Posting this better late than never lol

Here’s a list of all my DSMP AUs and their descriptions.

#troubledsoul au: In progress, published, a crossover between Hermitcraft Season 9 and the guard dog!Dream concept, featuring as much fluff and angst as your heart desires. Includes Hermit!Tommy, Hermit!Dream, Watcher!Grian, and a lovable cast of hermits who just want to talk with XD and Quackity. Surely this conversation will not go horribly

#babydream+awesamdad: In progress, unpublished. Tommy and Tubbo find a little boy in the ruins of New L’Manberg and take him home only to find out some very surprising (and horrifying) details.

#prisontrio timeloop: In progress, unpublished. Sam, Dream, and Quackity go through a timeloop until they learn to get along-ish. Sam and Dream are taking it a little further, much to everyone else’s chagrin. Quackity would like to go home and stop being the third-wheel now.

#rolereversal au: In progress, unpublished. Wilbur leaves for Utah only to end up in a different version of the SMP: this time, he’s the admin and the SMP is originally called the Wilbur SMP. He renames it to L’Manberg after realizing he’s taken on the role of that world’s Wilbur. Chaos ensues. Featuring deer hybrid!Dream who ends up very traumatized, a very angry pig hybrid!Technoblade, and a cast of very nervous SMP members who would like their Wilbur back please; this one is scary.

Unnamed avian!Q and avian!Dream fic: Brainstorming. Basically Quackity goes in Pandora’s Vault to get the revival book from Dream, during their sessions, he finds out Dream has wings. Like, new baby bird wings. Instincts go haywire, he can’t torture a baby bird. Cue the most totally healthy bonding experience two avians can have. Featuring incompetent Warden Sam and the only-bird-on-the-server-thinking-straight Philza. And a very confused Techno.

#fighting god season two: Completed, published. The Syndicate received an invite back to the server to take care of DreamXD, who’s causing more trouble than he’s worth. Also everyone’s memories are returning. (Might be finished, but I will always love talking about this one.)

Scorpio you can’t hide from me you’re next

Once again, this isn’t the actual design for Pisces in the Gladiator au. @alasylunatic is going to design them, I’m pretty sure. But I wanted to design them myself for fun! For consistency, their design will still be under the #gladiator au tag. If you want to see the other astrals, look there! Anyways, time for some design rambles under the cut!

Ok ok so I love this myth, actually. Their myth has Greco/roman origins, mainly, but I’ll only be talking about the Greek version since they’re the ogs. So let me explain. Aphrodite and Eros were trying to flee from Typhon, a giant. They came across a river and turned themselves into fish to hide. They tied each other together so they wouldn’t lose each other while they were fish. That’s the short version lol. I decided to name the two twins (decided to make them twins) Aphrodite and Eros to differentiate a little bit.

So, facts about the design! I tied them together to correlate to the original myth. They can glide on their tail like Rez does to walk on land btw, but they prefer to swim. Their ruling planet is Neptune, so I colored their skin to match that! I took the rest of their colors off of an online palette. They are always touching each other in some way and act like one person instead of two people a lot of the time. The other astrals call them Pisces instead of Aphrodite or Eros, but they call each other that.

Regulating emotions w/ Astro

For majority of ppl, it may be hard to regulate ur emotions, but I know this runs really deep for 8H Moon, Scorpio Moon & Moon-Pluto individuals.

Look Towards the positive aspects for more information and other things you should do.

Avoid doing things that square or oppose ur Moon.

When my emotions are out of control (moon) I should work on a creative project (5H) alone (aries).

I usually paint, draw or watch a fav childhood cartoon (5H themes)

2°-shows Venusian things that comfort me should be incorporated. Such as soothing scents, music, etc.

I usually drown myself in things that comfort me. I light my fav candle, put on my comfort jacket and play music.

Writing or speaking (3H) about what's wrong (chiron) also helps.

I write poetry or on a rare occasion talk to someone about how I feel

Six Sentence Sunday

As usual it's been a really, really long time since I made a wipsday post. Thanks @bookish-bogwitch, @artsyunderstudy and @leithillustration for tagging me this Solstice/Sunday 🥰

I've been mostly working on my fic for @carry-on-au-fest for the past couple months - it's just about fully written, and I am sooo impatiently waiting until I can share it in February! It's been so fun and easy to write. This is why I haven't written much at all on who are you in the dark - in comparison, that one is much more complex and harder to wrangle, lol. But trust that I am still chipping away at it, and hoping to have the next chapter ready soon <3

So now with today's episode we have some new information on Frank. At first glance it seems like it would disprove the Pisces Theory, but... I am not entirely sure about that. I'm starting to think there's two paths here...

Firstly: He said Puppet was on the right track in regards to the Aspect of Fear thing, but obviously he's not fully correct... What is clear is that Frank has tons of power, a strange knowledge of Fate and enough skill to create an instantaneous copy of one of the Bloodtwins. Almost like STAR POWER; whereas he's deeply entwined to all these negative emotions, negative energies, fear, quite possibly along the lines of ANTI-STAR POWER. So here's the deeper question...

My Main Theory: What if Frank is a Chimera?

Something Gemini mentioned on an episode was they thought some of the other Astrals had died (Or blown up) before... What if in another universe... they all did? All the Astrals 'died' but rather than reform normally, some of them reformed into a hybridized form? Probably with more than a few pieces of Witherstorm/Anti-matter mixed in. Enough to screw with any memories or purpose those Astrals originally had. The result is a creature with a lot of power and conflicting natures... and behold! Our Frank exists...

My Secondary Theory: He's a different dimension Pisces...

Castor had commented in a different episode that while Astrals exist across dimensions they might have different power levels or other variations.

What if Frank is an Astral from another (Dead) universe who just moved in? Somewhat like Puppet, only this Astral is on a radically different power level compared to the ones in this universe or has mutated in some unconventional ways? He's been watching Sun and Moon because of all the Star Shenanigans, but has only recently decided to become active, due to all the insanity going on.

Which could be beneficial for Lunar actually... Gemini has mentioned that the Astrals are split on the decision of what to do with Lunar. Another Astral to tip the scale in Lunars favor could help the Celestial Family out.

These are just my thoughts honestly. Probably wrong, but has anyone else got any ideas after todays episode?

Why do Aphrodite and Felix have so much beef with Albifica?? 😭😭 What’d he ever do to them?? Did I miss something?

The saints of Pisces have had the duty to continue the ritual of the poisonous blood for generations to ensure that it is passed on and can be used by their successors to fight the enemies of Athena.

Felix was trained to be the saint of Pisces but because he was the reincarnation of Pegasus he was never accepted and had to immediately find a successor to perform the ritual knowing that he would die. Felix died because just after the end of the war, already half dead, he insisted on performing the ritual with his pupil and was finally overcome by his pupil's poisonous blood and died.

But Albafica refused to look for a disciple to continue the ritual and the lineage of poisonous blood was broken.

For Felix who was despised by the golden saints of his time for not being chosen by the cloth and being in their eyes a failure. For Felix, Albafica is a shame as a Pisces saint

While Aphrodite is a victim of Albafica's choices, the breaking of the cycle of poisonous blood means that the poison in Aphrodite's blood is only strong enough to resist the poison of his own roses. He is unable to use the crimson thorns.

And that is why they hate Albafica.

At least in Angst Pegasus, thanks to Seiya's "oracle" abilities to see the past, Aphrodite will be able to learn many lost techniques from the Pisces saints that don't rely on poisonous blood.
