Time for some updates.

I promise I have not forgotten the little guys-in-potentia. I’ve just been going through many circles of Hell trying to find a decent manufacturer that isn’t operating on some secret ‘Sorry, We Only Work with Brands ™ and Influencers ©, Enjoy Sending Half a Dozen Queries to Our Inbox-Void, You Little Nobody~ <3’ rule. So that was fun. But, finally, I think I’ve found a prospective maker. The issue?

The smallest bulk order is a 50-count. $30 each, roughly. Just for one. 30 x 50 = at least $1,500. If I try to do Mina and Jonathan (DO NOT SEPARATE), that’s 100 plushies. $3,000.

And that’s without dealing with the logistics of storing all the dang things, figuring out shipping costs depending on where I’d be mailing them (not including the packaging), and figuring out how to fairly price them without also gutting everyone’s wallets while we’re all broke.

Fundraising options like Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and Backerkit all look like the only solid way to go here, but they come with their own caveats.

I need some kind of prototype to have on display, not just the concept. The manufacturer I have in mind does provide a physical prototype prior to going to work on bulk orders, but I’d need to talk with them about the what-ifs involved if a fundraiser fails to drop enough cash to afford the full order.

I still need to figure out what a fair funding target would be that would cover cost of manufacturing/shipping/etc and I do not know that magic number.

Tiers? Do I do tiers with this? If so, how do I portion those out dollar-wise? What goodies can I throw in that would sweeten the deal? At the moment all I have is my writing.

Argh.

Really, 4) kind of sums up the whole thing at the moment. I really, really want to make all my assorted little guys come to cuddly life, but the numbers involved are looking more complicated than pi, especially when I—(frankly, all of us)—have Zero Money to gamble away. If I’m off by one (1) digit that means the difference between ‘Yes, I can pay for manufacturing and shipping and et ceteras no problem!’ and ‘WHOOPS SURPRISE YOU’RE PAYING AN EXTRA FEE OUT OF POCKET NOW BECAUSE YOU DID NUMBER WRONG, HA HA.’ Add that to the fact that I really don’t have anything tangible to pin to hypothetical tiers just now?

I’m afraid the plush Harkers (along with Quinn Morse and his new accessory) have to go on a back shelf for the time being.

Turns out the options for making less complicated bric-a-brac than stuffed animals are…less complicated. Imagine that. I’ve also been poking around looking at possibilities for stationery, bookmarks, cups, assorted bits and bobs. You know the Dracula Cast(ula) was made for journals and coffee mugs. However, I need to know what kind of designs folks would want to see. So:

The prospects here are much less stressful as far as puzzling out details goes, so I feel a little better about chewing on this. Still need to settle on Official Designs, but I’d wave those around for folks to see first.

Because it bears repeating.

You’ll notice I haven’t laid out exact dates or timeframes for any of this stuff. That’s because I’m still neck-deep in the job hunt, along with grappling with the possibility of having to burn more money on new courses to enter a field I hate, but looks to be one of few career paths that will actually pay me more than pocket change. Said positions not even being guaranteed to still be in the same shape once I’m out of class. Same as my last job.

In four months, I’ll have been applying for a solid year. Every day. All to positions that either send copy-paste rejections, ghost outright, turn out to be thin veils for scams, or, most fun prospect, aren’t even real, because companies keep putting up false job openings to look like they’re expanding. My time has alternated between this and writing and trying not to look at my bank account. Between that and anxiety bordering on nausea concerning the upcoming election, my Halloween vibes are pretty bruised too.

It has. Not been the best time.

But the best part of it is still going on. Because that part is you guys. The people who’ve enjoyed my nonsense. The people who’ve actually dropped some bucks my way on Ko-Fi or bought my book! The people who’ve encouraged me for ages and have turned out to be some of the coolest folks a fellow bookworm could hope for. Thank you.

I hope you’ll cross your fingers for me going forward.

Time for a Check Up!

