With the ever-present rush towards convenience, so many sit-in restaurants are becoming take-out-only instead. Let's be honest: none of us really want to go outside and talk to people in order to get food. Just flip that app and bingbong® yourself a drunk order of fried treats for only $25 in fees.
Pizza Hut was one of the first to abandon the pull of large square footage, throwing millions of nostalgic red plastic cups into industrial grinders in a mad rush to stop bleeding so much goddamn money all the time. Today, those cups are worth $250 on eBay, so they look pretty stupid now, don't they?
The problem with all this is, in the time of our foreparents, it was real hard to fake the existence of a restaurant. If you went to a Pizza Hut, it was a real-ass physical building. It probably had not been copy-pasted together by a bunch of Taiwanese scam artists using Google Image Search fifteen seconds before you appeared. That was more of a Taco Bell thing. Nowadays, you can't be sure. Computers treat bullshit the same as any other kind of shit, so sometimes you'll be ordering from a completely imaginary restaurant. Feels weird, doesn't it?
As with many other cases in my adult life where I figured out everyone was just faking it, I decided to try and make some quick money. Papa needed a new engine, you see, and Slant Sixes don't exactly grow on trees anymore. With just a couple wonky Excel spreadsheets and a glob of code the size of Upper Tonawanda, I was in business with Switch's Fun-Time Pizza, an entirely non-fictitious restaurant whose address happened to be at the same place as a Pizza Hut.
Folks would pay me money, and then I'd quickly pay Pizza Hut to have a pizza ready by the time the delivery guy rolled up. Nobody seemed to care that the box said the wrong thing, and soon I was collecting fat stacks of money for doing nothing at all, just like the platforms themselves. This went on for a few weeks, fattening my bank account for slaughter. Until the first complaints came in, that is.
Yes, friends: it turned out that the local Pizza Hut had hired someone who wasn't very good at washing their hands. Soon, I was handing out big-time refunds on behalf of a massive international corporation, except I was doing so out of my own ill-gotten profits. My rickety, strung-together bullshit engine made entirely out of spreadsheets and chewing gum simply could not comprehend the idea of a refund, much less one for a weak human phenomenon such as food poisoning. Soon, all the money was gone.
Have I learned something from this whole experience? Yes. The most important thing in food service is to wash your hands thoroughly before (and after!) handling the customer's meat. The second most important thing is to charge at least a hundred percent premium over your supplier, to leave room for little hiccups such as this.
That's way easier to do if you position yourself as an upscale luxury restaurant, such as Lord Switchington of Canterbury's Refined Palate Pizza Parlour For Bourgeois Assholes Only, which will be launching this weekend in the very expensive neighbourhood next to mine. Hopefully their Pizza Hut is a little bit better at keeping the bathroom soap dispenser stocked.

Gaza has been completely cut off from the world and from each other. Gazans with Turkish SIM cards have been able to make contact with the outer world and said rescue teams don't know where to go because they don't know where bombings have happened. There's no way to call ambulances. At night, due to the electricity cut, Gazans are left in complete dark only lit up by the airstrikes. They have no way to know what's happening on the next street over. Meanwhile, Israel is publishing AI rendered videos of tunnels under Al-Shifa hospital to manufacture consent for its bombing. Al-Shifa, the largest hospital in Gaza, is housing hundreds of refugees.
This was meant to cut off Palestinians from the world, because we are sympathizing with their first person accounts and it makes Genocide Joe look like a genocide denier when he casts doubt on the death toll (a note on this, Israel has called the Gaza Municipality to threaten them with bombings. They want to erase every record that Palestinians exist in Gaza).
It's not up to us to feel defeated. Israel denies the very existence of Palestinians, and when we turn around and give up hope, we are washing our hands of any work towards liberation and becoming complicit in the zionist narrative. The people of Gaza are alive, the people in the West Bank are alive and the 5.6 million refugees denied the right of return are alive. Mosques are using their minarets to send out help signals. We're being asked to be their voices, so let's be their voices.
Educate yourself. Read into Palestinian history and the occupation. You can't common sense people out of decades of propaganda. If your arguments crumble when a zionist brings up the "disengagement of Gaza", you have to learn more.
Read Decolonize Palestine. They have 15 minute reads that concisely explain the occupation (and its colonial roots) and debunk popular myths, including pinkwashing.
