For Rowan specifically, I headcanon that him, Drake and Blaine are siblings (I have also seen a very good HC regarding him and Hala being related, which I have integrated into my belief system)

Professor Sycamore, Cynthia and (Lab Assistant) Lucas are basically his adopted kids, so much so that when Sycamore graduated, Rowan handed him down his watch.

Professor Sycamore once gifted him a worlds greatest dad mug during his intern days. He still has that mug
