I'm super fucking stoked that you're writing again because first off, it's fantastic to see your words on the screen once more in a setting of your choosing. It's also amazing to see you excited about writing again. That said, I really really really want to eat those sandwiches right the fuck now, and I can't wait to see what happens with Bucky and Steve next. I really can't wait to see where Loki comes into it as well as Tony.
Natasha's Red Reuben features smoked corned beef, pepper jack cheese, and spicy kimchi with Russian dressing on seeded marble rye. It's a hit with hipsters. Loki's Lucky Pig is a twist on a Cuban sandwich with seasoned roast pork, smoked ham, Jarlsberg cheese, sweet and sour pickles, Dijon mustard, and lingonberry jam on brioche. Pietro's Phunky Phish is an herbed tuna salad with olive oil instead of mayo and a pickled vegetable mixture (shallots, olives, peppers, tomato), melted with extra sharp cheddar on crusty sourdough. They get all the sandwiches from local eateries.
Loki is the owner of No Place Like Foam... and many other things thanks to being the heir to the Asgard Company. He has an international line of much sleeker cafes called Kafe Nord, two different brands of luxury movie theaters (one has kid stuff like bowling and laser tag, the other has fancy dinners), a theme park, a very successful brick-and-mortar bookshop chain, several Michelin-starred restaurants, Asgard Luxury Cruises, and of course the hotels that started it all. He's even thinking about acquiring a production company for movies and TV which would naturally lead to a streaming media service... Odin may have built his empire on property acquisition (and oil!!!), but Loki is determined to make the face of Asgard one of worldwide entertainment and hospitality.
Tony and Loki dated for a while, but Tony was super not in a good place at the time and it didn't work out. Loki still cares about Tony a lot, and Tony definitely still has feelings for Loki, but it's all really awkward because their still-budding romantic relationship effectively ended when Loki had to smuggle Tony *into* a rehab facility. Obviously Tony has to check out Loki's new coffeeshop in New York and see how it is... since he hears Loki hangs out there a lot when he's in town.
Right now my biggest challenge is finding something for Bucky to do all day that's not roaming aimlessly around New York on his bike, staring pitifully at Steve while he nurses a Butterscotch Pudding Latte or one of the six different chai tea blends on offer, or trying to find a gay bar that plays music he doesn't hate. Turns out Bucky really hates techno and EDM for some reason.
Steve remembers Bucky being SUPER straight in high school, and he always had a vibe that Bucky wasn't actually as straight as he acted but he also didn't want to jeopardize their friendship by pushing it, so he wouldn't fake-flirt with Bucky the way he did with the other guys, but then he really did have a crush on Bucky so sometimes he couldn't help it and he would flirt with him for real. Bucky was always actually pretty cool about it, but now whenever Steve does it he gets kind of awkward and quiet. Steve has a bad feeling about that.

6 + 25 💖
Thank you for the ask, bud 💛
6. Say three nice things about yourself (three physical and three non physical) :
first off, isn’t this technically 6 things?
Physical
1) I love my hair, though it probably needs a few inches off right now, because I just like how it frames my face? I don’t know. I also like how being able to do whatever I want to it like shaving it really short like I have in the past has made me feel super confident in my skin? Gender things I guess
2) I love the spot on the knuckle of my pinky on my right hand that’s worn down whenever I write anything. It more often then not gets covered in ink.
3) I also love the scars I have on my knees from when I decided to climb up a down escalator as a child for some unknown reason. But I love that little physical reminder of little me.
Non-Physical
1) I like my random collection of facts that constantly float in my head. I love the way I’ve absorbed information from Nancy Drew games like knowing the French word for hazelnut is noisette. I adore my brain’s ability to hold onto silly facts about musicians I listen to or movies I watch.
2) I am happy with my collection of books I’ve accumulated since I was a kid. It is taking me many years to read them all and I don’t know when I’ll finish but I take a great pride in knowing I’ve curated a collection that I’ll always want to read from.
3) I love my taste in music and my obscure ways of finding new bands. (Me watching whatculturehorror clips that feature Saw to me thinking “Hey that guy has an interesting voice” to “Whoa he’s Australian?!” to “I wonder what else he’s done” and finding clips from Recovery and getting really into the host Dylan Lewis to discovering his band Brown Hornet and falling madly in love with the loud, phunky beats)
25. What’s the best personal gift someone could give you (playlist, homemade card, etc.) :
I don’t know if it’s too material but I genuinely love when people find something related to a big interest of mine and get it for me. For example when I was first getting really into learning about Watergate and watching “All The President’s Men” a bunch, my dad came home with a copy of the dvd with a bonus dvd featuring interviews with Bob and Carl from some dollar dvd bin he found while out shopping.

ISLAND PEAK CLIMBING-19 DAYS
Island Peak lies in the center of the Everest Region of Nepal and is the most popular of Nepal's 33 designated trekking peaks. As you summit this peak, you get the splendid views of Mount Everest (8848 m), Mount Lhotse (8500 m), Mount Makalu (8478 m), Mount Nuptse (7880 m), Mount Ama Dablam (6812 m) and Mount Baruntse (7129 m) at the closest view. It's a great summit for first time climbers who are looking for something a little more challenging then the Everest Base Camp Trek and a good peak to start with for those with more mountaineering ambitions in Nepal.
Detailed Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft)
Upon your arrival at Tribhuwan Intl Airport at Kathmandu, our office representatives will welcome you and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu trip preparation
Today, our guide or leader will check our set of equipment in order to make sure that they are in a perfect condition for the coming trip. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2,800m/9,184ft) then trek to Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft): 40 min flight, 3-4 hours trek
After breakfast, we will take a flight to Lukla. After a flying above the breathtaking green and white mountains, we reach Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla. We then start our trek through the prosperous village of Lukla until we reach Phakding. we can also take a side trip to a nearby monastery. Overnight in Phakding.
