Taylor Swift Here I Come

Last week it was balloons in Coshocton, this week it’s TS in Pitsburgh!!! All the while trying to write and get things up for my readers and get my routine reestablished.

So to add to this (and using a different reference point) I believe the coach they are walking past is a Prevost H3-45 which has an overall height of 146", with the midway point being at the curve of the rear brake lights

Using Rakell as a reference (who I calculate to be a little over 6'2" which agrees with his recorded 188cm) I think a slouching Geno is about 1/28 taller then Rakell

Which puts Geno (once again while slouching) at around 6'5". So I'd guess he's probably 6'5.5", so significantly taller than his billed 6'3".

But I can google image search with the best of them, and my forensic investigation reveals this is probably a Ford Super Duty. You can tell by that weird recessed badge thing.

Now while the overall height of the F250 is a known and easily comparable 81.3 inches (6ft9 or 206cm) our video does not show us the roof, so we have to work with the top of the wing mirror. This was much harder to find. The best I can come up with is this guess:

Unfortunately Geno slouches a little to avoid said wing mirror, but I think we can call it the top of his shoulder (or his special Sid snuggling spot):

This means we can now carefully and precisely calculate his true height using the power of mathematics, in which I have absolutely no qualifications:

Adding on one more head gets us to 205cm (ish) - a whopping 6ft9 - as tall as an F250, and wayyyyy taller than his official stats (6ft3). But, what if he's been lying all this time to make Sid feel better? I offer as possible proof:

Lalande 21185: The Nearest Planetary System? - October 19th, 1996.

"What's the closest extrasolar planetary system? It may well be planets of the dim red dwarf star cataloged as Lalande 21185 - a mere 8 light years distant. This star is too faint to be seen by the naked eye and its planets have not been imaged directly. Instead, their presence is inferred by a long series of telescopic observations, tracking the star as it wobbles in mutual gravitational response to the masses of its orbiting planets. Our own planetary system would be detectable by such a technique. Using the data obtained from frequent observations of this star from the last 50 years, at that time, University of Pitsburgh astronomer George Gatewood announced that much of Lalande 21185's wobble is likely due to an unseen planet with approximately 90% of the mass of Jupiter and an orbital period of 5.8 years. His work also indicated that a second and possibly third planet of similar mass could well be present in the system. Massive planets orbiting a red dwarf star would be very different from the Earth - as illustrated in this artist's vision of a Jupiter-sized planet with rings and moons lit by a cool, dim Sun. Nevertheless, the existence of a planetary system so near our own suggests the intriguing possibility that planets are common in our galaxy."

Know how Nate has a intro explaining shit at the start of fallout 4? I've kinda made 2 versions of that for Abe, so wanted to post it here:

And everytime, I see the same. Let's face it, the world is fucked. Got fucked Two hundred and tenish years ago, and not alot of aftercare for it. And in that mess, you got people picking up the pieces to either remake the world in their 'better' image or burn the ash. Suppose it was the same back prewar too. Bunch of fucks hopped up on power and dreams, either to be on top, knock the pillars down, or just to make the sun a little brighter when it rose. I've seen it, been in it. I don't know how much of my story is true, but I've had a hand in a few shindigs as of late. When I was 19, I left my vault, then went on a crusade to find my dad. Ended up destorying the enclave and cleaning the water of the Capital. Yes, I am that 'crazy kid from Vault 101.' Man I miss Three Dog. After that, I don't remember why I left D.C. Wanted to explore? Or grew disallusioned with it all? I'm fuzzy on the details, I can't lie. What years of drug abuse and psychosis does to you. And, well, getting shot in the head. And your brain partially cut out. Then getting fully scooped out. Shit, I'm rambling. Point is, I've been around, and I'm, what, 29 now? I know this is meant to be a vacation, and I know it's likely paranoia. But I wouldn't be surprised if I end up in another pile of shit. Cause War… War never changes.

Version 2: War. War never changes. It doesn't matter what man thinks of war, though. It was here, waiting for us. The ultimate trade waiting for it's best producer, buyer and pimp. I'm sure you're well aware of how in 2077, the world got engulfed in fire and ash, and how in the years after everything started to rebuild. And I'm sure you know how there were wars during that too. The vault dweller? A one man war against the master. That tribal from back then? A war against the enclave. And then, there was me. Wanderer, Courier, Survivor. I've had a few titles with my legends. Back in '77, I left the vault to search for my dad, and I found him… lost him again. Killed the enclave after that, and doubt much was left in the ash. After that, I traveled. Pitsburgh, Point Lookout. Even went to space bielieve it or not. Then Reno, the Divide, Utah and the Mojave. Ended up getting my brains blown out there. And while I don't remember exactly what I did, I think it turned out ok. Anyway, I was rambling. Point is, I've been around, and while my name ain't in the history books most people have heard of me. D.C, the Mojave and everything next to them have tried to kill me, yet I'm still standing. But you're probably wondering, why am I heading to the commonwealth? Well to tell you the truth, I'm taking a vacation. I've got a very special intrests with vaults, and what they were doing. And I met this fella called Zimmer talking about some sort of 'institute' there. Seemed like good enough reasons for me to check them out, and hopefully have a nice, peaceful retirment. But knowing my luck, and knowing how fate seems to push me into things being the second coming of christ… War never changes.