Hello! How are you doing today? Have you taken care of yourself/your system lately? We’d like to ask you some questions to help you check in with your body, mind, and headmates! This list of questions is not exhaustive - there may be some things we’re missing that are important when it comes to managing your self care. This is just something to get you started if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just Bad and need some direction to figure out what’s been bothering you lately.

Physical Health Check Up!

Nourishment: When did you last eat? What did you have for your most recent meal? Have you eaten any fruits or vegetables lately? How about something substantial, like grains, rice, potatoes, or pasta? Or something with protein, like eggs, meat, or legumes? Do you normally take a multivitamin? If so, have you taken one today?

Hydration: When did you last have something to drink? When did you last drink water? Do you have a water bottle or beverage nearby that you can sip from regularly? If you don’t like water or can’t drink it for any reason, how about some milk, juice, coffee, or tea? Any liquids are better than none at all!

Rest: Have you been getting enough sleep lately? Does your sleeping space have everything you need in order to get proper rest? Do you need: a security blanket/plushie, a night light, an air purifier/humidifier, a white noise maker, an extra pillow, a water bottle nearby, or anything else in order to ensure your sleep is restful at night? Are you tired, groggy, or exhausted right now? Can you take a brief, 15-20 minute nap? Can you lie still and close your eyes for a while?

Physical Exercise: When was the last time you got your heart rate up? Is there an exercise you enjoy that you can do occasionally? When have you last stretched your muscles - your hands and wrists, arms, neck, back, feet, and legs? Every body is different, but almost everyone can benefit from regular exercise, even if it’s light! How about taking a walk, doing some squats or sit-ups, lifting some light weights, playing a game or sport outside, or going for a swim?

Mental Health Check Up!

Medical (this could be physical too): Did you take your meds today? Do you need to refill your pills box/dispenser? Do you need to refill any of your prescriptions? Are you keeping track of any upcoming doctor’s appointments?

Mental Exercise: Have you solved any problems/exercised your brain lately? When was the last time you built a puzzle, solved a math problem, or played a word game, sudoku, spot the difference, or other sort of mind-strengthening game? When was the last time you tried to learn something new? Have you had any meaningful discussions, read any interesting books or articles, or used critical thinking lately?

Leisure: When was the last time you did something you enjoy, just for yourself? Have you checked for tension in your body and relaxed your muscles lately? When was the last time you treated yourself with something tasty? Have you listened to some music you love recently? When was the last time you cuddled a pet or plushie, watched a calming/silly show or movie, played a low-effort video game, or done something to decompress and have fun?

Self-Expression: Have you done anything creative lately? Have you recently tried to express your thoughts, feelings, and ideas somehow? When was the last time you journaled? When was the last time you wrote stories or poetry, drawn, sketched, or painted, worked with modeling clay, made a collage, or experimented with another art form? When was the last time you created art just for you or your system, and not for others?

Cleanliness Check Up!

Mouth Hygiene: Have you brushed your teeth today? When you brush your teeth, are you getting your molars, the backs of your teeth, your gums, and tongue? If your toothpaste/toothbrush causes sensory issues, have you tried children’s toothpaste, fruit-flavored toothpaste, and a soft-bristled toothbrush? Have you flossed today? Do you need to use a WaterPik/water flosser or a plastic floss pick to help you floss? When was the last time you used mouth wash? If your teeth are sensitive, do you need special toothpaste to help rebuild enamel?

Body Hygiene: When was the last time you bathed? Do you need a shower chair, bath floor grips, or another accessibility tool to make bathing easier for you? If bathing is difficult, do you have wet wipes handy to help clean under your arms, your groin, and in between folds of skin? When was the last time you washed your face or brushed your hair? When was the last time you trimmed your fingernails and toenails? When was the last time you cleaned your ears? Do you need to change into some clean clothes? Even just a fresh pair of underwear can help a lot!

