. in case something happens/i can't get a lot of work #it defers the next due date.#that way it's not urgent but yet i still *feel* it all the time #debt is a crazy kind of thing #and to think that my loans are from COMMUNITY college. two years. publicly owned #when i start taking classes again soon. i currently have enough saved that if i take like ONE class #i can pay out of pocket. and i think im only gonna take one class to start anyway #which will also help with the deferred payments #see i just fucking hate having to think practically about money like this #tales from diana #idk how ppl leave high school and go straight to live in a dorm room at a private university for four straight years #and rack up tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.#first of all that lifestyle was not accessible for me to begin with. even when paying it was such an abstract put-it-off thought #as it is for so many 18-year-olds who are told not to worry about where they apply.#but i had under $12k to repay when the student loan debt was unfrozen last fall #and it's been weighing on me soooo heavily since then. i think about it every damn day #it's like the money i make isn't even mine. it goes straight to mohela and food #keep in mind i also live w my parents & am on their health insurance so someday there'll be moooore bills!!!!

we live in hell! at least the spreadsheet is pretty

#one thing about me is that i love making spreadsheets they help my anxiety sm #and abt the expenses list btw ik the food and stuff is SUPER low but that is bc #i'm in school and when i don't live in dorms i live at home ! the income is so low bc i work like... 9~ hrs a week atm? bc part-time and un #i got a lot of financial aid so my uni bills are covered by fin aid + my student loans (which i don't gotta make payments on yet) so last #quarter i paid roughly $20 out of pocket which is rly lucky and ik that #but mostly i just want a new car so i'm doing the math on it (my car has a stuck solenoid shift and probably other problems that i do NOT #want to deal with ! so i want a new one. lord knows itll take forever. but still.)#and its not like i wanna live at home forever but god knows how difficult that is in this fucking economy #anyway if anyone read all this and wants to talk spreadsheet or finances to complain abt the state of the union or just life i am ALL EARS #<3 i love doing that #cherri.txt

Big YouTubers doing like Temu hauls is one thing (like people gotta make their money, haul videos are popular, even more so when it's a cheap store/website that people can also afford to shop at. Overconsumption and promotion of it are bad, and these websites are shady for a number of reasons. Shit's complicated)

But there really is something kind of extra dystopian (not in a "super dystopian" but just "basic dystopia but with a little bit of spice on top") about watching a big YouTuber buy multiple art prints from Temu, that're a single stock cartoon drawing of a black cat slapped on top of famous public domain paintings, and then sing praises for these prints for being "high quality" and how they're so happy to decorate their home with them

#Moon posting #Like yes art prints from small artists can be expensive (compared to mass produced garbage that went directly into some CEO's pocket)#But like. Oh how I wish big YouTubers could like. Do their art print/decor hauls from small artists on Etsy or some shit #Seeing people in the comments be like ''oh those art prints were so cute I bought some myself thanks for the tip :)'' was just so #And the most painful part was looking at the stock cartoon prints and being immidiately able to think of at least one small artist #Who has made art vaguely similar to those but like. 100% from scratch. With their own hands. And it's beautiful. I should have been graduating but my parents fucked me over so they could take money from me lol lmao even

at least deep down I know that a degree doesn’t mean a single thing anymore and it’s just a filter for your resume to be auto rejected or have a 5% chance of being viewed by a real person

but yeah that filter hurts now. then again it seems like most jobs are fake posts now.

#basically what happened was: they forced me to go to college despite me having no real income #I had no way to get to class besides uber #then I ran out of cash and they refused to pay for transportation #so that led to me failing every class obviously cause I couldn’t even get to class #then I lost my financial aid which had been covering all my class fees #basically. they just wanted me to get to working full time while doing school and this was their way of doing it #so now im doing my classes at a snails pace so they could take the majority of my paycheck 👍👍#and im stuck paying for it all out of pocket now as I can’t get financial aid again #because to apply again I’d need legal documents proving there was some even that caused me to fail my classes #as well as requiring me to take more classes than my job will allow due to the schedule #yay parents am I right yay.#normal parents would have been like : ok you can work part time #or you know just provide the uber payment if you’re the one forcing me to. whatever man this was 4 years ago it’s over now