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft): 5-6 hours
After breakfast we walk through beautiful pine forests and then along Dudh Koshi River ending our nature-filled journey at Namche Bazaar. After walking for almost over an hour, we come across the glistening Mt. Thamserku (6,608m) on our right and also experience the serenity of pine, fir and juniper forests throughout our journey. We continue walking until we reach the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park, Namche Bazaar, the gateway to Mt. Everest and main trading centre of this region. This day we cross five suspension bridges, the last one also known as the Hillary Bridge being the highest. It is an uphill walk from Hillary Bridge to Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Day 05: Namche Bazaar (3,440 m/11,283 ft): Acclimatization Day
This is the day set aside for acclimatization. Health experts recommend that we stay active and move around even during the rest day instead of being idle. There are a few options set aside for this day. We can either stroll around Namche’s quaint villages or come in contact with the Sherpa people and their rich culture, or we can hike up to the Everest View Hotel and enjoy an up-close view of the mighty Everest. While in the Namche village or upon returning from the hike to the Everest View Hotel, trekkers may also visit the local museum containing exhibits displaying the area’s native flora and fauna as well as the history of the Mount Everest region. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft): 5- 6 hours
After breakfast, we trek towards Tengboche. It is an easy walk from Namche to Phunki. Upon reaching Phunki, we ascend towards Tengboche, a village that houses the very famous Tengboche monastery which is the largest monastery of the Everest region. Located amidst the Sagarmatha National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site of "outstanding universal value”), it is draped with the panoramic 360-degree view of the Himalayas, including Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Thamserku. Overnight in Tengboche.
Day 07: Tengboche to Pheriche (4,200m/13,776ft): 4-5 hours
With the Himalayas as its backdrop, the monastery in Tengboche is in an excellent location. We visit the monastery in the morning and enjoy taking pictures of the monastery and the amazing landscape. We descend for about half an hour through a forest before crossing a river. Next, we trek uphill and notice that as we climb higher, the landscape becomes drier. We walk past a traditional Sherpa village of Pangboche before reaching Pheriche, a beautiful village located on a riverside. Here, we will also see a small helipad that is used for helicopter rescues during emergencies. We may even take a class with a mountain specialist in a medical clinic at Pheriche. Overnight in Pheriche.
Day 08: Pheriche to Lobuche (4,930m/16,170ft): 5-6 hours
After breakfast, we start with an easy walk towards Dugla. Next, we trek up the steep terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier, and then pass through the boulder-strewn slopes as we ascend Chupki Lhara where we find an array of stones with prayer flags used as memorials to Scott Fischer (American mountaineer) and 10-time Everest summitter Babu Chiri Sherpa (Nepalese mountain guide) who perished on a mission to climb Everest. The trail then continues to the Khumbu Glacier moraine and we find ourselves facing several great peaks - Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori and Mahalangur Himal. Overnight in Lobuche.
Day 09: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5170 m/16,961ft), visit Everest Base Camp (5364m/17,594ft): 6-7 hours
We take the trail to Everest Base Camp through the once vast Gorak Shep Lake. Continuing straight ahead, we come across the Indian army mountaineers' memorials. The path from here can be misleading; hence it is important that we follow our lead Sherpa diligently. The walk is strenuous due to thin air in the high altitude. We pass through rocky dunes, moraine and streams before reaching the Everest Base Camp. Upon reaching the Everest Base Camp, we see tents of mountaineers that stand out in bright colors against the monotony of gray surroundings. Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori are the mountains we can view from the base camp. We get back to Gorak Shep for a good night's rest. Overnight in Gorak Shep.
Day 10: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5545m/18,192ft) and back to Lobuche (4940m/16,207ft): 7-8 hours
We prepare for an early morning departure, amid pre-dawn darkness and cold temperatures (-10 to -14 C). Plus, there is always the potential for chilly winds which are quite common. Familiar peaks such as Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse tower to the east even as Everest begins to reveal itself. But, it is upon reaching Kala Patthar that we get to see 360 degree up-close and formidable views of Mt. Everest. We take pictures, enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama, and then return back to Lobuche for a good night's rest. Overnight in Lobuche.
Day 11: Lobuche to Kongma La (5,535m/18,159ft) to Chhukung (4,730m/15,518ft): 6-7 hours
After breakfast, we trek via Khumbu Glacier to Kongma La Base Camp (5,000m/16,404ft). The ascent to Kongma La pass is the most difficult part of our trek today. In the Kongma La, we see cairn wrapped in prayer flags to mark the pass. Then we descend gradually to Imja Khola valley, followed by another descent to Chhukung, a small summer settlement. After reaching Chhukung we will also check our equipment in order to get ready for our ultimate climb. Overnight in Chhukung.
Day 12: Chhukung to Island Peak base camp (5,200m/17,060ft): 3-4 hours
The trek to Island Peak Base Camp is on a fairly steep trail. First, we climb south then turn east to the main line of the valley. We then walk on a winding path below the southern flank of the moraine from the Lhotse Glacier. Next, we continue walking on a pleasant trail along a streamside. The route to the Amphu Labtsa lies to the southeast. A crisscross route through the Imja and Lhotse glacier moraines leads to a wide valley flanking the SW side of Island Peak. Overnight at Island Peak Base Camp.
Day 13: Pre-climb training on Island Peak Base Camp
We begin our pre-climb training today after breakfast. Our guides will provide training on peak climbing techniques and the proper ways of using climbing gears such as the ice axe, climbing boots and crampons, harness, ascender, etc. The training will also include using ropes to go up and down. Although it is not mandatory to have prior training for Island Peak Climbing, we strongly believe that some training experience will boost your confidence and climbing skills to increase the chances of scaling the summit as well as to fully enjoy the experience. We can spend the rest of the day hiking to high camp and back or resting for the next day’s climb. Overnight at the base camp.
