my second month participating in the Phistin Palaces monthly drawing event please be on the lookout for others posts! (All mermaid themed!)

YOO I’M SO LATE BUT ITS HERE! ROYAL RUSH TIME! I took part of an event in the Phistin Palace discord server where we had to draw Phil and Kristin as royalty! Additionally, everyone had a specific day to post their work and my day was the 31st March. However, I was a few days late as the piece took longer than I expected haha;;

For this piece, I had envisioned Kristin as the queen of a coastal kingdom with Phil as her knight— I wanted to go for a twist and went for a marine concept inspired by Mermay. I had Incorporated shells, scales, jewellery and an oceanic colour palette to help add to the piece and to present that concept.

Personally, this was one of my favourite pieces ever and I had a blast working on it— the process was a bit slow and time consuming, but it was absolutely worth it in the end.