Read on Palestine. Here's an amazing masterpost.
Verso Book Club is giving out free books on Palestine (I personally downloaded Ten Myths about Israel by Ilan Pappe).
Keep yourself updated and share Palestinian voices, looking to inform yourself from the sources. Palestinians have asked of us only that we share, tweet and post, over and over. Muna El-Kurd said every tweet is like a treasure to them, because their voices are repressed on social media and even on this very app. Make it your action item to share something about the Palestinian plight everyday. Here are some resources:
Al Jazeera
Anadolu Agency
Mondoweiss
Boycott Divest Sanction Movement
Palestinian Youth Movement
Mohammed El-Kurd (twitter / instagram)
Al-Shabaka (twitter / instagram)
Mariam Barghouti (twitter / instagram)
Muhammad Shehada (twitter)
Motaz Azaiza (instagram) - reporting directly from Gaza. He's been offline since yesterday. Keep him in your prayers.
Take action. You can participate in boycotts wherever you are in the world, through BDS guidelines. Don't be overwhelmed by gigantic boycott lists. BDS explicitly targets only a few brands which have bigger impact. You can stop consuming from as many brands as you want, though, and by all means feel free to give a 1 star review to McDonalds, Papa John, Pizza Hut, Burger King and Starbucks. Right now, they are focusing on boycotting the following:
Carrefour
HP
Puma
Sabra
Sodastream
Ahava cosmetics
Israeli fruits and vegetables
Push for a cultural boycott - pressure your favorite artist to speak out on Palestine and cancel any upcoming performances on occupied territory (Lorde cancelled her gig in Israel because of this. It works.)
If you can, participate in direct action or donate. Palestine Action works to shut down Israeli weapons factories in the UK and USA, and have successfully shut down one of their firms in London. Some of the activists are going on trial and are calling for mobilizing on court.
Call your representatives. The Labour Party in the UK had an emergency meeting after several councilors threatened to resign if they didn't condemn Israeli war crimes. Calling to show your complaints works, even more if you live in a country that funds genocide.

Held In Bondage
Steve turned the key in his front door, opened it, shut it behind him and locked it. He heaved a deep sigh of relief, finally, another work day done.
Tumblr media
Amidst the amount of change going on in Steve's life recently, it was always good to get back to his new flat. He'd been there about a month now and whilst it wasn't quite looking like a home yet, at least it was his own space to get away from the world. Today had been a stressful day at work, but then retail often is. He'd been close to a panic attack but had managed to hold it together. He took off his coat, placing it on his coat stand and walked into his living room, flopping down on the sofa and looking at the ceiling and began to contemplate what to do with the evening.
Since moving out of his parents' home, he'd found he had a lot more freedom with his spare time, able to order takeaway without his mother scolding him on wasting his money, able to purchase things online without his father questioning him on what he'd got. It was heavenly. He pulled out his phone and began scrolling through the apps, wondering where to order dinner from. Pizza Hut? Domino's? Failing that McDonald's was always cheaper. Whilst pondering food, he had a thought. Maybe he could order something other than food for the night, like a cute guy looking for a good night. He looked around and wondered about it. Why not? It was his home, it wasn't like he was bringing someone into his parents' house. Steve began to get excited at the idea and began searching dating apps. Hundreds of cute guys in his area! But eventually he decided to stop scrolling. What was he thinking? He'd never had sex before, it wasn't exactly something he'd ever been able to get any experience in. It was embarassing to think about it, but he was 30 and had never made it with a man let alone a woman. People told him he was sweet, but he'd never had the confidence to ask anyone out on a date. The more he thought about it, the more it sounded like a stupid idea. Not looking at the screen he locked his phone and decided to search his cupboards for some Pot Noodles.
After he'd prepared and eaten them, he heard a buzzing noise from in the hallway. He jumped at first, but realised it was the intercom. Probably one of the work friends coming to hang out with him. He hurried and picked up the receiver.
'Hello?' Steve asked.
'Hey, is this Steve?' asked a voice.
'Uh, yeah. Who's this?' he asked.
'Oh, you clicked on my Profile. Found your address and here I am!' the voice chuckled. Steve began to sweat, had he accidentally invited someone on one of the apps earlier without realising it?
