#please don’t leak my ip

There is a screenshot of the Sturniolos’ voting records being spread around and I just wanna add my two-cents because y’all are WEIRDOS.
While voting records are public records and anyone can look them up (in certain states), going that far in any circumstance is weird, especially since there’s information on those sites (addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.) that can easily be leaked if you use a website that is not official. You are putting those people, and even yourself (since people can track your IP address and sell that info), at risk.
The person who screenshotted that information is a dumbass because “Party: Unenrolled” does NOT mean you didn’t vote, it just means that you’re not committed with that party (which is specific to Massachusetts). Here’s what I found on formal websites (specifically related to Massachusetts’ legal definition) that discusses “unenrolled status”.
I understand that you wanna call out the boys’ for their lack of acknowledgment on the election and on their political status, but please don’t put them and yourselves at risk, especially when you lack the knowledge of what certain terms mean 😭

Yeah yeah tdi writers when it comes to female characters could be better but can we please focus on the fandom? Y’all have no excuse as to how you treat these characters!!!
Hello some of the best written and intriguing characters are female, some of the best dynamics include females but y’all are too busy with your male characters and male ships and your internalised misogyny I mean what who said that???
But fr to go onto some of my most hated things in the fandom because I’m in a whingey mood and want to complain and this blog is great if it’s okay I’m gonna dump these here;
Courtney haters need to SHUT UPPPPPPP!!!! I don’t care if you think she’s badly written she’s not and especially not for tdi standards y’all just want to complain about an interesting female character there’s sooo much to her you can just dig into it’s delicious I love her!! And yet she’s still antagonised by the fandom??? I’m not gonna act like she did no wrong and wasn’t the villain because hello did we see action but it’s more nuanced that her being annoying and evil! Y’all just need to look at her more!!!
Svetlana is ALWAYS neglected by the tdi fandom hello she’s one of the alters we see the most yet everyone hates her!! Why!! She’s not my favourite sure I prefer Vito, Manitoba and maybe Mal maybe but come on! She’s a part of the gang too stop ignoring her!!!
People who hc male characters as misogynistic are icky stop itttttt!!! It’s not fun!!!! I have more to talk about this later but I hateee when people say that male characters are misogynistic when either they’re clearly not or they make such a deal of it cough Ezekiel. I’m fine with it being a joke once again I will make fun of Ezekiel till the day I die but when people low-key make the male characters misogynistic it’s like why! Especially when it’s male fans sorry had to be said.
Can we please not ignore platonic male and female friendships pretty please!!!!! We saw how many of the male and male friendships were fake and caved in on themselves we saw the downfall of the guys alliance why do we act like it’s only the females?? I swear the male and female friendships are the only normal ones in the show bar like Gwen and Duncan because they had to do that but hello we all love a bit of DJ and Heather why do we act like we don’t???
The way tdi fans treat the male x male relationships compared to the female x female relationships is soo gross leave them alone please! They can be just as good!!! You don’t believe me well gwourtney has just as much potential as any male x male relationship but y’all don’t want to hear that! And they’re all so fun hello?? Mkulia did more for the homosexuals than anything pride ever did (jokes). Also you can have your toxic yuri like you have your toxic yaoi y’all just can’t understand that there isn’t as critical of a difference between females and men as you like to act there is oops sorry
The way y’all treat Dawn… sighs. She’s not some cute little garden fairy especially not after tdi she definitely doxxes people on Reddit if they’ve wronged her she definitely leaked Scott’s ip address after tdi. Like yeah she’s nice and a good person and likes animals but let her have fun too please
The way roti fans treat zoey is despicable. They treat her either likes she’s the devil and evil and poor little Mike zoey is so hypocritical and evil and mean, or they treat her like she’s a two dimensional piece of cardboard. Didn’t want to say this but she had some of if not the funniest lines in roti. Yeah she sucked in AS but everyone did and im predicting people treated her like this before AS even came out.
Uh TL;DR treat the female characters like how you treat the males please they’re not that different you just hate women.
Uh take this all with a pinch of salt if you do any of this you don’t hate women im just being hyperbolic but there is clearly some issues with the way you view women if you do any of this. Sorry it’s true I’m sending anonymously because I fear this will strike a nerve.
❤️

☆.。.:* cruel summer
☆.。.:* synopsis: you are a small streamer centered on cozy gaming and your ongoing series of ranking every taylor swift song in a tier list. scaramouche is a competitive speed runner in a streamer group called “the harbingers” that has an insanely large fan base. your paths only cross once he subtweets about your content and your favorite artist, causing a petty online argument that might lead to something else.

“Hi, chat!” You greeted with a light smile as viewers began to flood into the stream, a little more people than you’d usually get. You quickly fumbled with your settings until your webcam turned on and a little video of your face popped up in the corner of the stream.
You gave a wave to the camera, and then picked a random playlist to play in the background. “Hi, guys!” You said again for the people who joined after your first greeting.
“So, today, we’re playing on a new minecraft server with Venti and Xiao!” You explained as you changed from your starting screen to the minecraft tab, your mouse hovering over the join server button. You take a quick glance at the chat to see what they’re saying.

“I’m not gonna leak the IP! At least, I hope I don’t. And yes, we do need to listen to Taylor swift for the sixth stream in a row,” You said as you kinda unintentionally made liking Taylor Swift apart of your brand.
“Okay, I’m going to join the VC real quick,” You said as you looked over at your discord, looking for the vc that Venti and Xiao were in. You found them at the very last one labeled vc 69…. How mature of them :)
“—aaaAAAAAAAA,” Venti’s voice immediately filled your ears, causing you to flinch.
“Venti, shut up,” Xiao said with a groan. “Hello, Y/n,” He said, clearly already annoyed with Venti.
“Hi! Why are we screaming?” You asked while your ears recovered from the screech.
“I was being chased by a spider,” Venti said, reminding you to actually join the world.
“Your fault for running into a cave with no touches,” Xiao said. “I’ll bring your stuff back to spawn,”
“Thank you, Xiao-Xiao!” Venti replied, knowing that Xiao didn’t like Venti calling him that.
“Never mind!” Xiao responded. You chuckled at the conversation between the two, finally clicking the join server button and loading into the server.
“Wait, I’m sorry!! Please bring my stuff to spawn?” Venti pleaded. “Please please please please pleaseeee?”
“That was like… six pleases you gotta say yes, Xiao,” You laughed.
“Alright, fine,” Xiao caved in.
“Y/n, are you joining?” Venti asked.
