hihii! okay so first of all, congrats on 300 lovey!! you derserve it and so much more 💓💓
also for the celly, can you write scenario 16 (person a pushing person b in a shopping cart) with jack hughes? you can decide who's person a and who's person b!
I’m not doing these in any particular order, I’ll get to the other requests soon guys!
Thank you so much!!! Having me teary eyed and blushing ngl🖤
You'd think a 21 year old man (boy) would do what other grown ups do when you're at Target. Sigh obnoxiously loud from time to time, ask if you're done yet, hum in agreement when you show him something and hold your hand so he doesn't get lost.
Shopping with Jack isn't like that. Kind of.
He's babbling in your ear about whatever catches his eye, arms wrapped around your waist which makes you waddle like penguins because of how close he is. You think about how it might be the sugar high he's having from the energy drinks and cake pop he had earlier that makes him so invested in shopping.
"Babe, Baby! I think we should get this for our apartment." His eyes gleaming with excitement as he shoves a pineapple shaped lamp in your face. Stepping back from the pointy object -scared of it poking your eye out- you giggle at your boyfriend.
"Jack, I love you and I appreciate how you're interested in the shopping but no. We are not getting a pineapple lamp." His lips form into a pout, shoulders slumping in defeat as he puts the lamp back.
Biting your lip you feel a little guilty about bursting his bubble. He'd looked so happy about that stupid lamp it makes you contemplate actually getting it.
"Come on hop in the cart! I have an idea." Jack doesn't miss a beat at your request he simply plants himself down in the cart. Small giggles spilling out as you sprint down the isle, hopping up so the shopping cart glides freely on the tiles.
The two of you continue running around the isles -with Jack still sitting- until one of the employees walks over and scolds you like two children that got caught doing something bad by their parent. Faces burning with shame as you practically get kicked out of Target.
As you walk back to the car, intertwined hands swinging between you. Glancing over at Jack you notice his giddy smile and curious you ask him what he’s thinking about.
“We should get one of those.”
“You want to buy a shopping cart?” Erupting into giggles he wraps you up in a hug. Small kisses peppered across your face until he places a last one on your lips.
“Sure we can get a cart if you can find one Mr.Hotshot.”

Health Benefits: Beyond their aesthetic appeal and ambiance-enhancing qualities, Pineapple Shape Salt Lamps offer potential health benefits. The negative ions released by the lamp are believed to combat the effects of electromagnetic radiation emitted by electronic devices. Furthermore, these lamps may assist in reducing airborne allergens and improving respiratory health. Many users report experiencing improved sleep quality, reduced allergy symptoms, and an overall sense of well-being when incorporating a Pineapple Shape Salt Lamp into their living spaces.
Conclusion: Pineapple Shape Salt Lamps beautifully combine the realms of decor and well-being. Tarotscopes of SEIL by Mara
Date: Timeless (I’m not writing these again)
Oh it’s you. What do you want? Tarotscopes? Well I can’t promise that it’ll be any good. Take what resonates. And also take what doesn’t resonate. Take it all!
Right, here we go…
For the collective:
When it is REALLY cold, go outside and ride a white horse. It must be white…with pink hair and a single horn. Yes, it must be a unicorn. Go and ride a unicorn. Tell everyone to come and watch. No-one will come though. Anyway, ride the unicorn until it’s tired or it disappears in a burst of glitter. It will be an experience you’ll never forget.
Based on: Two tarot cards I pulled. Mind your business.
For each zodiac sign:
Aries (March 21 - April 19): Your toothbrush is plotting against you. Keep a close eye on it during full moons. This week, you’ll develop an irrational fear of oranges, but only on Tuesdays. By Thursday, you'll have the sudden urge to collect spoons. Go with it. Spoon wisdom will guide you.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20): A pigeon in your area knows something you don't. Make peace with the idea that your left sock will always vanish under mysterious circumstances. Avoid shopping for watermelons; they might start whispering secrets to you, and trust me, you're not ready for that.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20): Good news: your plants have begun a secret society. Bad news: they’ve elected your least favourite cactus as president. You’ll find a surprise fortune in the lint trap of your dryer. Pay attention to doorbells — they hold the key to your future, but only when rung backwards.