'You gonna let me in?' asked the voice.
'Oh yeah, yeah sure. Come on up!' said Steve, pressing the button to unlock the door downstairs for the person. Steve hung up the receiver and began cursing himself.
'Why the fuck did you let them in?! You didn't even get a name! Shit!' he hissed through clenched teeth. He hurried through to his bathroom mirror, trying to smooth his hair over quickly, no time to change his clothes. His t-shirt and jeans would just have to do. He sprayed some deodrant over his body quick as he heard a knock at his door.
'Coming! Just a sec!' Steve shouted, looking at himself, taking a deep breath and nodding. He walked briskly through his hallway to his front door and swung it open.
Tumblr media
Before him stood a person dressed from head to toe in a PVC bondage suit. Light shining off everything with gloves, boots, a mask. Not an inch of skin to be seen.
'Hey there man, nice to meet you!' said the guest, offering a hand to shake. Steve looked to it and shook it. The guest pulled him close to him and took a deep inhale.
'Mmm, Lynx Africa. Seems like someone sprayed in a hurry!' the guy chuckled, pulling back and slapping Steve heartily on the shoulder. Steve was lost for words.
'Well say something!' the guest insisted.
'You came over here dressed like that?' asked Steve, looking them up and down in surprise.
'Well sure it turns some heads, but it's kinda my deal' said the guest folding their arms, shrugging. Steve laughed nervously.
'So… do you have a name?' asked Steve.
'That all depends on you big man, what's your favourite name?' asked the guest.
'My favourite name?' asked Steve.
'Sure, like if you were getting railed what name would you want to be screaming?' asked the guest.
'Ben, I guess' said Steve.
'Ben, huh?' the guest asked.
'Yeah, I like the name Ben. Known plenty of Bens, they tend to be sweet guys' smiled Steve.
'Fair play then mate, call me Ben!' said the guest giving him two thumbs up.
'Alright, would you like to come in Ben?' asked Steve, beckoning to the front room.
'Thought you'd never ask Steve!' replied Ben, swaggering off down the hallway. Steve followed his guest. Ben looked around the front room.
'You been here long?' asked Ben.
'Only about a month' said Steve, chuckling.
'Figures. But at least you have a couch!' said Ben, walking over to the couch and sitting down, making himself at home.
'Umm, would you like a drink or something?' asked Steve, pointing to the fridge. Ben shook his head.
'Nah, I don't need to drink. Thanks for the offer. Come on and sit with me' said Ben, patting the seat next to him.
Steve gulped and made his way over to Ben. Sitting neatly beside him. Ben leaned in and put an arm over his shoulder.
'So, tell me about yourself Steve' said Ben, stroking Steve's shoulder.
'Aren't we meant to remain anonymous to eachother or something?' asked Steve.
'Well sure some people like to keep their private life secret. I like to get to know my clients so I can do my best. Go on and have a feel' said Ben, guiding Steve's hand to his chest. Steve could feel some very firm pecs under the bondage gear.
'Oh wow… do you work out?' asked Steve, turning to face him.
'Well I work some things alright!' chuckled Ben, moving his hand to stroke Steve's growing bulge. Steve began to laugh too.
'So are you a top or a bottom?' asked Ben, moving his hand to stroke Steve's thigh.
'Sorry?' asked Steve.
'When fucking. Do you like to fuck or be fucked?' asked Ben.
'Umm, actually I've never had sex before' said Steve looking away in embarassment.
'Untouched territory huh? That's ok' said Ben gently, placing his hand on Steve's jaw, moving his face to look back at him.
'It is?' asked Steve, trembling.
'Sure, every man has his first time at some point!' said Ben reassuringly. He held Steve's hand gently. Steve looked to the ceiling and exhaled, he wanted to cry from how embarassed he felt.
'Hey, hey come on mate. It's ok really!' said Ben stroking Steve's shoulders.
'Sorry, it's just you were probably expecting some nympho and you got The 30 Year Old Virgin' replied Steve. Ben giggled, but stopped shortly after.
'Steve, buddy. I know you must be feeling embarassed right now, but please try not to. I'm here to help you through it' said Ben, caressing Steve's cheek. Steve looked to Ben's mask, wondering what kind of beautiful man was behind it.