“Yeah, yeah, it’s just taking forever to load,” You responded, tapping your fingers against your desk. Finally, after what seemed like forever, you spawned into the minecraft server.
Your two friends were just… standing there awkwardly waiting at the spawn, it seemed.
“You could’ve at least given me a jump scare warning!” You said, punching Venti’s in game character and watching him die just from that, his inventory of flowers and apples spreading out across the spawn area.
“Why were you on one heart??” Xiao asked, exasperated.
“Uhhhh…” Venti said as he spawned back in. “Fall damage?” He responded as if he wasn’t sure.
Xiao crouched in game, giving Venti his flowers and apples back.
“Aww, thank you!” Venti, crouching and moving closer to Xiao. “Mwah!” He acted as if his Minecraft avatar kissed Xiao’s and then ran away.
“Ewwww,” You groaned, dramatically, at the show of (pixalated) affection.
The three of you went through the regular new Minecraft server motions, punching trees and mining ore… or in Venti’s case picking flowers and dying every five seconds. You had found a pretty little flower field and started building a cozy little starter home.
Everything was going pretty nice! Until…
“Chat, I am focused on building this roof right now, I cannot read what you’re saying!” You noticed the chat going by a little faster, but you were too hyper focused on making the roof for your little cottage.
“Y/n!!” Venti said. “Y/n, look out!”
“Not now, Venti,” You said, placing the second to last block
“It’s hopeless, Ven” Xiao sighed.
“Huh—” You were knocked off the roof, taking additional damage along with the fall damage. Turning around, you saw another player standing on top of your house.
Scaramouche ran the other direction; you followed behind, stringing out sentences of curses.
authors note: ignore that the mc screenshot is obviously edited i dont have friends who plays minecraft LMAO. ngl writing third person is out of my comfort zone so i hope this is decent lmao

Hey man! It’s me Prox. The minecraft guy. Congrats on the reblogs + likes! Well done! Surprisingly this isn’t about the drama- it’s instead about that Minecraft skin I promised you a couple weeks ago. It’s languishing in my files and I’ll send it to you today. I made it a ton of sweater colors (and the fur was a challenge :P ). Prox never breaks a promise, especially for Minecraft :>
While I def have my own opinion on the drama, threats and leaking (thankfully fake) IPs are never OK. Hope you’re doing at least semi-well. Keep up your art. I could see you doing comics in the future. Your style reminds me of the underground comix movement in a good way. Boundary-pushing. Anyhoo. Prox out.
Prox note- I’ll send you the skins in a Google Doc. Easier that way. If they don’t work please tell me- I use a special unwrapping UV format in Blockbench and have never actually tested it in-game, but I’ve heard good things from fellow modders!
While I appreciate your kind words and appreciation, you are—by proxy—allowed to have your own opinion on the situation. However, again, while I appreciate you keeping your promise, I am uncomfortable with you by reasons I’m uncomfortable sharing on a public blog. Once again, thank you for the kind words. Please do not interact with me further. You were banned from my community for a strong reason. I am heavily surprised you have the audacity to send me this after how you previously acted.

Harassment Allegations ;;
In all of my years of writing, I’ve never been accused of harassing someone before.
I’ve received around 3 anons in total in regards to the harassment of another Stolas rper named Stols.
First, I’ve never written with this individual before and we’ve never met nor spoken with each other.
Secondly, I hardblocked this person first and never had access to be able to send such messages in general. Additionally, I’m hardblocked on their end as well, it’s a mutual block on both sides.
Thirdly, the wording doesn’t line up with how I write in general when phrased in a “mean” context. I’m big on checking spelling errors, I’ve emphasized that individuals can receive help in private spaces/conversations (in general) and that it’s not a “no one can help you” type of situation, and I wouldn’t call someone a “fake ass bitch” on anon I would do it right to their face. Anyone who knows me well enough could tell you that.
Lastly, the contexts for my posts were geared towards a friend of mine being taunted on Discord and the other dealing with the anon hate that @goetiiaprince received. Why would I go out of my way to send another Stolas writer anon hate when I’m actively defending another?
Unfortunately, I don’t know what else to say in response to these outside of those who wanna believe that I sent them are going to. I’m not able to stop you from believing that, I’ve accepted it. Unless Stols actively does an IP trace on the anons, then there’s no irrefutable proof that states otherwise.
However, plenty of community members can vouch for me as someone who’s not the type to send harassment or hate towards someone— hence why I’ve had Stols blocked for sometime.
I’m not apologizing for the posts I’ve made on the situations where I’m providing context, but please don’t send that person hate mail. Seriously, leave them be. And to the anon who worded your arguments as me ; I’ll return the glorious fuck you right back at you.
I’m not getting involved in some petty ass drama because of someone trying to frame me for defending my mutuals and friends publicly. If you want to disagree or discuss it privately, then feel free to do so. My world will continue whether or not you believe me. It’s not that I don’t care, it’s just I won’t let false allegations destroy me again like in the past.
And to Stols, I’m very sorry that you received rude anons and posts your direction. Please, don’t take them to heart and take care of yourself. Whether you personally believe me is also up to you, but I’m not getting involved and I don’t want to talk to you privately outside of someone likely leaking this to your private messages.

~~~
"Now, on to your next subject. Inmate 04, Eijiro Kirishima." You flip the page of your inmate profiles to see a picture of a red-haired man. "He is of a higher danger level, so make sure to keep your guard up. And for the love of God, under any circumstances…
Do not touch him."
Only slightly acknowledging his warning, you look down at your notes, eyebrows shooting up in surprise at the words on the page. "He suffers from Erotomania? Interesting…"
Aizawa nods. "Ah, yes. A very rare condition indeed, especially in males. The affected person strongly believes that another individual is in love with them. This delusion develops and persists despite clear evidence to the contrary."
"That's a very exciting find. I can't wait to meet him." Your eyes light up, quite intrigued.
Aizawa sighs and gestures with his head. "Follow me."
Kirishima's room was only a few doors down from Tokoyami's. Once again, Aizawa presses his hand to a key code and you hear the door unlock, following a buzzer. You slowly make your way into the room. It mirrors Tokoyami's down to the last detail, the only difference being a redhead was currently doing pushups.
He barely acknowledges a person stepping into his room, eyes flitting to your form and back to the ground. It takes him a moment to realize it was someone new. As soon as he does, his eyes widen and he springs onto his feet, slightly startling you.
"Oh! Hello there! You're new!"