Living Space: When was the last time you tidied your bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, or other living spaces? Have you checked your house for stray dirty dishes lately? When was the last time you swept or vacuumed your floors, scrubbed your sinks, dusted, or wiped down your countertops? When was the last time you washed your clothes or bedsheets? Can you think of any accessibility tools that might make maintaining your living space easier? Have you considered making a chore schedule to balance out housework throughout the week? Living in a clean home can help improve your mental health and boost your mood!

Relationship Health Check Up!

Inside: How recently have you checked in with your headmates? Is there a member of your system who is struggling more than the rest who you can try to connect with? What have you done lately to help build your relationships and strengthen your bonds with your system members? Have you done anything nice for your headmates lately without expecting anything in return? Have you had any conversations with your headmates one-on-one lately? When was the last time you tried to get to know the different members of your system? When was the last time you communicated your needs to your headmates, and tried to learn their needs as well?

Outside: When was the last time you spoke to your friends and family? Is there anyone you care about who you don’t live with who could use a text or phone call? Have you recently had a good conversation with someone in your life? Have you shared something with a loved one lately? Have you told someone in your life how you’ve been doing lately, or asked how they’ve been doing as well? Have you been communicating your needs and expressing yourself to your friends, partners, family members, or caregivers? Have you let someone in your life know that you love and appreciate them lately?

Remember, when it comes to self-care, every little bit helps! It’s better to do something small and simple to take care of yourself, your body, or your system than nothing at all. -As soon as Mammon learns about the sale on Sunday, he's mentally making a list of everything he wants to buy

-He asked MC if he could hide 'just a couple things, eh? Won't hurt nobody.' and she said no

-He looked so dejected but she said if her order fulfillment percentage got messed up, she'd have his head

-He realizes in that moment he's never seen her angry, but the look she gave him was murderous

-Friday comes around and he's already itching to buy the beads

-MC tells him to make sure he pays any bills off first before spending his money

"Weren't ya texting me saying ya bought some plushie online last night?"

"... Okay listen here you-"

-Sunday rolls around and Mammon is so restless

-Three hours into his shift, and MC has run out of things for him to do. Repacks and freight were finished yesterday. He's already straightened out every problem aisle.

-He's currently going through and pulling everything forward on aisles but he's already made it through the entire left side of the store and almost all of the middle

-This store has 123 numbered aisles for reference. Plus everything along the walls

-Meanwhile MC is running around doing orders and cursing corporate for making the coupon online only

-But at least she doesn't have to worry about returns or recovery.

-Every single time she goes up to the front to check the return cart, panicking because there's so many orders that she can barely keep up so surely there must be lots of returns, she finds that it's empty. She stares at it, switching between her cashier and the empty cart

"Mammon beat you to them. I think he's going just as crazy as you."

"... Has there been a lot of returns?"

"Yeah. But I swear he has some sixth sense. Because I'll put something in there, turn around to help a customer, and turn back and he's already walking away and the cart is empty! What the hell, man? He's just as bad as you."

-She stares at the cart for a moment longer, feeling slightly less stressed because that's one less thing to worry about.

-She is too stubborn to ask for help half the time, and will definitely overwork herself if needed. But seeing and hearing this, she's like "okay... maybe... maybe everything WILL be okay."

-She goes back to doing online orders, very rarely having to pick anything up

-Almost rams a cart into Mammon from how fast she's walking when he comes out of an aisle

"GAH- OI, STOP WALKING SO QUICK, DAMN IT!"

"Oh fu- Sorry, sorry I- Pfft"

-She starts giggling, wheezing even, because that could've ended terribly had it been a customer. She's crouched on the ground, holding the cart handle

-Mammon is slightly concerned, and he's trying so hard to scowl, and failing miserably

"It ain't even that funny. I could've died, y'know?"

"wheeze"

"Stop laughin'! I'm trying to be mad at ya! Ugh...Damn it, ya look cute when you're laughing like that.."

"Okay, okay, I-I'm good- *holding back laughs* What did you say?"

"NOTHIN'! GO PACK YOUR ORDERS OR WHATEVER!"