'Thanks Ben, I really appreciate you understanding' smiled Steve, at which Ben sharply nodded his head.
'Steve, do you trust me enough to make you a changed man?' asked Ben. Steve thought for a moment. Ben seemed willing enough to let him experiment, and he seemed friendly enough.
'Ok, I trust you Ben' smiled Steve.
'That's what I'm talking about Baby!' cried Ben, pulling Steve off the couch and into a tight embrace. Steve was enjoying the feeling of his chin against Ben's bondage-clad bosom.
'Well aren't you gonna cop a feel?' asked Ben, not letting Steve go.
'Cop what?' asked Steve.
'The bakery! I recommend the buns, they're nice!' insisted Ben. Steve understood what he meant and placed his hands on Ben's waist, sliding them down, he squeezed Ben's butt cheeks, firm and a lot to hold.
'Oh shit!' said Steve, surprised.
'Yes! An ass man after my own heart! Oh we're in for a good night!' laughed Ben, grabbing Steve's face and attempting to kiss him through the mask but wound up bumping him on the nose due to his mask's nozzle. The two looked at eachother for a moment, then burst out laughing. Steve was taken aback but he was loving Ben's energy. He took a moment to properly look at Ben, at how the suit was hugging his skin tightly, showing off his muscular build, his abs, his sharp jawline. He had everything Steve liked in a man.
'Are you ready to give this a go?' asked Ben. Steve nodded with a newfound confidence. He wanted to give Ben everything.
'Good, then I guess we should head to the bedroom. Giddy up!' laughed Ben, turning Steve around and smacking him on the ass. Steve began to laugh too and led the way.
On arriving in Steve's bedroom, Ben pushed Steve onto the bed and laid down on him, pinning him down. He took a good inhale of Steve's neck. Steve tried not to moan, this was so hot.
'Don't hold it in, moan if you've gotta' said Ben, grinding his crotch into Steve's. Steve held onto Ben's broad shoulders and began to gasp.
'Oh fuck yeah!' Steve moaned, biting his lower lip. He moved his hands to Ben's waist as he continued to gyrate him into the bed. Even fully clothed this felt amazing. Eventually Ben stopped and nodded.
'Alright, I'm ready' said Ben. Steve looked at him confused.
'I know you want to be inside me, I'm ready' said Ben. Steve wriggled out from under him and Ben proceeded to lay stomach down on the bed. Steve climbed back on and positioned himself over Ben's butt, excited to see who was under the plastic.
'I'll bet you're hot as fuck!' smiled Steve as he began to pull at the zip that started at Ben's neck and ended at his tailbone. Carefully zipping it down, the suit seemed to hiss. As the zipper slid further down, steam began to cloud out of the back, assailing Steve's senses. It felt warm and he could smell sweat and leather. He coughed and fanned the steam out of his face. Looking to the suit's opening expecting to see a man's back, there was nothing. The suit was hollow.
'What the hell?!' asked Steve aloud. The suit was completely empty, had he been tricked?
'Ben?!' asked Steve, looking around. He couldn't see anyone else in the room, just him and the suit.
'Maybe you should try it on!' Steve found himself thinking. He looked down at the suit and felt inside, it was warm and slippery, the texture did make him tingle a bit. He proceeded to remove his t-shirt, jeans, socks and boxers and pulled the bondage suit off the bed, climbing into it. Fitting the gloves, boots and mask on. Shortly after Steve felt a fresh wave of passion wash over him and he fell onto his bed. He gasped in surprise and then groaned. The suit was alive, he could feel it. It was squeezing and stretching him, kneading and pressing. At the same time he could feel something entering his ass, was the suit fucking him? Steve let out a scream of pleasure as the invisible force began to ride him.
'What - the - fuck - is - ha - ppe - ning?!' Steve yelled as he felt his body being compressed and moulded to fit the suit, edging closer to shooting his load.
'Just enjoy it Steve, it'll be ok!' said the suit in Ben's voice, continuing to thrust into him. Steve moaned and struggled to catch his breath.
'What does Ben look like to you Steve?' asked the suit. Steve closed his eyes and began to imagine a muscular man with dark hair and tattoos was fucking him, the kind of man he wanted to be fucked by. Steve smiled.