You nod your head and smile at the red-head. "That I am. My name is Y/N and I'm the newest scientist at this facility. My role here is to get to know and observe you all to help further our findings for a cure." You choose to leave out the 'friends' part, as something about him makes you weary. You don't need anything being misinterpreted.
"Hello there, Y/N! My name is Kirishima!" He takes a step towards you but is suddenly stopped by a lower force. You look down to see his ankles chained to the heavy-duty bed frame, connected to him by quirk-canceling cuffs. You look back up to see him looking at you intensely, with a shark-toothed smile. "Man, you're really pretty!"
You swallow thickly, but keep your smile. "That's very kind of you to say, Kirishima. Now, if I may." You take a seat at the desk like you did with Tokoyami. Kirishima follows suit and sits across from you on the bed. His smile never wavers, making you slightly uneasy. You ignore it and turn to a blank page in your notebook. "Now, if you could please state your full name, age and date of birth?"
He gives you a chuckle and points to himself proudly with his thumb. "I'M Eijiro Kirishima! I'm 22 years old and my Birthday is October 16th!"
You giggle softly at his extroverted personality. "Ahh, same birth month as Tokoyami." You mumble to yourself. His ears perked up and his smile faltered slightly.
"You met Tokoyami already?"
"Hm?" You look up and smile fondly. "Ah yes, I have. He was the first one. A very nice young man."
You look back down at your notes, failing to see Kirishima's eye twitch slightly. He returns to his signature smile as you look up at him again. "And what is your quirk?"
"Oh, it's so cool! I can harden my entire body to an extreme. I can make myself a shield or a weapon! Pretty manly, am I right?" Kirishima wiggles his eyebrows at you, causing you to chuckle.
"That is definitely a unique one, Kiri." You, once again, fail to notice the way his eyes light up at the nickname, too busy looking down at your notes. "Now I see here that you've been charged with Stalking and 2 counts of second degree murder. Is that correct?"
"Yup! Although I don't understand how it would be considered 'Stalking', when she always knew I was around. She was okay with it, too! I mean, we WERE in love, you know." He furrows his brows.
You raise a brow and write down everything he says. "Care to continue explaining what happened? Why were you brought into this facility?"
Kirishima sighs and rests his chin on his hand, a dazed look on his face. "Well, you see. There was this girl. We were totally, completely head over heels for each other. You've probably heard of her, Kim Hyuna?"
Your eyebrows shoot up. Yeah, you heard of her. She is one of the biggest idols around right now, extremely pretty and extremely talented. She has millions of fans from around the world. You already can see where the direction of this story is headed.
He continues with a wide smile. "We used to go out on dates everywhere. To the mall, the salon, even to her dorms. We were so in love." His dazed expression turns sour. "Then that stupid boy shows up outta nowhere. He took her from me. He dared to take something so precious from me. So, I couldn't take it anymore and, uh, kinda killed them."
You watched him rub the back of his neck sheepishly, like the situation was no more than a mere broken dish he dropped on accident. You nod your head carefully, writing the last bit of information down. Clicking your pen, you look up and give the young man a fake smile.
"Well, that's it for today, Kirishima. I must take my leave, but I'll be back to run some tests soon."
Kirishima frowns and quickly stands up. "W-Wait, already?"
You gather up your notes and clipboard. "Yes, unfortunately. I do have some other patients I need to get to before-" as you go to stand up, your foot gets caught under the chair leg and you trip. You accidentally fall forward and into something hard. Looking up, you realized you fell against Kirishima himself, your hands splayed out against his chest.
His eyes widen, staring down at your hands against his chest, something shifting in his eyes. Before you're able to pull your hands away, his own reach up and snatch your wrists, holding them in place. A blush appears on the apples of his cheeks.
"Y-Y/N. I-I had no idea you felt the same."
Your eyes widen in fear. You attempt to tug your hands away, but his iron grip tightens into a bruising force. "Kirishima, I would advise you to kindly let go of me. Please, don't misunderstand the situation."
His grin widens, showcasing his sharp teeth. Red eyes bore into yours with a wild look. You hear the door buzz behind you and a flood of voices coming in. You feel a pair of arms reach around you and hands grip your elbows. Two pairs of hands each grab Kirishima by the arms and force him to release his grip on you. You watched two of Aizawa's assistants hold down a struggling Kirishima as you were forcibly dragged out of his room.
Once safely outside, you were spun around to meet the eyes of a fuming and worried doctor. "Are you alright, Y/N?" Aizawa's eyes travel along your body, doing a quick examination to make sure nothing was injured.
You nod your head and rotate your slightly bruised wrists. "Y-Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little shaken up."
Aizawa sighs. "Didn't I say NOT to touch him? His obsession tends to solidify with physical contact."
You wince. "I know. This time it was an accident. I tripped and he just happened to, uh, be the 'wall' I fell against." You think back to the moment you fell against Kirishima. His chest felt almost rock solid, not like a normal human body would be. Now you're thinking that his quirk leaked through the cuffs and that thought scares you.
"Nobody said you were clumsy when you were hired," he sighs and runs a hand down his tired face. "There are still 9 other inmates you need to check with. And 6 out of the 9 are above Kirishima's danger level. Are you still up for it today?"
You shake out your hands and nod your head. "Yes! I am. A little scare never bothered me. This is my job."
Aizawa hummed in reply and flipped through his clipboard, stopping on a page. "Inmate 09, Keigo Takami. Mafia leader. He's a level 7 as well, but doesn't have delusions like Inmate 04 does. While he's very dangerous, he's a little more tolerable." Aizawa hesitates before continuing. "Er, minus the excessive flirting."
You sigh and flip through Keigo's information. "Oh goodie. Well, let's get this over with." You follow Aizawa to Keigo's door and once it buzzes, you enter the pristine, white room.
"Good afternoon Mr. Keigo, my name is Y/N and I'll-" You look up from your notes to see a half naked man with blonde hair and bright red bird wings lounging on his bed. Your jaw drops and you hold your clipboard up in front of your suddenly heated face.
Keigo looks over to you with his brows raised. "Well well, looks like we've got ourselves a new baby bird. How…" The handsome man's lips turn up into a cocky smirk.
"...interesting."
Long post ahead, so please read the entire thing if you can.
I’ve been in charge of this blog since S6 of drag race back in 2014 and I never imagined this lil hobby of mine would’ve grown to become something this big. I’ve loved doing this for seven years because it felt really good to be able to share this queer form of media across the globe to those that wouldn’t normally be able to watch the show. I’ve talked to people from around the world and have made new friendships that I’ll always cherish.
