so on the subject of the "Crowley is secretly Revaan/Laverne/Levin/please Twst give us his name" theory, I think my feelings are best summed up as "I don't really buy it, but it's funny". like, in all seriousness, I'm not opposed to it; I have enjoyed the writing in Twst so far and I'm willing to trust that whatever happens will, you know, make sense and not be terrible. but I'm just not really convinced by the current evidence! maybe that'll change once we learn more, we'll see!

with that said, may I propose a few alternate theories about the possible Crowley/Revaan connection:

#Doodles #Original #Ukadevlog #Bug testing sure is something lol #These are both problems I've figured out now luckily! And I did them on my own! :D Extra pleased with myself :3 #My slightly cocky attitude of ''Well that was frustrating - luckily I'll never run into another problem again'' amuses me lol #'Cause in the moment everything's flying! The code comes together lovely and it's all great! And then I come up to the next thing #Something I haven't done before - something that there's no Direct how-to of how to do a thing #Like setting player-and-character pronouns! I didn't know how to do that! But I figured it out!! :0 What a rush haha #It really did take me an evening of knocking my head against the wall in attempts - I waaaayyy overcomplicated it to start haha #I was like - trying to set up a system that would call on specific pronoun sets individually based on player input #Ridiculous - so much easier to just slap some values into an envelope and have those tied to a specific shell lol #But that took all night! I got sleepy while working on it and even my drowsy brain was like Wait...what am I supposed to check against? Haha #Such a weird experience subconsciously as well :0 'Cause I had normal dreams that night #Maybe some slight code-adjacent dreams of A Screen With Text On It but that could be anything :P #Most of it was just normal dream melodrama - but in the few times I woke up to readjust or roll over or pull my blanket #It was juuuuust enough for my ''conscious'' brain to kick in and think about what to compare against - what structure would work #And so by the time I woke up proper I had to frantically write down a bunch of code in a spare word document so I wouldn't go stir crazy lol #Breakfast must wait! Dailies must wait! I Have to write this down!!#And when I implemented it - it worked exactly as I hoped it would and is much much Muuuuuch simpler to call upon haha #Wow! That was a weird fluke that definitely won't happen again! Haha #I don't actually believe that I just have no way of guessing which aspect will trip me up - This Should Be Easy! And then it isn't lol #Definitely didn't predict the second - Especially because other than a small roadbump of not knowing how to Shell-Switch (ty again Cherry ♥)#Everything up to then was going well and everything after that was going fine! Until The One Thing happened pffbtl #I wanted to assign a value to check if a specific piece of code was being called upon - basically a fork between two outcomes #That went fine! The value Was changing! But only the first fork was being called???#No lol I just didn't put the second = ugh pft - and what's more frustrating is that I'd been using == up to that point!! I'd been warned!!!!#I - for some reason - was convinced that using && would make the value check Only need to check If x = 1... That's not how it works......#It's an If statement! If x = 1 then why do I have to check IF x == 1! Just check!!! Hwagh rules and whatnot lol #Like I said it's all fixed now but sheesh! What a silly mistake! I knew better!! And now I double know better haha

I don’t typically like when star trek characters reference legacy characters just to talk about how great and perfect they are but I do like this route where even though Tuvok calls him a great visionary in the end he brings Spock up to say he argued with him. I think this is the way of the future. Lean in. Star Trek characters should say things like ‘An old man cut me off in space traffic the other day. I think it was McCoy?’ and another should nod and shake their head like he’s always doing that shit

After having a writer’s block burnout for two months and taking a hiatus, I’ve finally completed the most massive episode ever for my fanfic visual novel. Packed with lots of action, drama, comedy, and romance.

(I also ask, please pay extra attention to the content warning, episode 5 delves into some sensitive topics that may make some readers uncomfortable.)

- new weapon poses added for some characters - some new characters introduced - new main cg, several new mini-CGs - new sound effects added to improve game experience

Available for Windows PC or you can play the web version online/mobile without downloading anything. Keep in mind, the game doesn’t work on some browsers, so it’s advised that you download different browsers on your computer or phone. So far, Firefox has worked, but Chrome doesn’t work for some newer phones.

Anyways, dark story aside...this is my favorite moment when I finally finish an episode and I can actually ENJOY IT instead of playing through to check for bugs with the coding console open. 🤣

Freeshell "More Tuna Please"

Do you want to make a ghost? How about a ghost of a cute catboy? No? Well here's a freeshell anyways!