Day 14: Island Peak base camp to Island Peak summit (6,189m/20,305ft), back to base camp: 10-12 hours
We wake up early today at around 12 to 1 am and have our breakfast before beginning our climb. It is important we reach the summit before noon because in the afternoon the strong winds in the highlands might become a barrier for a successful summit. The trail moves up beyond the base camp for several hundred meters before striking off the steep hillside. Initially sandy, the path soon turns to grass before becoming boulder strewn. As we climb up the hill, we will see that the slope narrows and the trail enter a steep rock channel. The route then follows a ridgeline, which leads to an exhilarating and exposed traverse onto the snout of the summit glacier. The guides will fix a rope when required. A steep snow slope leads us onto the summit ridge. Both fixed rope and man rope will be used during the climb for safety. We use fixed rope after successfully climbing on rock. The length of the rope will usually be 350 m. However, the length depends on the time of the season and the crevasses. There is two newly formed crevasses which are approximately 3 and 4 meters long. We will be using ladders to cross them. After enjoying the summit views and taking pictures, we descend all the way to Island Peak Base Camp where some of our crew is waiting for us. We celebrate on our successful Island Peak climb.
Day 15: Island Peak Base Camp to Pangboche (3,985m/13,074ft) 5-6 hours
Today’s walk will be a much easier as we descend to the lower altitudes. Following the same route back through the wide valley of Khumbu Khola, we pass through the beautiful Sherpa villages, Orsho and Shomare. We can also take a different trail to visit the Gompa in Upper Pangboche, which is believed to be the oldest in the Khumbu region or take the regular trail to reach Pangboche.
Day 16: Pangboche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,286ft): 4-5 hours
From Pangboche we retrace our steps down to the Imja Khola and up through the forest to Tengboche. If interested, we can also visit nuns at the Tengboche monastery. After lunch at Tengboche, we continue through the hillside blanketed by rhododendron and juniper trees. After crossing the bridge over the Dudh Koshi River, our trail follows the Dudh Koshi gorge descending rapidly through the pine forests before reaching Sansa. We keep a lookout for wildlife such as mountain goats, snow leopards, colorful pheasants, etc., while passing through the forest. After passing a chorten, we reach the army camp at Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Day 17: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft): 6-7 hours
The trail descends steeply downward. After crossing the suspension bridges over the fast flowing Dudh Koshi and its tributaries, the trail becomes more level and natural. After our arrival in Lukla, we stretch those sore legs and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks. Overnight in Lukla.
Day 18: Fly to Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)
We catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu after our long mountain journey.Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 19: Final Departure
Our representative from Mountain Sun Valley Treks will take you to the airport, approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight.

After a flying above the breathtaking green and white mountains, we reach Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla. This is one of the most beautiful air routes in the world culminating in a landing on a hillside surrounded by high mountains. Upon our arrival at Lukla, we meet our other crew members and after some packing and arrangements, we start our trek through the prosperous village of Lukla until we reach Phakding. To assist in acclimatization, we only have a short hike today. However, if interested in additional activities, we can take a side trip to a nearby monastery. Overnight in Phakding.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft): 5-6 hours
After breakfast we walk through beautiful pine forests and then along Dudh Koshi River ending our nature-filled journey at Namche Bazaar. After walking for almost over an hour, we come across the glistening Mt. Thamserku (6,608m) on our right and also experience the serenity of pine, fir and juniper forests throughout our journey. If the weather is clear, we may even catch a glimpse of Mt. Everest peering over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
For trekkers who want to hike for a little longer, a hike to Khumjung village (5-6 hours) may also be an option. While in the village we can visit the Edmund Hillary School and Khumjung Monastery (a monastery famous for housing the head of the Yeti!). Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
The monastery opens at 3:00 pm so if we are lucky we might just be able to witness a religious ceremony. Overnight in Tengboche.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Upon reaching the Everest Base Camp, we see tents of mountaineers that stand out in bright colors against the monotony of gray surroundings (especially in the spring). Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori are the mountains we can view from the base camp. We get back to Gorak Shep for a good night's rest. Overnight in Gorak Shep.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 10: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5545m/18,192ft) and back to Lobuche (4940m/16,207ft): 7-8 hours
We prepare for an early morning departure, amid pre-dawn darkness and cold temperatures (-10 to -14 C). Plus, there is always the potential for chilly winds which are quite common. Familiar peaks such as Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse tower to the east even as Everest begins to reveal itself. But, it is upon reaching Kala Patthar that we get to see360 degree up-close and formidable views of Mt. Everest. We take pictures, enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama, and then return back to Lobuche for a good night's rest. Overnight in Lobuche.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Note: If we do not want to undertake the Kongma La pass, we can follow another route via Dingboche to Chhukung instead.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 14: Island Peak base camp to Island Peak summit (6,189m/20,305ft),back to base camp: 10-12 hours
As we climb up the hill, we will see that the slope narrows and the trail enters a steep rock channel. We climb the rock gully. This is not difficult, but there are several short rock steps to climb before we emerge on the right side of the gully. There are two newly formed crevasses which are approximately 3 and 4 meters long. We will be using ladders to cross them. After enjoying the summit views and taking pictures, we descend all the way to Island Peak Base Camp where some of our crew are waiting for us. We celebrate on our successful Island Peak climb.
Included meals:Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 15: Island Peak Base Camp to Pangboche (3,985m/13,074ft) 5-6 hours
Today’s walk will be a much easier as we descend to the lower altitudes. Following the same route back through the wide valley of Khumbu Khola, we pass through the beautiful Sherpa villages, Orsho and Shomare. We can also take a different trail to visit the Gompa in Upper Pangboche, which is believed to be the oldest in the Khumbu region or take the regular trail to reach Pangboche. Pangboche is a scenic village surrounded by Everest to its north, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kangtaiga to the east, the Kongde range to the south and the Imja Tse River flowing through the wide fertile valley.