However, I’ve known for as long as I’ve been doing this gig that it wasn’t technically legal. I’ve had posts get taken down before for violating copyright issues through tumblr, but yesterday was something different entirely. It wasn’t just a single post that set it off, but rather dozens and dozens of episode posts that I’ve personally uploaded that are attached to my name and IP address and can easily be traced to me.
I was open to the idea of starting a twitter and/or discord server yesterday to continue posting these episodes but now I don’t think that’ll happen and I’ll tell you why. I woke up to an email this morning from someone who works as an Intellectual Property Enforcer for CBS and they made it very clear that they will pursue legal action if I continue to violate copyright infringement and upload further episodes for public use. This was sent separate from Tumblr’s usual copyright infringement email and I’m assuming they got my email through Tumblr to contact me personally. She made it crystal clear and my hands are figuratively tied as this is essentially a cease and desist, and I’d rather not risk posting on a different site if it means I could get sued or fined for doing so.
So after seven long ass years I’m going to officially end emptycinema. I want to thank everyone that’s stuck around with me for this long. From the early leaked episodes, to me falling asleep and missing posting the finale (twice, I think?), to me just generally being a fuck-up and realizing I uploaded the wrong episode to begin with and have to start all over - thank you for still coming back here each week. You’ve all been very kind to me and for that I am thankful.
For the time being I’ve deleted any posts that contain episode links that weren’t included in the Tumblr’s initial deleting spree, but the blog will still remain open for viewing and maybe I’ll revisit every now and then to post some drag shit or something, I don’t know. I also have to delete all of the Google Drive videos in case the links are still floating around online somewhere.
Again, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
And in conclusion,
#edited to remove links to the subreddit at the request of the members there - my apologies#sidenote I’m not in any legal trouble as many people have asked#it was very clear this was just a warning/final warning and I was only told actions would be taken if I continued
WOW OKAY UH.. may i request a embarrassment horny xiao because fem reader keeps whispering things into his ear..? also like maybe she finishes what she started and like. yk what i mean goes wild with him in bed hehe you can finish the rest (also ye ik it’s dom fem reader)
----
"Bet you would look better on the table then the food, don't ya think?"
Smirking at the reaction of your beloved, the red blush was prominent on Xiaos face as he all but glared right at the wall which mocked him.
Whispering the need of having him bend over the table as your hand sneakily touched his thigh, squeezing gently while a shudder ran through his body.
You were so close to getting what you wanted with this man that you could feel it in your heart and mind. But the wide blown out eyes of Xiao held you down as just by teasing him was enough.
Xiao mewled softly at the feeling of your hand moving to his crotch, feeling the bulge and you smirked.
"That's it doll" you like the teasing. Every little bit helps sometimes, just need that final push.
"Do you want to me to touch you more love?" You asked, just enough to snap him out of his shock.
"Wha-...what?" He asked, stuttering over his words a bit.
Letting a small laugh out, you leaned down his ear and bit down the skin, Xiao moaned weakly as his thighs squeezed your hand.
"Do you want the touching to stop or go deeper?" You asked, running your fingers through his hair, feeling the silky smoothness of it.
"I...I don't know...just do it..."
Xiao whimpered as he felt your hand go under his paints and grab a hold of the prominent hard-on.
All it took was being a little more forceful with your fondling and your boyfriend was ready to explode in your hand.
"Ah...I...I'm going to..." He moaned, as your fingers moved up and down, the hand movingway too fast. He was sopping wet.
"Do it...come inside my hand..." You whispered into his ear, as you felt him twitch slightly.
Slowly your hand went up and down as he released into your hands. Cum leaked out and you caught it in your hands, rubbing them together to make sure you got every last drop.
"Ah...that was beautiful..." You said as you felt him out of breath.
"Shi...shouldn't have done that...I'm not used to being touched like that...I'll be tired like this for the rest of the day..."
You laughed slightly at his words.
"Well alright, but I'm sure I can think of something to make you feel good."
'Maybe you should give him a break from the pain, not that he complains about it of course'
Xiao shuddered, feeling your hand ipe itself on his clothes. "How about this, we will leave this place and you and I can have our fun only if you can hold on a little bit longer hm?" You whispered as your hand now was clean-- had gripped his waist and pulled him closer to you.
Nodding he shakily covered his pathetic cock, trying to put his pants properly back on.
-
Slamming the door locked, you pressed his body against the door, kissing him with all your hunger, he let out a low moan of ecstasy only for it to be shushed down by your lips.
"You are mine!" You hiss into his ear as your hand runs down his chest, before grabbing his bulge and giving it a squeeze.
"Ah...please..." He moaned, as you pulled away.
"Please what?" You asked, giving him a look which seemed to put fear into him.
"Please just fuck me..."
A devilish grin came on your face as you nodded.
Pushing him towards the bed, you went and grabbed the strap and toy. Xiao looked at you with need and lust as he softly begged you to just put in.
"Oh don't worry love, time is precious and I'm willing to spend every second fucking the living daylights out of you"
hello, ily metas! thank you for taking the time for them. i hope you dont mind an ask with two follow up questions to your metas i'm curious about: 1) has mxtx rly been sentenced? i have seen others also share this news but other fans have quickly dismissed and gotten pissed at these reports for being fake news that are bad for mxtx, and as fearmongering. 2) for those who want to support yizhan but not the ccp, do you have advice how to navigate fan support and interaction with their media?
Hello! I apologise for the late reply! You’ve brought up some interesting points, so please forgive me for responding with an essay.
First, about MXTX — This is a follow-up to this post.
Unfortunately, this is all we got—all everyone has got about MXTX’s current situation: on 2020/11/10, she was sentenced in Hangzhou Shang Cheng District’s People’s Court (杭州市上城區人民法院). No details were given on her verdict, due to “人民法院認為不宜互聯網公布的其它情形” (“The People’s Court decided it inappropriate to announce further details on the internet”). Here’s a link with the screenshot that showed all the information released about the case that day.
There are enough copies of similar screenshots to this one online, with the differences dependent on where the publisher pulled the information from the same website: 中國裁判文書網, an online archive of verdicts run by China Supreme People’s Court. There’re few reasons, therefore, to believe the information on the screenshot was fake. The link I used was Sina’s Financial News, which I believe is trustworthy enough for China’s standard.
It is also important to note, of course, that two scenarios may still render this screenshot irrelevant. 1) The verdict, which was not mentioned in the screenshot, was “not guilty” and 2) the name listed in the case, 袁依楣, was not MXTX at all.
