Wow, alright... funnily enough, Poliwhirl is my favorite Pokémon, so this result makes a decent amount of sense.

I just found a post on my timeline about how saying that lesbians can have sex with men is unnecessary, because they can but they don't want to, and one should just proceed to call oneself bisexual. (There was also some painful language in there, I'm not subjecting you to it, I'm vagueblogging, disregard that part.)

I don't want to argue, I haven't the spoons for that, so I'm not reblogging that. But I did want to make a post about it. I don't have the energy for an essay, so here it is in bullet point form.

a) Sometimes things legitimately aren't that simple. Identities aren't simple. Sexualities aren't simple. b) There is such a thing as "I make an exception for you not because I love men but because I love you, only specifically you". That could happen sometimes. c) There is such a thing as "I'm willing not for myself but because I truly don't mind and I know you want it and you're a good friend". d) There is such a thing as "we are just helping each other out physically, because we are neither of us ready to date right now, but we are friends and also not in each other's preferred demographic, so that makes it safe". e) There is such a thing as "I really want a child and I can't go through all that medical stuff". f) Bisexuals are, for historical reasons, completely welcome to call themselves lesbians.

There are any number of other things too. This is all I had the energy for.

I made him a nest earlier today out of a toy cubby, some old fabric and a scarf! He's also got an Eos egg, a flower crown, some buttons, and a Cherry Quartz bracelet in there. He's got a nice earthy feel to him, even if he is a sleepy boi!

Tomorrow I might be able to finish up modifications and such if I get a chance to head over to Walmart, so look out for posts about that! 🧡
