🇪🇸 31st Birthday in Barcelona 🎂 Today I had the best birthday as of yet. I got to spend my birthday in the place of my dreams, Barcelona. Not only that I got to do 3 things I’ve never done before. I created my first Mosaic (Trencadis) masterpiece, modeled in my first fashion photoshoot, and lastly became a Flamenco dancer for the day by taking lessons and actually going to a Flamenco show. These were all life changing experiences that I will cherish forever. Another one of my dreams come true. *Barcelona sneak-peek* We bought padron peppers from La Boqueria market for 1,50€ today, as they were one of the recurring foods I’d seen other foodies write about and they blew my mind when I finally got to try them on our first night here! They are super simple to cook; fry for 4 minutes in olive oil and add salt before serving. I always find that the simplest foods are the ones I love the most! Look at those peppers pop in the video! They were really active when they started frying, but had calmed down by the time I’d grabbed my phone to record it - I wish you could have seen it!