Cancer (June 21 - July 22): The stars suggest you should learn how to juggle, but not with balls. Preferably flamingos. You’ll discover that traffic cones are actually portals to another dimension, but only if you wear mismatched shoes. Your next great adventure involves a packet of crisps and a highly suspicious goat.
Leo (July 23 - August 22): This week, you’ll realise your charisma works best on houseplants and kitchen appliances. Practice your speeches in front of a blender; it’s an excellent listener. Avoid mirrors on Wednesdays. Not for any particular reason, it’s just a good way to stay mysterious.
Virgo (August 23 - September 22): The universe demands you alphabetise your thoughts, but in reverse order. That stray piece of pasta you’ll find in your shoe tomorrow is a sign of great fortune. By Saturday, you will invent a new form of dance that involves aggressively folding towels. Prepare for fame.
Libra (September 23 - October 22): Your charm will reach new heights, especially when speaking to pigeons. Beware of rubber ducks — their cheerful demeanour hides dark secrets. You will receive a cryptic message from a squirrel, but it will only make sense if you wear a hat made of spaghetti.
Scorpio (October 23 - November 21): You will soon develop a deep emotional bond with a jar of pickles. Trust your intuition when it tells you to whisper motivational quotes to your shoes. By Friday, your refrigerator may start offering unsolicited advice — consider taking it seriously.
Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21): Your life will be forever changed by a surprising revelation about pineapples. Avoid looking directly at lamp posts — they know too much. You will develop an inexplicable need to sing to your cereal every morning. The stars approve.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 19): Your week will be filled with unexpected adventures, mostly involving rubber bands and marshmallows. The position of the planets suggests you should avoid escalators at all costs; they’re out to get you. On Friday, a rogue pigeon will lead you to a treasure map — trust the process.
Aquarius (January 20 - February 18): A cloud shaped like a giraffe will reveal your destiny. Take it seriously. You will experience a life-altering moment involving a paperclip and a mysteriously appearing gnome. Stock up on glitter — it will be useful in ways you can’t yet imagine.
Pisces (February 19 - March 20): Your future is directly tied to the outcome of a staring contest with your reflection. Avoid all contact with sponges, unless they’re wearing hats. You’ll find wisdom in the most unexpected place — the bottom of a soup bowl. Beware of an overly talkative toaster.

Rich bought a 2 bdrm. Victorian home in Birmingham, UK a year ago. The whole place was painted beige, it was the middle of the Pandemic, and Rich had lost his job. With lockdown in place and nowhere to go, Rich turned his focus into his house and transformed it into a colorful space.
As soon as you walk into the entrance hall, Rich wants to know, “Are you feeling festive yet?” In lockdown, transforming the home and documenting it on his Instagram page, @househomo, became a full time job.
This pineapple lamp was an early birthday present from his Grandma, and he love love loves it! They have a long running joke about pineapples because she HATES his pineapple tattoo.
“There’s nothing more joyful than walking into a bright, colorful room and people are denying themselves that!” says Rich. He describes his style as retro futurism; it’s a term used in fashion for designers like Prada and Louis Vuitton but he feels like it rings true in Househomo — lots of retro color palettes and textures with bold, unexpected color choices!
He redecorated the dining room twice; it was the first room he painted when he moved in and as his aesthetic grew it no longer felt right, so now it’s a full vibe and he can’t WAIT to have friends over for dinner parties.
He tries to absorb as much inspiration as he can before designing and tries to emulate them ALL in his work, which is probably why there’re always so many shapes and colors.
The master bedroom is little more serene, but he used a 1919 Art Deco wallpaper to make a feature wall.
"I think people are worried about getting it wrong or it looking silly, but homes should be fun and reflect your personality!,” says Rich. This is the fabulous guest room.
The biggest challenge was probably the bathroom; he’d never plumbed anything before but was determined to do everything himself, including tiling the floor, making a sink cabinet, and new tapware.
He tried his hand at making a whale tail floral arrangement in the garden.
This home is FUN! Love it!

The coordinates for the party land on the porch of a cozy looking home somewhere near Koreatown in California. For the sake of safety, and not causing a scene when someone demonic looking or, you know, a literal spider shows up, a tented walkway has been set up to the front door. The dark fabric is an opaque purple, lights strung up along the ceiling of the tent to light the night air and lead up to a white door that’s obviously seen some wear and tear, the faint sound of a chill playlist just beyond.