He comes with a little tail animation, all of the recommended expressions, plus eye options for each, plus some extras I threw in for funsies, and a couple of arm poses. Altogether, the combination of all these pieces adds up to 135 surfaces (and you can use \i[] tags to add a sweat drop or blush to any surface that doesn't have them, for further flexibility!)

I also included a psd file that you can use to recolor him! You can use him as-is, but I think it would be really nice if every use of him made him a slightly different cat.

He's FREE go DOWNLOAD HIM NOW and MAKE A GHOST. Slap him into my Simplicity Template and pick a topic to write about, and you can make a ghost without doing ANY art and ALMOST NO CODING! You could have a ghost TOMORROW if you really wanted!!

What a good episode. Maaaaaan

#I can't even start I'd be here forever #It did take me in fact like one hour total to watch it lmoa. It sooooo good!!! The animation is very good #(albeit it's awfully low on brightness at times. But such seems to be the sin of lot of recent media unfortunately)#but I'm not even going to dwell on that. The plot / storytelling is so good. Sooooo god. I adore this arc.#Love the symbolism. I've been saying this for almost two years now (is it really been that long ever since these episodes came out... ) but #I want to write an analysis on the op & ed so baddd. The emphasis on the twilight this episode!!#Like the sun was setting on the detective agency. I love love love the hd. They're so cool in this episode and they're so cool in general.#I ADORE Jouno. I don't feel particularly strongly for sue/giku yet their scenes are so cute and funny. I see why people ship them.#Even Tetchou I don't usually care much about is so !!!!! I love all the hd so much fr!!!!!!!!!!#I love love love Jouno. Like much like it is for Akutagawa I'm very weak for characters that aren't really good people.#But they're still trying to be a better person than they were. And oftentimes they end up doing a terrible job!!#But the fact alone that they're //trying// has me ougheueueueu. Here in this episode you can see Jouno–#sliping very easily in his cruel / sadistic habits. But he is trying to be a person that cares for others! He made good actions in the past #and he will again in the future even though right now he's acting like this! Because improvement isn't linear! I love him tonsss #And DON'T get me started on the ada. Yosano's “Welcome” scene. I love women. I love women. Yosano please one chance #KENJI'S SCENE God I needed this. How could I forget the way this literllyyyyy rewinded my brain when I read the manga for the first time.#That scene is so deep and poignant and so so meaningful I. Oughhh #I am going to run out of tags am I not #Kyouka saving Atsushi!!!!!!! That scene is one of my all time favourites. It makes me soft to remember when the s4 trailer dropped–#I was so overjoyed for that bit of them holding hands :') Rightfully so!!! It's so cute.#Her coming back to save Atsushi. The “don't worry– I didn't kill them” direct towards Atsushi–#that is so so Akutagawa and it sends me insane hhhhhhgggggggggg #Kunikida!!!!! His “I'm not leaving anyone behind”!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not precisely Kunikida's first fan but aaaaaahhh he makes me feel–#so much for him in this scene!!!!! Mmmhhh one last note would be. It bugs me a little how the ada is defined terrorist by the military–#forces starting this episode? I don't have space to elaborate properly but. An action to be considered terrorism must have clear political–#orientation and goal. Violence alone isn't enought to be defined terrorism. It's an incorrect use of the word #Up to the next episode!!! Can't wait to see more Atsushi 🥰🥰#random rambles #It's late now and probably most are asleep rn... Weirdest thing happened today, so earlier today in the morning I was just chilling on my couch on my phone doing whatever, then suddenly I notice there was a cicada just chilling on the ceiling??? So I went to grab some shoes to throw at it(missed cause shit aim) and when I finally hit it with a leg roller on a stool, I crushed like half its body but then it just.. disappeared?? I didn’t see it fall cause I quickly backed away not wanting to touch it but like, I couldn’t find that little shit at all? No sound, couldn’t find the body, no nothing. Carpet floor didn’t help at all. Then around like noon, I just see it hanging on the backyard door as if nothing happened.. like where the fuck did you come from dude. Don’t even know if it’s the same bug LMAO

Anyways I killed bug 2 but jeez, that guy was really pointy and I had to squeeze it in 2 layers of tissue and then step on it a few times.

Oh I dislike bugs.

Ah... my day was good. Good, I got a couple drabbles done, then big news hit the airwaves and I must admit that it took the wind out of my sails a bit.

I'm going to bed stupidly late (for me at least) and hopefully tomorrow will be better. I have a lot more drabbles I want to write, but sadly, I'm not immune to bad news ruining my capacity to do so.

But! We will adjust, we will carry on and sally forth, and it will be what it will be.

It will be okay, because it has to be.