Few have seemed to suspect 2) to be a possibility. Her real name might have been prior knowledge among some fans, or the combination of her surname and city of residence. 1) has been the where the concern / debate is.
I included China’s rate of conviction in the original post for this reason: acquittal is exceedingly rare (<0.1%) for the arrested in China. This short article discussed some reasons.
So, is it possible that MXTX is now a free woman? Yes. Is it likely? Not at all.
Still, since the probability that MXTX is imprisoned isn’t 100%, is spreading this news smearing her name? Fear-mongering?
I can only answer for myself, Anon, but my answer is no for both questions, which is why I’ve felt comfortable posting about her case. MXTX’s alleged “crimes” are things we already knew she did, or common practices among Chinese IP writers. We know she penned MDZS and other BL works; we know MDZS, in particular, has an 18+ element. She was said to have sold merch based on her works, but that wasn’t unusual at all for writers in Jinjiang, where she published her writing. Even those who don’t like her have seemed to agree that it was her writing that got her into trouble, not some other crimes she could’ve committed.
IMO, a guilty verdict doesn’t tell us as much about her as it does about the judicial system, the business practices of her country. It’s worth re-mentioning that media giants such as Tencent are closely tied to the government; Tencent’s WeChat, for example, is part of China’s Great Firewall and is used for surveillance, for censorship and removal of political dissidents. What MXTX’s case hints at is this: the government has (very likely) convicted her, while its close allies are continuing to use her works—works that got her into legal trouble in the first place—to make money. Some fans of MXTX have questioned if the courts have censored the details of the case to save the embarrassment of the rich and powerful, calling what has happened to MXTX 人血饅頭 (“human blood steamed buns”), an idiom used to describe the act of profiting out of someone elses’ life.
As for fear-mongering, here are my thoughts ~ it would’ve been fear-mongering if the public has access to the facts, and not years after they happen. Specifically, it would’ve been fear-mongering to leak the rumours of MXTX’s sentencing, when the judicial system is transparent and the case details will soon be published for all to see. Why? Because “fear” comes from the unknown, and “-monger” is the unnecessary promotion, stirring-up of this fear.
To promote, stir up anything, one needs a reference level. The reference level in this scenario is this: what is the level of fear if the facts about MXTX’s (and other BL writers’) situation are known? Of course, this knowledge doesn’t make MXTX’s experience any easier or more just; it doesn’t cause her less fear. However, she isn’t the target audience of this likely-to-be-true rumour. The target audience is the public and in particular, those who consume and/or generate BL material online.
What is the level of fear among this population if the facts about MXTX’s (and other BL writers’) situation are known? It’s the (relative) comfort in knowing the government’s stance on what they do: how the administration feels about BL, 18+ BL, and their distribution methods. The comfort comes from having the right information to decide how to act accordingly. For example, if I’m a BL writer based in China and I know the court has found MXTX guilty of bypassing publishing houses but not of writing M/M romance, then I’ll know to not produce paper versions of my writing, but I can keep writing.
This reference level of fear is unavailable here, however, since the government has decided to withhold all details about the case. Without this reference level, fear-mongering becomes a ... difficult to define concept.
Are these likely-to-be-true rumours agents of fear, or are they hints on how to survive in a country that lacks transparency?
Continuing with the example of I being a Chinese BL writer, since I cannot expect to hear more facts about MXTX, this rumour is all I’ve got in choosing what to do with my hobby, in deciding whether it is safe to continue. As I’m aware that a rumour isn’t a fact, I first research on the rumour’s likelihood of truth (similar to what I’ve done for MXTX’s case), and cross my fingers that I don’t get it wrong.
By doing so, I’m turning these rumours into my survival guide.
Is it risky? Yes. Is it exhausting? Absolutely. But this is the way of life for people who live under secretive, authoritarian governments—the authoritarian element making it impossible to demand more facts. It may take people outside such regimes some time to get used to—to the lifestyle, and to the idea that, in a place where news is often synonymous with propaganda, rumours are breadcrumbs of truth that should be sieved through with equal care as one would sieve through the news. Heeding, considering the probable truth of what the authority has deemed to be fear-mongering rumours can be a matter of literal life and death.
Take...COVID. (I apologize for bringing up this unpleasant topic!)
I shall link to an article about the early spread of COVID in Wuhan here and ask: were Dr. Li Wenliang and the seven other doctors fear-mongering? Wuhanese chose to believe in the government, but at what cost to them? What would the world be like today if they took the early COVID rumours as true and masked up like Hong Kongers—Hong Kongers who weren’t any smarter or better, but had simply learned their painful lessons from the 2003 SARS epidemic?
(Why hadn’t the Wuhanese learned? Because the government has long changed the narrative of SARS, taught their people that the illness originated in Hong Kong.)
(How can one learn from past mistakes if one pretends those mistakes never existed?)
You must be wondering, Anon, why I’m talking about COVID when your next question is about YiZhan. The death of Dr Li Wenliang on February 7th, 2020, sparked a demand for freedom of speech rarely seen in internet-age China. Its fury, its ferocity forced the government to change its stance on Dr Li, again an unusual move. Since January 2020, Weibo had been censoring COVID news and opinion pieces that shedded a negative light to the central government; after the death of Dr Li, the censorship apparatus stepped up, making way for the propaganda machine to kick in later and change the narrative of the pandemic.
Here are some questions without definite answers, but may be food for thought for YiZhan fans:
1) While the Chinese government’s censorship apparatus (including Weibo) might have silenced the voices of dissent, of mourning on the surface, was it more likely to pacify, or fuel the anger of netizens, many of whom had lost loved ones, many of whom were still under quarantine?
2) Less than three weeks after the death of Dr Li, a group of fans demanded even *more* censorship from the government—the closing of an internet website that had been seen as a relatively free space to express oneself. How would these netizens react, even though they knew little about these fans or their idol?
(It was, in the context of the massive silencing of COVID discussions in China, that I learned about the ban of AO3. There had been rumours that the government would censor more websites on 2020/03/01. When I read about AO3′s ban on 2/27, my thoughts were 1) Hmm. This came two days early. 2) AO3? Really?)
(I wouldn’t watch The Untamed or know who Gg was until several months later.)
Now, Anon, this is a good time to get to your CCP (Chinese Communist Party) question.
The very short answer is no. There’s no way to support YiZhan without, to a certain level, supporting the CCP. As mentioned above, the media companies are all part of China’s surveillance system. Weibo is where freedom of speech is curbed. Our two boys have been part of the propaganda machine; the BBC article linked above had a tiny picture of Gg on it, as he was a performer in the Hero in Harm’s Way (最美逆行者), a “real-life based” drama on COVID. DD just did a show glorying the Chinese police force (and here’s a video of the same force welding doors to lock in COVID-stricken residents).