Stepping inside is… kind of wild, really.
The house is laid out quite spaciously, with the kitchen just to the left of the entrance with an open view into the large living room. Fabrics of different hues and textures line the walls, ranging from a tropical blue, to a deep violet, to a stunning fuschia, to a lovely shade of pink as it wraps around the massive space. The fabric ranges from a heavy, soft velvet to a sheer, sparkling tulle, some having hand stitched patterns that resemble waves, others with shiny, reflective stars, and others still with delicate flowers sewn on.
String lights of different shades of pink, purples, blues and whites run along the walls, some behind the fabric that’s been set up to give off a more ethereal glow. The majority of the light for the room comes from standing lamps that have been set up to give off that classic Bi-Lighting™, further exemplifying the color scheme. The living room floor has been mostly cleared, with only the couches against the walls and coffee tables to match, a large heart-shaped rug in hot pink, and a slim TV mounted on the wall—currently displaying a YouTube playlist.
The couches themselves are set up in the corners of the living room, soft black fabric mostly hidden beneath a plethora of various pillows, several of which are shaped like stars or hearts, all made of different fabrics, delightfully soft and pettable. Most obviously eye-catching among these pillows is a large, bright pink plush shark wearing a flower crown of red, blue and pink roses. These roses are seen throughout the room in various places, bouquets set up along the walls and on various surfaces.
The ceiling must be enchanted, since the deep purple of space twinkles with so many stars that ever so subtly move, like stargazing under a clear sky.
The kitchen has been completely cleared of any electronics, all available counter space lined instead with a frankly silly number of cupcakes, as well as two options for vegetarian meals. There are four sets of cupcakes, one pink with a chocolate shark set into the frosting, one a deep purple with golden sprinkles and topped with a chocolate feather, one purple fading to white with silver sprinkles and a chocolate crystal, and one with a mix of different blues and purples. At the center, framed with a set of cupcakes is a beautiful, multi-tiered cake, the top decorated with delicate sugar roses and chocolate foliage.
The door at the far side of the living room has a sign taped up letting people know it’s off limits. To the right of the living room is a hall that leads to a few labeled doors, “Bathroom” and “Quiet Space”. Likewise, to the left of the living room is a door that’s labeled, “Dolls’ Room/Quiet Space”.
As far as people go, there are five already present. Lounging on the couches are a long-limbed, skater girl with teal hair and shocking red lipstick, a tan-skinned man with glasses, wearing a “pizza should beg to have pineapple on it, it doesn’t deserve pineapple” t-shirt, and Wick, their hair being repeatedly pulled into a braid that won’t stay by the girl as the two of them chat. Leaning against one of the counters in the kitchen is Dolls, her short curls dyed a light pink with streaks of cyan, cradling a cup of coffee in her hands.
And of course, Honey waits front and center, bouncing on her heels in a light blue dress to greet each and every person who comes through the door, the loose curls of her hair freshly dyed a vibrant purple. There’s absolutely nothing but joy radiating from her as she welcomes each guest in to enjoy the party.

cat part three.
jason todd x gender neutral, cat lover (or tolerater) reader. 1,066 words. notes: part one here, part two here! (edit: part four here) brief snippets of cat life. warnings: food is discussed, animal illness (but everything ends up fine, i promise)
it was nearly four in the morning when you finally heard the window slide open.
unfortunately, it was accompanied by the sound of him moving- which usually meant he was hurt, too hurt to move silently.
so you set your phone down, climbing out of bed and making your way into the dim living room just in time to see him close the window and- hear his jacket start yelling?
interesting.
"so," you started casually, not bothering to hide your amusement when he stiffened, "your jacket meows now?"
"oh, why aren't you asleep?" he all but whined- which, filtered through his helmet, was not only adorable but also hilarious- falling forwards to gently thump his head against the wall.
"my boyfriend ran late at the office," you teased. "you know how it is."
the jacket meowed again, and he just groaned.