'Don't lose sight of him!' said the suit, continuing to fuck the cum out of Steve. He couldn't hold it back any longer and began ejaculating, crying out in pure pleasure. String after string as he imagined Ben's gorgeous face. Eventually the suit stopped and began to melt away, leaving Steve lying naked and sweaty on his bed. He turned over and groaned, aching.
'Fuck me, that was nice!' he said, wiping sweat off his forehead, chuckling. He looked at his hand, then his arm which he noticed was inked with patterns.
'Hold on…' he whispered, feeling his chest. Big pecs, abs, he looked down at his body. He gasped and hurried over to the mirror, being greeted by the man he'd just imagined, by… Ben!
Tumblr media
'Is this… did I just become Ben?!' he asked. He felt his ass, big and firm. Yep, that was the same ass he'd felt not half an hour ago. And there was no denying his voice either.
'Oh shit! I'm Ben!' cried Ben, laughing.
'Or was Ben even real? Was I Ben all along? Did Ben and I become one person?' Ben asked. He looked to his bed, the suit had completely vanished leaving no trace of it ever having been there. The more he thought about it, the more he could only remember being Ben as far back as forever, filling his 20s with gym workouts and banging guys on the sly, moving out of his parents' place recently and working retail, spending some evenings as a PVC-clad sex maniac. Almost felt like two lives melded into one.
'Well whatever, gotta get some sleep. Work in the morning!' Ben chuckled, shrugging his shoulders. He turned his attention to a pile of clothes on his bedroom floor. The boxers read the name 'Steve'. Ben wondered who that could be. Couldn't say he knew many Steves. Must've been a client or something, probably a sweet guy. He must've left his stuff here.
'Ah well, if he needs his stuff he knows where I am!' Ben said, giving the t-shirt a sniff.
'Hmm, Lynx Africa. That's adorable!' he chuckled, smiling. Somehow it felt familiar.

What are some ways minors can help Palestine?
My pinned post on my blog talks about just that!
But to give a summary and extra points:
minors can start blogs like this one, or post about Palestinian content on social media apps they have access too
follow Palestinian content and boost their posts
Don't engage with zionists, unless they are truly open-minded and willing to learn there is no use talking to them. It's an energy drainer and time waster
Save evidence. There are a lot of brutal images and videos coming out of Palestine and saving them for the future is essential as many of them often get taken down to cover up the brutality.
Educate yourself. Learning about the history of Palestine and how it came to be along with keeping up with the current events from trusted news sources can help you if you ever need to have strong talking points when arguing with a zionist.
Showing your solidarity. Having a watermelon badge on your bag, wearing a keffiyeh, and putting ps in your bio can help others be aware of Palestine (if you live in a place where it's dangerous to show solidarity, i suggest you skip this)
Learn about Palestinian culture. Palestinian culture is beautiful and diverse and their simple joys have been stolen from them. Don't let their culture die. Make Palestinian foods and post about it, learn their dances, their history and their religion
Boycott. Mcdonalds, Starbucks, Pizza hut, dominos, disney, hp, etc etc. You can search what the current boycott list is and avoid those items
daily clicks its free and cost absolutely no money. the money is generated through ad revenues and aid is sent to Palestinians

i think i have talked about it everywhere but here, cause it’s the app that i use less sometimes…
I came here to say that I stand with the people of Palestine, and I encourage you (specially if you are from the west) to keep spreading information, to keep talking about it, to keep amplifying Palestinian voices that can’t be heard right now. We need to be their voice and help raise theirs.
If you are from a big city, from one of the big countries that refuses to listen (USA, Canada, UK) MAKE THEM LISTEN!!! Palestinian people have not stopped fighting for their land for more than 70 years now, and we CANT keep our heads down and our voices quiet about this, not anymore.
the “isr4eli” government has tried for so long to squash their voices, to fill the west with propaganda and make us think that they’re the victims. so NO, get educated, get active, and raise your voices. Don’t let yourselves be fooled by a few videos made in english to make us feel bad for an oppressor who is actively committing genocide.
here’s a list of things you CAN do:
Targeted boycotting, forget about all the long lists of brands. BDS has called to boycott these specific brands for a much more impactful result.
Tumblr media
(Domino’s Pizza, MacDonalds, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Burger King, AXA, Puma, SIEMENS, Carrefour, HP, AHAVA, soda stream, and fruits and vegetables labeled as from Isr4el.) It’s not on the list, but a lot of people are including Disney after their large donation to Isr4el.