Nonetheless, here’s my first advice: please do not beat yourself up for supporting YiZhan!
Gg and Dd are people who live within the system, inside the Great Firewall. They understand the world the way their government has taught them to—not only in school, but also in the news and media. Like most youths in every country, they’re patriotic—and to expect them to be otherwise, especially because of information they don’t have, is both unrealistic and unfair. Even if they do know about certain things impermissible within the Firewall, in China (as in many Communists countries), openly expressing / performing one’s proper political leanings (ie. loyalty towards CCP) is among the most important pre-requisites for any job. This has been especially true for c-ent in recent years .
They, like most of their countrymen, are doing what they have to do.
In this case, it comes to us, our decisions on how to interact with their works. How should we deal with them, their propaganda elements?
The answer, of course, varies from person to person. Personally, I’ve chosen the approaches of “immunisation” and “restriction”. By “immunisation”, I mean learning about as much historical and sociopolitical facts from non-CCP sponsored sources; this is understandably difficult for someone who doesn’t already have some familiarity with the culture and politics of the region, and/or cannot read the language.
Restriction means limiting my consumption of media produced by China. I avoid shows (dramas, documentaries, variety etc) featuring topics that are likely to contain heavy propaganda, such as the military, the police, Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan, and of course, anything pertaining to the CCP, from its rise to its governance of the country.
In general, I’m wary of all information presented about the post-monarchy years (post 1911), even though CCP wouldn’t begin its reign until after WWII (1949). Why so early? 1) Because CCP was formed in 1921 and so its glorification requires a change of narrative since then; 2) because the Nationalist Party (Kuomintang, KMT), which governed China between 1912 and 1949 (the so-called Republican Era 民國), would end up exiling to and setting up a new government in Taiwan.
How much propaganda should one expect in shows depicting the country post-1911? The current TV and webdrama directives (previously discussed in this post) offer some hints. Here are my translations of the relevant items:
D7) Dramas about the Republican era: Glorification of the Republican Era, the Beiyang Government, and Warlord Era requires strict control.
D10) Crime drama: crime drama is the focus of content auditing. The Ministry of Public Security (Pie note: in charge of law enforcement, ie, police) will be involved in the audit. The process of crime solving cannot be exposed; criminal psychology and motivations can however be depicted in detail. Undercover police cannot use drugs or kill, or damage the image of the police force. Criminals must be punished by law.
D12) Dramas featuring realistic topics: realistic topics must adhere to the correct world view, philosophy of life and moral values. They cannot place too strong an emphasis on social conflicts, must showcase the beautiful lives of the commoners. Regular folks should display larger-than-life sentiments and aspirations; they can pursue wealth, but must use proper means to do so; they cannot damage the public image of specific employment types, groups and social organisations. Do not preach negative or decadent world view, philosophy of life and moral values. Do not exaggerate, amplify social issues; do not over showcase, display the darker sides of society; do not preach affluence, avoid things that have no basis in real life.
D16) Dramas featuring the Revolution (Pie note: CCP’s coming to power): 2019 is the publicity period of the 70th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China. Although the “Three Importances” (important revolution, important people, important events) are still encouraged, the National Radio and Television Administration requires all departments, at all levels, to strengthen the control of content and the overall management of the industry, and focus on the auditing of content pertaining to the Sino-Japanese war and espionage dramas.
These directives (as those translated in the other post) are as vague as they are restrictive, and to err on the side of caution, production companies tend to “overachieve” to avoid going against headwinds at the censorship board. This means their products have a tendency to malign the Republican Era (D7). It means they will likely twist history in trying to depict the CCP as faultless heroes (D16). It means they'll probably present a utopian-like society and call it reality-based (D12), a society in which the good guys share the same values as the CCP and always win (D10).
Yes, my “restriction” means I skipped Hero in Harm’s Way. It means I’ve never listened to Gg’s version of 我和我的祖國 despite my absolute adoration of his voice. It means I just missed Dd’s performance in the law enforcement celebration event. It means I don’t plan on watching Being A Hero and Ace Troops.
So here’s where I’ve drawn the line, Anon, but it doesn’t mean that’s what anyone should do. Only you alone can decide where your own comfort zone is. I write these metas in the hopes that it can offer a … gateway for those who’d like to understand, with a more telescopic lens, Gg and Dd’s country—a country that holds a particularly strong hold over its citizens’ fate including, yes, their romantic fate. It’s not my wish to impose my opinions on anyone.
If I have other hopes… It’s this. Please, as long as it’s safe for you to talk, do not self-censor—especially about facts, especially on sites like Tumblr or Twitter that have long been banned by the Chinese government. I don’t mean one should go about and confront those who insist on a different version of reality. To undo opinions rooted in years of education, IMO, the process has to be voluntary, and the information is already at the fingertips of those who’re surfing these sites and wish to learn more. More importantly, open discussions of these topics may be risky for those who still have close ties to China, and keeping them safe should always be the top priority.
What I mean is simply this ~ please do not feel obliged to agree with every perspective presented in YiZhan’s work just because you support the leads. Please do not feel you must remain silent about the CCP—its good, bad and ugly—just because your favourite stars happen to come from the country it’s ruling. And please remember: “Chinese”, as a term, has always included people who live outside CCP’s control, many of whom still fully embrace the culture, traditions and values of Historical China, a 5000-years long string of dynasties with shifting borders, ethnic makeup and customs. The Untamed is a mainland Chinese production, yes, but its genre, its manner of presenting certain traditions, wouldn’t have been developed, or flourished, without the diaspora. The CCP has only been the ruling party of one country, the People’s Republic of China, for 71 years, and as a party with foreign (soviet) roots and a record of destroying the pillar of the country’s tradition, Confucianism, it doesn’t own a monopolistic say on how every Chinese should think and act—no matter how much it insists it does—or how everyone should think and speak about China and its people.
It isn’t qualified.
Noriaki + Hazamada - Letters to Y/N
TW: Mentions of blood, Hazamada, suicidal thoughts sorta in a way Spoilers
Noriaki Kakyoin
“Dearest Y/N, Dear Y/N, Y/N my love, I’m usually a lot better at writing letters. My palms are a bit sweaty by the thought of you alone. Is that weird? This isn’t really normal for me. I haven’t felt such odd feelings for somebody before. I hope I’m not weirding you out. After the fight with DIO I’m not even sure I’ll survive. The doctors aren’t too sure either.