-MC is confused why he ran off so quickly. But she finally calms down, making an effort to walk slower (it doesn't last long)

-One hour left and Mammon has finished the entire store

-He finds it weird he hasn't seen the other manager walking around but hasn't questioned it yet, he's just counting down the minutes now

-When it's almost time for them to leave, MC finds him in the bead aisle, a few already in his cart. She finally finished all the orders that came in before cutoff time.

"Done with your orders?"

"Yeah. Finally. I never want to see another storage bin in my freaking life."

"Heh. Don't leave this aisle then, because there's a display right behind ya."

"Horrifying... How many are you planning on buying?"

"Dunno. I gotta pay for the one's that cost the most right? All the metal and glass one's are expensive."

"You know our discount works on top of the sale, right?"

-Mammon slow turns and stares at her like she hung the stars. Apparently, he did not know. But to be fair, this was his first check.

"Please do not buy out the entire stock."

"sucks in a breath"

"Mammon please."

"... You're no fun, ya know that? Fine. If you're gonna be like that, help me choose some as payment."

-Halfway through they did go and clock out, because they were not about to be bothered by customers while browsing

-Most of the things MC chooses are blue, with the occasional pink or red slipped in there. And any star beads she came across

-Mammon has a big handful by the end. He choose basic colored glass beads, going for the one's with multiple strands mainly

-He also snagged some that looked like pearls, and a few 'semi-precious' one's. He got some inquiries about doing bracelets that matched people's eyes

-And if he asked MC to look at him and compared some beads to her eyes? No he didn't <3

-By the end, he's got maybe 18 different beads, MC even has to help carry some. She's nervous about the price

"Are you sure you wanna get all these?"

"Don't worry about it. I know I'll use 'em all. And it's a hella good sale."

-They're both watching it ring up and it's not until he gets his employee discount that he's in awe

-It comes out to like $40 and he's skeptical everything was actually rung up because no way it was that cheap for all that

-He's genuinely so excited, he can't stop smiling

-After wards he walks outside with MC, who's calling her ride, and is confused when she sits down

"What are ya doing sittin' there for?"

"I have to wait for my ride. They're still at home so... I don't know when they'll be here. Soon, hopefully?"

-This is how he learns she doesn't know how to drive and takes the bus to work

-Only thinks for half a second before he's pestering her to come with him and that he'll give her a ride

"Mammon, it's fine, I can wait. I don't have cash for gas money either."

"Did I ask for gas money? Nah, I said 'come on, I'll give ya a ride'. Now, c'mon. Let's go."

-She brings him his favorite drink and a pastry from across the street next time she sees him as thanks because he refused any promises to pay him back

-They rarely get off at the same time, so when they do, he now gives her rides. Sometimes they even stop to eat, at which she insists on paying

-Mammon usually gets open or mid shifts after all

-There is one time where he agrees to cover someone's closing shift, and he's kinda nervous. Because he's only closed one time, and that was in the beginning with MC during his training days

-But he's not closing with MC this time. He's closing with the other manager.

-He remembers that one time going smoothly enough, and he cleans and straightens out the front as he usually does

-He's getting increasingly restless the closer it is to closing and the returns haven't been touched all day. He's only occasionally seen the manager downstairs to put away an order

-He's already swept and grabbed trash, but the bathrooms haven't been touched as far as he knows?

-He goes to sweep the store, thinking it'll get done in a second

-How very wrong he was. They closed an hour ago, they were supposed to leave 30 minutes ago, and Lucifer is texting to ask where he's at because he should've been home by now

-Stops doing returns and text rants to Lucifer he's being held back and that they still aren't done cleaning, the store is a mess

-Sends a myriad of angry emojis to MC as well

-Says he will quit on the spot if it comes down to it

-And Mammon has not closed with him since. But he does do his best to finish any and all returns or straighten as much as he can if he's the mid cashier when that manager is closing

Jason the Toymaker x ADHD Reader

Jason, with most people, is a meanie. But when it comes to you? Oh dear he is the sweetest, most sappy and even suffocating at times lover you could have.