Here’s a list of brands that are PRO-Palestine
If you’re an artist, STOP SHARING YOUR ART IN DEVIANART!!! they support isr43l
Tumblr media
Join a protest! If you can, of course. Here’s a thread of upcoming protests in different countries
If you do go to a protest, i urge you to take care of yourself, here’s a thread on useful tips to keep yourself safe during a protest.
“i’m not educated enough to talk about it” GET EDUCATED! here are some sources that were helpful for me (a westerner):
youtube
youtube
and last but not least, keep TALKING ABOUT THIS!!! Palestinian people have not lost hope and neither should we! People all over the world, THOUSANDS of people support Palestine, we MUST get other people to listen, and open their eyes, opening other peoples eyes to propaganda also helps the cause. The more people who wake up from that fake countries lies the better.
from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!

Hey y'all! Just wanted to remind you that there's apps available on both android and iOS right now that can tell you which brands fund genocide or take their profit from them.
I'll start this thread with one example.
No Thanks
Tumblr media Tumblr media
[Image ID: Image on the right is the menu screen of No Thanks, offering to search serial numbers or brand names to tell you if they are to boycott. They also accept donations.
Image on the left is an example of the lists the app offers, showing which companies one should try their best to avoid. This is a Food list, some famous examples are Burger King, Calvé, McDonald's, Nestlé, KFC, Philadelphia, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Popeyes and Di Giorno.]

hello. I have a little problem. I live with a roommate. he's a very sweet, shy kid, fond of music. yesterday he showed me a new app on his phone: Chronivac+. I warned him that it could be dangerous.. today I came home and found a terrible smell of sports locker room at home and the moans of a deep baryon from a neighbor's room... it seems to me that your app could have done something with him.. and I think I feel that he uses it only on himself, because my brain has started to work worse today and in general I have become lazy, bro.. Huh, bro.. where did I get this word from?
Your roommate is on the right track. His idea was to give you the spring break of your life. But he's just a little too timid for me. Yes, the smell of a locker room isn't bad. But in your man cave it stinks of more than just sweat. Piles of beer cans, pizza boxes and empty canisters of protein drinks pile up around you. No one has cleaned the place for weeks. And when you want to change, you rummage through the mountain of dirty laundry.
Tumblr media
Your apartment in the dormitory becomes a shabby beach hut. Laptops and books become boom boxes, surfboards and wetsuits. And outside the hut, the next beach party is in the works. Beer sits in tubs of ice. The campfire is burning. And the grill will be hot enough any minute. Let the bros and dudes come!

Google play store no thanks
Ios app store no thanks
What is No Thanks?
It is an app that allows you to easily see what is on the boycott list. They have a list of brands to boycott. They have a great feature which allows you to scan a barcode of any product to see if it is on the list. It provides proof as to why an item is on the boycott list. Users can upload products to the app to further improve the boycott list.
Why boycott?
Money speaks in this world. By not giving companies money, us the consumers, take back control. When you spend money on an item on the boycott list it is directly putting money in the pockets of people who will spend it on killing innocent people. By not spending money on these things we cut off a supply of money to this people. Furthermore it gives the people a voice. Money talks and often the only way we get companies to listen is to stop giving companies money.
What if there is something I can't boycott?
In this day and age it is often hard to avoid everything on boycott lists. Some things cannot be boycott. If you cannot boycott an essential, that is okay, just boycott every where you can.
What are examples of essentials?
Internet, baby formula, medications, hospitals, banking. Things that you cannot live without and cannot find an alternative to are exempt from boycotts.
What are examples of non-essentials that are not exempt?
Soft drinks/soda pop, juice, name brand items, movie theaters, chains (domino's, walmart, target, pizza hut), leasure items
How do I personally benefit from boycotting?
You get your voice heard. You get to be a part of a great cause without having to spend any money. You get to try new things (in my country Cuba Cola has gained new popularity as Coca-Cola is boycott). You get to save money. By not spending money on non-essentials you save a lot of money you may not even realise you spent. It gives you more of an opportunity to shop local and learn what you have around you. You can learn a new skill. Instead of going to starbucks you can learn that creating signature drinks is fairly simple and a lot cheaper. You may even get health benefits. By not buying items such as junk food or by making a homemade version of something you will most likely have a positive impact on you health!