Included meals:Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Included meals:Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 17: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft): 6-7 hours
The trail descends steeply downward so we need to walk cautiously as our shaky legs continuously battle the rocky terrain. After crossing the suspension bridges over the fast flowing Dudh Koshi and its tributaries, the trail becomes more level and natural. After our arrival in Lukla, we stretch those sore legs and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks. Overnight in Lukla.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 18: Fly to Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)

Day 04: Phakding - Namche Bazaar [3440 m/11,280 ft]: 5 - 6 hrs
Walking through a beautiful pine forest, the track leads us along the Dudh Koshi River through many suspension bridges, one of which is the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge. First, we catch the wonderful prospect of the glistening Mt. Thamserku (6618 m). Through the settlement of Benkar, Chumoa, Monjo, we come to the check post and entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. We pass through the last village of Jorsale before reaching Namche Bazaar. The trail climbs through the forests and bridges until we reach the confluence of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. After a final steep ascent of about two hours, we get our first sight of Mt. Everest peering over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. At this juncture, we stop at Chautara to admire the view. We still need to hike about 1.5 hours to reach Namche Bazaar, a gateway to Mt. Everest and main trading centre of this region. We stay overnight in Namche Bazaar at Yeti Mountain Home or similar hotel.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 05: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization Day
This is the scheduled 'acclimatization' day for this trek. Health experts recommend that we stay active and moving during the rest day too instead of being idle. We either spend the day taking a day's hike to Thame or visiting Khunde or relaxing and exploring Namche Bazaar itself. Namche Bazaar is the main centre of the Everest (Khumbu) region and has government offices, ATMs, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, a bakery and a colorful market each Friday evening and Saturday. If we trek a few hundred vertical feet during the day, it will help us to properly acclimatize. Our guides will take us to the Tourist Visitor Center near the headquarters of the Sagarmatha National Park where we can observe an assortment of things related to the first Everest ascenders, Sherpa culture and learn about the various plant and animal life of the Everest region. We also take an interesting side trip up to Khumjung. We further climb up to the famous airstrip at Syangboche. Just above the airstrip is the Everest View Hotel, a Japanese scheme to build a deluxe hotel with great views of the highest mountains on Earth. The Khumjung valley, surrounded by the snowy peaks of Kongde and Thamserku and the sacred peak Khumbila, hosts a well known monastery that houses a yeti scalp. We also visit the Hillary School which is at the same site. After having lunch and spending some time in Khumjung, we walk back down to Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar at Yeti Mountain Home or a similar hotel.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Deboche[3820m/1253ft]: 5 - 6 hrs
Upon having breakfast, we start our trek towards Pangboche enjoying a superb view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and a close-up view of Thamserku. Our trek follows on the gradual trail with few ups and downs overlooking a magnificent view of the great Himalaya. Along the way, we can spot wild lives like pheasant, musk deer, or a herd of Himalayan Thar. The trail goes gradually down up to Kayangjuma. The path eventually reaches Sansa, which is the major trail junction to Gokyo valley and Everest Base Camp. The track then follows through the pine forests and after we cross the prayer-flag festooned bridge over Dudh Koshi River. Upon crossing the river, we reach Phunki Thenga, a small settlement with a couple of teahouses and a small army post amidst the alpine woods. After having a relaxed lunch at Phunki Thenga, we then have a tough little climb that goes steeply up through the pine forests until we reach Tengboche. Tengboche is a great place for close-up views of Ama-Dablam, Nuptse, and Everest and it has the biggest Buddhist monastery in the Khumbu region. Walking along rhododendron forests for about an hour we reach Deboche. Overnight in Deboche at Hotel Robonder or similar.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 07: Deboche to Dingboche [4360m/14304 ft]: 4 - 5 hrs
We start our trek after our morning breakfast. We pass through several chortens, mani walls and small villages. While on the journey, we enjoy lunch with fantastic close-up views of Ama Dablam. In the afternoon, we go north to Pheriche or take the eastward trail beneath the towering north face of Ama Dablam. From here onwards the walk is fairly moderate as we enter the Imja Valley. The valley ahead will begin to open up as we approach the confluence of the Lobuche River. Then after the confluence, we descend into the river and begin the last and steepest climb of the day up to Dingboche. Upon arrival in Dingboche, we enjoy the beautiful array of fields enclosed by stonewalls to protect the barley, buckwheat and potatoes from the cold winds and grazing animals. Overnight in Dingboche at a local lodge.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 08: Dingboche - Duglha [4600m/15,090 ft]: 3 - 4 hrs
Today, we start the day with a climb to Duglha through the Khumbu Khola valley. The trek along the arid terrace is awarding with awesome views of mountains on all sides. As we come to a yak herder's place called Dusa, the valley begins to narrow and we continue through Phulung Karpo, the camp sites during first successful Everest Expedition in 1953. Above Phulung Karpo is Chola Lake. As we continue our trek the majestic view of Mt. Pumori (7138 m/ 23418 ft) comes into view. As the trail descends and curves, Mt. Pumori hides and we come across a roaring stream. After crossing a small wooden bridge, we ascend to Dugla. We can see the tip of Nuptse from this juncture as well as Cholatse, Thamserku, and several other magnificent peaks. Spending a night in Duglha is ideal for acclimatization. Overnight in Duglha at a local guest house.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 09: Duglha - Lobuche [4940 m/16,207 ft]: 2 - 3 hrs
Beyond Duglha we trek up the steep terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. We find our way through the boulder-strewn slope as we ascend Chupki Lhara, an eerie ridge top with dramatic mountains views. At the top of the ridge, we will find an array of stones with prayer flags used as memorials to Scott Fischer (American mountaineer) and 10-time Everest submitter Babu Chiri Sherpa (mountain guide from Nepal) who perished on a mission to climb Everest. As the trail drops to the Khumbu Glacier moraine, we find ourselves right in front of several great peaks - Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori and Mahalangur Himal. We are now in the vicinity of Everest but the great mountain still remains hidden. Nuptse towers to the right as the trail crosses the Khumbu Glacier. As we trek along a murmuring stream we do not see the Khumbu glacier because of its lateral moraine wall, and we now begin to feel a little out of breath due to high altitude. Overnight in Lobuche at a local lodge.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 10: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m/16,961ft), visit Everest Base Camp (5,364 m/17,594 ft): 6-7 hours
The trail to Gorak Shep goes ahead through the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. We pass though the pyramids signpost. Ahead on the trail, we see the crest of the north ridge of Everest along with Mt. Pumori, Mahalangur, Lingtern, Khumbutse, and Nuptse. A small ascent would take us to Thangma Riju from where we perceive a 360-degree vista of the snowy mountains. Upon climbing steeply up to the top through the torrent of the Changri glacier, we catch our first glimpse of Kala Patthar, a grey-green knoll beneath the Mt. Pumori. As we reach Gorak Shep, snow-capped mountains looming all around us including the top of the world - Mount Everest, will surround us. After a brief lunch and rest, we take the trail to Everest Base Camp through the once vast Gorak Shep Lake. Continuing straight ahead, we come through the Indian army mountaineers' memorials. As we reach Everest Base Camp we cannot help appreciating the Everest climbers that take the hazardous route through the Khumbu icefall. Mountaineers’ tents stand out in bright colors against all the dull gray surroundings (especially in the spring). Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori are the mountains we can view from base camp. Everest actually is not visible from this juncture. By now we have met the ultimate objective of our trip.