I’ll try to get to the point without mentally dying. It hurts to write, but I’m sure I’ll be fine. Y/N, my point here is, I think I love you. You’ve been so sweet and kind to me. I really appreciate it. When I hear others talk about romantic love they tend to talk about “I’d die for you.” or “I’d kill for you.” and usually feel remorse but I’m sure that there are other ways to love. I think. I wanna be able to live even with the scars and pain DIO caused me. I wanna live with you.
I want to continue to live so I can be able to see your smile again, I want to listen to your laugh. I want to live for you. Not in a creepy way but living is hard and I’ve even thought of ending it. But I do love my parents and I’m sure they’d cry. I don’t want to hear you cry after my death. I want you to be happy. I hope I make you happy just as much as you make me happy.
I don’t really understand the concept of romantic love but I’m willing to learn. Please be patient Y/N. I wanna heal and get out of this fucking hospital so I can put my arms around you. I wanna be able to wake up tomorrow and talk to you. Please visit me even though I said all of this dumb crap. I really don’t mind if it’s platonic, I just wanna see you.
-Noriaki Kakyoin”
Hazamada Toshikazu
“Uh hey Y/N, I only know how to write a letter with the basic way they taught us in school but I’m pretty bad at doing that so this is more of a really long note than a letter.
I’m not quite confident that you like me back but I still wanted to tell you. I’m sure it’ll be healthier than bottling up my feelings. Koichi told me to tell you and that gave me some confidence. So I guess you already know if you got this far, I hate that I’m writing this. A love letter, pretty stupid huh? I’m like those sappy girls in mangas. Ugh, my lifes here now.. well I’m glad this is my life. I’m glad that you’re in my life.
I hope you feel the same. I hope you like me back as much as I like you. I’m not the most attractive compared to the other guys but I’m not gonna use you for your body or anything. Hell I’m not even a pretty girl, that would be better than me in all honesty. I know I’m a piece of crap but you’re my friend anyways. I used to doubt that any good people existed, I thought everybody was evil in one way or another. I know you have your flaws but I see through them. Sometimes I forget you have bad qualities until you’re bugging me about how I like horror, but you like it too. You’re a really remarkable person Y/N. I hope you at least finish reading this and still talk to me, that’s all I ask for, that you’ll still be my friend. I mean I wouldn’t mind a kiss but I’m fine with our platonic relationship. I’m fine with seeing your face light up everything we talk about manga or when you eat good food. Also if you reject me I will fucking leak your IP Address
Well this is getting a bit long so bye for now. I hope to see you at school tomorrow. I love you Y/N.”
A/N: I take requests for pretty much anything jjba related so do that if ya want?? I really want to write lmao maybe writing would help me get better at it and yk finish those 100 projects i have due friday- /j
Sorry for being late. Today has been a miserable day health wise. It's temporary, but I have to endure.
Haunted by the Past Part 51
“Hello, Mr. Singer,” I greeted the older, distinguished man through video chat on Jake’s laptop. “Thank you for agreeing to meet with us in this way.
“Before the pandemic I would’ve been very uncomfortable with taking on a new client that refused to meet in person, but even old dogs can learn new tricks. I have to say your situation is quite interesting. Just to clarify, who will I be representing?” Mr. Singer questioned.
“Well, both of us I suppose, but mostly Jake,” I explained. I turned towards Jake beside me, who had his hood up and was working away on his computer. He was trying to avoid any contact. “Uh, he's a bit comfortable trusting strangers.”
“Unfortunately I am going to insist he reveals his identity to me before I agree to take him on as a client. Tell me, you clearly have not been arrested yet, what is it you’re after? Are you looking to surrender?” Mr. Singer pushed.
“No, it’s, uh, more complicated than that, Mr. Singer. Are we covered by attorney-client privilege?” I asked.
Mr. Singer sighed, “Not until I receive my initial fee as agreement to represent. Again, I will not agree to represent Jake until I have his express permission along with confirmation of identity. After that point I agree to take both of you on as clients. The agreement will be sealed with the initial payment. My assistant will send through the details for payment.”
I turned to Jake and put a hand on his shoulder, “Jake, he needs to see you.”
Jake groaned, then pulled down his hood.
“Nice to meet you, Jake. Do you agree to have me represent you?” Mr. Singer questioned.
Jake looked at me and I nodded to him, “Yes I agree.”
“Ok, you should’ve received the invoice for payment. The instructions are attached,” Mr. Singer went on.
Jake flipped screens, then very quickly transferred the consultation fee to the account listed on the invoice.
“If you could let my assistant know when you have completed payment, she can set up another time to discuss-"
“It is done,” Jake declared.
“What? Already?” Mr. Singer looked confused.
“It is in your account,” Jake reiterated.
“Forgive me for asking, but is it clean?” Mr. Singer doubted Jake’s speed.
“Yes, Mr. Singer, once the attorney-client privilege is in effect, we can explain,” I added.
“Hang on,” Mr. Singer picked up his phone. “Diane, can you check the account for me for a payment just made? It is? Ok, thank you.” Mr. Singer cleared his throat, “Well that is settled. What is the situation? Oh and please call me Frank. Mr. Singer is my father.”
I smiled, “I don’t really know where to begin with everything, but Jake has been offered conditional immunity by the District Attorney. Jake will send you the draft we received. It sounds suspicious to us.”
“Well I can tell you right away that it does sound suspicious without even reading the draft. DA's don’t make those sorts of offers to hackers. What does he want?” Frank leaned forwards in his chair.
“He wants Jake to hack and leak Senate documents to force a Senator out of office,” I explained simply.
“What!? Hang on, how are you communicating with the DA?” Frank narrowed his eyes.
“Uh, well, we’ve been communicating the DA directly through chats online. I have had the displeasure of meeting some of his staff in person. Jake has the audio of the entire exchange recorded. We also have the personnel files and I can attest to their involvement,” I clarified.
“But just as I asked you to confirm Jake’s identity, have you confirmed the DA's identity? The draft of immunity is meaningless if you cannot confirm that the draft has any connection to the DA himself,” Frank went on.
“I have his IP and MAC addresses,” Jake added. “He has sent messages from his home address from his personal computer.”
“Ok, I’m not on top of the tech mumbo jumbo, but can you confirm that he himself is the one who sent those messages with any sort of personal identification?” Frank stressed. “All of this could be a giant set up!”
I bit my lip, “Frank, he doesn’t want any connection to the Senate leak. He’s not going to compromise himself that way.”