He is also very overprotective of you. So when you got your diagnose, his head started thinking in a 101 things that ADHD could mean. He genuinely had no clue, he is not used with psychiatry as he is with psychology (for his reasons) so he was a bit confused.

Though after knowing that 1) you are not going to die from it and 2) what it actually is, he is quick to do anything at his reach and maybe even over it for you.

Oh you have a hiperfixation on a specific topic? He is buying and making you plushies and dolls of it.

You are on a very hyper day and is having trouble with forming a coherent line of thought on a conversation? Oh he can talk for you, no problem.

It will, at first, seem like he is babying you and pampering you too much, and if you don't mind that, he will continue with it.

But if it does bother you, he will notice. He notices every little change, sometimes even ones you yourself don't, and he will instantly go on a spiral of what is making you be bothered.

He is not afraid of changing his entire way of being just for you, he did it for people worth way less than you, so of course he would only do his best to Hsi favorite doll!

Jason has a tendency of misunderstanding and going on spirals in his head with what he thinks you like and want or not, mostly if you are changing a hiperfixation or if you are in a very hyperactive day, so make sure to be specific with him. If you don't he may end up spending a bit too much on the wrong things for you and making a scene as if it was someone else's fault (you know better by now)

When it comes to forgetfulness and your attention span, he has a very good way of always making sure you are on track. Everything that is not obvious what it is is labelled, just like how he has alarms for every important thing you may need a reminder of.

It is common to see a blue door appear in your room, just for Jason to get out with a full meal in arms, just for you. He will always cook it himself, as to make sure it is perfect. He can't have it not being perfect for you and your taste.

Even on the most frustrating of days, he is there with you. He will embrace you firmly, and whisper sweet comforting words in your ear.

"Darling, you are doing great, no need to feel bad, okay?"

"I'm sure we can work what is wrong later, why don't I make you a new plush?"

"Maybe today isn't the day, but you know what it is? A perfect day for a shopping trip."

It may not be much, but his words are so full of love and of care for you, that most times it does help a tad bit.

Oh yeah, almost forgot, don't let him get too excited when doing stuff for you, he might end up making his toy shops bankrupt and he also might end up in debt. He gets carried away on making you feel appreciated, but he still needs the for you two haha!

Plushie gun time!!!

This person is who got me interested in Kylar. I chose to do Gore, an oc of @yogurtpop

Oc or pc it’s all fair game to be hit with a plushie gun! As long it’s the DOL universe.

Gore covers up almost his entire body. Long bangs, face mask, gloves, hoodie, and sweat pants. I decided that to take some cute hair clips and pin that hair up so I could see that little face!

I chose Gore because he has the same little top hair shape that I like giving my OCs. I just can’t resist the heart shape. It’s alway fun making shapes with the top hair piece! Ahoga? Apogee? I can’t remember the name of it. I’ll look it up later!

Reason why there is no shoes? I’m be honest I started this one like a week ago and kept dropping it because I got angry. Why angry? I couldn’t get the teeth right for the life of me. So in the end the shoes never got added. Took away the shoe privileges 😤

Now for the doll break down!!

Hair won’t be an issue but the face embroidery will be. Hair can be just fabric (front hair would be separate piece from the face) using medium to long fur fabric, if you want the ability to pin the hair then doll hair would be better (unfortunately doll hair is usually very straight so it need styling to give it some fluffy feel). The scars and asymmetrical mouth would pose a problem. Too much embroidery can cause the face to become stiff. Not an issue if you don’t mind that but it can be an issue if you want a squish-able face. Second issue with it, companies from what I’ve seen want the mouth and eyes to be mostly symmetrical. Different colored eyes or the mouth being a smirk aren’t a huge deal but this is a different case. For something like this you’d probably need to ask a couple different makers. Unless you’re luck and find someone who can do this on your first look.

Body embroidery to give Gore the rest of his scars is possible but the scars would probably need to be simplified. Embroidered over seems is something I’m unsure of so you’d have to limit it to basically front and back (no wrap around).