However, the sunset view from Kala Patthar is more admirable than the sunrise view, so it is recommended that we visit Kala Patthar today during sunset. As the setting sun's rays strike the snow-capped mountains, the resulting scenery is incredible. For those trekkers who wish to continue to Kala Patthar, Peregrine Treks guides and Sherpas coordinate our hike to Kala Patthar for an amazing sunset view today rather than tomorrow. Overnight in Gorak Shep at a local lodge.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 11: Gorak Shep - Kala Patthar - Pheriche [4280 m/14,070 ft]: 8 - 9 hrs
Today is the climax of our trip. We start early at dawn to catch the dramatic views from Kala Patthar witnessing the first light of day shining on Mt. Everest. However, we need to get prepared for an early morning, dark and cold temperature (-10 to -14 C) departure beforehand. Plus there is always the potential for chilly winds that are quite common. Familiar peaks such as Lingtren, Khumbutse, Changtse tower to the east even as Everest begins to reveal itself emerging between the west shoulder crest and Nuptse. During the ascent to Kala Patthar we can pause to catch our breath at several outstanding viewpoints to snap pictures. After several hours of ascent, we reach Kala Patthar. From here, we scramble to climb the rocky outcrop near to the summit marked by Cairns and prayer flags. As we reach the top, we sit on the Kala Patthar rocks and our eyes take in the unbelievable Himalayan Panorama, wandering from one mighty massif to another. We take as many pictures as we possibly can with our camera so they can last a lifetime. On returning to Gorak Shep, we have breakfast and wait for the other participants to return back.
Those visitors who plan to visit Everest Base Camp today will have an early breakfast to start early as Everest Base Camp hike takes longer (4-5 hrs) than the Kala Patthar hike. Upon returning back to Gorak Shep, the group will have lunch together and afternoon time is taken to descend down to Pheriche for a good night rest. Overnight at a local lodge.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 12: Pheriche-Pangboche-Tengboche-Namche Bazaar [3,440 m/11,280 ft]: 6 - 7 hrs
At this moment of time, we trek down through the hillside blanketed by rhododendron and juniper trees. If it is spring, pink and red rhododendron flowers ablaze our surroundings. Depending on our hunger and condition, we either have our lunch in Pangboche or wait until we reach Phunki Tenga. After crossing the prayer-flag festooned bridge over the Dudh Koshi River, the trail then follows the Dudh Koshi gorge descending rapidly through the pine forests. The path eventually reaches Sansa that is the major trail junction in the region. We stop at Kyangjuma (3570 m/11,710 ft) for a relaxed lunch. We appreciate the gorgeous Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Nuptse with every step of the way. After our lunch, the trail to Namche Bazaar clings to the steeply wooded slope beyond Kyangjuma, winding through several bends. We keep a lookout for wildlife such as mountain goats, snow leopards, and colorful pheasants while passing through the forest. Upon passing a chorten, we reach the army camp at Namche Bazaar. While here, we would like to take a long last look (and picture!) back to Lhotse, the tip of Everest and Tengboche. On reaching our lodge, we take a nice hot shower and have a very relaxed sleep in our room in Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar at Yeti Mountain Home or similar hotel.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 13: Namche Bazaar - Lukla [2,800m/9,186ft]: 6 hrs
The trail descends steeply downward so we need to walk slowly and under control as our shaky legs continuously battle the rocky terrain. Upon crossing the suspension bridges over the fast flowing Dudh Koshi and its tributaries, the trail becomes more level and natural. Today onwards we start to get warmed up by the light breeze. Any remaining sore throats and colds will be gone by today as we pass through the charming mountain air. Although we are travelling the same route down, we have completely different views. We snap a mixture of open plains, rhododendron and pine forests, and in the distance, snow-covered peaks. We walk through the Sherpa villages' noticing an impressive faith in Buddhism and a culture of prayer stones and flags. Upon arrival in Lukla, we stretch those sore legs and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks. We experience the culmination of a fantastic trek on a happy note with everyone back safe and sound with smiles on our faces! Overnight in Lukla at Yeti Mountain Home or similar Lodge.
