The house was quiet when Ziv returned home, only the breeze falling in through the open windows moved the leaves of the many plants that grew in their pots. The house was quiet but it wasn't empty. A trail of toys scattered on the floor of the living room led to the couch where a very tired uncle was fast asleep, with his nephews and niece napping curled up on his chest, all three snuggled under his arms.

In the early evening the small house lay in the blue eveningsunlight like a island in a calm, deep azure ocean. It was still not late enough that the starport-worker would end their dayshift so the streets were quiet, when Ziv made her way back to the house with a a-lot of lighter canister on her back then when she had left for work in the morning. The Tynnan was walking fast she noticed, but chosed to ignore it- she wanted to go fast, she wanted to run, she wanted to sprint back. She was almost running when she opned the door to the house,stepped inside and-      

-promptly stepped on a toy-brick that digged into her bare hindpaw like a blade. Squeaking in agony, Ziv jumped back, holding her hindpaw up and cursing like a spacer: “What the- Kriffing Bantha-shit!” Still muttering under her breath the woman looked up, her eyes finding the trail of toys that she clearlyremembered putting in one corner of the common-room in the moring when she had left the cubs in Poes care to do her daily visits of her patients. A frown appeard on Zivs face,drawing a line as deep as a scar between her eyes. There were the toys around her and the herbal samples she was growing indoors quietly rustling in the breeze sneaking through the open window and the quiet noises from the almost abonded streets, yet there was something missing and the second Ziv realized that she was standing upright with her white pelt bristled and her ears jolted upwards as if she was a haunted animal. She did not hear her cubs nor did she heard Poe.

In the blink of an eye Zivs hand was on the hilt of her blaster and she sprinted forward through the porch into the common-room, her ears jolted up panicky searching after Eirs quiet giggle, Ull squeaking, little Poe and his older namesake beeing quiet,almost silent as always when they were together for   they coud so perfectly understand eachother through their thoughts. She did neither heard Eir giggle, nor heard she Ull squeaking, not did she heard the quiet rustling of cloth when her son and Poe were playing with toy-bricks together. Instead she heard Poe quietly snorring laying on the couch with her cubs snuggled on his chest and Ull squeakingly routing to the tact of Poes chest rising and sinking. From one moment to another the Tynnan felt as if her stomach sank down into her knees as if ripped down by a brutal hand. Huffing, sighing, almost moaning desperately scared over possibilities that had not happned she let herself fall to the side to lean against the doorframe. It was a shifting on the couch where the dotted little girl Ziv had named Ull started to stirr on Poes chest, gurgling a few confused mewls, that made Ziv look up and hasty the walked overto the couch. One knee on the couchs edge Ziv leaned over Poe to gently stroke her fingers over Ulls small head.

“Hush, Baby. Its Mama.”, Ziv hummed and reached to carefully ran a finger over the cubs snout so the pup could smell her, the little girl reacted promptly; when before she had stirred restlessly, now she promptly relaxed, her ears flopping down and her tiny mouth clapping open in a squeaking yawn before she nuzzled her small face back against Poes shoulder like a sleepy lolth-cat. Ulls infantpelt was as soft as velvet beneath Zivs fingers and not for the first time the Tynnan wondered if she ever would grew tiered of running her hands over the cubs pelts in utter parental indulgence. She could not imagine for it felt like a addiction as she continued to gently ran a finger over the small girls downy head to lull her back into sleep.  Out of the corner of her eyes she she noticed that Poe had half opned one of his eyes and that he was watching her, which made Ziv grimace at him, barring her razorsharp teeth in something that was a teasing snarl like a playing carnivore.Gently she pinched the tip of the mans nose with her other hands webbed fingers: “Stop laughing! Make room and continue snorring. I am kriffing tiered,too.” There was a shifting of cloth, rustling like the plantleafs in the breeze around them, when Poe shifted a litte so Ziv could slip in the space between his side and the couchs backrest where she leaned her head against the others shoulder and wrapped a arm around Ull and Eir sleeping closest to her with her hand still idley running over the downy pelt on Ulls head.

By the time the blue sun outside had sunken down and the light had turned from azure to as black as tar, Ziv, the pups and Poe were sound asleep.

Repot shock #monsteraadansonii My monstera adansonii has suffered some serious repot ⚡shock and it was my fault. Abstract:  Clinical research on herbal-based dentifrice +/- mouth rinse products is very limited compared with the plethora of research on conventional oral care products under normal oral hygiene conditions. The aim of this study was to determine the anti-inflammatory effects of a novel plantleaf extract (CPLE) on interdental bleeding in healthy subjects. In this randomized, single-blind parallel-design study, the eligible subjects were generally healthy non-smokers, aged 18⁻26, who exhibited healthy periodontal conditions upon study entry. The participants were equally randomized into the following four groups: CPLE dentifrice, CPLE dentifrice and mouthwash, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS)-free enzyme-containing dentifrice and SLS-free enzyme-containing dentifrice withessential oil (EO) mouthwash. Subjects were instructed to brush their teeth twice a day without changing their other brushing habits. Interdental bleeding (BOIP) was measured from inclusion (T₀) until the fourth week (T₄) of the study. Clinical efficacy was assessed after one, two, three and four weeks of home use. The analyses compared BOIP between groups and were then restricted to participants with ≥70% and then ≥80% bleeding sites at T₀. Pairwise comparisons between groups were performed at T₀ and T₄, and a logistic regression identified correlates of gingival bleeding (T₄). Among 100 subjects (2273 interdental sites), the median percentage of bleeding sites per participant at T₀ was 65%.