Drawing wise I gave the corners of the mouth a slight up turn. Not an all out smile. Wanted him to seem inconspicuous? Like he large muscle and covered head to toe. That should be intimidating right? But I feel like it more makes him blend in. Idk if blend in is the right word. You’d turn around and he’d suddenly just be there. That’s the vibe a get. Light footed?

I need to improve with deep scars and wounds. Maybe I’ll try picking more PCs and OCs with scars to practice?

If you’re going to use your home environment to photograph your plushes, to show your work off and/or advertise them for sale, please, take some time to look around at what your photo background is, and ask yourself:

--is the background busy? Does it distract from the plush? (bookshelves, plants, clutter, windows with glare, TV on, etc.)

--Is the lighting adequate, so the photos aren’t too dark, too over-exposed, and the colors show well, without lots of shadows?

--Is the environment/background clean? Is the carpet clean? Is the table/counter dusty and full of dirty dishes? Are the windows grimy? Are the bedsheet rumpled and visibly dirty? If you’re sitting your plush on the carpet or your bed, and that carpet/bed is visibly dirty, stained, covered in cat food, hair/fur, threads, general grossness, is that going to make someone want to buy this plush? 

--Is the plush itself clean? Is it covered in loose fluff, car hair, threads, dust, etc.?

--If take photos outside, are you sitting the plush directly on dirt? In a tree? On the grass? Are you going to spot and steam clean it, before you sell it someone with allergies?

If you’re selling plushes, strive to show a clean, professional environment in your photos. Take a minute to clear your work surface, vacuum your carpet, drape a clean sheet, pull over an extra lamp, lint-roll the plush. There’s soooo much competition in the plush world. Tt makes no sense to shoot yourself in the foot from the get-go with photos that not only don’t show the plush to advantage, but actively discourage a buyer from paying for something you made.

This time I’m going to tell you all.. get this: 25 AZREMI FACTS!

Number 1: Azreal has a few custom sweaters based on their favourite shirt to wear whenever the shirt is dirty. They gave one to Emily because she really wanted one. Now sometimes they play something Co-op like Mario 3D world or cuphead as “sweater buddies”

Fact Number 2:Emily has met Azreal’s sister (who’s name is sarah) after everyone was freed. Emily told Sarah off for what she did to Azreal, and let’s just say: It worked and Azzy won’t have problems with his old family any time soon. (Note, I said any time SOON.)

Fact Number 3:Emily and Azreal always do their homework together. They get a plate of cookies and get to work.

Fact Number 4:Azreal and Emily sometimes fall asleep on the couch when watching a movie or playing a game, so Toriel or Asgore picks them up and TRIES to bring them to their beds, but they don’t let go of eachother, so Toriel or asgore end up just putting them both in Emily’s bed because it’s closer.

Fact Number 5:Azreal and Emily will match their Halloweeen costumes every time.

Fact Number 6:Scorch and Water put Azreal and Emily on their Tomodachi life and rigged it so they’d start dating

Fact Number 7:Azreal doesn’t really like their singing, but Emily thinks they sound Angelic.

You’re just a dumb kid-“ Emily IMMEDIATELY Signals to Univer to start playing the “you are an idiot” audio at full blast until the snarky commenter shuts up. Azreal is ok with it.

Fact Number 10:The two of them together share a whole toy room filled with tons of plushies and other toys. Sometimes they play in there together. (Hellspawn, Tricksly, Chara, Flowey and Frisk join them sometimes)

As in Part 1 here is part 2 of the Dreamscape workers... 10 left and then I have them all done, so let me introduce these hosts a little.

