This was my first post where I spoke about Fibromyalgia and Mentle health issues. 27th February 2018 I certainly took a rest day today and I feel so well rested for it - mentally, physically and emotionally. Today, I woke up feeling awful with a terrible headache, aches and pains. Over the weekend, everything felt too much and I was completely drained so today's rest day was more than needed! I hate having to not complete a workout, but my body was failing to give me forward progression. The 24 hours of non-stop physical effort and no sleep for 36 hours over the weekend as I endured BEACH Core Beta drained me. At least I got through half of my chest workout and did my two hours of Boot Camp this morning. I'll try again tomorrow.