"are you going to introduce me to your guest, or should i pretend i didn't notice?"
he took a deep, slow breath. "fine." he pushed back from the wall, turning to flick on the nearby lamp.
now, you could see the obnoxious bag covered in cartoon pineapples and flamingos slung over his shoulder and his signature leather jacket wiggling slightly in his arms.
he gently shifted the jacket, revealing a tiny, sleepy face.
one that immediately meowed again.
"this is cat," jason said, exhaustion lacing his voice. "a friend asked me to take care of it until it's well enough to go back out into the world."
"cat? really?"
"please don't start."
-
you took cat, setting its litter box up in the corner of the living room while jason took a shower.
cat was tiny and friendly, running its head into your ankles and purring whenever you acknowledged it.
the meowing, loud and persistent, began again as soon as you opened a can from the ugly beach bag.
cat was in desperate need of a bath and a careful brushing, you realized as it ate, but both could wait for the morning. for now, you did your best to make a bed out of spare blankets and get it to drink some water.
-
soon after, jason found you on the living room floor and all but fell into the space next to you.
cat immediately stood up from its makeshift bed and climbed up into his lap.
"i'm not keeping it," he said firmly, dropping his head to your shoulder.
you hummed quietly, watching as he scratched the cat's chin. "so what's the plan?"
"vet tomorrow-" he yawned- "find out what its deal is, get it healthy, figure out somewhere it can comfortably live out the rest of its days." he paused, and the sound of cat's purring filled the space between you. "sorry for springing this on you."
"a warning would have been nice, yeah, but it kinda looked like your hands were full."
"it just wouldn't. stop. meowing." he squished its cheek gently, making you laugh and cat look up at him with wide, innocent eyes. "yeah, you. you just don't know how to shut up, do you?"
it meowed.
-
he took cat to the vet that morning, and came back with it- her, you learned- in an actual carrier, along with a bottle of pills and a bag of pill pockets.
"antibiotics," he explained as he opened the carrier and released her into the living room. "she's got some kind of infection. vet said to give her one of these-" a shake of the bottle- "with dinner for two weeks and make sure she drinks lots of water."
two weeks.
yeah, no way he'll ever get attached in two weeks, you thought, watching her jump up onto the couch to glare at him and the carrier.
-
you came home the next day to an obviously recently-deserted living room.
jason's favorite blanket (which, 'coincidentally', cat had also taken a real shining to) was tossed haphazardly over the arm of the couch; a bowl of half-eaten popcorn rested on the coffee table; and a young mark hamill was on tv, frozen in an unflattering pause.
"c'mon, chewie," you heard jason grunt, dragging your attention to the other end of the apartment. "no- ugh, come here already!"
you followed his voice curiously to find him- or, more accurately, his legs- on the bedroom floor.
as soon as you stepped through the doorway, he froze and swore quietly.
"does that mean you named the cat?"
"no, she named herself," he grumbled from under the bed. "kept meowing every time chewbacca started talking- talking, roaring, whatever."
"oh, of course, my bad." you leaned against the doorframe with a smile, arms crossed over your chest. "so where is chewie, honey?"
"hyperspace, last i checked."
"right, right," you nodded, fighting back a laugh. "so what're you doing down there?"
"hopefully avoiding this conversation."
"jason. is the cat under the bed?"
"...maybe."
"and why is that an issue?"
he sighed. "she stole the remote, okay?"
this time, the laugh won.
-
you woke up to an empty bed, jason's quiet voice floating down the hall.
"that's right."
"mrow."
"uh huh."
"mrow."
"you're a genius, truly."
"mrow!" you heard chewie hit the ground, presumably jumping down off of the back of the couch again.
"tuna for lunch. of course. i've never heard a better idea."
you smiled, rolling over and going back to sleep.
-
this time, you came home to a quick note on the counter. it said that jason had run to the store but would be back to make dinner, and there was a small pizza slice doodled in the corner.
it made a little burst of warmth flood your chest, and you plucked the note up to put away for a rainy day.
on the way, you caught sight of his jacket on the couch.
that was interesting. when he wasn't wearing it, it was always hung up carefully, tucked away with the rest of his gear where it wouldn't be stumbled upon unless someone was really looking.
you quickly got an explanation as chewie, curled up into a content donut shape on the sleeve, peaked one smug eye open at you and purred.
interesting, indeed.
you were dating a giant sucker.
