Okay okay listen I have been going mildly insane trying to find a fic I read once but it is really difficult when I remember next to nothing abt it.

It's a villian!Midoriya fic. It is NOT a forced villain fic and I don't believe it's dfo, but I also don't think I ever finished it so who knows. He's quirkless and I'm fairly sure his villain name was Hero?? Like I said I remember next to nothing.

I vaguely remember one part where he like holds a shopping mall hostage or smth?? Like the heroes know he's there and trying to find him and I think there are people there hiding?? I remember him at one point taking off his villain outfit and passing off as a civilian to a hero that I almost wanna say was Present Mic??? I dunno I'm grasping at straws here; is this enough to find the fic??
