Bafa’nın Kapıkırı köyünden rahatlıkla ulaşılabilir.  Zaten köye gittiğiniz anda antik büyük yapıları, tapınakları fark edeceksiniz. Kent zaman içinde farklı hükümdarların, ailelerin egemenliği altına girmiştir. Yalnız görmek isterseniz rehbersiz bulma şansınız çok çok düşük, o yüzden yerel bir rehber eşliğinde rahatça kaya resimlerini ve hristiyanlığın erken dönemlerine ait freskleri görebilirsiniz. Herakleia The city was established on the slopes of the Beşparmak Mountains, or Latmos Mountain with its former name. It can be reached easily from Kapıkırı village of Bafa. As soon as you go to the village, you will notice ancient large structures and temples. Over time, the city has come under the sovereignty of different rulers and families. If you want to see it alone, your chances of finding it without a guide are very low, so you can easily see rock paintings and early Christian frescoes with a local guide.