Included meals: Breakfast Lunch Dinner
Day 14: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu
Today, we fly back to Kathmandu after our long mountain journey. The early morning flight drops us in Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Included meals: Breakfast
Day 15: Rest Day/Buffer Day
This day can be used if your flight may not be on time. We will provide tour guide, sophisticated vehicle and entrance fees for Bhaktapur and Changunarayan sightseeing. We can rest and relax throughout the day at our hotel. If we get interested to take some gifts home from Nepal for friends and relatives, we can visit to some nearby shops or venture out in Thamel for authentic Nepalese goods. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, we will have a farewell dinner in the evening.
Included meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Day 16: Final Departure
The journey comes to an end today! There is nothing to do but we just trade emails to travel companions and organize our photos. If we have more time we can do some shopping or sightseeing. A representative from Peregrine Treks will drop us off at the airport approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight. On our way to home we will have plenty of time to plan our next adventure trip in the wonderful country of Nepal.
Included meals: Breakfast

Detailed Itinerary: Nepal Trip with Everest Base Camp Trek 16 days:
7th September, 2017 or 2nd October, 2017 (Day 01): Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport and transfer to hotel. Stay overnight at 3 star hotel in Kathmandu on twin sharing basis with breakfast.
8th September, 2017 or 3rd October, 2017 (Day 02): Sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath, Boudhanath & Kathmandu Durbar Square. Stay overnight at 3 star hotel in Kathmandu on twin sharing basis with breakfast.
Pashupatinath Temple
Situated 5 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river, the temple built in pagoda style has jilted roof and richly carved silver doors. Visitors will be permitted to view the temple from the east bank of Bagmati River, entrance in the temple being strictly forbidden to all non Hindus. Pashupatinath is the centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of shivaratri which falls in the month of February/March. Behind the temple are the cremation grounds.
Boudhanath Stupa
This Stupa, 8 kilometers east of Kathmandu City, is one of the biggest in the world of its kind. It stands with four pairs of eyes in the four cardinal direction keeping watch for righteous behaviour and human prosperity. This Buddhis Stupa was built by King Man Deva at the advice of the Goddess Mani Jogini. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The shrine is ringed by houses of Lamas or Buddhist priest.
Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the most popular tourist destination is enlisted in World Heritage Sites. Clustered around the central Durbar Square are the old Royal Palace (Hanuman Dhoka), numerous interesting temples, the Kumari Chowk or Kumari Bahal (House of the Living Goddess) and the Kasthamandap (House of Wood) from which Kathmandu derived its present name. An inquisitive exploration in the Durbar Square reveals the ancient art and architecture of Nepal which has proved to be a masterpiece to everyone accepting its genuineness. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); 9th September, 2017 or 4th October, 2017 (Day 03): Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m.) and it takes about 30 minutes. Trek from Lukla to Phakding (2640 m.) which takes approximately three hours.
You transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to Lukla. Lukla is a small town with an airport. There are few tea shops, lodges, hotels and general stores. You begin today’s trek from Lukla following a gentle climb up the mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi river. Nupla (5885m) can be seen in the distance on the opposite bank, is a peak atop the Kongde Ridge. You descend a mountainside path that merges into your route to Everest, with views to a valley to your right; and at its far end, Kusum Kang (6367m.) The Dudh Kosi approaches as you pass a Mani wall and arrive at Ghat teahouse. You continue along a small path with many climbs and descents following the left bank of Dudh Koshi to Phakding.
10th September, 2017 or 5th October, 2017 (Day 04): Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) and it takes approximately five hours. The trail starts along a level path along the right bank. Thamserku looms skyward on the opposite bank. You cross a stream and climb the terraced hill from the Dudh Koshi route, to arrive at Bengar. The trail now climbs from the riverbed on the left bank into the mountain, through a forest to Chumoa. You continue along a path with many ups and downs; cross a stream, and pass by the tiny village of Monjo. Now you descend the path of stone steps and return to the right bank over a wooden bridge. After a short climb you come to Jorsale’s teahouse and hotel, also stop at the National Park Service where a park entrance fee is collected. After your departure from Jorsale, you enter a forested mountainside. You follow a short walk along the riverbed of this V-shaped valley where the river forks – the right is the Dudh Koshi and the left is the Bhote Koshi that leads to Nampa La. After short distance along the Bhote Koshi, begin the steep ascent to Namche Bazar. As the mountain path zigzags uphill, you will emerge at a ridge top rest area that offers excellent views of Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m.) The climb eases somewhat, and Namche Bazar appears ahead as you travel along the path surrounded by pines. Pass the plateau where the Saturday bazaar is held and enter the village. Namche Bazar (3440m) is surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges and opens out only where it faces the Bhote Koshi. The village is a central hub of the area and food, sundries and even mountain climbing equipment may be purchased here
11th September, 2017 or 6th October, 2017 (Day 05): Rest day at Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) for acclimatization. Namche is tucked away between two ridges amidst the giant peaks of the Khumbu and has an abundance of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops as well as a magnificent outlook. Make your way around a branch ridge, and Ama Dablam (6812m) Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse (7855m) and Tawoche (6501m) suddenly appear. After a gentle descent the mountain path ends; you will come to the fork leading to Gokyo. You descend past two tea houses through the village of Trashinga. Though you cannot see it, you can hear the Dudh Koshi and soon you descend to the river and arrive at Phunki Tenga. It is a long climb to Tyangboche; the first half is especially steep. As you climb through the forested zone, the incline eases and a splendid view appears. You continue climbing the mountainside diagonally until you come to the stone gate built by lamas which marks your entry into Tyangboche (3860m). Climb the mountain path while looking up at Ama Dablam and Kantega (6779m) as they appear on the opposite bank. Ascend the chorten-lined route, come to a fork, the upper path passes Pangboche and a monastery, take the lower path to Pangboche Olin and its stone wall-enclosed potato field. Pass through the village and cross a stream to a path skirting a rocky area to terraced hills along the riverbank. The trails climb slowly, winding above the Imjatse River, to a big Mani Stupa. From here, the walk is fairly moderate as you enter the Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse and Lhotse with views of the eastern snow capped mountains including the Island Peak or Imjatse (6,189m). Dingboche is a beautiful patchwork of fields enclosed by stone walls protecting the crops of barley, buckwheat and potatoes from the cold winds and grazing animals. "Love is in the Details" (A Birthday Celebration for Mike Dunn)
The location was Bassline, a club in South Loop. The second floor was a beautiful hybrid of different styles; exposed Brick, hardwood floors, modern crystal chandeliers, art deco windows, gothic sconces, dark velvet curtains, old world styled sofa’s and chaise lounges, and a modern bar with glass and mirrored shelves, trimmed in wood. It was a beautiful mix of different architectural styles. It was a space that felt welcoming, inviting and just right for a celebration. Bassline was beautifully decorated for the night with silver balloons with the initials, “MD” anchoring the space. An exclusive VIP area for the guest of honor was beautifully decorated with cupcakes with fondant records as decoration. A table decorated with delicious looking food platters and a beautiful cake in the shape of Mike’s first album release served as the centerpiece. Shiny black gift bags decorated with the labels of Mike Dunn’s records on each table, and a beautiful gift for everyone to see, was a framed photo collage of Mike Dunn’s biggest hits. Love was truly in the details.