-Luna: is to many quite intimidating at first but he is a sucker for cute things.. loves flowers a ton and does have quite the cute motions at times... A Hrothgar with fondness of Plushies, affections and given he is one of the least popular to many he does appreciate each customer that does choose him a ton

-Aspen: is… a bit of a tough love kinda guy, he is quiet but sweet… he usually doesn't go to the quiet customers himself he is a good listener and advice giver… he is a more loving and carefull one, gives you assurance, asks a lot if you feel good… make sure to give him the patience and he makes it worth it

-Dandy: A Roe that is the main bartender and drink maker of the place, he is a country boy also taking care of Chocobos staying nearby and fond of just spending time with them... with Customers he does share good stories and often knows quite what to say in problems... is fond of Cowboy aesthetics

-Gold: A hyur that is quite materialistic... he only thinks himself he is a pretty face and only worth that so his view about himself is not the most healthy... Its hard to get him to be genuine romantic but he is more flirty active with customers... making sure they feel desired. He is a bit bold and fakes being the most expensive one here

-Cashmere: is surprisingly versitile… he is good at figuring out peoples interests and how to butter them up… he is also the main person to help the themes for events… bit of an organizer… he loves to read and plan a lot. So he might share some books recommends but also can talk a lot about stories

-Desire: The most seductive host in the club, he is straightforward about what he wants, hits hard with flirts but also has it hard to hold back if he wants you. His eye is blinded, only has one scar hence he wears the eyepatch but he also things it gives him a flair that draws even more people in

-Destiny: chaotic and messy... if he likes someone he is gonna tackle hug them as well as he is quick to jump to action and be a bit too much. Eager to get to know people and get them in his circle... also very touchy and clingy... so it takes a lot of energy to handle him.

-Alizeh: Competitive Big Ego Au Ra, Tries to do better than any of the other workers and overdoes it with that... he often picks fights too and wants to prove he can win a lot, gets upset when he doesn't... many are just interested in him to see if they can melt him down but so far he has a good track record.

Swap Underverse Asylum Sans

Alright, I know I'm not on here often, but hear me out.

In the swapped universe where Dream ate the apple, Ink now has Error's job, and Nightmare is trying to stop all of this with the help of a maker Error Sans, I haven't seen much in ways of the other bad guy sans getting swapped counterparts. It seems that having them stay the same, except when Swap replaces Dust or Killer.

But Swap doesn't fit well with either of them, so I think he's more like Cross in the swapped AU, but I digress, he's not who I wanna talk about.

Who I want to talk about is Asylum Sans, or Bandy for short. The little schizophrenic that is obsessed with colorful bandaids, stickers, and sometimes plushies. From what I know of him, his past is mostly a mystery but something happened to his Papyrus, causing him to take on a ghost-like form and hang about the little skellie.

He'd be a perfect parallel to Dust sans, yet being a schizophrenic wouldn't be enough to make him a bad guy.

But what if something happened that made Bandy go off the deep end? Like a certain therapist that recommends putting him on pills to solve the problem of Bandy's schizophrenic episodes. Now, this would absolutely be fine if the pills were correct for his mental illness, but that is not what happens to the little guy.

Instead, they put him on something else; magic suppressors.

From what I have seen, Bandy doesn't use magic in the ward because Mrs. Toriel and Dr. Alphys told him it would be dangerous. He understands that it wouldn't be the best of ideas for him to teleport out of the ward where he can't get the help he needs. So when they suddenly give him little, pink pills, he takes them without question since they had promised him more bandaids if he did.

But they have a negative reaction to the poor skeleton like most things would happen if you take away a person's ability to do something.

Bandy faints due to the effects and hits his head on the floor, causing another change. Of course, Dr. Alphys gives him a check-up and heals the wound, but when the schizophrenic wakes up, his ailment is worse. The new therapist waves it off, of course, giving him a white pill, Bandy's normal prescription, but when the skeleton sees him, he screams due to what he sees in the human, their true intentions.

This would be an everlasting effect as a result of the suppressors they give him with his normal treatment. Anytime Bandy sees someone enter his room for food or check-ups, he stares at them, scooting backward, so they double his prescription.

But what does Asylum see?