“Of course he wouldn’t! What you have told me goes against everything he stands for! You cannot progress with anything until we have that insurance in our pocket!” Frank insisted. “Look, I’ll call his office to set up a chain of communication. For now, I need you to tell me everything about Jake’s situation from day 1. Don’t leave anything out. I need every single detail, beyond what the DA has. Don’t hold back. Remember, attorney-client privilege protects you.”
I took a sip of water and let out a big sigh before beginning, “It all started with a contract...”
--
Frank was quiet. Even through the web cam you could see the gears turning. “Immunities are certainly in everyone’s best interest as it would save us all a lengthy court time and the trouble of arguing the continued cyber crimes were a result of being under duress by a corrupt Senator. However, I cannot in good conscience recommend your participation in illegally accessing the Senate’s servers. If you choose to proceed, I recommend we work on proving the entire operation is sanctioned and access was granted by the DA with indisputable evidence. That means dotting your i's and crossing your t's. You don’t move forwards on any element without that. Don’t let them try to wash their hands of their involvement. I cannot stress that enough.”
“How do we accomplish that when they’re trying to avoid any connection to save face?” I sighed.
“I will contact their office to initiate confidential talks to make sure there is a strong paper trail on this,” Frank confirmed. “I have to admit this is the most exciting case I’ve worked on!”
“I know it is very peculiar and I cannot thank you enough for agreeing to this,” I reiterated.
“Oh usually as a defence attorney these cases fall into my lap after it has all gone to shit! It is rare for individuals to have the foresight of thinking ‘This could go horribly wrong. Maybe I should consult my lawyer.’ It is a nice change of pace to be able to circumvent future dilemmas, particularly of this magnitude,” Frank said honestly. “I have to admit, Jake is far more noble than I originally thought. I would like to help him get his life back. My assistant will be in contact with updates.”
“Thank you Frank,” I smiled.
The screen went black as the call ended. I glanced over at Jake’s to see he was still busy writing code. I don’t think it even registered with him that the call ended. I checked the time and realized how late it had gotten.
I stood up and leant over to kiss his forehead, “I’ll go make some dinner.”
Jake wrapped an arm around my waist and pulled me into him, “Thank you for handling that.”
“Um, thank you for handling the actual hard part?” I laughed.
“That’s debatable,” Jake mumbled as he pressed his forehead against my abdomen. “You did such a good job, MC.”
I rubbed his head with a smile, “We'll be ok.”
“Can't we just order takeout?” Jake looked up at me hopefully.
“I was just going to cook something quick. It'll be a lot faster,” I assured him.
“So you can cook it after?” he gave me puppy eyes.
“After?” I teased.
Jake pulled away and pushed his chair back to stand up. He took my hand in his, “After I finish making love to you.”
“Oh, my handling of this had that much of an impact on you?” I smiled.
“I don’t know how else to express my gratitude,” he grumbled. “I haven’t had anyone I could rely on and trust to do these sorts of things. It is nice having less to worry about because I know I can rely on you.”
“Hmm, well I’m just getting started!” I grinned.
Jake looked into my eyes and smiled, “I can’t wait to see what you do next.”
i have just about zero followers but here goes nothing
let me get one thing out of the way- i am a massive fan of gabbie hanna. current events have not changed that. i want to disclose that going in because i will be talking about someone that’s been going at her and her fans really hard on twitter- jen dent (@/jentotheden is her twitter handle).
i’m sure we all remember the events of november 2019. we remember that drama. i don’t feel i have to go over it again. anyways, this was the fandom’s first run-in with jen dent (as far as i’m concerned- i joined the fandom in 2019 so if there are previous interactions, i don’t know about them).
jen dent made her video about gabbie, others made theirs. and then she stayed silent until may 2020, when gabbie made her video addressing the allegations and rumors. that’s when shit got fucked for everyone. which- by the way, i find it very ironic that jen was so hurt by gabbie being a bit of a mean girl in facebook dms in 2014 regarding a post jen had made, considering how she’s acting towards anyone that disagrees with anything she says now. (also, if you watch jen and gabbie’s interview and then read jen’s post, it’s so so obviously about gabbie).
i have over 1000 screenshots collected over the duration of last summer. these screenshots contain evidence of jen dent harassing us, doxxing us, bullying us, and getting into gabbie’s patreon just to leak content and blackmail people with private discord conversations. i also have screenshots of jen dent threatening violence on one of my friends. she’s also posted people’s ip addresses.
a few days after gabbie left social media, we became aware of a man named adam, who was accusing jen dent of rape. we (fans) wanted to bring attention to this accusation. however, we were very clear in disclaiming that it was an allegation and not proven. eventually, through jen dent addressing the accusation, we realized that the accusation was a pile of bogus. tweets about the accusation were deleted and apologies were issued for spreading it.
i would like to say, though- i find it a bit hypocritical that jen was very hurt by this accusation, yet admitted that an animal abuse accusation she made against gabbie hanna was false and had no evidence to prove it (ergo, she tweeted an accusation of gabbie hanna committing animal abuse knowing there was little to no evidence). i’m not saying she’s not allowed to be hurt by the accusation- of course she is. i just find it a bit hypocritical.
however, it didn’t stop there. one of my friends in particular was heavily targeted. she was harassed relentlessly and jen and her friends/fans went as far as to contact a relative. my friend was eventually pushed into relapse and attempted suicide (she’s okay, thank fuck).
jen dent leaked an old, unused instagram of another one of my friends. this friend had not tweeted once to or about jen- their only crime was being a gabbie hanna fan. this fan politely asked jen to take down the instagram account, as it wsa old and had pictures of my friend (they’re very strict on when they post photos. they only want certain photos posted and when they okay it- i think that’s reasonable).
jen dent responded with something along the lines of “and i don’t like being told to kms.” again, this person in particular she had targeted had not once tweeted to or about jen.
recently, jen dent made a master list of people who “harassed” her over last summer. the friend whose account she leaked is on that list. there are people on that list (including myself), who did tweet about jen a lot. but there are also people on that list who weren’t even around during last summer and people who were not involved.
this is just a portion of jen dent’s treatment towards the gabbie hanna fandom. but i’m tired and only remember bits and pieces- i’d have to show the over 1000 screenshots i have to show the other shit.
whether you like gabbie hanna or not is the least of my concerns right now. this post is about jen dent and how she’s not a good person. i am more than just a gabbie hanna fan, just like jen is more than someone who doesn’t like gabbie. please read this through and share it. that’s all i ask.
