I have to admit to wondering what kinda person that’s trying to help other but can’t workout hard because of my left foot 🦶 and physical therapy but my yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ practice reminds my place in the universe has purpose! . There was a story of a lady who went to the top of a mountain and she looked out and felt very small - “Look at the beautiful majestic world 🌍 and my place in it.” . Another women say the same sight but embraced that 🌌she is a “Drop OF all that is created” - 🔥Don’t let yourself to be set apart! . I’m loving 🥰 me at all stages - Even the Broken gives me a place to Build On. . Don’t change the goal - Change the Date . I will be strong. I will believe in myself. I will trust in God. I will count my blessings. I will show grace. I will be present. I will my family and friends HARD. I will treat each and every day as if it is my last....because this precious gift of life is never promised. I will believe in myself. . I will do it, even when I don't want to, even when the odds are stacked against me, even when I just want to give up..... . . Because, my family is watching. I am the example they will follow one day...... . P.s.- My Physical Therapist was super impressed balance. My Big Win today is that I can balance on my left foot that I injured 🤕 3 months ago after only 2 weeks of physical therapy!! . I know y’all are used to seeing me with weights and jumping around but if you haven’t considered Yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ maybe you should! It has all kinds of benefits! . It's so important that we don't focus on the scale. That we focus on feeling good and looking great and loving ourself. And being the healthiest version of ourself we can be, which is a different size for everyone! . If you work to be the healthiest you can be you will feel good and look good and the number on the scale won't matter.
