Hernando County schedules Strategic Planning Community Focus Group Session II to gather citizen input on strategic planning for their County. This session will be held on February 4, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) Spring Hill Campus located at 450 Beverly Court Building B-105 in Spring Hill Florida, 34606. ok i know we’re all excited about this possibly being a 3rd movie teaser, but i’d like to point some extra things out:

bakugou is doing kirishima’s pose, with the clashed fists

their new costumes are redesigns of their original costumes, recoloured with extra tidbits added

on their shoulders, the letters “WHA” are written on a plate. originally, i thought it was the name of the show, MHA, but a flipped M, but that obviously isnt correct, since if it were really the name of the show, 1) wouldnt it be BNHA? and 2) theres no reason to flip the M, so it obviously stands for some type of company or group. my next thought was that it might have to do with the Public Hero Safety Commision, but if that were the case it would either be the symbol we see on Hawks’ shirt or the initials PHSC, which its not. Which, means that whatever this group is, is something new to the series, also explaining the change of costume. WHA makes me think “World Hero Academy” or something along thise lines, since the H most likely stands for Hero, and the characters going worldwide would make as a good plot for a movie

its possible that the movie will feature aged up versions of the cast, with the change of costume and much more modern looking support items (looking at you, bakugou gauntlets), but i dont think thats likely since although the heroes rising movie was kind of spoiler-ish for the manga, it was made

“Three Musketeers” means that Bakugou, Midoriya AND Todoroki will be the main focus of this film (you go Todo stans!!), which is cool, since Todoroki hasnt really had a chance to shine in any of the previous movies

Set in the winter period!! Bakugou is wearing the winter version of his hero costume with the collar type thing, so we know what time of year its going to be set in

“He” is most likely going to be a movie only villain with links to All for One or Shiggy, since thats what the other two movies did

well we all know Hawks is the number two hero, he’s got money, fame, power, and the Public Hero Saftey Commision (PHSC) on his side, so any Police Officer that would dare speak out against him would have their work cut out for them.

Plus- who’s to say he hadn’t already tipped off the police to cover up anything about Y/n’s stalker situation or Kouten’s attack?

It just goes to show how fucked up hero society is as a whole, as well as our society! Lots of people have payed police and judges to drop important cases similar to Y/n’s, so yeah.

If a police officer were to overhear Hawks’ interaction with Y/n, they likely wouldn’t think much of it, or they’d brush it off.

Just imagine the stress that’d put on Y/n, not even the police want to help them! The all take Hawks’ side. The gaslighting and manipulation that would occur...

Thank goodness at least Izanagi trusts them... but who knows how long that will last? Keep a good look out for Chapter Four ‘First Man Falls’ and we’ll see what happens~

In balmy does the commission know about hawks and his wife ? I have feeling if they did, they would definitely try to persuade them to have kids, so the child would be powerful. Which probably makes hawks hide his wife and child even more. Away from them

You guys will learn more about that in future chapters definitely, but lets just say there are a plethora of reasons he wants to hide her- the commission does have suspicions. Hawks and his wife met there when they were young, and things happened that made it apparent there was a closeness going on between the two. The PHSC surely had their suspicions when the girl went missing, with Hawks seemingly unconcerned.

They've never asked, and he would never tell. But <n< they know he's stashed her somewhere. But his preformace isnt hindered, so they couldnt care less. I don't think he was worried about the commission until news of the baby came around. If they even suggested his kid go into a similar program he woulda blew a gasket. It's better if no one knows about his family at all.

I really loved that the heroes keep saving the children in the latest chapters. It shows that they don't like having them in this battle and I love this behaviour.

Actually, I would love to see a conflict between the heroes and the commission. It would be an interesting turning point, for heroes and students, for the society... maybe even for villains.

I have the feeling that the distance between heroes and the Hero Commission becomes bigger and bigger. Maybe it began before this arc, but now it begins to be more clear. One rift was already caused because of students on the battlefield and then the lack of information... Maybe it won't be long before the heroes turns their back on the commission, but it will surely be very complex.

Anyways, yep, I definitely want to see a clash between the remaining pro-heroes questioning the Hero Commission’s decision to involve the students. 

Also, it seemed to me that the pro-heroes were also only briefed on the spot (like how we saw it at Kamino). The only ones directly involved in the investigation were Gran Torino and obviously Hawks. But even they didn’t have all the information. 

The President of the PSHC seems to hold such immense power - from deciding hero licensing rules, to calling on hero schools to mobilize students, to forcing heroes to go undercover, and even maybe running some secret gifted child program that Hawks was raised in. Yet, we don’t know anything about her. 

We don’t know her name. We’ve hardly seen her interact with the pro-heroes, apart from Hawks. 

It almost feels like the ranking system, the celebrity status of the heroes are all a facade to enable the HSPC to operate in complete opaqueness - without any apparent accountability towards the citizens. 

I guess the pro-heroes never questioned being used, but I think they may start to question it when it’s the children’s lives on the line in what is shaping out to be the most brutal battle between heroes and villains. 

Some of them ought to ask the question whether the people who held all the threads could have planned this better (not throwing mindlessly bodies into the grinder). 

I don’t know if the villains know much about the PHSC. I imagine, if nobody else, Hawks does have dirt on them. I kind of hope his character going into the direction of a vigilante, just going after his own past, maybe Dabi’s past if that’s still relevant, and go down this rabbit-hole.
