Five Elements

Arrangement: starting with spirit (highest) descend to fire, up to air, across to water, down to earth. (Lowest and most material)

Daily, monthly and yearly cycles:

•Fire is the element of fullness and life, and it is closely associated with the sun. Unsurprising that noon and summer would be associated with fire. By the same logic, full moon should be in the same category.