Well, he'd see the quote-unquote 'demons' hanging about people, or for a better way to put it, their intentions. Now, with good people like Mrs. Toriel and Dr. Alphys, the demons are small, barely considered a threat in his eyes. Yet when he sees the other doctors and patients, he sees all sorts of monsters, some fusing with their hosts, like when he shrieked upon seeing the new therapist. He saw all of the malice the man had turned them into a creature from nightmares.

Now, as we know with most bodies, they will build up a tolerance if exposed to negative factors. So over time, Bandy's body slowly adapts to resisting the suppressors, causing them to increase the dosage until it eventually stops working on him.

But Bandy still acts docile on his prescription, right?

Wouldn't you know it, one of the employees forgets to order the medicine that Bandy so desperately needs. It would take 2 days for the emergency order to come in.

No big deal, right? Bandy is always friendly to people, even before the new 'prescription', surely nothing bad will happen, right?

Well, Milo Murphy's law states that anything that can happen will happen.

On the second day, Bandy sees the bad Therapist and finally snaps. The suppressors on his magic had ceased working since his body had too much of it. It needed to be expelled.

And what better than the man who had started the torment?

It was all a blur to the skeleton, but it was bloody and brutal. The schizophrenic came to when he had cornered Dr. Alphys and Mrs. Toriel. A bloody pair of scissors in one hand, and a sharp bone in the other. He stared at the weapons before giggling, a manic grin on his face. Asylum knew a lot now, and the two women in front of him had let the therapist do whatever.

So, he finished the job before skipping off to the medicine cabinet.

He needed answers.

It would be quite a sight for the next victim, the person who delivered the medication. Seeing bloodied halls, corpses and dust everywhere.

And just like that, the deliverer would fall by Asylum's hands, and he gets the prescription he needed. So a win-win for him.

I feel like Swapped Dream and Ink would stumble upon the AU by chance and find Asylum playing with the corpse happily.

It's just a thought I had though, just a simple idea since I was bored. Just wanted it to be recorded a bit.

Ludwig von Koopa and Kooky von Koopa

Some headcanons on Ludwig and Kooky (Sorry I don't have a picture of Kooky, I did draw him earlier but it turned out horribly).

Ludwig:

Ludwig is a considerate and intelligent gentleman with a musical talent. Not only can he play piano, he can also play the violin, the hammered dulcimer and the kalimba. Until he was 12, Ludwig was the skinniest of the siblings, it all went downhill from then as doctors figured out he had an exceptionally low metaoblism (he uses this as an excuse when 80% of the time it's really his sweet tooth). His favourite movie is Amelie, and he can play majority of the soundtrack on his instruments. Not only does Ludwig find joy in classical music, but he also loves all sorts of genres and bands. Dead can Dance and Momus are his particularly liked by him (his favourite songs from Momus being 'Pygmalism' and 'When I was an Animal', his favourite songs from Dead can Dance being 'Indus' and 'The Song of the Stars'). Ludwig has the ability to info dump about anything he finds interesting, capable of leading a conversation (more of a monologue at this point) for hours. He mostly reads and is quite good as story telling, getting inspired by pieces such as 'The Sandman' and old Fairytales. The only thing Ludwig eats at lunch time is a grilled cheese sandwich, nothing else. He usually spends his nights constructing schemes and mahcines, only to fall asleep in the morning, or is fast asleep from 7pm until somewhere in the afternoon.

Kooky:

The sole thing Kooky is independant in is engineering, spending hours, if not days, in his basement making the random ideas that come to him (the machine Kooky is most proud of is his Marshmellow Maker). His best friend in the whole world is Bully, and makes sure his brother knows that every single day by bringing him presents (like a cat). Kooky couldn't speak until he was four, and is a seriously picker eater (which causes a lot of problems like a lack of vitamins and minerals, mild mood swings and fatigue). His favourite music is anything that is aggresive and loud ( some examples include 1 800 Pain, and Maretu) and his favourite movies are Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and Spirited Away. His room solely consists of animal plushies and the collection of quilts and pillows that is his bed. Until today, Kooky still endlessly talks about animals to his family, stating every little fact he can think of, getting furious if anyone gets something wrong.