Chicago House Heads gathered to celebrate one of their own, DJ Mike Dunn. Mike Dunn is a Chicago born DJ hailing from Englewood and producer who is beloved by the Chicago House community and beyond. He is a busy man with many endeavors. In addition to producing and creating new music, His weekly residency with DJ Tony T, “We R Tuesday” nights at Reynolds is one of the longest running house parties in the city and is packed every Tuesday night with fans who have followed his 20+ year career. (for more on We R Tuesday Nights, click here). He also co-hosts, the “Friday Night Dance Party” on V-103 with DJ Lil John and when he isn’t home in the studio, playing in clubs or on the radio, Mike is traveling across the world, representing the Chicago House Scene with integrity.
Like many, Mike started DJing at block parties then progressed to clubs and events around the city. He has created and produced a string of hits and house classics such as, “Dance You Mutha,” “So Let It Be Houze!”, “Pressure Cooker” “Life Goes On,” “Magic Feet,” “God Made Me Phunky” and “Phreaky MF.” Currently, Mike has his production company, BlackBall Muzik and is regularly releasing new music that consistently rises to the top of the charts. He has worked with house legends such as Bam, Tyree Cooper, Marshall Jefferson, Armando, and others. His discography is extensive with his most recent releases featuring Mya and R-Kelly. He became a member of the Chosen Few DJ’s in 2012 and most recently, Mike teamed up with longtime friend and fellow Chosen Few DJ, Terry Hunter, to form “House N HD,” a joint venture currently producing and creating new music with an upcoming tour coming soon.
Patrons lined down the street early to get inside as Mike is a staple in the Chicago House scene and they were eager to start festivities. The crowd came ready to dance and celebrate. The atmosphere was high energy. Longtime fans, friends, family and Chicago DJ’s all poured into Bassline dancing, laughing, drinking and showing love to the guest of honor. The DJ lineup for this celebration was the perfect combination. Dee Jay Alicia, opened the evening in her signature strong but feminine style with a set full of new music, followed by DJ Chris Underwood who played an up-tempo set with the classics that Chicago House people love. Chosen Few DJ, Terry Hunter was up next giving the crowd his signature soulful sound. The evening closed with the guest of honor, Mike Dunn, giving the crowd what they came for, a set full of powerful, dynamic tracks beautifully blended and woven together. His set took dancers already dancing in musical heaven to the next stage of house related euphoria. Each DJ ushered the crowd to the next level of bliss, culminating with a full House-gasm courtesy of Mike Dunn. It was hours of non-stop good house music that took the patrons on a journey through Mike Dunn’s incredible career and the music he loves. Each DJ played from the heart, and their sets reflected the love and respect they each have for Mike Dunn.
It was a room full of love. Love was in the details, the decorations, the sets played by each DJ, in the faces and hearts of every fan, friend and family member who came out on a Saturday night to celebrate a man who has a heart of gold, a passion for music and his fans. Mike Dunn’s Birthday Celebration was an event to honor and celebrate one of our “hometown” faves! I hope he felt the love in the atmosphere because I most certainly did. What an honor to be so loved by the house community you serve!
Happy Birthday Mike Dunn!!!
Until next time…see you on a Dance Floor!

Challenge yourself with one of most invigorating treks, the Rolwaling Tashi Lapcha pass with Parchamo Peak Trekking that passes through two different Himalayas regions: the Rolwaling and the Khumbu. The trek also offers a great opportunity for a short climb to the summit of the Parchamo (6273 m). The trek is strenuous, prior trekking experience and logistics are absolutely necessary. You will also need a trekking permit for the Parchamo. The Trek to Rolwaling and the Tashi- Lapcha Pass is one of the more challenging treks in Nepal, requiring expedition style camping trek with full logistic support. Rolwaling trek crosses high Himalayan glaciers and up to altitudes of over 5700 m with extreme temperatures up to -10 to -20 degrees.

From Kathmandu, we head northeast on the Friendship Highway which connects Kathmandu with Lhasa. A Lamosangu, we leave the Friendship Highway and take another way to Jiri. Day 05: Trek Jagat to Simigaun (1,990m/6527 ft) :5 hrs
At first, we follow the normal flat path, then the trail ascends and descends through the jungle. The trail follows the river bank. As the valley narrows, we cross the suspension bridge over the river. A steep climb takes us to the Sherpa village of Simigaon, spread on the terrace of the mountainside. The village is mostly inhabited by Buddhists and there are also a few Hindus.
