In such situations, your motivation and a transparent purpose help to clear the obstacles, but having a loyal companion on this journey is invaluable. Right?

Mark my words. "Personal/Professional Codex" is a trusted companion that can accurately guide your journey. I've created this blog to share everything about the codex.

What is a Codex and its purpose?

Codex was the earliest form of compiling and preserving written information from around the 1st century AD and became the dominant format by the 4th century. It was the historical book format, where handwritten pages were bound together and turned into a formatted book.

Inspired by that structure, today, the codex refers to a personal/Professional guidebook where you write your beliefs, principles, vision, aspirational goals, purpose, affirmations, values, habits, boundaries, etc. It holds your deep vibrations about what you are and want to become.

The purpose of a codex is to maintain a structured manual that represents your true self. Its documented version creates a positive environment around people that forces them to believe in themselves. It works,

Builds transparency in your values, beliefs and goals.

Develops a mindset to achieve what you decide.

A personal constitution that takes you on the right path.

It fills you with positive energy and focuses you towards your highs.

How a Codex works on the Human Brain, Vibrations & Universal attraction

I know these questions are arising in you. If a codex is so powerful, what is the science and study behind it? How does it create a positive impact on humans' lives? How does it help to create the perfect vibrations that match the universal energy?

Have you heard about Neuroplasticity? It is the brain's incredible ability to change, adapt, and rewire itself throughout your life. The word "neuroplasticity" itself conveys its meaning, where "neuro" = brain, "plasticity" = ability to be moulded, which defines the brain as flexible like plastic. This ability works whenever the brain learn something new, practices that, or thinks a thought repeatedly. It strengthens neural connections and creates strong pathways.

In a codex, you share your thoughts, emotions, careers, affirmations, beliefs, etc. And while repeating those beliefs and actions, you program new neural circuits, which result in you beginning to think, feel, and act from your highest self, naturally.

It is a scientific fact that everything happens in our lives; we are only responsible for attracting it. A book, "The Secrets," explains this concept- the law of attraction. I also mentioned it in my previous blog, "First, find your 'why?'"

The law of attraction never discriminates between what you want and what you don't want. It only listens to what you want. Either you say "I like poverty" or "I don't like poverty," and it gives you poverty. Our energy is magnetic, and a magnet attracts to the same elements. The universal energy works on the concept of like attracts like. The energy and vibrations we create, the universe grabs them and writes our destiny accordingly.

Our mind visualises pictures and develops vibrations accordingly. Those vibrations are sent to the universe. A human brain generates 60,000-70,000 thoughts a day. So, it is essential to think the right thoughts.

When we repeatedly visualise, affirm and read something that creates signals and energy. And that finally connects with the Universe.

The perfect codex helps to generate these precise signals by clearing our thoughts, desires and identity. The affirmations that we create in a codex enable us to emit positive and high signals so that they can attract our desirable future. The codex trains our subconscious to believe in ourselves. Once you get that, the universe also starts believing in you and is ready to align with you.

Core Values: Non-negotiable pledges, such as courage, discipline, integrity, kindness, etc.

Beliefs: Guiding principles about life, profession, relationships, etc.

Affirmations: Some positive statements that consistently remind you who you are and will become.

Boundaries: Standards you will never compromise.

Health & Wellness: Nurturing yourself through nutrition, exercise, and Yoga.

Vision/Goals: What do you want to be known for?

Habits: Routines that keep you aligned.

Growth Mindset: Continuous improvement and becoming better.

Impact & Contribution: The positive change you want to create for others.

How can a codex help in a writing career?

When we have our purpose, "why I am writing," goal becomes clear, fluency comes naturally, and self-doubt vanishes.