You also will not feel shame from supporting a genocide
No Thanks! Also has a store that sells Keffiyehs and more!
If you need help finding alternatives to products on the boycott list send me a message.

Adulting sucks, but being an adult has its bonuses. For instance, last night I was craving Pizza Hut breadsticks. (Not just any old breadsticks or garlic bread, those specific ones.) I didn't even want pizza. (Not that I would eat their pizza, ew.)
I looked at the delivery app and went: I can't just order breadsticks, I should get a salad or wings or something, too.
Then it hit me:
Yes I effing CAN order just breadsticks!
Why? because I'm an adult and it's my money and no one can stop me.
And so I did.
That's what it means to be an adult.

I would actually hurt someone for Pizza Hut right now. I’m over here at 1am laying in bed scrolling through their app thinking about what it tastes like.

Even if Israel concedes to a ceasefire, construction materials are still considered dual usage items and barred from Gaza under the blockade. A ceasefire doesn't change the fact there's a 40 mile long wall fencing Gaza by land and sea which Israel has extensively used to starve and corner Palestinians. A ceasefire doesn't change the fact that Israel has turned hospitals into the sites of mass graves. A ceasefire is the bare minimum. Even while we discuss ceasefire, Israel destroys and bombs kettled Palestinians in Rafah, the only route for Gaza not controlled by the occupation.
Will the assassins simply go home? Will preachers sell pilgrimage trips in their churches and the murderers will walk us through occupied Jerusalem while they subdue Palestinians and Armenians out of sight? Is that what peace looks like? A world in which an army has the power to kill so many parents and children and siblings at whim with no repercussion?
I keep thinking of Rachel Corrie's letter to her mother, in which she argues so wholeheartedly in defense of the resistance: "This is not at all what I asked for when I came into this world. This is not at all what the people here asked for when they came into this world. This is not the world you and Dad wanted me to come into when you decided to have me. This is not what I meant when I looked at Capital Lake and said: “This is the wide world and I’m coming to it.” I did not mean that I was coming into a world where I could live a comfortable life and possibly, with no effort at all, exist in complete unawareness of my participation in genocide." I beg you to read it in full.
Rebuilding Gaza is not fully possible under Israel. The return of refugees is not possible under Israel. Justice for the martyrs and the survivors can't happen under Israel, because acknowledging the size of the violence commited is to admit Israel should not exist. How come Israel can execute hundreds of public workers and our newspapers hazily dismiss it because they were Hamas workers? Can you imagine if hundreds of government workers were slaughtered in your city and the local news dismissed the tragedy because they worked for the government which has ties to... the ruling party? This attempt to cloud our judgements and to cause apathy is transparent. The New York Times had a memo decrying any words that might cause sympathy to Palestine. Their goal is to desensitize us.
We have to do everything in our power to stop normalization. Deny as loudly as you can this insidious narrative that others Palestinians. We can't call ourselves free if we can't make changes. The occupation is a gaping wound in our world and we can't live in ignorance.
Donate to a vetted fundraiser to help families escape Rafah. Ask your friends to match your donations. Help save these lives.
If you have Israeli citizenship and wish to denounce it, a group of Jewish anti zionists have organized a guide on how to.
Keep yourself updated and share Palestinian voices. Muna El-Kurd said every tweet is like a treasure to them, because their voices are repressed on social media and even on this very app. Make it your action item to share something about the Palestinian plight everyday. Here are some resources:
Al Jazeera, Anadolu Agency, Mondoweiss
Boycott Divest Sanction Movement
Palestinian Youth Movement is organizing protests and direct action against weapons factories across the US
Muhammad Shehada (twitter)
Hind Khoudary - reporting directly from Gaza.
Carrefour, HP, Puma, Sabra, Sodastream, Ahava cosmetics, Israeli fruits and vegetables
Palestinian Youth Movement is organizing direct actions to stop the shipping of wars to Israel. Follow them.
Find your local BDS chapter on this website and check out the ways to help them.
Columbia students are organizing in coalition with Jewish Voices for Peace to divest from Israel. Support them if you are on site.
Verso Book Club is giving out free books on Palestine