Day 06: Trek Simigaun to Kharka (2,900m/9512 ft):6 hrs.
We pass by a few more Sherpa settlements. On a clear morning the views of Gaurishankar above the Rolwaling Valley is fascinating. From the ridge top at Simigaun , we continue towards the Rolwaling Valley. The trail climbs a rocky, wooded ridge with beautiful pine forests. Descent again to the river of Rolwaling Khola.
Day 07: Trek Kharka to Beding (3,690m/12,103 ft):4 hrs

The trail rises further until we come across an easy and relatively flat terrain. Finally, we arrive at the Sherpa village of Beding located by the river.
Day 08: Trek Beding to Na (4,180m/13710 ft):5 hrs
An easy walk along the norther bank of the Rolwaling River begins our today’s trek. We pass across the summer village of Beding, several yaks grazing and people busy in their fields of buckwheat and barley. The crestline formed by the 6000ers such as Chekigo, Bamango, and Konyklemo rise on the immediate left of the village. We arrive at a monastery believed to be a meditative place of the Buddhist Guru Padma Sambhava. Walking along the valley floor, we finally reach the summer village of Na surrounded by potato fields.
Day 09: Trek Na to Tso Rolpa Lake (4,588m/15048 ft):7 hrs
At first trek through the leveled plane and gradually ascend to witness the Himalayan Lake filled with the chilling water of the glaciers. The views of Menlung and Tibetan Side Mountains add glory to the unfolding vista. We trek along the right bank of the river and then cross the river to climb up the rocky lateral moraine of the Glacier. We then walk to Tso Rolpa for the night.
Day 10: Tso Rolpa to Trakarding Glacier (4800m/15744 ft): 4 hrs
Early morning trek to head toward Trakarding glacier. Walk past the glaciers throughout the day and explore the beauty of the surrounding. The trail will still be ascending through some rock climbing and a gradual walk on the glacier moraine, occasionally passing rocks overhangs.
Day 11: Trek to Tashi Lapcha Base Camp (5,010m/16432 ft):5 hrs
The walk follows high slopes above the glacier to avoid the lower section, but further up we have to trek along the centre on the hard rocky glacier. Steady walk leads us to the lowest point of the icefall and then climbing to the easiest point to gain the Drolambau glacier. Here we will be surrounded by superb high mountain scenery. Continuing further downhill, we camp at Tashi Lapcha Pedi Camp at the foot of Tashi Lapcha, surrounded by absolutely grandiose mountains over 6000m with 360 degree panorama.
Day 12: Cross Tashi Lapcha Pass (5,755m/18876 ft):5 hrs
Continue trekking to Trashi Lapcha Pass (5755m). From the pass, the view of senior Khumbu peaks is magnificent. Some hundred meter downhill trek under overhanging rock, we camp at a superb location, with magnifiscent sunset views.
Day 13: Ascension Pachermo (6272 m/20572 ft) – Thengpo (4370 m)
We climb again to the neck of Trashi Lapcha and from there we start the ascent of Pachermo. The snow slopes lead us to the final ridge, sometimes requiring fixed ropes. From the Pachermo summit, enjoy the fantastic views of the Khumbu peaks including Everest, Makalu among others. Descend to Col then to Thengpo. The Pachermo ascent takes about 5 to 6 hrs and then another 3 to 4 hrs descends takes us to Thengpo.
Day 14: Reserve Day
There is no such guarantee that we can get quite a favorable weather especially on our planned day for the Parchemo summit, so this day is used as a contingency. If weather became exceptionally unfavorable we wisely have to postpone the program of summiting the peak.
Day 15: Trek to Thame (3,820m/12530 ft):5 hrs
Today you will be experiencing a bit easy walking, the walk from here will be enjoyable most of the way to Thame. A gradual descend brings us to Thame Village, the first hint of civilization since Beding. There is a very old and interesting Monastery at the upper end of the village. Now you have a glimpse of first really good views of the great peaks of the Khumbu including Mt Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru.
Day 16: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m): 5 hrs
At Thame, the old trade route over the Nangpa-la into Tibet branches North, following the Bhote Koshi, which incidentally is the 2-3 river so named on this trek. The trail descends gently at first and then steeply to a bridge over the river Dudh Koshi at Phunki Tenga. Passing by several villages and numerous teashops, the trail ascends steeply to Sanasa where local Sherpa people sell the Tibetan goods. The way from Sanasa to Namche has small ups and downs with view of forests, scenery and mountains.
Day 17: Trek Namche to Lukla (2,840m)
The trail descends steeply downward so we need to walk slowly and under control as our shaky legs continuously battle the rocky terrain. After crossing the suspension bridges over the fast flowing Dudh Koshi and its tributaries the trail becomes more level and natural. Although we are travelling the same route down, we feel completely different views. We snap a mixture of open plains, rhododendron and pine forests, and in the distance snow covered peaks. We walk through the Sherpa villages’ noticing impressive faith in Buddhism and culture of prayer stones and prayers flag while we walk through the villages. On arrival in Lukla, we stretch those sore legs and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks. We experience the culmination of a fantastic trek on a happy note with everyone back safe and sound with smile on their faces!
Day 18: Flight: Lukla – Kathmandu.
We fly back to Kathmandu after our long mountain journey. The early morning flight drops us at Kathmandu. You can rest and relax throughout the day in your hotel. If get interested to take some gifts home from Nepal for friends and relatives, visit to some nearby shops or venture out in Thamel for typical Nepalese goods which can be assisted by our guides or you can do it yourself too. If you want to explore any other areas of Kathmandu take the time to do that today! Remember, we will be hosting a fantastic celebration dinner together for successfully completing your adventure!
Day 19: Departure
We hope you enjoyed the tour with us, and are sure you’ll be back in your trip somewhere in the Himalaya again. Approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight a representative from mountain sun valley treks will transfer you to the airport.
